Among the various canoe tours available, I was captivated by the beauty of Kabira Bay and decided to book this canoe tour. We were blessed with great weather and I was very satisfied! The sea changed color from transparent to emerald green depending on the sunlight, and the scenery was so beautiful that I found myself stopping to paddle many times! The guide was kind and shared recommendations for spots on the island, making it a fun trip! As a beginner, I found the instructions on how to use the canoe and the shuttle service to be very attentive, and I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

天気にも恵まれ、とても大満足でした！

The north wind was strong, so we couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but we received a call the day before and were able to switch to canoeing. The boat to Uehara Port was also canceled, but they came to pick us up at Ohara Port, allowing us to smoothly enjoy the sightseeing at Yufu Island.

Although it was a large group tour, the group arrangements were made in advance, which allowed for a very smooth progression. However, there was no bureaucratic feel at all; we were able to enjoy the activities while listening to the staff's fun talks. After the activities, they provided transportation close to our hotel and quickly sent us the photos. Outdoor activities can be affected by the weather, but they were flexible while being well-planned and considerate. The response was quick and polite, including the prior communication. I would like to use pipi again.

北風が強く、バラス島シュノーケルはできませんでしたが、前日に電話をいただきカヌーへ変更することができました。上原港行きの船も欠航でしたが、大原港まで迎えにきていただき、由布島観光からスムーズに楽しむことができました。
大人数のツアーでしたが、グループ編成は事前にされており、かなりスムーズに進行出来るように配慮されていました。しかし事務的な感じは一切なく、スタッフさんの楽しいトークを聞きながらアクティビティができました。アクティビティ後はホテル近くまで送迎をしてくれたり、すぐに写真も送ってくださいました。天候に左右される野外アクティビティですが、臨機応変でありながらしっかりプランニングされており、配慮満点。事前連絡含めて迅速かつ丁寧な対応でした。またpipiさんを利用したいです。

If you go alone, planning can be quite challenging, but you can visit all the places. Lunch is on your own, but it was nice to be able to bring food on the bus. The guide was very knowledgeable, and I was never bored during the journey. It's best to pay attention to the scenery of the bridge you pass while moving to Kouri Island.

The shuttle bus, boat, and schedule were all on time. The staff explained everything in either Japanese, English, or Mandarin, which is so important for non-local travelers. My diving coach Gavin made sure we understood everything before diving. His explanation in English made such a difference to my first diving experience. I really appreciate having him as my diving coach this time! The boat captain was also attentive to adjust my snorkel goggle. My Japanese snorkel leader was attentive to bring me a floating board when I needed it.
Overall, I feel this tour is so welcoming to all travelers, which is amazing and a good surprise to me!
I will definitely be interested in joining their tours in the future again!
Hope they will keep up their excellent work!

I experienced kayaking and a tour of Yubu Island. The kayaking was absolutely amazing! It seems that Iriomote Island usually has a lot of rain, but we were lucky to have rare clear weather during our experience, which felt great. Paddling through the mangroves felt like exploring a jungle, and I believe it was an experience unique to this tour. The instructor took many wonderful photos (and we received the data for free!), and the explanations were thorough, which made me very satisfied.

I also thoroughly enjoyed my first experience riding a water buffalo during the tour of Yubu Island. After arriving at Uehara Port, there was a shuttle service available, so it was easy to enjoy without a rental car. I definitely want to try another tour next time.

カヤックはとにかく最高でした！西表島は雨が多いようですが、私たちが体験したときは珍しく快晴だったようで、気持ちよかったです。マングローブの中はまるでジャングルの中を探検している感覚になるような空間で、きっとこのツアーでしか体験できないようなものだったと思います。インストラクターの方は素敵な写真をたくさん撮ってくださり(しかも無料でデータをもらえました！)、解説等も充実していてとても満足です。
その後の由布島観光も初めての水牛乗車を満喫できました。
上原港についてから、もちろん送迎もあるのでレンタカー無しで十分楽しめます。

I went to Yubu Island by mangrove canoe and riding a water buffalo!
It was my first time canoeing, but the guide taught me patiently, and I really enjoyed it!

This course was packed with the charm of Ishigaki Island. I don't think I could have explored it all in one day without a rental car. At Kabira Bay, I was very satisfied to encounter sea turtles at the glass-bottom boat. The guide was very kind and I learned about the history and culture of Ishigaki Island. The lunch was also very delicious. I think this was the best tour for beginners to Ishigaki Island tourism.

I experienced a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) tour in the morning and a snorkeling tour in the afternoon. The SUP in the mangroves was very pleasant and enjoyable even for beginners.

For snorkeling, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to rough waves, but instead, we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle at Okisaki Beach. The instructor during the tour provided very clear explanations and also recommended nearby dining spots, which was very helpful for enjoying this new place!

午前中にサップ、午後にシュノーケリングのツアーを体験しました。マングローブの中で行うサップはとても気持ちが良く、初心者でも楽しめました。
シュノーケリングでは、波が荒いということで青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、代わりに行った大崎ビーチでは運良く海ガメに出会うことができました。ツアー中のインストラクターの方の解説がとても分かりやすく、周辺のおすすめの食事場所も教えていただき、初めての場所で楽しむためにとても参考になりました！

We experienced parasailing as a family of three. Before it started, the parents were quite anxious, but once we began, the scenery was amazing and it was full of fun. The sea had outstanding clarity, and we were very satisfied with the snorkeling as well. The boat facilities were excellent.

We went to Ishigaki Island for our honeymoon!

Since we were in Ishigaki, we wanted to fully enjoy the beautiful sea with snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). We found and booked a plan that allowed us to do both in one day!

Both of us were inexperienced, so we were a bit anxious, but the guides were kind and taught us patiently, allowing us to have an amazing time even as beginners!

I participated in a snorkeling tour at Barasu Island and a water buffalo cart tour at Yufu Island during my first visit to Iriomote Island. I was worried because the weather forecast predicted rain, but we were blessed with clear skies on the day, making it a fun day!

Especially, our guide Yume was very friendly and addressed all the participants by name, which made this first tour a pleasant experience. The snorkeling spots were adjusted according to the day's conditions, and I was able to see a sea turtle! I want to visit Iriomote Island again, and next time I would like to join a canyoning or trekking tour. Thank you!

This is my second time participating in a bus tour with Veltra. (I have also done a bus tour without a guide once.) During my first tour, I was able to touch on the history of Okinawa and learn about its true aspects, which I felt was very beneficial for me. This time, I also felt it was great to learn about the true history of Ishigaki Island. The guide was cheerful and likable, and despite having children, they also had a strong desire to improve in their work, which I found wonderful. The water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island was amazing; the water buffalo, Niran-kun, was the best. The reason for this was that we failed to communicate that the cancellation of parasailing was due to engine trouble on both the day before and the day of the event.

Around 11 AM the day before, we received a notification from the captain that parasailing would be canceled for the entire day due to engine trouble. 今まで海外を含めて、宮古島、石垣島、久米島、、、いろんなところでシュノーケルをしてきましたが、自分の中で一番感動したのは15年くらい前に行った慶良間でした。とても深い海底まで見えるほどの海の透明度、一面が紫色に輝く中に無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、その感動をもう一度感じたくてこのツアーに申込みました。15年の月日を経て海中は、地球温暖化のせいか昔よりは少し茶色ぽくなっていましたが、相変わらず海底までよく見える透明度、無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、ここ何年か見た中で一番に感動しました。ウミガメツアーにも参加してスタッフの方のおかげでウミガメも見ることができました。他のアクティビティを申し込まない私達にとって3時間という短めの時間がちょこっと体験できてよかったです。

In the morning, I did SAP in the mangroves, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling at a beach recommended by the staff!

It was a full-day course, but there were breaks, so I didn't feel rushed, which was great. Although the weather was bad and the snorkeling at the Blue Cave was changed to a different beach, I was satisfied.

The meeting place was easy to find, and it was helpful that I could make a reservation even the day before. The staff members were different for the morning and afternoon tours. If you're in the city, they will pick you up at your hotel, making it convenient to return from the beach without needing to change. We used the shower room, which is about a 5-minute walk from the terminal. We were also taken to our destination by bus. There was no specific explanation, but I saw a notice indicating a fee of 500 yen per person. I paid at that time, but I wondered later if the hot shower was included in the tour. It's recommended to bring your own towels and amenities, but there was a hairdryer available.

Basically, there was one staff member per group, so they seemed busy with explanations, photo-taking, and escorting. However, the staff member was friendly and provided various explanations while guiding us, which made me very satisfied. It was my first time doing SAP, and I had a great time. 市街地であればホテルまで迎えにきてくれるため、帰ります海に入ったまま帰ることもできるので便利です。私たちはシャワールームを利用させてもらいました。ターミナルより徒歩5分くらいの場所です、バスで目的地まだ送ってもらいました。特に説明はなかったので張り紙をみたところ1人500円の表示がありました。その際は支払いをしましたが、ツアー内に温水シャワーも含まれていた？かもと終わってから思いました。タオルやアメニティはないため持参をオススメします。ドライヤーはありました。

基本的に1グループにスタッフが1人だったので説明〜写真撮影、エスコートと忙しそうな印象を受けました。
しがし、スタッフの方は感じのよく色んな説明をしながらガイドをしてくれてとても満足しました。
初めてのSAPでしたが、楽しむことができました。ツアー時間も長く大満足、子供などはちょっと飽きてしまう？疲れてしまうかなと思いました。
グループごとに写真も撮ってくれるため記念になります。しかしスタッフは1人なので写真の枚数は限られます。

シュノーケルは事前に場所が変更になることを前日に教えていただき、参加するかを選べます。
海はとても綺麗で波も少なく泳ぎやすかったです
私は何度かシュノーケルをしていましたが、一緒に参加したパートナーは初めてでした。泳げないわけではないので最後まで参加することができましが、
泳ぎが得意ではない方や途中で体調不良を起こしてしまった人が居た場合怖いと思いました。
基本的にスタッフさんは声をかけてくれますが、1番前で道をエスコートしてくれています。しかし、後ろの様子や遅れが出た場合、何かあった際にすぐに陸地は戻れないパニックが生じた際に戻るフェリーがないなど万が一を考えた場合生命危機が高いのではないかと思いました。
私たちが参加したグループの方はほとんどが20代で体力もあり泳ぐことが出来ていたのでスタッフさんもそこまで気にかけなかったのかとも思います。しかし、スタッフさんが1人だからこそもう少し配慮があってもいいかと思いました。

値段とツアー内容、石垣島を楽しむことができてとても満足しています。半日コースなどニーズに合わせて様々なコースがあるのでぜひ検討してみてください

Due to the weather, we couldn't snorkel at the Blue Cave. We changed our plans, doing snorkeling in the morning at a different location and switching to SUP in the afternoon.

Both snorkeling and SUP were guided by friendly instructors who divided us into groups, making it safe for beginners. During snorkeling, the guide led us with a float, ensuring that even children felt secure. They taught us the names of the fish and took photos of the participants and underwater, which they sent to us later.

It was my first time doing SUP, but the instructions were clear, and everyone was able to stand up and paddle quickly. They also took many photos and sent them to us.

The weather was great, and both the sea and Kabira Bay were beautiful, making it a perfect day.

We participated as a family of four.

I was planning to wrap up my last day in Okinawa with a tour and then head straight to the airport, but… I was told that since it was the first day of a three-day weekend and a festival, I might not be able to return on time, which was concerning. It was my first time trying SUP, and there was a briefing on how to use it and paddle, so I was able to ride without any problems! Even though it was October, the weather was still warm, and it was just right to fall in and get wet. The instructor took a lot of photos, so I was satisfied to have both the experience and memories captured. They even got some great shots of me falling! Haha. During the experience, they recommended some shops and shared various stories about Ishigaki Island, which helped with my travel plans. I think it would be even more fun as I improve at SUP, so I definitely want to participate again.

初めてのSUPでしたが、最初に使い方や漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり問題なく乗れました！
10月でしたが、まだ暑く落ちて濡れてもちょうど良いくらいの気候でした。
インストラクターさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくださるので、体験しつつ思い出も残せて満足でした。
ちょうど落ちるベストショットも撮ってくださってました！笑
体験中おすすめのお店だったり、石垣島の話を色々してくださり、旅行プランの参考にもなりました。
SUP自体上達したらもっと楽しいと思えたので、ぜひまた参加したいです。

It was my first experience, but I really enjoyed it. Regarding the shuttle service to and from the location, our guide and instructor, A, provided fascinating insights into Okinawa's culture, history, and local characteristics. I learned that A has lived in Ishigaki Island for over ten years, and I thought they must really love Ishigaki Island, almost like a local. Instructor I also taught us about stand-up paddleboarding in a very thorough manner, allowing us to enjoy it at our own pace. Above all, they took a lot of photos at various spots, which helped us create lasting memories. I'm really glad I participated!

行き帰りの送迎車に関しても、ガイド兼インストラクターのAさんが、
沖縄の文化や歴史、土地柄などガイドしていただき、大変興味深かったです。
石垣島に移住されて10年以上との事でしたが、地元の人かと思ったほど、
石垣島の事が好きなんだなぁと思いました。
サップについてもインストラクターの Iさんが丁寧に教えてくれて、

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding, and I was able to enjoy it thanks to the instructor's guidance. Although it was a bit windy and I thought it would be difficult to stand, I was able to do so in areas where the wind was calmer! Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but even so, Kabira Bay was very beautiful! I would like to try it again when the weather is nice! On the way back, I was also able to use the hot shower for free, and they provided a ride back, which was very helpful. Additionally, they took a lot of photos, allowing me to create great memories!

When I came to Okinawa, I definitely wanted to try marine sports, so I chose this plan that includes both snorkeling and diving. It was my first time diving, and I found breathing to be more difficult than I expected, but I was taught patiently and was able to dive safely! My companion had never done marine sports before, but they said it was really fun. The waves were calm, so I didn't get seasick, but since we were on the water for a long time, it was a good decision to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

沖縄に来たら絶対マリンスポーツをしたくて、シュノーケリングとダイビングがどちらもできるこちらのプランを選びました。
ダイビングは初めてで、呼吸するのが思ったより難しく手間取りましたが、丁寧に教えていただいて無事に潜る事ができました！
連れはマリンスポーツが初めてでしたが、本当に楽しかったと言っていました。
波が穏やかで船酔いもしませんでしたが、長時間海上にいるので酔い止めを飲んでから行って正解でした。
