I thought I would be able to see coral reefs and schools of fish, so I decided to take this boat. When we set sail, I enjoyed the view from the upper deck, but once we arrived at the point, we moved to the cabin below deck. That's when the surprise came! The cabin itself descended into the water, allowing us to see schools of fish right next to us, and the coral reef on the seabed was just nearby, which was truly impressive. This tour should promote the fact that the cabin descends into the water more. (The boarding fee of 1,500 yen is also quite reasonable.)

This facility is located near the Churaumi Aquarium. The night before the experience, I was imagining whether the water would be murky due to the rain, but that wasn't the case at all. I was able to see the corals and many fish. We moved to the observation point while enjoying the scenery from the boat, so there was no seasickness. Once we arrived at the point, we moved to the bottom of the boat, and after taking our seats, we were lowered into the water, allowing us to see the fish from the side. Unlike a regular glass-bottom boat, where you look down from above, this setup makes it very easy to see everything. Before boarding, we also got to see turtles and dolphins!

This was my first time participating in this activity during a family trip. It was really great to be able to see underwater while sitting in a semi-submersible.

The staff were very kind and attentive, which was nice since I had small children with me.

I had previously been on a glass-bottom boat, but since I was with children, I was worried about seasickness. So, I found this tour where you sit and look out the window and decided to sign up, and it was truly amazing!

I couldn't imagine what it would be like until I got on, but once I did, I was really excited!!

This isn't to say that the tour was bad, but during my stay in Okinawa, it was only during this glass-bottom boat tour that it rained heavily, making it difficult to see the fish clearly. I was really disappointed thinking that if the weather had been nice, I would have been able to see the beautiful sea fish. I also wanted to experience feeding the dolphins, but since I had small children with me, I gave up on that. Since our hotel was near Kokusai Street and considering the traffic to Motobu Genki Village, we decided to leave two hours early. At this point, we left at 7:30, and with small children, the morning was quite hectic.

On the way, we bought discount tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium at the roadside station Kyoda and arrived by 9:30. When I went to the reception to fill out the paperwork, I was told, "You have already completed your payment, so please gather over there 10 minutes before." There was no paperwork, just a name confirmation. I wish they had said to gather at 9:45 instead, especially since it was early in the morning.

We waited in the heat, and it felt like a waste of precious morning time. Once on the boat, there was only one guide speaking in a normal voice. With the sound of the waves and being behind the guide, I couldn't hear what was being said. The boat started moving suddenly without any signal to depart. I had various thoughts about this, but considering the low price, I thought it was just how it was.

ちなみに、瀬底島のサンゴ付近で魚を見ることになります。瀬底島でシュノーケリングをしたのであれば、そちらの方が良いと思います。
魚やサンゴの説明をガイドさんがしてくれるので、そこは良かったです。

We visited as a family of four with our 4-year-old and 1-year-and-9-month-old children. Since we had the kids with us, it took us just under 10 minutes to walk from the reception to the boat dock. It was surprisingly tough because it was the middle of summer.

After boarding, we were guided to the second floor. There is a roof, but it was hot until departure. There are limited seating options, so elderly guests and small children all have to share seats.

The boat ride lasts about 10 minutes. The breeze during the ride feels nice. After that, we went down to the first floor to dive into the sea. The first floor is air-conditioned and comfortable.

Underwater, the scenery was just as we had hoped, and the children were thrilled. However, since we were at the back of the boat, the propeller made it a bit hard to see, and the bubbles from the propeller were slightly bothersome. Overall, we were satisfied since the kids enjoyed it. My 4-year-old said they want to ride again!

After visiting the Churaumi Aquarium, we participated in this activity. We made a reservation in advance, and it was helpful that cancellations were allowed until 5 PM the day before. We had a very enjoyable experience! I was a bit worried since my elderly parents were with us, but the tour guide was very kind, and we had a pleasant time. The weather was great, so the scenery was fantastic. There was some slight rocking, but the kids took motion sickness medication, so they didn't feel unwell. We boarded the boat for about a 10-minute ride to the viewpoint, then spent around 20 minutes exploring the underwater observatory and the seabed. After that, we returned to the boat and headed to the disembarkation point. The coral reefs were truly beautiful, and colorful fish swam nearby, making it feel like a different world. I heard that if you're lucky, you might see a sea turtle, but unfortunately, that didn't happen for us. However, after returning to land, I was satisfied to see the sea turtles that are cared for at the Tobu Genki Village.

I used this service because I wanted to show my young daughter the underwater world. The price was reasonable, and all the staff were very kind, making for a very enjoyable time. We moved to Coral Point while sitting on the deck, and after arriving at the point, we moved to the bottom of the boat, which felt like being submerged in the sea. I was impressed by that system alone. We were able to see many fish, and my daughter was very satisfied. Additionally, at Motobu Genki Village, there were many activities, including playing with dolphins, which we participated in on-site. I am grateful for the memorable experience I had with my daughter.

お値段もお手頃な上にスタッフの方々も皆さん親切で、とても楽しい時間でした。
コーラルポイントまで甲板に座り移動し、ポイントに着いてから船底に移動しそこの部分が海の中に入る感じでした。そのシステムだけでも感激でした。そして、沢山のお魚を見ることが出来て娘も大満足でした。
また、こちらのもとぶげんき村ではイルカと遊べたりと他にも沢山のアクティビティがあり現地で参加させて頂きました。

The waves were relatively rough on the day, and while we were able to see them, the time we spent observing was quite short compared to the travel time. Overall, it was a good experience, I suppose. Since it's a natural experience, luck plays a part as well. It would have been perfect if the weather had been sunny and the waves calm.

Since it was New Year's, there was an event at Motobu Genki Village, and the employees were friendly. However, the female staff on the ship were not friendly, and despite wearing a microphone, they hardly used it, so we could barely hear them speaking. They were kind to the children but cold to the adults. I no longer want to participate in this tour.

正月だったのでもとぶ元気村ではイベントをしており従業員も愛想が良かったです。

I was amazed to see the underwater world from the boat. It was great to see the coral reefs and beautiful fish right in front of me. It's also safe for small children. I even saw a sea turtle. If you go to Okinawa, definitely visit this place; it will be an unforgettable experience.
