I used the water buffalo cart and rental bicycle set. I was worried about the weather, but despite the cloudy skies, it didn't rain. When I arrived at Taketomi Island by ferry, I was greeted by a bus. Since it was the first morning on a weekday, I felt a bit guilty being the only one.

Pulled by the water buffalo, we leisurely traveled for about 30 minutes, enjoying the guide's explanations and songs. I was a bit anxious about the rental bicycle not having a lock, but I was reassured that "there are no police or thieves," and if there were any punctures or theft, they would bring a replacement, which is a service you don't find elsewhere, so I felt secure.

It was unfortunate that the glass-bottom boat I wanted to enjoy was canceled due to strong winds. Booking the glass-bottom boat set might carry a bit of risk.

水牛車とレンタサイクルのセットを利用しました。
天気が心配でしたが曇天ながらも雨には降られず、フェリーで竹富島に着いたところでバスのお出迎え、平日の朝一番だったので自分一人で申し訳なかったです。
水牛に引かれてのんびりと30分弱ですか、ガイドの方の説明や唄などで楽しませてもらいました。
レンタサイクルは鍵がないのがちょっと不安でしたが「警察署も泥棒もいない」とのことで、パンクや盗難があった場合は連絡をすれば代わりを持ってきてくれる、なんてサービスは他にはありませんので安心できます。
風が強くてセット以外ですがグラスボートを楽しもうとしたのが欠航だったのが残念、グラスボートのセットを予約するのはちょっとリスクがあるかもしれません。

Was a really great way to be able to see some of the island's attractions that were further away from Naha as we weren't able to hire a car. Really great tour, lovely guides, would recommend to anyone looking to experience Okinawa!

I arrived at Maeda Cape, the meeting point, after about 1 hour and 30 minutes by bus and on foot from the prefectural office in Naha City. Due to the severe cold wave, the cave had been closed for several days, and it was also closed until 9:30 that day. However, I was fortunate that the tour I participated in at 11:30 allowed access to the cave, and I was able to enjoy snorkeling. Although there were some waves, the water wasn't cold, and I didn't feel chilly after coming out of the sea. They took photos during the tour, and I received the data as well. Additionally, when I mentioned that I came by bus, they kindly offered to take me to the nearby bus terminal. I was very satisfied.

那覇市内の県庁前から路線バスと徒歩で１時間30分程度の時間をかけて集合場所である真栄田岬に到着しました。大寒波の影響で連日洞窟内は立ち入り禁止状態でありその日も9：30までは閉鎖されていました。しかし幸運に恵まれ私が参加した11：30からのツアーでは洞窟も開放されシュノーケルを楽しむことができました。多少波はたっていましたが、水も冷たくなく海から上がっても寒くありませんでした。ツアー中の写真を撮っていただけたのでそのデータももらえました。さらにバスで来たと向こうの人に伝えると、ご好意で近くのバスターミナルまで送ってくださりました。とても満足できました。

It was soaking wet just about 20 meters from the building to the boarding area. They provided free raincoats, but they were too short, so my lower half ended up a mess... I was informed in advance that visibility wasn't great, and with little rain protection and the cold sea breeze, my spirits were pretty low.

However, when we arrived at the spot and moved to the viewing area below, I was pleasantly surprised to see quite a few people there! Although there weren't as many colorful fish as I had expected, I could see relatively far into the depths, and it was moving to realize that natural fish were living in the vast sea. I've done scuba diving before, but I thought it was great to be able to peek into the ocean without getting wet and without a headache.

建物から乗り場に向かう20m程度でびっしゃびしゃでした。無料でカッパを配布して頂いたのですが長さが足りず下半身はぐちゃぐちゃに。。。視界もあまり良くないと事前に説明があり、あまり雨よけもなく海風で寒いしテンションだだ下がりでした。
スポットに着いて下の展望スペースに移ると、意外といる！！と嬉しかったです。思ったよりカラフルな魚は少なかったですが比較的奥まで見渡せ、広い海に自然の魚が生きてるんだなぁ、と感慨深かったです。スキューバもやったことがありますが、濡れずに頭痛もなく海の中が覗けるのは良いと思いました。

We went as a family starting from February 15. We were able to sit at the very front of the water buffalo cart, listened to the sanshin, and the weather was great, so it was the best experience. The water buffalo cart, Upper-kun, was big... good job! I was surprised at how many tourists there were even on a weekday. It's February, after all...

2/15から家族で行きました。水牛車の一番前に座れて三線も聞けてお天気もよかったし最高でした。水牛車アッパー君大きかった・・・おつかれさま　平日でも観光めっちゃ多くてびっくりでした。2月やのに...

We signed up for snorkeling at the Blue Cave for our graduation trip with seven girls, and five of us participated. The weather was nice and warm on the day, but we were informed by the staff that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to strong winds, so they took us to a sea where we could see coral reefs.

I personally am not good with the ocean and can't swim, so I was a bit anxious, but when we got there, the sea was so beautiful, and the staff were very helpful, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy myself! I even thought that I wanted to learn how to swim and do it again! They took many photos of us in the beautiful sea, and after returning, my friends and I reminisced about the great memories we made together.

Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, it was the best time! Thank you to the staff who took care of us. I'm sorry I couldn't express my gratitude properly. My friends and I are also talking about how we wished we could have taken photos with the staff. I would love to come back for a revenge trip to the Blue Cave someday!

女子7人での卒業旅行で青の洞窟のシュノーケルに申し込み、そのうちの5人で参加いたしました。
当日は天気が良く暖かい気候でしたが、風が強く青の洞窟までは行けないとスタッフさんから聞き、サンゴ礁が見える海へ連れて行っていただきました。
私自身、海が苦手で泳げない人だったので、少し不安はありましたが向かってみるととてもきれいな海で、スタッフさんも沢山助けてくださったりと、安心して楽しめました！泳げるようになってまたやりたい！と思うこともできました！
綺麗な海の中で写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、帰ってからも一緒に参加した友達と良い思い出になったねと振り返っています。
青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、最高の時間でした！
お世話になったスタッフさん、ありがとうございました。しっかりとお礼を伝えられず申し訳ありません。そしてスタッフさんと一緒に「写真撮ってもらいたかったね」と友達と話しています、、。
いつか青の洞窟のリベンジで、また利用したいです！

It was a very enjoyable tour that took us to many famous spots in Okinawa! The tour guide had a wonderful smile and used various languages to ensure that foreign visitors could enjoy it as well, which was excellent!

沖縄の名所をたくさんまわってくれるツアーだったのでとても楽しかったです！
添乗員さんも笑顔がステキで外国の方も楽しめるように様々な言葉を使っていて非常に良かったです！

You can efficiently enjoy island hopping.
At the Ishigaki Island ferry terminal, you can pick up tickets for the boat and meals before departing on your own.
First, take a comfortable, spacious high-speed boat for 40 minutes, followed by a cruise on the Nakama River in Iriomote Island, and then visit Yubu Island by water buffalo, where you can enjoy a meal.
The meal was an Okinawan cuisine bento, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the singing of the sea's voice while on the water buffalo.

離島めぐりを効率よく楽しめます。
石垣島の離島ターミナルで船や食事などの切符を受け取って各自で出発。
最初は新しくて広い快適な高速船で40分、西表島の仲間川クルーズ、水牛で由布島、食事。
食事は沖縄料理のお弁当で、水牛では海の声歌付きで雰囲気ありました。

I participated in a tour departing from Naha on the morning of February 13. The weather was nice, but the sea was indeed cold. Warm clothing is a must.

At first, I only saw the spray and the tail fin breaking the surface, so I thought that was all there was to it. However, we later encountered a smaller whale that seemed to be in its adolescence. It jumped several times, which was very exciting.

The observation lasted about an hour. As we returned to port, the waves were high and the boat was rocking. I took motion sickness medication beforehand, but I still felt nauseous. There were people lying down inside the boat, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious about their condition.

But seeing the whale up close was absolutely amazing.

2/13午前那覇発のツアーに参加しました。
天気は良かったのですが、さすがに海は寒かったです。防寒対策は必須ですね。
最初潮の吹き上げや尾びれを海面上に持ち上げる仕草しか見られなかっただけので、こんなものかと思っていたのですが、その後ちょうど思春期位だろうという小さめのクジラに遭遇。
何度もジャンプしてくれて大盛り上がりでした。
観察は約１時間で終了。
帰港となったのですが、やっぱり波は高いし揺れて、酔い止めを飲んで行ったのですが気持ち悪くなってしまいました。
船内ですっかり横になっている人もいたので、船酔いする人は体調に注意です。
でも近くでみるクジラは最高でした。

We divided into two teams with a group of eight adults. We participated with the team enjoying marine sports in Osaka. The color of the sea is different (laughs).

大人八人のグループで２チームに分かれて利用しました。
大阪でマリンスポーツを楽しンでいるチームで参加しました。海の色が違います(笑)

Even though it was New Year's, the temperature was 25°C, and the weather was great, so I could easily go into the sea. The snorkeling at the Blue Cave was really fun. The staff at Adventure Island took a lot of photos for me, and I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

お正月と言うのに気温は25℃あり、天気にも恵まれ抵抗なく海に入れました。
青の洞窟　その後のシュノーケル凄く楽しかったです。

We participated as a family of seven.
We took a boat to the Blue Cave.
At first, I thought it wasn't blue, but the guide told us to close our eyes.
When I opened them afterward, it was incredibly blue and beautiful, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!"
After that, we had a lot of fun snorkeling and playing with the fish.

ボートに乗り青の洞窟に行きました。
最初は、あれ青くないと思ったのですが、ガイドさんに目をつぶってと言われ
その後目を開けたら　凄く青く綺麗で　思わず　うわーと声が出ました。
その後、シュノーケルで魚と戯れとても楽しく過ごせました。
ありがとうございました。

I understood that the winter sea has strong waves, so I took motion sickness medication and prepared for the cold before participating. I was worried about getting seasick from the rocking, but I didn't feel sick; however, I was quite exhausted from the strength of the waves and wind. It took a while to get from Naha port to the whale watching area. We spotted a whale's spout from a distance and patiently circled the area slowly, but we couldn't see it up close, and we had to return to port. It took time to reach the point, and I got tired from the waves and wind during that time, which left me feeling extremely sleepy after disembarking. Next time, I would like to go to an island that is closer to the whale watching area and then board the whale watching boat from there.

冬の海は波がきついことを了解して、酔い止めも飲んで、防寒も対策して参加しました。
波の揺れに心配していた酔いはしませんでしたが、波と風の強さにかなり疲れました。那覇の港からホエールウォッチングの海域まで時間がかかりました。遠目にクジラの潮吹きを発見し、かなり粘ってその付近をゆっくり旋回してくれました。が、間近には見ることはできず、帰港となりました。ポイントまで行くのに時間がかかるので、その間の波風に疲れ、下船後モーレツな眠気に襲われました。クジラのいる海域まで近いように島まで一旦いって、ホエールウォッチングの船に乗る形を次回はとりたいです。

I participated with my daughter on a weekday at the beginning of February. Perhaps due to the timing, I almost thought I had mistakenly signed up for a tour with foreigners (Chinese), as everyone around us was Chinese, with a few Koreans, and we were the only Japanese participants. Since we were the only Japanese, they kindly guided us to our seats and the staff was very friendly. The boat for whale watching was extremely rocky. Both my daughter and I are fine on boats, so we were okay, but most people were holding bags and looking exhausted, wondering why they came at all. The waves were that high and it was quite bumpy. When we headed out to sea to look for whales, we could go outside, but after a little running, we got soaked from the high waves, so I recommend bringing something like a raincoat. They also sell them before boarding.

It was wet and quite cold. As for the whales, during this time, we only saw a blow (the spout) and a glimpse of part of the body. I wish we could have seen more of the whole body.

In any case, I think it would be difficult for those who are weak on boats. I wish we could have seen the whales a bit better.

2月始めの平日に娘と参加しました。時期的になのか、一瞬外国人（中国人）のツアーに間違えて申し込んでしまったのかと思ってしまう程周りは全て中国人と一部韓国人、日本人参加者は私達という状況でした。日本人が私達だけということで先に席を案内してくれたりスタッフの方は親切にして下さいました。ホエールの方は、船がめちゃくちゃ揺れます。私も娘も船に強いので全然平気でしたが、何しに来たのか？というくらいずっと袋を持ってグッタリしている人が殆どでした。それくらい波が高く揺れます。そしてホ沖に出てホエールを探す時になると外に出て良いのですが、少し走ったりすると波が高くずぶ濡れになるのでレインコートの様なものを持って行くのをお勧めします。乗る前に販売もあります。
そして濡れるし結構寒いです。肝心のホエールは、この時はブローという潮吹きを目印にブローと体の一部がチラッと見えた程度でした。出来ればもっと身体全体が見たかったです。
とにかく船に弱い人に無理だと思います。
ホエールはもうちょっと見えたらよかったな。

It was a whale watching experience. I was a bit nervous since I brought my 2-year-old child along, but we were able to encounter whales safely! Since it was a New Year's trip to Okinawa in January, this whale watching experience, which can only be done at this time of year, was something our whole family had been looking forward to, so seeing the whales was truly moving.

However, the cruise while searching for the whales felt long. We waited for about an hour and a half, listening to the engine noise, wondering when we would see them. When we finally spotted a whale's tail in the distance, cheers erupted from the boat, and as everyone started to buzz with excitement, the whale jumped, and we could hear the sound. I wish it had been closer, but I guess that's just luck.

If I have the chance again, I would love to participate once more.

ホエールウォッチングでした。2歳の子供も連れてホエールウォッチングだったので緊張しましたが無事クジラに遭遇する事ができました！
お正月１月の沖縄旅行だったのでこの時期しか体験できない、というホエールウオッチングは家族全員ずっと楽しみにしていたのでクジラを見れた時は本当に感動でした。
しかし、クジラを探す間のクルーズは長く感じました。1時間半ほどずっとエンジン音が聞こえる中まだかまだか、まだかと待ちました。遠くにクジラの尾ひれが見えて、船から歓声が聞こえだし皆んながざわざわ騒ぎだすと期待に応えるようにクジラがジャンプして音が聞こえました。もっと近かったら良かったけどこればかりは運でしょうか。
時間また機会があれば参加してみたいです。

When I specified a leisurely time in the morning, the hotel came to pick me up right on schedule. The water buffalo cart tour was enjoyable thanks to the guide's excellent explanations. I was also free to choose my return time, so I explored the island by rental bicycle and had lunch. After that, they took me to Taketomi Port in time for my boat. Once I arrived at Ishigaki Port, I strolled around Ishigaki City for about an hour and was able to take the next bus back to the hotel. I was able to enjoy free time at various locations and had a great experience with a tour that wasn't rigidly structured.

朝ゆっくりの時間を指定すると、ホテルに定刻通りに迎えに来てくれた。
水牛車の観光はガイドさんの説明が良く楽しめた。
帰りの時間も自由に選べたので、レンタル自転車で島内巡りをし、昼食をとった。
その後、船の時間に合わせ竹富港まで送ってくれた。
石垣港に着いた後、１時間ほど石垣市街地を散歩し、次のバスでホテルに送ってもらえた。各所で自由な時間をとることができ、お仕着せでないツアーを楽しむことができた。

I was looking forward to the tour of Daishi Forest Mountain, which can only be accessed by car. However, while the schedule indicated 60 minutes at Daishi Forest Mountain, we actually only had about 40 minutes from the starting point (50 minutes from the ticket booth), and the route took about 30 to 35 minutes, leaving us with little time to enjoy the scenery and just walk.

Honestly, I wished we had a bit more time. (We arrived at Daishi Forest Mountain 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, but our time was shortened, and we reached the lunch venue, Okuma Resort, 30 minutes ahead of schedule.)

I think the tour itself was enjoyable and without any issues, but due to some problems with the time allocation on the day, I have to give it four stars.

車ではないと行けない大石林山のツアー楽しみにしていました。しかしながら、大石林山の時間が60分とスケジュールにあったのに対し、実際はスタート地点から40分ほど（券売場から50分）しかなく、30～35分かかるルートをほぼ景色を楽しむことができず歩くだけとなりました。
正直もう少し時間が欲しかったです。（スケジュールの時間より20分も早く大石林山についたのに時間を短縮されてしまい、ランチ会場のオクマリゾートにはスケジュールの30分も早く到着しました。）
ツアーの内容としては申し分なく楽しめるものだと思いますが、当日の時間配分に少し問題があったため、星4つにさせていただきました。

We went whale watching off the coast of the Kerama Islands. I think the one hour of slow cruising to search for whales has a high possibility of causing seasickness. I felt that taking motion sickness medication is essential. Since we are dealing with nature, it's hard to predict the necessary time. We departed at 9 AM and returned at 1 PM, but it took longer than expected, so we had to reduce the number of sightseeing spots.

慶良間列島の沖合まで出てホエールウォッチングをしました。
クジラを探すため低速クルージングしている１時間が船酔いする可能性が高いと思われます。酔い止めは必須と感じました。
自然が相手なので必要な時間が読めません。我々は9時出港で13時帰港となったのですが、予想よりも時間がかかったので観光する場所を減らさざるを得なくなりました。

Due to the location of our stay, we participated in the tour departing from Chatan. The location is near "American Village," making it efficient for sightseeing after the tour.

Since it was the peak season for whale watching, the relatively large boat was fully booked. Most of the passengers were Asian tourists. Those who sat in the open (uncovered) seats enjoyed the fresh air but ended up soaked from the splashes by the time we returned, so I recommend choosing seats towards the back when boarding.

It can be quite rocky, so if you're prone to motion sickness, taking medication is essential.

After arriving at the spot, we chased after the whales, moving around quietly. During that time, we were able to spot whales several times. I would love for you to experience it in detail, but it’s quite a rare experience, especially recommended for those with children!

滞在場所の都合上、北谷発に参加。場所は「アメリカンビレッジ」のそばですのでツアー後の観光にも効率が良いです。
ホエールウォッチングの繁盛期ということもあり、割りと大きめの船も満席状態。大半はアジア系の観光客。開放感で外側(囲いのない)の席に座った人は帰る頃には波しぶきでビショビショになってましたので、乗船時は奥の席をおすすめします。
結構ゆれますので、酔いに心配な方は薬は必須。
スポット到着後はクジラを追いかけ地味に移動を繰り返します。その間何度かクジラを発見することが出来ます。詳しくは体験して頂きたいですが、なかなか貴重な体験ですので、お子さんのいる方には特におすすめします！

Okinawa is the memorable destination of our honeymoon 36 years ago, and this time we were able to participate in a course that included the Kouri Island Bridge, Churaumi Aquarium, and Mihama American Village, which I had long wanted to visit. The bus picked up about 40 passengers from various locations in Naha City, creating a lively tour with five different languages being spoken. The guide provided assistance through headphones in eight languages, which was quite high-tech.

After about an hour and a half, we crossed the Kouri Bridge, and the stunning view of the bridge and the blue ocean from the beach was just as magnificent as I had expected. Next, we headed to the Churaumi Aquarium, which my wife was very much looking forward to. Due to the performance schedule, we were first captivated by the adorable dolphin show at the "Okinchan Theater," and later, we were overwhelmed by the grandeur of the large tank where the giant whale sharks swim gracefully. The three-hour stay allowed us to explore at a leisurely pace, which was even better.

Finally, at Mihama American Village, we enjoyed an American-style experience, making effective use of our time there for about two and a half hours, indulging in meals, shopping, and even enjoying the landmark Ferris wheel. I had heard that some participants from overseas might be a bit loose with time, but this time everything went smoothly, making for an even better tour.

沖縄は３６年前の記念すべき新婚旅行の地、今回はかねてより行きたいと思っていた古宇利島大橋や美ら海水族館、美浜アメリカンビレッジと三点そろったコースに参加することができました。バスは那覇市内のピックアップ場所を巡り約４０名が乗車、なんと５か国の言葉が飛び交うにぎやかなツアーに。ガイドは８か国語対応のイヤフォンを通しての対応、なんともハイテクになったものです。さて、バスは一時間半ほどで古宇利大橋を渡り渡島、浜辺から見る大橋と青い海の見事な景観はやはり予想通りの素晴らしいものでした。次は妻が大変期待していた美ら海水族館へ、まずは上演時間の都合で「おきちゃん劇場」でイルカたちのかわいい演技に魅了され、その後水族館内部では巨大ジンベイザメが優雅に泳ぐ大水槽の迫力に圧倒されました。滞在時間も三時間とゆっくり見学できたのがさらに良かった。最後は美浜アメリカンビレッジでアメリカンテーストに染まりながら、ここも約二時間半の時間を有効に使って食事やショッピング、ランドマークの観覧車まで楽しむことができました。海外から参加される方には時間にルーズな方もおられると聞いていましたが、今回はそういったこともなくスムーズなスケジュールの進行でさらにいいツアーとなりました。

The sunset, no matter how many times I see it, excites me! The view from the boat is something special. Perhaps because it's close to Naha Airport, planes also fly across the sunset, which is romantic. Mr. Matsumoto's singing inside the boat, mixed with Okinawan songs, is wonderful. The staff were also friendly and made it enjoyable, so I never got bored. If you're wondering where to have dinner in Okinawa, I definitely recommend this cruise. I'll participate again!

サンセット、何度みても男なにんに興奮！！
船からみる光景は一味違います。
那覇空港に近いせいか飛行機もサンセットを横切り飛んでてロマンチックです。
船内のマツモトさんの歌声も沖縄の歌をとりまぜ素晴らしいです。
スタッフの皆様も気軽に声をかけてくれ退屈しず楽しかったです。
沖縄で夕食をどこで食べようか悩んでたら是非このクルーズをお勧めします。
また参加しますね。

In Nagoya, it snowed the day before yesterday, while Okinawa's weather is unpredictable, with the forecast for the day being cloudy. It seems to be a hot 22 degrees, which is incomparable to Nagoya. When we departed at 9 AM, there were glimpses of sunshine, and I felt grateful for my usual good behavior and praised myself. After about 30 minutes on the cruise ship, we arrived at the point, and my wife excitedly told me, "Look! A whale!" I turned my gaze and felt excited too! The captain informed us that there was a whale where it had spouted water, so we eagerly scanned the surface of the sea. Then we saw another whale, and the excitement was overwhelming! The captain dashed towards it! We were surprisingly close to it. It takes patience, but the satisfaction of spotting one is incredible. It was a very satisfying cruise. Since we were on the ship for nearly two hours, those who are not confident should take motion sickness medication. It was fun!! I will participate again. I will keep this excitement until then. Thank you!

名古屋では前々日に雪、沖縄の天気は気まぐれ週間天気とにらめっこで当日の予報は曇り。
暑い22度らしく名古屋と比べものにならない。1便9時出航時は晴れ間も覗き日頃のおこないに感謝と自分をほめる。クルーズ船で30分ほどでポイント？に到着、隣の妻があ！クジラと興奮気味に教えてくれ視線をやると自分までも興奮！！潮を吹いたとこにクジラが居ますと船長の教えで海面をきょろきょろ注目、するとまたクジラ、興奮！！船長が猛ダッシュ！！意外に近くで観れました。根気がいりますが発見した時の満足感はたまりません。大満足なクルーズでした。2時間ちかく船に乗っているので自信のない人は船酔い止めの薬飲んでたほうがいいよ。
楽しかった！！また参加しますね。興奮をそれまで維持します、ありがとうございました。

I gifted this whale watching tour to my sister and her husband for their 25th wedding anniversary. My husband and I also participated, so there were four of us. The whale watching was the highlight of this trip, but while there were a couple of whale spouts, I couldn't see them clearly. The journey there took quite a while, and the waves made the boat rocky, but we managed to endure it because we were excited about seeing whales. However, on the way back, the speed of the boat and the rocking were overwhelming! There was a storm of vomiting from all sides! It was tough. We didn't get seasick, but the experience didn't turn out to be a great memory as we had hoped. It's a shame. The weather was cloudy, but at least it didn't rain, so that was good. Since we are dealing with nature, it's understandable, but I really wanted everyone who participated to see the dynamic sight of the whales! I feel regretful. If there's another opportunity, I would love to go with everyone again! Thank you for the monitor tour! Great job, staff!

今回結婚25周年記念の妹夫婦にこのホエールウォッチングツアーをプレゼントしました。私達夫婦も参加し４人でいきました。今回の旅の一番の楽しみであったホエールウオッチングでしたが、鯨の潮吹きが2.3回あったようですが、よくわかりませんでした。行きも結構時間がかかり波もあったので揺れましたが、鯨に会える期待が大きかったので我慢出来ましたが、帰りの船のスピードと揺れにはまいりました！前から後ろから横から次々と嘔吐の嵐！しんどかったです。私達は船酔いはしませんでしたが、せっかくの楽しみがなんかあまりいい思い出にはなりませんでした。残念でした。天気は曇りで雨が降らなかっただけでも良かったです。自然が相手ですから仕方ないですが、ダイナミックな鯨の姿今回参加した皆んなに見せてあげたかった！心残りです。また機会があればみんなで行きたいなあ！と思います！モニターツアーまたよろしくお願いします！スタッフさんお疲れ様でした！

I participated in this trip because I wanted to show my husband the dynamic appearance of whales. I understand that it's about facing nature, but it was very disappointing that we only saw the spout a couple of times and the tail in the distance! To make matters worse, we were running late on the way back, and the boat was going too fast. We were splashed by the waves, and because of the roughness, many people were getting seasick and vomiting. It was unbearable to see the mess in front of us on the boat. I understand the staff's intention to help us see the whales, but I wonder if it would have been better to leave with the disappointment of not seeing them rather than the feeling of nausea. All I have left are the scenes from the boat! I really wanted to see the big whale! I hope to have another chance to try again next time.

今回主人に鯨のダイナミックな姿を見せてあげたいと思い参加しました。自然との向き合いなので仕方ないなと思いますが、噴気だけ2.3回尾が遠くにすこし見えただけでとても残念でした！おまけに帰り時間が押していて船のスピードが激しすぎました。波にあたって水しぶきはあるわ、揺れが激しかった為あちらこちらから、酔われて吐かれてました。汚物が前の方にかかったりして見るのも耐え難い船上でした。なんとか見させてあげようというスタッフさんの気持ちはわかりますが、吐いて辛かったという気持ちが残ってしまうよりは、見えなかった残念の気持ちが残った方が良かったのかな？と私は思いました。船上での光景しかのこりませんでした！大きなクジラの体が見たかったです！今度また機会があったらリベンジしたいなあと思っています。

I was requested by my wife and child to go mangrove kayaking, and I wasn't very enthusiastic about it at first, but I ended up having a great time. Our guide, Mr. Nishi, shared interesting and informative stories. My son said he wants to come back next year, so it seems like it became a wonderful memory for him. It was also fun to paddle together with my son. The access is good, so I highly recommend it.

マングローブカヤックを妻子からリクエストされ、あまり乗り気ではなかったのですが大変楽しめました。ガイドの西さんの話は面白くためになりました。息子はまた来年も行きたいといい思い出になったみたい。息子と協力して漕いだことも楽しかったです。アクセスも良いのでオススメです。

For our half-day visit to Taketomi Island, we didn't feel any inconvenience with the ferry service, as it operated the same number of times as other companies. We were able to take our time enjoying activities like riding water buffalo and sightseeing around the island.

　竹富島に半日だけの予定の私たちには、船便も他社と同じ回数で不便を感じませんでした。
水牛にのったり、島を観光したりとゆっくり過ごせました。

I participated in the 9 AM departure.
To start with the results of the whale watching, I was able to see a mother and baby whale swimming together! Although I only saw their backs, it was heartwarming to witness them swimming close to each other, and I was even able to see them spouting water occasionally.

As for the process leading up to the encounter, first, we took a free shuttle to the meeting point, which was a really large bus typically used for tours (this may vary depending on the number of participants). Since it can't enter narrow roads, I recommend that those considering the free shuttle book a hotel close to the main roads.

During the ride, we were given a paper with participation guidelines, which we read and signed.

After picking up participants from their hotels, we arrived at Mie Castle Port. When I got off the bus, I noticed that there were mostly foreigners, particularly many from China.

At the waiting area, we submitted the signed guidelines from the bus, and at this time, I received a ticket, a postcard, and a whale book (one per group). The waiting area has restrooms and a smoking area. Although both are available on the boat, it seems better to take care of that beforehand.

It seems that the color of the ticket we received during participant confirmation determines which boat we would board; mine was green, corresponding to the boat in the photo. The boat had a maximum capacity of 70, but I think there were about 30 to 40 people on board. We were given life jackets upon boarding, which were easy to wear as they were the type you put on and tie. However, the life jackets had significant insulation, and it got hot, so I took off my down jacket and put the life jacket back on. I wasn't particularly cold throughout the trip. There were pink plastic bags hanging everywhere on the first floor of the boat, ready for anyone who might get seasick.

It was said that it was dangerous to go up to the second floor until we were a certain distance offshore, so I sat on the first floor by the side of the boat, and we finally set sail.

About 10 minutes after leaving the port, the second floor was opened up. When I went up, they handed me a raincoat, but the waves were so rough and windy that I was worried about being blown away… At that moment, a staff member guided me to a lower seat, saying, "This area is less bumpy." While it was indeed less bumpy, the rough waves and wind remained, so I gave up on wearing the raincoat halfway through.

After that, we were tossed around for about 30 minutes like a thrilling amusement ride. I was laughing the whole time due to the sheer fun of it. It really rocked a lot, so as recommended, if you don't wear non-slip sneakers, you might end up taking an unintended dive…

For those who are prone to motion sickness or have never been on a small boat, it's advisable not to go up to the second floor and to take motion sickness medication as recommended for peace of mind.

Then, as the boat slowed down… the main attraction made its appearance! As I mentioned at the beginning, it was very easy to spot the whales because the captain directed the boat toward the direction the whales were heading.

While watching, the situation was indeed bumpy due to the high waves. If you try to watch from the second floor, there is a steering seat in front, and behind it, there is a rope to hold onto. Depending on the waves and the situation of the people behind, the rope can dig into your stomach, and my friend who was with me started to feel unwell.

After about 30 minutes of watching the whales, the boat made a U-turn, and I wondered what was happening, only to find out we were heading back to the port (laughs). The return trip was also somewhat bumpy, but it felt less so than the outbound trip.

We returned to the port in about two hours. Since I had a flight scheduled afterward, I didn't use the shuttle. I picked up my luggage from the bus, called a taxi at the waiting area with a sign, and head

クジラの結果から書きますと親子クジラが仲良く泳ぐ姿に出会えました‼︎
見られたのは背中だけでしたが、
母クジラと子クジラが寄り添って泳いでいるのがわかり、とても微笑ましい光景で、時折潮吹きも見ることができました。

出会うまでの過程は、
まず、無料送迎で集合場所へ、ツアーなどで使われるような本当に大型のバスでした。(これは参加人数などで変わるのかもしれません。)
細い道には入れない為、
無料送迎を考えている方は
主要道路に近いホテルを取る事をオススメします。

道中、バスの中で、参加の注意事項が記載された紙を渡され、それを一読し、サイン欄に名前を記入します。

送迎希望参加者のホテルを周り三重城港へ、
バスを降りてみると外人さんばかりでした。
特に中国の方が多かったです。

待合所にてバス内でサインをした注意事項を提出、
この時チケットとポストカードとクジラブック(こちらは1グループに1冊)を貰いました。
待合所にはトイレ、喫煙所もあります。
船内にも両方あるものの、こちらで済ませておいた方が良さそうです。

参加者確認の際にもらったチケットの色で
乗る船が分かれるようで、私は緑色で写真の船でした。
船に最大乗船人数が70と書いてありましたが、載っていたの大体30〜40人くらいだったと思います。
乗船時ライフジャケットの配布があり、
羽織って紐で結ぶタイプのものだったので、着用は簡単でした。
ところが、ライフジャケットにかなりの保温効果があり、暑かったのでダウンジャケットを着ていたのですが脱いで、再ライフジャケット装着しました。
最後まで特に寒くは無かったです。
船内1階の至る所にピンク色のビニール袋が下げてあり、
酔ってしまった方にすぐ対応出来るようになってました。

ある程度沖に出ないと2階に上がるのは危ないそうで
船内脇の段差に1階に座り、いよいよ出航です。

港を出て10分程で2階が解放され、2階に上がる時にカッパを手渡してくれたのですが、
上がった先は荒波暴風で中々着られないどころか、
飛ばされないか不安でした…
その時スタッフの方が「こちらの方が揺れがマシですよ。」と低めの座席に誘導してくれましたが、
確かに揺れはマシなものの荒波暴風は変わらない為、
中途半端に着て諦めました。

その後、30分程上下左右に揺さぶられ系絶叫アトラクションです。
あまりの楽しさにずっと爆笑していました。
本当にかなり揺れるので推奨されている通り
滑りにくいスニーカーで行かないと
不本意なダイビングをする事になりそうです…

乗り物酔いしやすい方はもちろん、小型の船に乗った事がない方は2階には上がらず、こちらも推奨されている通り酔い止めを飲んでおいた方が安心です。

そして、船のスピードが緩まり…
主役のご登場です‼︎
見られた感想としては冒頭の記載通り、
船長がクジラの向かって行く方向に船を向けてくれるのでとても見つけやすかったです。

見ている時の状況は、やはり波が高いので揺れます。
2階で見ようとすると、前の方に操舵席があり、その後ろにロープが張ってあるので、それに捕まって見ることになるのですが、揺れや後ろの人の状況によってお腹にロープがめり込んで同乗していた友達は具合が悪くなっていました。

大体30分程クジラを眺め、ふと船がUターンして、何かな？と思ったら帰港でした（笑）
帰りもそれなりに揺れましたが行きより揺れがましな気がしました。

大体2時間ほどで港に戻り、
その後飛行機に乗る予定だったので、送迎は使わず
バスに預けていた荷物を引取り、
待合所に看板のあるタクシーを呼んで
那覇空港に向かいました。

そこそこ濡れてしまうので、髪がパキパキになります。
ツアー参加後はシャワーを浴びる時間を作った方が良さそうです。

今回見られたのは、悠々泳ぐ姿のみなので
派手さはありませんでしたが、これからのシーズンオスのクジラに会えたりするとまた違うのかもしれません。

私は船が楽しかったので、クジラに会えるかは期待し過ぎず、アトラクション目的でまた参加させて頂きたいと思います。
