The day we participated was cloudy, so unfortunately we couldn't see the sunset, but the night view was very beautiful and moving. Also, the singer was very good at getting everyone excited, and we had a great time. The food was also more substantial than I expected, and I was very satisfied. However, I would like to note that the title "Hotel Pickup Available in Naha City" can be a bit misleading, and the woman I spoke to on the phone when inquiring about the pickup details was quite unfriendly, so I will give it four stars.

残念ながらサンセットは見られませんでしたが、
夜景がとてもきれいで、感動しました☆
また、歌手の方が、とても盛り上げ上手で、
楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
お料理も、思っていた以上のボリューム感で、大満足でした。
ただ、＜那覇市内ホテル送迎可＞というタイトルでは、
少し紛らわしい点があるということと、
送迎の詳細について問い合わせた際の電話口の女性が、
かなり不愛想だったという点を踏まえて、
★は４つにさせて頂きます。

I participated on January 3rd. I was very satisfied to see the whale up close. They searched until the last minute, and thanks to that, I was able to see it so close that I got splashed by the blow.

クジラが間近で見れとても満足しました。
時間ギリギリまで探してくれて、お陰様でブローのしぶきがかかるほど近くでみれました。

After arriving at Taketomi Island, we were taken by car to the water buffalo cart boarding area, and we were also able to rent bicycles at the same location. We were very satisfied with both experiences. Since we had made a reservation, everything went smoothly. We took the ferry that departed Ishigaki Port at 10:45 and returned from Taketomi Island at 14:10, but the popular restaurants were crowded, and we didn't have enough time to get in. The roads are sandy and there are many hills, so it can be a bit challenging for those who are not used to riding bicycles. On sunny days, I think it’s a good idea to have sunglasses and a hat.

竹富島に到着後、車で水牛車乗り場まで連れて行っていただき、レンタサイクルも同じ場所でできました。どちらも大満足でした。
予約してあったので全てスムーズに行きました。10:45石垣港発14:10竹富島発の船に乗りましたが、人気のレストランは混んで居ては入れないなど時間が足りないくらいでした。
道は砂が敷いてあり坂道が多いので、自転車に乗り慣れて居ない人には少し大変です。
晴れている日にはサングラスや帽子があるといいと思います。

I had a hard time encountering whales and was on my way home thinking today was a bust, when I received information that there were whales near the port. I was about to give up, but in the end, I was able to meet them. It was moving!

なかなかクジラに遭遇できず、今日はダメでしたということで帰路についていたところ、港の近くにクジラがいるとの情報。諦めかけていましたが、最後の最後に出会えました。感動しました！

It took about 15 minutes to move to the spot, and then we went to the viewing room at the bottom of the boat.

The water clarity is rated 3 out of 5. You can check this during the check-in before departure.

While the clarity wasn't very high and there weren't many fish to admire, I think it was sufficient for the participation fee. I recommend the option that includes lunch.

移動に15分程、スポットに到着してから船底の観賞室へ移動。

海の透明度が5段階のうち3番目。出港前の受付時に確認出来ます。

あまり透明度が高く無く、魚も見惚れる程は居ませんでしたが、参加料からすれば十分だと思います。ランチ付きがオススメですね。

I was grateful for the shuttle service and that solo participation was allowed. Since the season is still early and I had already had a good experience before, I came with a mindset that it would be lucky if we got to see anything. The winter sea is definitely rough, so I prepared with motion sickness medication and a raincoat. Many people got very seasick and it was unfortunate to see them vomiting. The staff responded quickly to help them. I managed to cope with the swaying by using my own method of dealing with seasickness, so I was fine. The whales didn't appear at first, but I thought it was nice to see the rainbows that appeared every time the spray shot up. Just when I thought that, we spotted a whale right before returning to port! The boat happened to be in the best position, and we got to see the beautiful back and tail fin as it surfaced! It was moving. Since I had a schedule that required me to head directly to the airport, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the car, and they kindly stopped by a station on the way. Thank you for a wonderful time.

送迎があり一人参加OKで助かりました。まだシーズンは早いですし、一度充分会えたことがありましたので、出てきてくれたらラッキーくらいの気持ちで参りました。冬の海は絶対荒れるので酔い止めと合羽の完全防備で臨みました。皆さん、ひどく酔って吐いて気の毒でした。スタッフのかたが迅速に対応して下さっていました。私は揺れに下半身だけで対応するという自己流の船酔い対策姿勢をとっていたので平気でした。クジラさんは現れず、飛沫が激しく上がるたびに現れる虹を眺めて、虹が何回も見れただけで良かったと思おうとしたら、帰港直前で発見！船がたまたまベストポジションとなり、浮上した背中と潜水の美しい尾ビレが見れました！感動しました。直接、空港に向かわないといけなスケジュールでしたので、荷物を車に預かっていただき、無理を言って通りがかりの駅に寄っていただきました。素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

I appreciated the shuttle service and that it was okay to participate alone. It was my first time going to the northern part of the main island. From Cape Henna, the northernmost point, I could faintly see Yoronjima. At Oishi Forest Park, it wasn't as crowded as I expected, so I was able to pass through the rock of reincarnation, which is said to allow you to be reborn if you go through it three times, without bothering anyone. Since it was New Year's Day, they served special sweet red bean soup. While I was quietly gazing at the scenery, a swallowtail butterfly fluttered by and landed on my smartphone, which made me very happy. The hotel lunch was luxurious. The aquarium visit was short, so I focused on the whale shark and dolphin show. I bought souvenirs at the candy castle. Since there were many foreign visitors, the bus had an audio guide. I'm sure the foreign guests felt reassured. It was a very fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

送迎があり一人参加OKで助かりました。本島の北には初めて行きました。最北端の辺戸岬から与論島がぼんやり見えました。大石林山では思ったより混んでいなかったので三回くぐると生まれ変われるという生まれ変わりの岩もどなたのじゃまにもならずにくぐることができました。元旦ということで特別お汁粉がふるまわれていました。景色をじっと眺めていたらアゲハチョウがひらひらと飛んできてスマホにとまってくれました。なんだかとてもうれしかったです。ホテルのランチは豪華でした。水族館は時間が短いのでジンベイザメとイルカショーに絞りました。お菓子御殿でお土産を買いました。外国のかたが多いのでバスの中は音声ガイドでした。きっと外国のかたは安心と思います。とても充実した一日でした。ありがとうございました。

I booked a hotel in Naha City, so it was easy to get around on this tour. The underwater observatory was a bit disappointing, but I was satisfied with everything else. I recommend this tour over renting a car and driving around, especially since the admission tickets are included in the package.

那覇市内にホテルを取っていたので、このツアーで楽に回れました。海中展望台だけはイマイチでしたが、他は満足できました。自分でレンタカーを借りて回るより、また入場券もパックなのでお奨めです。

Instead of following a single guide the whole time, the system allows you to follow your course number and navigate the route. Guides are waiting at each location, so there’s no need to worry about getting lost, and it felt free enough to act independently. The guide's stories were great as well.

However, it was unfortunate that the weather was bad on the day of the tour, and it was quite cold, so I wish I had dressed a bit warmer.

ずっと１人のガイドについて回るのではなく、自分のコース番号に従ってルートを回る仕組みになっていますが、各場所でガイドさんが待っていてくれますし、特に迷う心配もなく、個人行動しているくらいの自由さでよかったです。ガイドさんの話もよかったです。
ただ、残念だったのは当日、天気が悪く、かなり寒かったので、もう少し暖かい格好で行けばよかったです。

After about 20 minutes, we went out to sea and spent just under 15 minutes in the underwater basement, listening to the commentary on tape while enjoying the coral reefs and fish. On that day, the sea's visibility was moderate, and the boat's rocking was also moderate, but I think it would have been more enjoyable if the weather had been a bit better and the visibility higher.

約20分で沖に出て、水中の地下室にいるのは15分弱、テープで流れる解説を聞きながら、珊瑚礁や魚を鑑賞しました。
当日は、海の透明度が中程度、船の揺れも中程度とのことでしたが、もう少しお天気がよくて透明度が高いと楽しめたかな。

Sometimes younger guides will assist, but this time, an older gentleman guided us. It was impressive how he gently and leisurely guided us, even including some words that were hard to understand (I think everyone was able to grasp the meaning from the surrounding context). I was also moved by the intelligence of the island's most handsome (handsome water buffalo) Pīsuke. I didn't use this service when I visited Taketomi Island before, but I'm glad I did this time! I'm very satisfied! ☆

若い方が案内してくれることもありますが、今回はおじーが案内をしてくれました。
ところどころ、理解できない言葉もはさみつつ（前後の文章からみんなイメージして理解していると思う）やさしくのんびり案内してくれたのが印象的。島一番のイケメン（イケ水牛）ぴーすけの賢さにも感動。以前竹富島にきたときには利用しなかったのですが、利用して正解！大満足です☆

I used this service during my first visit to Taketomi Island. The cost performance was good, and I was very satisfied. I went to several famous restaurants on the island, but to be honest, I didn't understand why they were popular. (They weren't delicious...)

島で有名な店(食事する所)に何店か行きましたが、そこは正直なんで流行ってるのか分からなかったです。(美味しくない…)

I stayed for just half a day to visit Iriomote Island in the afternoon. I made a reservation in advance, which allowed me to enjoy Taketomi Island smoothly. I was unsure whether to rent an electric bike, but a regular one was sufficient.

午後に西表島に行くために、半日だけの滞在。
先に予約しておいてスムーズに竹富島を楽しめました。
レンタサイクル電動か迷いましたが、普通で充分でした。

The content of the tour was as I expected, both good and bad, but above all, the weather was pleasantly mild, neither too hot nor too cold.

I had quite a bit of free time after crossing to Yufu Island, but I was able to search for crabs and other creatures in the tidal flats and take photos of the mangroves, so it turned out to be okay.

Unexpectedly, I learned that I could walk back from Iriomote Island, so I didn't take the cart and walked back through the tidal flats.

I was able to take some great photos, it felt nice, and above all, it was a valuable and interesting experience.

ツアーの内容自体は思っていた通りで、良くも悪くもという感じでしたが、何より天気が暑くも寒くもなく気持ちよかったです。
由布島に渡ってからのフリーの時間がけっこう余りましたが、干潟でカニや生き物を探したり、マングローブの写真を撮ったりできたので、結果的にはokです。
思いがけず、西表島に歩いてでも帰れることを知ったので、牛車には乗らず、干潟を歩いて戻りました。
とてもいい写真が撮れたし、気持ちよかったし、何よりいい経験ができて面白かったです。

I was able to fully enjoy my first visit to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island with an efficient tour! We went cycling on Taketomi Island, and there were bicycles with child seats, so our family of four had a great time!

無駄のないツアーで初めての西表島、由布島、竹富島を満喫できました！

I was glad to be able to visit various places in one day. However, the sightseeing time at each facility was short, so I couldn't have lunch, which was a bit disappointing.

一日でいろいろ回れてよかったです。ただ、施設ごとの観光時間が短かったので、お昼ご飯を食べることで出来なかったのは、少し残念でした。

I went whale watching on the morning of December 23, but we couldn't confirm any sightings and had to turn back. It was disappointing. I heard that the best chances are from February to March, so I would like to go if I have the opportunity.

We were fortunate to have a great driver and tour guide, making it a wonderful trip. It's much safer and more reassuring than renting a car. Although the driver and tour guide were with us for just one day, we appreciated their help. The tour content was very fulfilling, and I highly recommend it.

ドライバーさん添乗員さんに恵まれてとても良い旅行になりました。
レンタカーを借りるより安心安全ですよ。
ドライバーさん添乗員さん一日と短い間でしたがお世話になりました。
ツアーの内容もとても充実お勧めですよ。

Our family enjoy the visit at Churaumi Aquarium and after the Pineapple park, we even received a surprise gift of pineapple ice cream and it taste very delicious

The meeting place at Ishigaki Port was easy to find, and we received our tour tickets and boarded the ship. I was worried that it might be rocky due to the bad weather, but we arrived at Iriomote without any issues. The sightseeing on Iriomote Island was done by boat and bus, while Yufu Island was explored on foot with water buffalo. On Taketomi Island, we toured by water buffalo and bus. It was great that we could efficiently visit all the sightseeing spots. However, the guidance for the return ship on Taketomi Island was a bit unclear.

天気が悪かったので、揺れるかなと心配しましたが、特に問題なく西表に到着

First, we took a bus to visit Hoshi no Suna and Kondoi Beach, which took about 30 minutes. The stories about Taketomi Island during the ride were quite funny.
Next was the water buffalo tour. The guide's explanations were excellent, and I laughed a lot (though it was a bit hard to understand due to the accent). Still, I was surprised by how intelligent water buffalo are. It was amazing that the leading was done not by the guide, but by the wisdom and experience of the water buffalo. Thank you, water buffalo!

　まず、バスを利用して星の砂、コンドイビーチ等を訪れ約３０分くらい、車中での竹富島のお話、結構笑わせます。
　次は水牛観光です。ガイドさんの説明、これもうまい、うまい、大笑いしました。（多少、訛りでわかりずらかったですが）それにしても、水牛は、大変賢い動物だと思いました。道中、先導はガイドではなく、水牛の知恵と経験でおこなっているのに、びっくりです。水牛さん、ご苦労様でした。

I participated alone, but I didn't mind at all and had a great time. It was my first time in Okinawa, so I was able to visit all the main attractions and fully enjoy my experience.

一人での参加でしたが、全く気にならず楽しめました。初めての沖縄だったので主要なところは全て回れて満喫できました。

Even though it's September, it's still quite hot in Okinawa! Sunscreen was a must.
We had our own guide who took care of us, allowing us to go at our own pace and receive attentive service. We were three generations, but we were able to fully enjoy the nature of Okinawa without any strain, making it a great experience!

９月といってもまだまだ暑い沖縄！日焼け止めは必須でした。
自分たちだけのガイドさんがついてくれたので、自分たちのペースでゆっくりと丁寧に対応していただきました。３世代でしたが、全然無理することなく沖縄の自然を満喫できて良い経験ができました！！

I sent a birthday present from Saitama to my aunt who lives in Okinawa. She seemed very satisfied, so I'm glad I made the order. It was nice to hear her say thank you for the best birthday present. However, it seems it would have been perfect if I hadn't made a mistake with the name.

沖縄に住んでる叔母の誕生日プレゼントに埼玉からのプレゼントでした。
とても満足していたみたいなので申し込みしてよかったと思いました。
最高の誕生日プレゼントありがとうって言われよかったです。
ただ、名前を間違えなかったら満点だったみたいです。

On the second day of my stay in Okinawa, I participated in a tour. Despite it being the end of November, the temperature was 27 degrees, and the weather was clear, making it feel like summer. At the Churaumi Aquarium, the visit lasted a generous 150 minutes, allowing me to take my time to see the whale sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, and the dolphin show, and I even had time for some shopping. Throughout the day, I was able to visit Kadena Air Base, Manza Beach, and American Village as well, and since the aquarium entrance fee was included, I think it was a very worthwhile tour. On the bus, in addition to explanations of each sightseeing spot, they played various Okinawan background music, which helped me relax. It was a fun day!

沖縄滞在の2日目に参加しました。11月末だというのに、気温は27度、天気は快晴、まるで夏のような1日でした。美ら海水族館では、滞在時間が長めの150分なので、ジンベイザメ、マンタ、ウミガメ、イルカのショーなど、ゆっくり見ることができ、さらにショッピングをする余裕もありました。1日の中で、嘉手納基地や万座毛、アメリカンビレッジも訪れることができ、水族館の入場料込なので、とてもお得なツアーだと思います。バス車内では、各観光地の説明の他にも、様々な沖縄のBGM を流してくれて、リラックスできました。楽しい1日でした！

The wind was strong, and the water was murky, so the conditions weren't very good.

However, the boat ride to the point was pleasant, and even though the water was cloudy, I enjoyed the atmosphere, so it was nice.

Also, the lunch buffet at the Pacific Hotel was delicious.

I hope to go again when the visibility is better!

風が強く、海中は濁っていたので、あまり状態は良くありませんでした。

が、ポイントへ行くまでの間の船旅が気持ちよく、濁ってはいたものの、雰囲気は楽しめたので、良かったです。

それからパシフィックホテルのランチバイキングがおいしかったです(^^)

また透明度の高い時に行けたらな～と思います。

The weather was the only disappointment on this tour, but thanks to the tour guide and the bus driver, it was a fun day. Thank you very much.

Many hotels had pick-up services, and since it was the first hotel, the wait time was too long. I wished I had more time at the aquarium.

多くのホテルにお迎えがあり、最初のホテルだったのでその時間が長すぎました。
水族館の時間がもっと欲しかったです。

I changed my boarding option and was given free drinks. I'm very grateful for that. The crew's customer service was also good.

However, there was one issue: the dinner knife was so dull that it didn't cut at all. I had to mash my food to eat it. If it had been sharper, dinner would have been much more enjoyable.

乗船の便を変更したら、ドリンクフリーにしていただきました。
感謝・感謝です。
乗務員さんの接客応対も良かったです。

ただ一つだけ　ディナーのナイフが　使いこなされていて
まったく切れませんでした。

食物を潰し切るようにして　食べました。
よく切れたら　ディナーがもっと美味しくなったでしょう。
