I had a great time! I was actually worried that the day would be long and tiring. However, it flew by in no time. When I come back to Ishigaki, I hope to do it again!

I was the only American that day on the bus but they provided me with a translator radio which explained the areas we drove through in English so I learned a lot about the areas along the beautiful coastal drive leading to the Aquarium.

I planned a surprise for my husband's birthday gift by participating in this event. We arrived early and were allowed on the boat, where we enjoyed drinks and light snacks while waiting to set sail. Once we departed, we enjoyed wonderful performances and a course meal. There was a break in the performances, followed by a birthday celebration and the appearance of the cake, which was a nice touch. The staff was attentive, and the surprise was a great success. I was worried about the weather, but I'm glad the event went ahead.

夫の誕生日プレゼントにサプライズで計画しての参加でした。
早めに着いて、船の中に通してもらい、そのままドリンクや軽食をいただきながら、出航待ち。出航すると素敵な演奏とコース料理をいただきながら堪能しました。
一旦演奏は中休みがあり、その後にお誕生日お祝い&ケーキの登場という演出でした。
スタッフの方も気を配って下さり、サプライズ大成功でした。
天気が心配でしたが催行していただきよかったです。

I went on the whale watching tour that I had been looking forward to. Although they didn't come very close to the boat, I was moved by the sound of their breathing and the spouting of water! I felt the greatness of nature. Next time, I hope to see them a bit closer and maybe witness an amazing jump!

楽しみにしていた、ホエールウォッチングに行ってきました。
船の近くまでは来てくれませんでしたが、彼らの息づかいというか、潮を吹く時の音に感動！自然の凄さを、感じました。次回、もう少し近くに、そして　もの凄いジャンプ？を見てみたいなぁ…。

First of all, the Guide does not speak english and doesn't even recognize me speaking japanese to her. Instead of talking at all to me, she just pointed to everything. She smiled and talked to the other participants, but couldn't even try to smile with me.
We drove 3 hours to pick up other participants and than had 40 minutes in the Pineapple Park. We rushed through it and had only 5 minutes left, when we arrived in the souvenir shop, i had no time to try anything or buy anything. Than we had 50 minutes in a shopping mapp in which we didn't even go inside, instead we went to the sandwich store infront, because they had coupons for it, for everybody to have one bad sandwich. We decided to have Okinawa noodles at that place and payed a bit more. Then we arrived in the aquarium, 3 hours are not enough at all for this huge place. It is so beautiful and there is a whole park around it with more museums and tropical gardens around it. Again i rushed through it. In the end we stopped at a sweet potato souvenir shop to buy stuff and then 3 hours getting everybody back.
The Pineapple Park is nice, cute and a bit bizarr, but 40 min are definitly not enough, the Aquarium is awesome, but 3 hours is not enough.
We spent more time wasting time with picking up people and eating bad sandwiches than with the main events. And the guide is only nice to japanese people. The english translator device is also bad, you don't understand anything and it has that disturbing cracking sound.
I am not satisfied with the tour.
I am satisfied with Pineapple Park and Aquarium which are definitly worth seeing it, but better go there by yourself. :(

Since there is no seat assignment, I was sitting next to strangers. The guide was efficient, but there was a lot of pressure; if anyone was even a minute late for the meeting time, they would leave without them. People in the back seats were even saying, "Is this a military operation?" The course covered all the tourist attractions, which was great.

ガイドさんはテキパキしてるといえばいいが集合時間に１分でも遅れたら置いてくとかとにかく圧がすごかった。後ろの席の人達も軍隊かよ！と言ってました。
コースは観光名所を網羅していて良かった。

The winds from the typhoon were strong, making it a bit challenging to paddle the kayak, but it was fun to synchronize with my partner. I appreciated the detailed explanations about the plants and animals visible from the river. Even in the rain, we had an enjoyable experience. They also lent us non-flying hats. Although the sea was rough, we had no issues kayaking on the river. Next time, I want to join a sunset kayak trip that goes out to the sea.

台風の風が強くて、カヤックを漕ぐのがちょっと大変でしたが、2人の息を合わせるのが楽しかった。川から見られる植物や動物の説明を詳しくしてもらえて、よかった。雨の中でも、楽しく体験できました。飛ばないタイプの帽子も貸してもらえた。海が荒れていても、川でのカヤックだったので、問題無く体験できた。
今度は、海まで行く、サンセットカヤックに参加したいな。

It was our family's first trip to Okinawa, and our first tour! We thought snorkeling would be the main event and that sea kayaking would be just a bonus, but by the end, we were saying, "Sea kayaking was the best!"

The kids were really anxious and worried, but thanks to our friendly guide, they completely opened up and seemed to have a great time.

At the Blue Cave, there were a lot of people since it was summer vacation, but we were able to enjoy the beautiful, clear sea in a private setting while kayaking! According to our guide, it’s one of the few hidden natural beaches in Okinawa. The weather was great that day, and it was a big tide, so as we paddled a bit further, land appeared, and we were able to land there and interact with sea creatures like crabs and mantis shrimp, which made the kids very happy.

Next time we go to Okinawa, we definitely want to do this again. I’d also like to try the drone tour that others have praised and the guide's recommended "Sunset Sea Kayaking."

家族初めての沖縄で、初のツアーでした！
シュノーケルがメインでシーカヤックはおまけ程度に考えていましたが、終わってみると『シーカヤック、最高！』でした。

子供たちはすごく心配性で不安がっていましたが、気さくなガイドさんのおかげですっかり打ち解けて楽しむことができたようでした。

青の洞窟では夏休みという事もあり、人が多かったのですが、シーカヤックではこの透明度の高い綺麗な海を貸切状態で楽しめました！ガイドさん曰く、沖縄でも数少ない穴場天然ビーチとの事。その日は天気も良く、大潮だったようで、カヤックで少し進んだあたりに陸地が表れており、そこに上陸してカニやシャコなど海の生き物にも触れあう事ができ、子供たちは大満足。

次に沖縄に行ったら、またぜひお願いしたいです。他の口コミの方でも好評のドローンを使ったツアーやガイドさんおススメの『サンセット シーカヤック』もやってみたいです。

本当に素晴らしく楽しいツアーをありがとうございました。

On August 4th, the weather was clear, and we could see a beautiful rainbow from the port. The waves were strong, but the staff member worked hard to pull our family of four, including our 8-year-old child, to the cave. We safely made it inside the cave and were able to see the beautiful light. The staff member also took many photos for us, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Our two daughters were very happy. Thank you to the staff for your kindness. My older daughter has been visiting Okinawa every year since she was one year old, and this was her 12th visit, but it was her first experience with snorkeling and the Blue Cave, and she was very moved.
Thank you very much. We will visit Okinawa again next year, and we look forward to it.

　８月４日、天気は晴天で、港からキレイな虹が見れました。波はきつかったですが、担当の方が、８歳の子供含め、私たち４人家族を洞窟まで、頑張って引っ張っていただき、無事洞窟内へ、そしてきれいな光を見ることができました。たくさん担当の方が、写真も撮ってくださり、ほんとに楽しい体験ができました。娘２人も大喜びでした。担当の方には、親切にしていただきありがとうございました。上の娘は１歳から沖縄に毎年訪れ、今回で１２回目でしたが、シュノーケリング、青の洞窟とも初体験で、感動しておりました。
　ありがとうございました。また来年も沖縄を訪れますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

We were able to see a lot of fish, and the children were satisfied. The guide was also a nice person. Unfortunately, all the photos were blurry, so we don't have any family memory photos.

魚がたくさん見れて、子どもたちも満足していました。

I had a great time efficiently visiting three remote islands for the first time. I was able to enjoy sightseeing without feeling rushed.

During the ferry ride, I was on the deck, but the wind was quite strong, so it might have been better to sit inside. I was satisfied with exploring Taketomi Island freely by renting a bicycle.

初めての離島を3島を効率よく回れて楽しかったです。時間もせわしないこともなく観光ができました。
移動時間のフェリーではデッキにいたので風がすごすぎるため、中に座った方が良かったかもしれないです。竹富島はレンタサイクルで自由に散策できて満足でした。

Due to the season and the impact of the typhoon, we couldn't go to the caves, but we went snorkeling at the beach. The waves were calm, and we were able to enjoy it safely! The tour guide was very cheerful, and the small group size was great. I would like to participate in this tour again when I come back.

時期もあり、台風の影響で洞窟にはいけなかったのですが、ビーチでシュノーケルをしました。波も穏やかで安全に楽しめました！ツアーの方もとても明るく少人数制で良かったです。また来た際にはここのツアーに参加したいと思いました。

I think it was a good decision to use a sightseeing bus that allows you to sleep during the journey, as attractions in the central region, like the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, take quite a bit of time to reach from Naha City. Especially since the Ocean Expo Park, where the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is located, is large and can be tiring to explore.

Additionally, it unfortunately rained on the day of our visit, but it was great that there was a course that could still be enjoyed even in the rain.

美ら海水族館など中部の観光地は、那覇市内から行くと結構時間がかかるので、移動中寝ていても大丈夫な観光バスを利用して正解だと思いました。特に、美ら海水族館がある海洋博公園は広くて疲れるので、なおさらです。
また、当日はあいにくの雨となりましたが、雨でも楽しめるコースとなっていて、良かったです。

This is a great option for those who do not have cars, but still want to see the Okinawan sites. This is a great alternative to get around, although the time at each place was tight and we couldn't spend as much time at each location as we wanted, we had a lot of fun following along the tour. Everyone on the tour was also very nice and accommodating.

I was able to fully enjoy the northern part of Okinawa.

There are two trekking courses, and I chose the shorter one just in case, but it ended quickly. If you're young, the longer course should be fine.

Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant at the roadside station during lunch break was extremely crowded. The food was delicious, but the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the seating arrangements and clean-up were a bit sloppy. If you want to eat leisurely or look at souvenirs, it might be better to bring a bento or grab something from a nearby convenience store.

We had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, and I felt a bit restless for about an hour, but I think those who love aquariums or have children will be able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

沖縄北部をいっきに満喫できました

トレッキングは2コースあり、時間が心配で念のため短い方にしましたがすぐ終わってしまい、普通に若い方なら長い方でも大丈夫そうです。

平日でしたが、ランチ休憩の道の駅のレストランは激混みでした。おいしかったけど店員さんがキツそうで、席への案内や片付けがずさんです。
ゆっくり食べたい、お土産も見たい方はお弁当持参か近くのコンビニで済ませても良いかもしれません。

美ら海水族館の時間がたっぷりとられていて、1時間くらい持て余しましたが、水族館が好きな方やお子様連れの方には余裕をもって楽しめると思います。

I thought it would be a busier tour, but I was able to take my time and really enjoy the mangroves. The guide's explanations were clear and enjoyable, which was great.

The view from Nishizaki Pier on Taketomi Island, which I've always dreamed of visiting, was just as wonderful as I expected, and I was very satisfied.

The Okinawa zenzai I had on Taketomi Island, with its fluffy ice and brown sugar syrup, was exquisite❣ I had a full day of fun.

もっと忙しいツアーかと思っていましたが、じっくりマングローブを見てきました。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく楽しくて良かったです。

憧れの竹富島、西桟橋からの眺めは思っていたとおりの素晴らしさ大満足です。

竹富島で食べた沖縄ぜんざい、フワフワの氷と黒糖シロップがぜんざいと絶妙❣ 1日たっぷり楽しめました

My sister and I participated on our way back from Miyako Island. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the cave due to the typhoon's impact, but we were satisfied to see many fish. The conversation with the instructor, Ayumu, was enjoyable, and time flew by. They also told us about a wetsuit shop, and we got one to take home. Thank you very much!

姉と2人で宮古島の帰りに参加しました。あいにく台風の影響で洞窟には行けませんでしたがたくさんの魚を見る事ができて満足しています。インストラクターの歩君との会話も楽しくあっという間に時間が過ぎていました。ウェットスーツのお店も教えて頂きゲットして帰りました。有難うございました。

The guide was kind and provided detailed introductions, making for a wonderful day! The aquarium was very beautiful, with the sea displaying various colors like blue and green, it was stunning.

ガイドさんはやさしい、詳しい紹介される、素晴らしい一日過ぎました！水族館はすごく綺麗、海も青色、緑など色な色があります、綺麗

The staff were all kind and taught us with great care. It became the best memory of Okinawa. I would like to participate again.

スタッフの方々、皆さん親切、丁寧に教えてくれました。沖縄の最高の思い出になりました。また参加したいと思いました。

There were many families and people from different countries, but the staff were very kind and attentive, which was a great help! They even asked my child, who was snorkeling for the first time, "Did you see Nemo (the clownfish)?"

There were female staff members who were considerate and funny, taking family photos for us, and when my child borrowed a mermaid costume, they really got into it and made it fun. They became our favorite staff members.

Thanks to them, we adults also had a wonderful tour. Thank you very much. We would like to use your services again.

お子様連れも異国の方も多かったのですが、とても親切、丁寧な対応で助かりました！初めてのシュノーケルのうちの子にも「ニモ（クマノミ）見た？」って声かけてくれたり。
女性スタッフで気遣いがあり、面白い人が居て、家族写真撮ってくれたり、子供がマーメイドの衣装借りた時も盛り上げてくれたり、お気に入りのスタッフさんです。
私達大人も、お陰で楽しいツアーになりました。ありがとうございました。また利用したいです。

I rode a water buffalo cart for the first time! This time, I was guided by Yuki, who had a hibiscus flower attached. The water buffaloes, who aren't fond of the heat... thank you for your hard work even on such a hot day! At Hoshi no Suna Beach, I collected a lot of star sand. I also received a souvenir, so I'll keep it together. Next time, I plan to come during a cooler season and take my time exploring the island. Thank you to all the staff at the tourist office for your help in the heat.

水牛車に初めて乗りました！ハイビスカスをつけて貰っていた結くんに今回は案内してもらいましたよ。暑いのが苦手な水牛さんたち・・・こんな暑い日にも、お仕事お疲れ様です！ありがとう！星の砂海岸では、沢山星砂を拾いました。記念品でもいただけたので、一緒に入れておきます。今度は暑く無い時期に来て、ゆっくり島を回ってみようと思います。
観光所のスタッフの皆さんも暑い中、ありがとうございました。

The tour departs at 14:30.
As soon as we arrived at Taketomi Island, we enjoyed a glass-bottom boat (with air conditioning! Apparently, this is the only company that offers it so far). There were no other guests, so we had the boat to ourselves.
After that, we enjoyed a water buffalo cart ride, and the tour ended around 16:15.
It was too hot to feel like going outside, so we waited for the bus to the port in the waiting area (which also had air conditioning).

It was quite a good deal and a lot of fun.

竹富島に到着してすぐにグラスボート（エアコンあり！今のところこの会社だけだそうです）。他の客はいなくて貸し切りで楽しめました。
その後水牛車を楽しんで、終了は16時15分くらい。
暑すぎて外に出る気にならず、そのまま港へのバスを待機所で待ちました（エアコンあり）。

かなりお得で楽しめました。

The Blue Cave was really crowded, and we had to wait in line, but the guide made sure we could experience it before a long queue formed, so we were able to take photos at a great spot without waiting at all. After leaving the Blue Cave, we also had fun feeding the fish.

I highly recommend the kayaking with the drone photography plan! You can get photos that look like they belong in a magazine. The sea where we experienced kayaking was incredibly beautiful! We visited several beaches on this trip, but I think this one was the prettiest.

The guide was very friendly, and my daughter quickly warmed up to him. It was fun to hear about the games children play in Okinawa. I'm currently practicing the easy bubble ring technique he taught us in the bath♪

It was the best experience. I would love to do it again next time!

青の洞窟はすごくたくさん人がいて順番待ちになりましたが、長蛇の列ができる前に体験できるようにガイドさんが配慮してくれたので全然並ばずにいいスポットで撮影してもらうことができました。青の洞窟から出た後は、魚の餌やりもできて楽しかったです。
カヤックはドローンの撮影プランがおすすめです！まるで雑誌に載っているような写真を撮ってもらえます。カヤックを体験した海はめちゃくちゃキレイです！今回の旅行でいくつかビーチに行きましたが、ここが一番きれいだったと思います。
ガイドさんはとても気さくな方で娘もすぐになついていました。沖縄の子どもの遊びの話なども聞けて楽しかったです。教えてもらったお手軽バブルリングはお風呂で練習中です♪
最高の体験でした。次回もお願いしたいです！

I came to Ishigaki Island without any plans at all. I saw people doing SAP at the observation deck in Kabira Bay, so I looked for companies that could offer it today and found this plan. The weather was great, so the photos turned out beautifully! I really had a wonderful day.

全く計画をせずに石垣島に来てしまいました。
川平湾の展望台でやりたかったSAPをしているのを見たので今日できる会社さんはあるか調べたらこちらのプランにたどり着きました。
天気も良かったので写真も映え映え！
本当に幸せな1日を過ごせました。

I participated in a half-day tour of the Phantom Island and Ishigaki Coral Reef snorkeling. Since I chose not to have transportation included, I drove my rental car and gathered in front of Toyoko Inn, where the staff guided us to the nearby marina for participation. By the way, the boat tends to sway quite a bit, so I think it's better for those who are prone to seasickness to take medication before boarding. For those who have no issues, if the weather is good, you can enjoy a refreshing cruise until arrival.

As for the tour, we first visited the Phantom Island and had some free time to explore. We were blessed with good weather that day, and although there were quite a few tourists, the stunning scenery was just as I had seen in commercials and on TV, making it an unforgettable memory.

Next, we boarded the boat again and moved to Ishigaki Coral Reef to enjoy snorkeling. The water was relatively shallow, allowing us to enjoy the corals and colorful fish, but honestly, I felt that the snorkeling I did the day before at Barasu Island was better in terms of the vibrancy of the corals and the number of fish (this may depend on the sea conditions of the day and is subjective, so just for reference).

After finishing snorkeling, we returned to the marina where we started. Since we participated for half a day, we disembarked here, concluding the tour. Those on the full-day course seemed to have a meal before departing again. After disembarking, the staff guided us to the office where we were able to take a shower. Since I planned to take an afternoon flight home, having access to a clean facility for a shower was very helpful.

Lastly, regarding the staff, they were very kind and seemed to take great care to ensure safety, which left a very good impression on me. If I come back next year, I would definitely like to rely on their services again.

幻の島＋石西礁湖シュノーケリングの半日ツアーに参加しました。
送迎なしを選択したので、レンタカーに乗り東横イン前に集合、近くのマリーナまでスタッフの方に誘導されての参加となります。
ちなみに、船は割と揺れるので、酔いやすい方は薬を服用し乗船されたほうが良いと思いました。まったく問題なしという方は、好天であれば到着するまで爽快なクルージングを楽しむことができます。
ツアーですが、最初に幻の島を訪れ、思い思いの散策となります。
当日は天気に恵まれ、観光客の方たちもそれなりに多かったのですが、CMやらTVやらで見ていた通りの素晴らしい景色は想像通りで、忘れられない思い出となりました。
続いて、再び乗船し石西礁湖に移動、シュノーケリングを楽しむ行程になります。水深は割と浅め、サンゴや色とりどりの魚を楽しむことができますが、正直なところ前日に参加したバラス島でのシュノーケリングのほうが、サンゴの鮮やかさや魚の多さといった点では勝っていたように思います（当日の海のコンディションにもよりますし、主観も入っているので参考までにということで）。
シュノーケリングを終了した後、出発地のマリーナに戻りました。私たちは、半日参加でしたので、ここで下船しツアー終了となります。一日コースの方たちは、食事をしまた出発されるようでした。下船後、車でオフィスまで誘導していただき、シャワーを浴びさせていただきました。午後飛行機に乗り、帰る予定であったので、綺麗な施設でシャワーを浴びられたことはとても助かりました。
最後にスタッフの方たちですが、とても優しく安全にすごく気をつかっていただいている様子でとても好感が持てました。
来年、また来ることがあれば是非お世話になりたいと思います。

The price felt like a good deal, and we were able to thoroughly enjoy the streets of Taketomi Island and Kondoi Beach with the water buffalo cart. Next time, it might be nice to have a plan to stay all day.

お値段的にお得感があり、水牛車も竹富島の街並みやコンドイ浜を十二分に楽しめた。
今度は一日中居るプランでも良いかも

I participated alone this time, but they were very considerate towards individuals! The guides were also very kind and even though they seemed busy, they responded with care! This experience made me want to join another tour on a different occasion! I highly recommend it!

今回は一人で参加しましたが、一人の人に対しても配慮のある対応をしてくれました！またガイドの方々もとても優しく忙しそうにしていても丁寧に対応してくれました！また別の機会別のツアーに参加してみたいと思わせていただきました！おススメです！

You can spend half day in Genki village, it's not an usual big park, but you can have some water activities, feeds the aminials such as goats, tortoise, fishes there except encounter the dolphins.
Coaches and dolphins are both super fun and friendly, it's a great experience and get close with the dolphins, they sing, they dance and they leap! My 3yro child love it so much, becuz he can touch it face, belly, hand for many times! Coaches will teach you some simple gestures to invite the dolphins to come to you, high five and instruct them to you turn around etc

Snorkeling in the Blue Cave was amazing, with lots of different fish and many highlights to see.

I was excited to swim in a place close to the ocean, not just a beach, but I felt safe because we had a guide since I couldn't go alone. During the tour, the guide shared information about Okinawa, making it a wonderful travel memory.

青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングは色んなお魚がいて、見どころがたくさんありました。

海水浴場じゃないすぐ海に近い場所を泳げてドキドキしましたが1人じゃいけないのでガイドさんがいてくれて安心できました。
ツアー中は沖縄のこととかをガイドさんが教えてくれていい旅行の思い出になりました。

For my boyfriend's birthday, I was surprised by so many things, especially since I'm not usually an outdoor person! When I actually visited the Blue Cave, I found that the shallow sea was quite expansive, and there were many experiences that you can only understand by trying them out. The stand-up paddleboarding was designed for people who aren't used to outdoor activities, and with tips from my boyfriend and the guide, I was able to stand up on the board. By the end, we became friendly enough to take a photo together with the guide, which made for the best memories.

彼氏の誕生日で普段アウトドアをしない私にはアッと驚かされる内容ばかりでした！
青の洞窟は実際に行ってみると、浅い海が結構広がっていたり、体験しないとわからないことが目白押しでした。
サップはアウトドアに慣れていない人でも乗れるようになっていて、彼氏とガイドさんにコツを教えてもらい立てるようになりました。
最後はガイドさんと三人で写真を取るくらいまで仲良くなれて最高の思い出になりました。
