We really enjoyed the tour, went smoothly and very organised. Pick up from hotel was convenient. As a half Japanese individual I was able to understand the tour guide but given the popularity with foreigners, I think it would be helpful to get a paper guide in English of the locations and also a written explanation of the guide’s speeches. Also foreigners don’t buy “omiyage” but might want some rest to get food and drinks so stopping at a place with more food options would be very much appreciated by foreigners.

Even though it's May, on that hot summer day, as I descended a bit from Sakaguchi in the sweltering parking lot, the entrance to the Cave Café suddenly appeared. It is a slightly larger cave with stalactites hanging down. Beyond that, we embarked on a mystical journey of 1 kilometer while listening to the guide's explanations.
