I experienced this in early March. Everything was kind, and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I usually don't engage in physical activities, so I was quite hesitant about signing up, but I called beforehand and received thorough answers to all my questions, which made me feel secure about participating on the day. Thank you very much. The warmth and charm of all the staff members were also very appealing.

I believe the activities can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, including those with low stamina, young children, and the elderly. They also take ample safety precautions. The pedal SUP was more comfortable than I imagined; I think many people who dream of trying regular SUP but are worried about falling should definitely give this a try.

For the clear kayak, I mostly left it to my husband who was sitting behind me, but we were able to calmly observe the little Nemo fish, vibrant blue fish, and various types of coral underwater. They provided detailed explanations about spots where we could see many fish, and we also had free time, which was very relaxing.

I was truly impressed by the quality of the drone footage and the original video we received immediately, which felt like a service beyond expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that makes me want to come back again someday. I will definitely visit Miyako Island again.

普段体を動かす事をしないので申し込みするかかなり迷っていましたが申し込み前にお電話させてもらい一つ一つ丁寧にお答えいただいて安心して当日お願いすることができました、どうもありがとうございました
スタッフの方々皆さんのお人柄も温かく惹かれるものがありました
体力のない方や低年齢のお子さん、お年寄りの方まで幅広く楽しむことができる内容だと思います
安全にも十分配慮していただけます
ペダルSUPは想像以上に快適に進むことができました、通常のSUPに憧れるけど落ちるのではないかなどの不安がある方も多いと思うのでそういう方は是非こちらを体験してみてほしいです
クリアカヤックは後ろに乗る夫にほぼ任せましたが穏やかに水中のニモちゃんや鮮やかなブルーのお魚、色んな種類の珊瑚を観察する事が出来ました、たくさんお魚の見れるスポットなどの説明も丁寧にしていただけますし自由時間もいただけました、癒されます
そしてサービスとは思えないクオリティのドローンでの撮影やオリジナルの動画を即いただけたことに感動しました
いつかまたこちらにお願いしたいと思える体験を本当にありがとうございました、また宮古島に伺います

Cape Hedo is a place I always wanted to visit. But there's not much there (laughs). However, Jumbo Tours had activities planned before and after that kept us entertained, making it a truly enjoyable day. The view of Cape Hedo from Mount Oishi was also fantastic, and the Okinawa rail named Kuro-kun was very cute. For lunch, the fish was fresh, and the location by the sea made it even more delicious. Additionally, the tour guide's service was excellent, making the trip even more wonderful. The people I participated with were all great, and it became a memorable journey. Thank you all very much!

辺戸岬は、一度は訪れたいと思っていた場所です。でも何もありません（笑）ただ、ジャンボツアーさんは、その前後に飽きさせないアクティビティが用意されていて、本当に楽しい1日になりました。大石林山からの辺戸岬の眺めも最高でしたし、ヤンバルクイナのクロー君（?）もとても可愛いかったです。お昼ご飯も、お魚が新鮮で食べる場所も海を見ながらのロケーションで、そのことが相まって、とっても美味しかったです。それと、添乗員の方の対応が素晴らしくて、旅がより一層素敵なものになりました。また、一緒に参加した方々もいい人ばかりで、思い出に残る旅になりました。皆様本当にありがとうございました。

I had plenty of time to enjoy both the SUP and the clear kayak. The staff were kind and entertaining, providing great support. They helped ease my nerves while maintaining a comfortable distance, which made me feel at ease. In addition to using a GoPro, they also captured footage with a drone, allowing me to take home wonderful photos and videos as memories.

We had a reservation starting at 11:00, but it started raining 30 minutes before, and we were worried about whether the event could take place. However, the staff said, "It looks like the rain will stop soon, so let's wait," and we were able to safely go kayaking.

They were very kind in helping us with cold weather preparations, and the support was attentive, so even as beginners, we felt secure while kayaking.

I participated in the February holiday, and the day before, I received a confirmation call right after making the reservation. The event was held at Imugya Marine Garden, which is close to the hotel where I stayed.

On the day of the event, it unfortunately rained, but the wind direction seemed favorable, resulting in calm waters with no waves, and we were guided out to sea. Even the drone, which usually struggles with wind and rain, was able to fly. The staff took many photos for us, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and the clear waters beneath our clear kayak.

Not only could we see vibrant fish beneath us, but it was also lucky that the water remained clear despite the rain. On our way back, we received a lot of photos and footage from the drone.

I learned that the location is chosen based on the sea conditions at the time, so I would like to try kayaking at a different spot next time.

前日に、予約してすぐに確認の電話も頂き、泊まりのホテルから近いイムギャーマリンガーデンでの開催。
当日は、あいにくの雨、それでも風の向きが良かったようで、波もなく穏やかな海面、沖に向かって案内もしてもらえました。風と雨が苦手なドローンもとばしてもらえました。スタッフさんが、たくさん写真を撮ってくれていたので、私達は、景色と、クリアカヤックの足元の海の中を堪能できました。
足元だけでなく、海面からも鮮やかなお魚を見れるのは、雨が降っていても海の中は濁りがなかったのはラッキーでした。
帰りには、たくさんの写真とドローンからの映像も頂きました。
開催場所は、その時の海の状況で選んでいるという事なので、次回は違う場所でカヤックを漕いでみたいです。

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to experience anything during the pandemic, but I was able to have a wonderful experience while properly avoiding the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings). I got to see the coral and colorful fish in the transparent sea, and I had a very enjoyable time, thanks to the people who guided me. Lastly, I was thrilled to have the photos taken by the drone edited for me.

After entering the sea, I paddled to my desired location in a transparent canoe, reaching a point where I could see beautiful fish and peered into the water. The staff provided guidance nearby, so even beginners in canoeing won't feel scared. It was a fun experience.

Friendly staff and a beautiful sea. And at the end, they send you a "drone footage video" to your phone. This is absolutely wonderful!

It was unfortunate that the weather was cloudy, but I definitely want to try again next time in the Miyako Blue sea.

I highly recommend this activity.

海に入った後、透明のカヌーで自分の行きたい場所にオールを漕いで移動をし、
きれいな魚が見えるポイントまで行き、海の中を覗きます。
スタッフさんが近くから指導してくれるのでカヌー初心者でも怖くない。楽しく体験が出来ます。

親切なスタッフさん、綺麗な海。
そして最後に「ドローン撮影の動画」を携帯に送ってもらえます。
これが最高に素敵！

お天気が曇りで残念でしたが、次回はぜひ宮古ブルーの海でリベンジしたいと思います。

We participated in the clear kayak experience for the first time as a couple. We made a reservation the day before, and they contacted us right away, allowing us to join. The instructions on how to operate the kayak were very thorough. We got to see clownfish and many other fish. The drone footage was also excellent. It became a fun memory. I used the local bus to visit various places, but I hadn't ventured much into the northern areas due to the many transfers. I had also avoided day tours because of the early departure times, the noise, and the long hours of commitment, but I decided to participate this time.

It was really fun! First of all, since there was no bus guide, I could sleep whenever I wanted on the bus, and I could listen to the sightseeing information through the audio guide (earphones). The guide also used earphones to communicate, which made it less crowded. The little gifts were delicious, the places we visited were well thought out, and I thought the overall structure of the tour was excellent.

I plan to choose Jumbo Tours when selecting a tour next time.

路線バスを使って様々な場所へ行ってきましたが、乗り換えが多くなる北部へはなかなか足が向きませんでした。また一日ツアーは出発時間が早朝であることと、うるさいこと、長時間拘束されることが嫌でこれまで避けてきましたが、思い切って参加することにしました。

結果とても楽しかったです。まずバスガイドがいないからバスのなかで寝たいときに寝られる、聞きたい観光情報は音声ガイド（イヤホン）で聞ける、
ガイドもイヤホンを使って話が聞けるので密にならなくていい、ちょっぴりプレゼントが美味しい、行く場所がよく考えられている、ツアーとしての組み立てがとてもよいと思いました。

またツアーを選ぶときには、ジャンボツアーさんを選ぼうと思いました。

I wanted to visit Yanbaru National Park, but it was too far from Naha for us to go on our own... So, we decided to join a tour. With a polite tour guide and local guides at each location, we were able to visit the northern tip of Okinawa Island and fully enjoy the great outdoors. I wanted to visit Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, so I decided to join the trip. The weather changed from cloudy to light rain, but the view from Cape Hedo is amazing! I can't help but feel a bit regretful thinking that the view would be even better on a clear day. However, seeing the Okinawa rail for the first time really lifted my spirits. Also, the lunch was quite good!

I thought it would be quite a long tour (sweating), but once we set off, the 11 hours flew by in no time. The guided walk through the mangrove forest was explained in detail and was easy to understand. The exploration of the Oishi Forest was simply breathtaking. Despite the tour including meals, the food was a bit luxurious and delicious... or maybe the atmosphere enhanced the flavors? At the Yanbaru Kuina breeding facility, the artificially hatched Yanbaru Kuina named Kuu walked right in front of the camera, too accustomed to tourists♪ The driver and the tour guide were both very kind and attentive, leaving a deep impression and providing a fantastic experience.

Traveling with children can be challenging, but taking the bus makes it easy. At Churaumi, you can stay for about three hours, which is just enough time to see the aquarium, have a meal, and watch a show. The dolphin show was unavailable due to equipment inspection, so we couldn't take our seats.

You can enjoy sightseeing from Naha to the Motobu Peninsula. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I gained new knowledge. However, it would have been nice to skip the Okashi Goten and American Village, and spend more time at the main attractions like Churaumi and Kouri Island, as well as Manzamo. Also, while it's good that someone picks you up, I would have appreciated a note saying, "We are waiting for ◯◯, so we plan to depart around ◯◯ minutes." It was a bit frustrating to be stopped for over ten minutes without knowing what was going on. I wanted to use that time effectively, like going to the restroom or buying a drink.

At Kouri Beach, the wind was strong, so it was disappointing that we couldn't stay on the sandy beach for long. We were blessed with great weather and had a very enjoyable time! They took photos with a drone and captured many pictures, creating wonderful memories.
