The waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Blue Grotto, but this place was great! The kids were scared, but the staff were kind and we had a lot of fun! My elementary school son was so excited and said he wants to come back again!

We participated as a family.
It was a set that included snorkeling and activities. The snorkeling was done at a great spot, and we were able to take some photos, which became wonderful memories.
The activities were really fun, but those who didn't opt for them were just watching from the boat, which felt a bit embarrassing.
The staff were very pleasant, and I would like to use this service again.

I participated in a bus tour!!

At first, I was worried about whether I would enjoy it, but the guide was very kind and made the tour very pleasant.

I thought there would be time restrictions at each location, making it difficult to see everything, but surprisingly, I was able to cover everything I wanted to see and do, so I was very satisfied! I even got to go into the sea!

The weather was also great, and the sunset at the Star Resort Café we visited last was an unforgettable sight.

楽しめるか最初不安でしたが、ガイドの方が優しく接して下さりとても心地よくツアーを楽しめました。

ツアー各地で時間制限が設けられているので中々回れないんだろうなぁと思っていたのですが案外やりたい事見たいもの全部網羅出来たので大満足です！
ちゃんと海にも入れました！

天候にも恵まれ、最後に行った星のリゾートカフェのサンセットがとにかく心に残る景色でした。

It was a very fulfilling one-day tour. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, Manzamo, Okashi Goten, and American Village, so it was great to see them all in one day. The timing of the announcements for each location was also well understood.
If possible, I think it would be nice to have 180 minutes at Churaumi Aquarium since it is large and requires some movement from the parking lot.

とても充実した一日ツアーでした。美ら海水族館、古宇利島、万座毛、御菓子御殿、アメリカンビレッジと行きたかった所だったので、１日で見れてとてめ良かったです。放送で流れる、各地の案内のタイミングも良く理解できました。
できたら美ら海水族館は広くて駐車場からの移動もあるので180分あると良いなと思いました。

We formed two pairs, totaling 270 years old, and it became a trip for four women! We were blessed with great weather, and the beautiful white sandy beach and clear sea at Kabira Bay were amazing.

On my first trip to Okinawa, I signed up for a bus tour since I didn't have a driver's license, and it was great to visit various places in one day. However, perhaps I was too greedy, as the stay time at each location was short, which seemed a bit too busy for my 69-year-old mother. It might be more suitable for younger people. There were also several participants who were traveling alone, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

During the tour, I particularly liked the aquarium and Kouri Island. The bus played music from a music box, and at various points, there were automated announcements in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English explaining the sights we were passing, which helped me learn a bit more about Okinawa.

At one point, I felt frustrated with some people who didn't keep track of the return time, which I think was a misunderstanding of the schedule. Even though it was a trip, I would have preferred if everyone could adhere to the time so we could enjoy the experience more comfortably. (There were also automated announcements regarding such reminders.)

初めての沖縄旅行で、免許が無いのでバスツアーを申し込み、沖縄の各地を１日で巡れて良かったです。
ただ、欲張り過ぎてるのか、１箇所あたりの滞在時間が短く、69歳の母には忙し過ぎた様です。
若い子向きかもしれません。
お一人で参加されてる方も何人もいらっしゃり、楽しまれていたように思います。
コース中では水族館と古宇利島が好きでした。
車内はオルゴールの音楽がかかっており、要所要所で日本語、中国語、韓国語、英語の順で向かってる途中に見える事柄について自動音声？の説明が流れるので、沖縄知識がちょっと増えたかと。
途中、時間を勘違いをしたのか、戻る時間を守らない人達に不満を感じ、旅行とはいえそこは守っていただいて気持ちよく過ごしたかったです。(そういう注意事項の自動音声アナウンスもありました)

I had an amazing time kayaking in a place that isn't easily accessible! Both the sea and the scenery were fantastic! If the quality of the photos taken could be improved a bit, that would have been perfect. I definitely want to do this again when I visit Ishigaki Island!

I was worried because I couldn't rent a car for my first trip to Ishigaki Island since all the reservations were full. I found this tour online, and it helped me get to the places I wanted to visit efficiently! The glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay was amazing; I even saw a sea turtle! At the end, I was dropped off at Ishigaki Airport, which was perfect for my return flight.

初めての石垣島観光でレンタカーも予約いっぱいで借りられずどうしょうと考えてました。ネットでこのツアーが見つけて行きたいところに効率よく連れて行ってくれるので助かった!

I was satisfied because I could enter at a great price since I had points from Veltra. If the redemption location were directly at the Churaumi Aquarium, it would have been perfect.

It was a wonderful experience at the stunning Kabira Bay in pleasant weather. The instructor, Gin, was polite and very pleasant, and the SUP lecture was kind, thorough, and easy to understand. It was impressive how attentive he was to the participants. My daughter and son, who were trying it for the first time, were able to get on smoothly and enjoyed themselves. The water temperature was high, so even falling into the water felt nice. We took a lot of photos, and it became a great memory. This was just an experience, but I’m thinking about starting SUP seriously. Thank you for the fun time!

We participated in a SUP tour at Kabira Bay with our family. The weather was great that day, and it felt wonderful. It was our first time doing SUP, but before heading out to sea, they carefully taught us how to paddle, the key points, and the conditions of the sea that day (it was a bit windy, so we might struggle a little to move forward). This made us feel secure to start. During the tour, they took a lot of photos, which added wonderful memories to our family trip. I also tried taking a few pictures with my own camera, but the photos taken by the instructor were much more beautiful! (laughs) I was also happy with the system that sent the photos right after the tour! Thank you, Gin!

当日は天気も良くとても気持ちよかったです。
初めてのSUPでしたが、海の出る前に漕ぎ方やポイント、当日の海の状況(参加した日は風が強く少し進むのに苦労するかも、といった感じでした)等をていねいに教えてくだり、安心して始めることが出来ました。
ツアー中はたくさん写真を撮ってくださり、家族旅行のステキな思い出が増えました。自分のカメラでも何枚か撮ってみたのですが、インストラクターの方が撮ってくださる写真の方が何倍も綺麗でした！笑
ツアーの後すぐに写真を送ってくださるシステムも嬉しかったです！

I chose the snorkeling and Yufu Island course. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time snorkeling, but the guide was very kind and showed us around underwater. They took great photos, which became wonderful memories, and I am very satisfied! The bus ride to Yufu Island was also informative, as the guide shared various explanations and knowledge about Iriomote Island along the way. It was very interesting, and I would love to participate in another tour! Thank you very much!

I think it's good for family and romantic outings. However, instead of spending time at the aquarium, I believe you would be more satisfied by increasing your time at American Village for shopping and dining. Aquariums are all pretty similar, and the dining options are just ordinary buffets. It's just expensive. If you're going to pay the same price, you might as well enjoy a hearty hamburger or American cuisine.

家族、恋人とかの観光なら良いと思います。　けど水族館に時間使うよりアメリカンビレッジに時間を増やせば買い物、食事が満足出来ると思う。　水族館なんて似たり寄ったりで食事もありふれたバイキング。高いだけ。　同じ値段払うならボリューム有るハンバーガーとかアメリカンの料理を楽しみ。

First, after a brief explanation of about 10 minutes, we immediately set off to the sea to start the experience. I had the best SUP experience in beautiful waters under perfect weather. The guide was muscular and really handsome. Next time, I will go to Ishigaki Island with my SUP.

はじめに10分くらい簡単に説明したらすぐに海に出発して体験スタート。綺麗な海で最高な天気の下で最高のsup体験ができました。ガイドのお兄さんはムキムキでめっちゃイケメンでした。今度はMyサップで石垣島行きます。

I had booked a different tour, but it was canceled, so I made a last-minute reservation two days prior and was able to join. For Pipi's tour, we changed from the Blue Cave to snorkeling at Ohsaki Beach due to the strong currents.

The guide in the morning was very knowledgeable about Ishigaki Island, and it was really enjoyable as he introduced various aspects of the island during the drive. While snorkeling, I was captivated by the beautiful corals and colorful fish, which was truly moving. I also learned that some corals had died last year, and I hope the beautiful corals of Ishigaki Island continue to thrive.

There was a minor issue with the goggles not fitting my face, but they quickly came to assist and changed the goggles for me. They were very attentive, checking on me and suggesting I hold onto a float when I got tired. Although it was hot, since it was late October, I was glad I borrowed a wetsuit to conserve energy while swimming in the sea for nearly an hour.

After the morning tour, I went to the free shower room, but there were no towels, shampoo, conditioner, or body soap provided, so it's best to bring your own if needed. There were hair dryers, a powder room, lockers, and a keychain for securing suitcases. There was about an hour until the afternoon tour, allowing for a lunch break.

In the afternoon, we did SUP on the east side of Kabira Bay. They provided thorough instruction on how to paddle, making it easy for beginners to participate. I was allowed to bring my own camera and smartphone, so having a strap to prevent dropping them would have been reassuring. Once I got the hang of SUP, they also taught us some fun ways to play on the board, which were quite challenging, so I recommend trying them if you get the chance.

On the way back, they provided transportation to the ANA InterContinental, and I made it to my evening flight without any issues.

Overall, all the staff were very attentive, and I created unforgettable memories of Ishigaki Island. I was extremely satisfied. Thank you!

別ツアーを予約していましたが中止になったため、急遽2日前に予約し受け付けていただきました。pipiさんのツアーでも青の洞窟は潮の流れが早いということで大崎ビーチでのシュノーケルに変更に。

午前のガイドさんが石垣島の知識豊富だったため、道中の車内でもさまざまな石垣島についての紹介をして下さりとても楽しかったです。
シュノーケル中は、カラフルな魚たちと共に大変美しい珊瑚に魅了され大変感動しました。
同時に、昨年死滅してしまった珊瑚もあるとのことで今後も美しい石垣島の珊瑚が続いて欲しいと感じました。
途中、ゴーグルが顔に合わないトラブルがありましたが、すぐに駆けつけて下さりゴーグルを変更いただきました。その後も気にかけてくださったり、疲れた時は浮き輪に捕まってよいなど大変丁寧にご対応いただきました。
気温は暑さはありましたが、10月後半ということもあり、海水を1時間近く遊泳するため、体力温存のためにウエットスーツを借りておいて良かったです。

午前ツアーの後に無料のシャワールームへ行きましたが、タオルシャンプーリンスボディソープなどの備え付けのものがないため必要な方は持っていくのがいいかと。ドライヤー、パウダールーム、ロッカー、スーツケースを留めておくキーチェーンはありました。
午後ツアーまでは1時間ほどあり、昼食休憩を挟めます。

午後は川平湾の東側でSUPを行いました。SUPの漕ぎ方の講習をしっかり行って下さり初めてでも安心して参加できます。自身のカメラ、スマホを持って行っても良かったので、落ちないような紐などあると安心でした。
SUPに慣れてきた際には、SUPでの遊び方も教えて下さり、その技が結構難しかったので機会があればチャレンジしてみてください。

帰りはANAインターコンチネンタルまで送迎下さり無事夜の飛行機便にも間に合いました。

総じてどのスタッフの方にも丁寧にご対応いただき、忘れられない石垣島の思い出ができ大変満足しました。ありがとうございました。

In the morning, I experienced canoeing, and in the afternoon, snorkeling.

Before we started, they provided a detailed explanation, and during the activities, the guide was considerate of all participants, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind.

I was happy to have many photos taken and received them afterward!

I chose a sightseeing bus tour since it was my first time in Ishigaki and I didn't go into the sea. The meal was included, and the bus guide was great, making it a fun experience. At Kabira Bay, I got to ride a glass-bottom boat and even encountered sea turtles, and the lunch at Auntie Poza's table was delicious.

On the day of the tour, unfortunately, it rained. Even more disappointing was that I couldn't hear any of the Okinawan language that I had been looking forward to. The guide followed the guidebook too closely, used unnecessary polite language, and engaged in small talk with the driver instead of answering questions. I felt like I wasted my last moments in Ishigaki.

当日は残念なことに雨天。それ以上に残念だったのは楽しみにしていたウチナーグチを全く聞けなかったこと。ガイド本通りの案内、不要な丁寧語、質問に対する対応、運転手との無駄話。石垣最後の時間を無駄に過ごしたと残念だった。

I also went kayaking in the mangroves, but kayaking in the ocean was refreshing and had a different charm that you can't experience in the mangroves. Additionally, the waters of Kabira Bay were very beautiful, and the weather was perfect, making it a very enjoyable tour.

マングローブでもカヤックをしましたが、海でのカヤックは開放感があり、マングローブでは味わえないまた違った魅力がありました。
また、川平湾の海はとてもきれいで天候にも恵まれたので、とても楽しいツアーになりました。

I was staying at a hotel in Naha City, so I was looking for a day trip tour that would allow me to visit distant sightseeing spots.

The two key points that made my decision were that it included the must-visit Churaumi Aquarium and that I could enjoy drinks while looking at the ocean at the Hoshino Resort café.

Since it was a tour, it was definitely more economical than renting a car and going individually, and the duration of the stay was just right, allowing for an efficient visit.

The bus was clean and comfortable.

Although the meeting time was early, I was able to enjoy the scenery from the window or relax and sleep on the way to Churaumi Aquarium.

The stay at Churaumi Aquarium was two and a half hours. I leisurely watched the whale sharks and enjoyed some taco rice while looking at the ocean from a food truck.

I prioritized taking my time to see the whale sharks, so I didn’t watch the dolphin show, but I think planning in advance how you want to explore can lead to a more fulfilling experience inside the aquarium.

You can also go to the beach from the aquarium, so you can experience the daytime ocean in Okinawa there.

At Ryukyu Village, I was able to see the Eisa dance during the scheduled time, and I enjoyed looking at the traditional houses and the Eisa performance.

I admired the scenic spot of Manzamo and relaxed at the Hoshino Resort café, choosing my favorite seat to enjoy the ocean view or go out to the beach.

The only time to have a proper meal is at Churaumi Aquarium, so it’s better to eat well there. Since food other than drinks is prohibited on the bus, it’s advisable to eat enough to avoid getting hungry.

It was a full-day tour, but the duration at each spot was just right, so there was no rush or excess time, which was perfect.

The guide's approach was just right, making my memories of the Okinawa trip even more enjoyable and rich.

Whether you’re struggling with travel planning or regardless of having a license, I highly recommend this comfortable tour.

那覇市内のホテルに連泊していたので、日帰りでも遠方の観光名所を巡れる日帰りツアーを探していました。

絶対欠かせない、美ら海水族館が入っていたことと、星野リゾートのカフェで海を見ながらドリンクが飲めるこの２つがポイントが決め手でした。

ツアーなので、レンタカーを借りて個人で行くよりも断然お得ですし、滞在時間もちょうど良いので効率よく回れました。

バスの車内も綺麗で快適でした。

朝早い集合ですが、美ら海水族館までは車窓からの景色を楽しんだり、寝たりとゆっくりと過ごせました。

美ら海水族館は、2時間半の滞在です。
ゆっくりとジンベエザメを眺めて、キッチンカーがでていたので、海を見ながらタコライスを食べたりと、食も楽しめました。

ジンベエザメをゆっくりとみることを優先していたので、イルカのショーは見ていませんが、事前にどんなふうに回りたいのか考えておくことで、より充実した館内めぐりができると思います。

水族館から浜辺にも行けるので、日中の沖縄の海をここで体験することもできます。


琉球村では、エイサーが見れる時間帯だったので、ゆっくりと昔ながらの家やエイサーを見ることが出来ました。

万座毛の景勝地を眺め、星野リゾートのカフェでは好きな席で海や眺めたり、浜に出たりとのんびり出来ました。

しっかりとご飯を食べるタイミングは、美ら海水族館のみなので、ここでしっかりとご飯は食べた方が良いです。
車内は、飲み物以外は禁止なので、お腹が空かないようにしっかりと食べたほうがよいです。

1日使ったツアーですが、それぞれがちょうど良い滞在時間なので、バタバタすることも、時間が余ることもなくちょうどよかったです。

ガイドツアーさんの距離感もちょうど良く、沖縄旅行の思い出がより楽しく濃厚となりました。

旅行の計画に困ったり、免許の有無に関わらず、快適でおすすめです。

I was alone, but I was very satisfied! It was really helpful to have the aquarium tickets included, as I didn't have to worry about checking the bus and Yui Rail schedules or looking for parking.

At 8 AM, I was picked up by car in front of the hotel and set sail from Naha Port. We anchored near Nagannu Island in the Kerama Islands and started snorkeling around 9:30. Various tropical fish came close to us, and we had plenty of time to enjoy until 11:30. There are also optional marine activities available.

Since changing clothes is done in a simple curtain or restroom, I changed early to avoid the crowd. It can be quite bumpy, but it might be okay to change on the way back.

This time, with about 25 participants, the swimming area was designated, so at times it felt close to other people.

While snorkeling at the beach, high waves sometimes stirred up sand, making it hard to see the fish. However, since this tour is for offshore snorkeling, I believe you can still see the fish even if the waves are a bit high. I think this tour is recommended for those who want to easily and reliably see tropical fish from Naha.

朝8時にホテルの前に車で迎えに来ていただき、那覇の港から出航。慶良間諸島のナガンヌ島の近くに停泊し、9:30頃からシュノーケリング開始。さまざまな熱帯魚が近寄ってきます。11:30まで充分に楽しめます。オプションでマリンアクティビティも楽しめます。
簡易なカーテンかトイレでの着替えとなりますので混雑を避けて早めに着替えました。かなり揺れますが復路で着替えても良いかもしれません。
今回、25人ほどの参加で遊泳エリアが決められているため、他の人と距離が近く感じることもありました。

ビーチでのシュノーケリングでは波が高いと砂が舞い上がって魚が見えないことがありましたが、このツアーは沖合でのシュノーケリングですので、多少、波が高くても、魚は見えると思います。
那覇から気軽に確実に熱帯魚を見たい方へはお勧めのツアーかと思います。

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and thanks to the thorough instruction, I had a great time. The weather was perfect, and paddling on the beautiful sea felt amazing! I will definitely join again when I visit Ishigaki! The snorkeling in the afternoon was also surprising, as the fish came right up close to me. Thank you for the valuable experience.

Initially, I had booked the canoe mangrove tour and the Blue Cave snorkeling.

On the day of the tour, I was informed that the Blue Cave was rough, and they asked if I could change to Osaki instead.

I was really looking forward to the Blue Cave, so I was disappointed, but I understood it was a safety decision.

They mentioned I could switch to stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), so I decided to give it a try.

As a result, it turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience, and I am very grateful to the two instructors, Misaki and Karino.

First of all, the clarity of the water and the schools of fish at the snorkeling spot we changed to were incredible; it felt like being in a giant aquarium. I was also thrilled to encounter a huge sea snake.

One of the other tour guests became unwell, but thanks to the staff's teamwork, the flow of the tour was not interrupted, and they provided perfect care for the person who was feeling ill.

After the snorkeling tour, Misaki introduced me to a great lunch spot. It was fantastic!

In the afternoon, the handsome Karino was our instructor.

He was very good at teaching, and everyone quickly learned how to operate the SUP.

We had a fun time exploring the mangrove river.

It was clear that both instructors truly loved nature, and more importantly, they were professionals who ensured the safety and enjoyment of their guests.

I don't know if it was just a lucky coincidence or the company's culture, but I am definitely planning to return when I visit Ishigaki Island again.

当初予約は、カヌーマングローブツアーと青の洞窟シュノーケリングでした。

当日の連絡で青の洞窟は荒れてるので大崎に変更しても？との事でした

青の洞窟が以前から楽しみで残念でしたが、安全上の判断と言う事ですので、そこは了解しました

カヌーをサップに変更出来ますよ？

というので、サップに挑戦してみました。

結果、思わぬ最高の体験になりインストラクターのお二人

ミサキさんとカリノさんには大感謝

先ずは変更したシュノーケリングの海岸の透明度と魚群が凄くて、まるでそこは水族館の大水槽にいるようでした。
巨大なウミヘビにも出会え大感動。

他のツアー客さんの中に具合の悪くなった人が出たのですが、スタッフ同士の連携で、ツアーの流れが途切れず、具合悪い方へのケアも完璧でした。

シュノーケリングツアー終了後に、ミサキさんにランチの場所を紹介して頂いて。そこが又最高！

インストラクターのお二人は本当に自然が大好きなのが伝わり、それ以上に安全にキチンとお客楽しませるプロだと思いました。

石垣島に来た際はリピート確定です

Since I had extra time than planned, I made a reservation the day before and participated alone. I recommend this for those without transportation who want to visit the main tourist attractions on the island.

Regarding the Churaumi Aquarium, I felt the time allocation was satisfactory, but for those who want to have a proper lunch or take their time exploring the exhibits, it might not be enough. You can see the dolphin show!

In my personal opinion, instead of ending at American Village, it might be nice to change the location to a place where you can enjoy the sunset and take beautiful photos.

予定より滞在時間が余ったため、前日に予約して1人で参加しました。足が無い人で、本島の観光名所をとりあえず回りたい人にはおすすめです。
美ら海水族館については、私は満足な時間配分だと思いましたが、昼食をしっかり取ったり、館内をじっくり見たい人には足りないかもしれません。イルカのショーは見れます！
個人的な意見ですが、最後はアメリカンビレッジではなく、夕日が落ちるまでじっくり見れる場所に変更しても綺麗な写真が取れて良いのではないかと思いました。
