It was a wonderful stand-up paddleboarding experience at Kawahira Bay with great weather! The blue sea and white sandy beach will be a lifelong memory. The guide provided thorough instructions, so I had no worries. I would love to participate again!

After gathering, I felt a thrill just heading north on the pitch-black road. Our guide, Ryoma, confidently said, "I can't guarantee you'll see the stars since it's up to nature, but I will definitely show you the coconut crabs!" He was quite impressive. The search for coconut crabs turned into an exciting exploration of the dark forest for the kids. Of course, the adults were excited too. Surprisingly, we couldn't find the coconut crabs for a while, and while we were looking at the stars, Ryoma got hurt while searching for them. My sons seemed to be inspired by Ryoma's adventurous spirit and charming stories, and they said it was incredibly fun when we got back. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

集合後、真っ暗な道を北上するだけでドキドキしました。ガイドのりょーまさんが『星空は自然相手なので見える保証はできないけど、ヤシガニは僕が100パーセント見せます！』と言いきってて男前でした。ヤシガニ探しも闇夜の森の探検で子供達大興奮。もちろん大人も。意外にもなかなかヤシガニがみつからなくて、私たちが星空を見ている間に身体に怪我を負いながら探してきてくれました。ほんとやんちゃで冒険心のある素敵なりょーまさんのお話や一挙手一投足に息子たちも刺激をもらったようで、サイコーにたのしかった！と帰ってから言ってました。よい想い出をありがとうございました。

It seems that it is difficult to encounter suitable weather at Sapphire Cave, so we quickly changed to snorkeling to meet the sea turtle, Nimo. Our guide, Kazuki, was very efficient in leading us, and beyond just enjoying the experience, I felt a sense of professionalism from his work perspective. I was surprised to learn how young he is. It was an opportunity to realize that trust is paramount when it comes to the sea. Thank you, Kazuki, for your smiling face!

The reservation for the morning departure was changed to 2 PM the day before. I respected the professional judgment, but on the day of the trip, the sea was rough, and even though we got off the canoe near the Pumpkin entrance, the current was strong. We only caught a glimpse of the cave entrance before retreating quickly. The staff tried to appear calm, but participants were being swept away by the tide and had to cling to each other to avoid being carried off while getting into the canoe.

I understand that there is a possibility of not completing the trip due to weather conditions, but it was clear that the sea was rough from the start, and the tides could be predicted. I felt it would have been better not to force the departure.

As for our instructor, simply saying "just follow me straight" in such rough seas was quite unhelpful. Other groups were taking many photos despite the conditions, but our instructor only took a few on land before and after departure. Since cameras were not allowed on the tour, it depended entirely on the instructor's consideration.

Overall, it felt like the safety of the customers and creating good memories were not prioritized; rather, it seemed that just departing and not issuing refunds were the main concerns.

朝発の予約が、前日になって、14時発に変更された。プロの判断なので尊重していたが、当日は海も荒れており、パンプキン入口近辺でカヌーを降りるも、潮の流れが早く、洞窟の入り口をチラ見しただけで、逃げるように退散。スタッフは平然を装っていたが、参加者は潮に流されそうになり、他を繋ぎ合って流されないように耐えながらカヌーに乗り込んだ。
当日の天候状況で完遂出来ない可能性は理解しているが、出発前から見るからに海は荒れており、潮の満ち引きは予測できるので、無理して出発しなくても良かったよでは無いかと感じた。
ここからは我々のインストラクターの事だが、荒れた海でのカヌーにおいて、「真っ直ぐついてきて下さい」だけで、かなり不親切。他のグループでは、荒れた中でも沢山写真を撮っていたが、我々のインストラクターは出発前後の陸地で数枚のみ。ツアー自体にカメラ類の持ち込みが出来ないため、インストラクターの気配り次第となる。
全体通して、客の身の安全と、良い思い出作りを優先されておらず、とにかく出発すること、返金しないことが優先されているように感じた。

I started with snorkeling and had an extraordinary experience! It was a day that overwhelmed me with the beauty of the ocean in Okinawa!!!

Next time, I would like to participate in a mangrove tour as well.

Jiro, our guide, took us on a night tour. We were able to see coconut crabs and a beautiful starry sky. Seeing the coconut crabs in person was impressive; they were very large, and I was shocked when he told us that there are even bigger ones. The starry sky was also stunning. It was beautiful even with the moonlight, but I heard that it would be even better during a new moon or when the moon hasn't risen, so I thought I would like to try it again somewhere else.

ヤシガニと綺麗な星空を観ることが出来ました。生で見るヤシガニは迫力がありとても大きかったですが、これより大きいサイズもいるんだよと教えてくれた時には度肝抜かれました、、星空も満点でした。月明かりがあっても綺麗でしたが、新月や月が昇ってないタイミングだともっと見れると聞き、またどこかでトライしてみたいなと思いました。

I tried stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. Thanks to the guide Jiro's thorough instructions, I was able to stand up and paddle right away. The weather was nice, and the sea was clear, so it felt really good.

始めてsup をやりました。ガイドのじろうさんが丁寧なレクチャーをしてくださったおかげですぐに立って漕ぐように出来ました。天気も良く海が透き通っていましたので、とても気持ち良かったです。

The tour guide provided the meeting times at each drop-off location, and the foreign participants adhered to them strictly, allowing us to move according to schedule. The large bus with air conditioning was comfortable, and it also had AC 100V outlets and WiFi available. We were able to cover the highlights of northern Okinawa, which would be quite challenging to do on our own, and we had a fun day. The lunch was delicious as well.

降車場所毎に添乗員さんから集合時刻が案内され、外国人参加者もきっちりそれを守るので、スケジュール通りに移動できました。
空調が効いた大型バスは快適で、AC100VコンセントとWiFiも使えます。
自力で行くとなると結構大変な沖縄本島の北部の見所をおさえられ、楽しい一日を過ごすことができました。
お昼ごはんも美味しかったです。

This was my first time participating. I joined alone, but the staff were kind, and I felt at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, crystal-clear sea, the coral, and the fish, and I was very satisfied! I would like to participate again! Thank you!

Entering the pitch-black jungle can be daunting since you never know what might come out, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience this tour. Since it's wildlife we're dealing with, it depends on luck, but it seems we were fortunate to see an owl and a turtle this time. The guide was able to spot and introduce creatures that I likely wouldn't have found on my own. The moon was out, and perhaps due to its position, we could see quite a few stars. However, it seemed a bit challenging to capture the beautiful starry sky in photos. The two guide brothers were friendly, and it seemed like they were enjoying themselves as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

真っ暗なジャングルの中に入っていくのは何が出てくるかわからないし、躊躇してしまいますが、このようなツアーで体験できてよかったです。
野生生物が相手なので運によりますが、今回はフクロウ、カメなどが見れて当たりだったようです。自分では見つけられないであろう生き物をガイドさんが見つけて紹介してくれました。
月が出ていましたが、位置が良かったのかまぁまぁ星は見れました。
星空はきれいに写真に残すのは少し難しそうでした。
ガイドのお兄さん二人がフレンドリーな方で、ガイドさん自身も楽しんでいるようで、楽しめました。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, I received a notification the day before and instead of the Phantom Island, I experienced snorkeling at the Blue Cave. According to the guide, it was quite a lucky day, and I even got a 1,000 yen discount, so I was actually glad to have this option instead.

The guide kept the atmosphere lively on the bus, and even though most people were beginners, they regularly checked in with us, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

They also introduced various shops on the bus, which was very helpful. I want to try again next time!

台風の影響で、前日に連絡していただき、幻の島の代わりに青の洞窟のシュノーケル体験しました。ガイドさん曰くかなりの当たり日だったようで、1000円引きだったし寧ろこっちで良かったです。
ガイドさんが、バスの中でも盛り上げてくれ、ほとんどの人が初心者でしたが定期的に声をかけてくださり、安心して見ることができました。
バスの中で様々なお店を紹介していただき、大変参考になりました。
次はリベンジしたい！

I was able to see the beautiful sea in Okinawa. There were many fish swimming around, and it felt like being in another world. The staff were also very friendly, and I enjoyed the time on the boat without getting bored. Overall, both the boat and snorkeling experience were amazing. The slide was also a lot of fun.

沖縄の綺麗な海を見ることができました。魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても異世界にいるような感じでした。スタッフさんたちもノリが良く船内も飽きずに楽しめました。とにかく船内もシュノーケリングも最高でした。スライダーもとても楽しかったです。

I was really glad to experience snorkeling for the first time in Kerama. The water was crystal clear, allowing me to see the underwater world, including coral and various fish. I even got to meet a sea turtle and witnessed its breathing up close, which was truly moving.

Additionally, during the boat rides to each snorkeling point, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Okinawa's sea and islands. I even saw goats on the cliffs of the island, which was amusing!

All three points were enjoyable, and I felt like I could have swum even more. I definitely want to experience this again.

Since I'm not a strong swimmer, I wore a life jacket. After the boat arrived at the snorkeling points, we had to swim a bit to reach the spots, so for those who are not confident in swimming, I think it's better to wear a life jacket to enjoy snorkeling safely and freely.

The snorkeling group and the diving group shared the same boat, but the snorkeling group spent time on the second floor. The second floor is more spacious, so I think you can relax there more comfortably.

The free shuttle bus gathers at a designated location for pickup, but on the way back, they dropped us off at our hotel.

初のシュノーケリングを慶良間で体験できて、本当に良かったです。
海が透き通っており、海中を見渡せ、珊瑚や色々な魚を見ることができました。
ウミガメにも会うことができ、ウミガメの息継ぎを間近で見ることができ、感動しました。

また、船での各ポイントへの移動時も沖縄の海や島々の景色を楽しむことができました。島の崖にいるヤギも見ることができました笑

３ポイントとも楽しく、泳ぎ足りないくらいでした。
ぜひ、また体験したいです。

泳ぐのが苦手なので、ライフジャケットを着ました。船がポイントについてからも、ある程度泳いでスポットに移動しますし、安心して自由にシュノーケリングを楽しむためにも、泳ぐのが苦手な方はライフジャケットを着ていた方が良いかと思います。

シュノーケリングのグループとダイビングのグループが同船しますが、シュノーケリングのグループは２階で過ごしました。２階の方が広々としているので、ゆっくり過ごすことができるかと思います。

無料送迎バスは、ピックアップ時は指定の場所に集合しますが、帰りは宿泊しているホテルまで送ってくれました。

Snorkeling was amazing! I was worried about the typhoon, but the weather was clear! The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I was so excited the whole time. I encountered a sea turtle, and its sleeping姿 was so cute! I was healed by the sight of it sleeping peacefully. The staff were kind, and I was able to enjoy it safely, making it the best memory. I definitely want to go again!

台風が心配だったけど天気は快晴！
海はめちゃくちゃキレイで、テンション上がりっぱなしでした。ウミガメに出会えたんだけど、ウミガメの寝てる姿、すごくかわいかった！ゆっくり気持ちよさそうに睡眠してる姿に癒されました。スタッフも優しくて、安全に楽しめたし、最高の思い出になった。
また絶対行きたい！

The meeting place was in front of the vending machine at Uehara Port, and I confirmed this by phone the day before, which made it easy to find on the day of the tour. I was accompanied by Yume-san, who was friendly and very cute!

Unfortunately, we couldn't land on Barasu Island due to the sea conditions, but I hope to have a chance to try again someday. The snorkeling was incredibly beautiful! I heard that after a typhoon, the visibility is even clearer, and I was lucky to experience that!

The waves were higher than usual, making it a bit challenging to swim, but Yume-san was keeping a close eye on us, which made me feel safe while swimming. It was fun to touch a large sea cucumber and see a sea snake!

After a lunch break, we went for a mangrove canoeing experience. Yume-san taught us various interesting facts, which was educational! The canoe was for two people. I was worried about whether I could paddle properly, but surprisingly, I picked it up quickly!

The scenery was fantastically beautiful, and I encountered a hermit crab of a size I had never seen before. Overall, it was a lot of fun. At the end, there was a place to take a shower as well. I had the best experience on this tour with Yume-san. Her photography skills were also outstanding, which was impressive! Thank you very much!

The reason for joining the tour was simply to see the "coconut crab." I was very satisfied to see both juvenile and adult coconut crabs. It was a very precious experience that reminded me of my childhood as an adult. In the end, I was able to see a lot of stars in the night sky, which made me very happy. It was a moment that passed in the blink of an eye.

Due to the cancellation at Uehara Port, I entered Iriomote Island from Ohara Port, and they explained the transportation methods over the phone in advance. Kayaking while explaining about the plants and creatures, as well as trekking through the jungle, was enjoyable.

After the tour, there was a place to change and take a shower. I was also happy that they took several photos during the tour and sent them to me right away. On the way back, instead of being dropped off at the hotel, I was taken to Hoshizuna Beach, which I was able to enjoy as well.

The guide was very kind and interacted well with my children, making my 7 and 9-year-olds feel safe and have fun. When I mentioned that our plans for the next day were canceled due to the approaching typhoon, they recommended ways to spend our time. The wild boar yukhoe I had at the restaurant they suggested for the next evening was very delicious!

Thanks to them, it was a very enjoyable trip. If I have the opportunity to come back to Iriomote Island, I would like to ask for their services again. Thank you!

上原港欠航のために大原港から西表島に入りましたが、移動方法についても事前に電話で説明してくださいました。植物や生き物についての説明をしていただきながらのカヤック、ジャングルのトレッキングも楽しかったです。
ツアー後は着替えやシャワーができる場所がありました。
ツアー中に何度か写真を撮ってくださって、すぐに送っていただけたことも嬉しかったです。
帰りはホテルではなく星砂の浜に送っていただけたので、そちらも楽しむことができました。
ガイドさんはとても優しい方で、子供にも上手に声をかけていただき、7歳と9歳の子供も安心して楽しく過ごせました。台風接近の影響で翌日の予定がなくなり困っていることを伝えると、おすすめの過ごし方を教えてくださいました。翌日の夜に教えていただいたお店で食べたイノシシのユッケはとても美味しかったです！
おかげさまでとても楽しい旅行となりました。
また西表島に来る機会があればお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

We participated in the 7 AM tour. The weather was great that day, and being early in the morning, the Blue Cave was like a private space just for my husband and me. Our guide, Mr. Kurosawa, was very kind and attentive, providing a comfortable experience that was easy for older couples, which greatly enhanced our enjoyment of snorkeling. I definitely think the 7 AM time slot is the best if you're going to participate. The tour was scheduled for two hours, but since it was just the two of us, we finished by a little after 8 and were back at the hotel by 9, allowing us to have breakfast. By around 8 when we got back on land, other tour groups were starting to arrive one after another, which was surprising. Indeed, the early bird catches the worm!

朝7時の便に参加しました。当日は天候も良く早朝なだけあり青の洞窟は私たち夫婦の貸切状態でした。ガイドの黒澤さんはとても親切で丁寧、熟年夫婦にも無理のない快適な案内で一層シュノーケリングの楽しさ倍増でした。参加するなら空いている7時が絶対にいいと思います。2時間とあったツアー時間でしたが私たち2人だけだったので8時過ぎには終わって9時にはホテルに戻り朝食を取ることができました。陸に上がった8時ごろには次々と他のツアーの人が訪れていて、びっくりでした。やはり早起きは三文の徳です！

It was the best experience to fully enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island! Canoeing through the mangroves was very mystical and moving! The guide was entertaining, making the journey enjoyable. I also made wonderful memories riding a water buffalo cart across the sea on Yubu Island. I was very satisfied with all the photos taken.

It was all of my friends' first experience with SUP, and we had an amazing time learning from our instructor, Soma, in the beautiful waters of Miyako Island! Everyone got hooked on the fun of SUP and fell in love with the stunning sea of Miyako Island! I want to do SUP again when I go back to Miyako Island!

Everything was a first for me! Wearing a life jacket and riding on a banana boat. The strong, dark-skinned man from Marine Cranberry Kise was very kind, funny, and incredibly skilled at maneuvering the boat! When it started to rain, I thought we might have to stop, but he quickly assessed the movement of the clouds and navigated the boat to a gap in the clouds! I got soaked, but what awaited us afterward was a breathtaking view of the deep blue sea and light blue sky from a high vantage point, which instantly lifted my spirits! It was so much fun!! Although we were a bit older than everyone else, I’m really glad we had this experience.

マリンクランベリー喜瀬の真っ黒でたくましい男性はとても優しく面白く、とにかく操縦がうまい！途中雨が降ってきて中止かな？と思いきや雲の動きを瞬時に見極めて船を動かし雲の切れ間へ移動！頭からびしょ濡れになったもののその後に待っていた高い所から見下ろす真っ青な海と水色の空で一気に気持ちはハイテンション！とにかく楽しかった！！
私たちは少し年齢が皆さんより上でしたけど本当に体験して良かったです

Kayaking in a shallow and calm area was wonderful. It was great to see clearly underwater. I was thrilled to see many beautiful little blue fish, octopuses, corals, and crabs. They sent me the edited footage from the drone, complete with background music, to my smartphone on the way back. Watching it in high quality on a large screen was quite impressive.

遠浅でおだやかな場所でのカヤック。クリアに水中が見通せるところがとても良かったです。
綺麗な青い小さなお魚やタコ、珊瑚やカニなど、たくさん見ることができ、大興奮でした。
ドローン撮影した映像をBGM付で編集してくださったものを帰りにスマホに送ってくださいました。
高画質で大画面で見るとなかなかの迫力があります。

Although we couldn't see the beautiful Milky Way due to the clouds, we were able to discover several coconut crabs. We also encountered various creatures, including different types of crabs, frogs, and scorpions. I would love to visit Iriomote Island again.

The instructors for SUP canoeing and snorkeling were different, but they taught the basics in a very thorough and kind manner, allowing beginners like me to enjoy it even alone.

SUPorカヌー、及びシュノーケリングの異なるインストラクターでしたが、基礎的な事を懇切丁寧に教えて頂き、初心者、且つ1人でも十分楽しめました。

We participated as a family of four.
It took about 40 minutes to reach our destination from the meeting point.
We were lent flashlights and rubber boots, and we explored the jungle. Perhaps because it had just rained, we saw many creatures, including coconut crabs.
We reached the coast, where we could see the starry sky and even spotted shooting stars.

懐中電灯と長靴を貸していただき、ジャングルを散策ました。雨上がりのためか生き物が出てきており、ヤシガニも多くみられました。
海岸に出て、星空も観ることができ、流れ星も見られました。
