I signed up for this tour because there was no one to drive the car. It was great to be able to quickly visit famous tourist spots. I also appreciated that it was all free time instead of group activities. If I had to be picky, since we went to Kouri Island, it would have been perfect if we could have also visited Heart Rock.

車を運転できる人がいなかったので、このツアーに申し込みました。
有名な観光地をサクッと観光できて良かったです。
団体行動ではなく、すべて自由行動なのも良かったです。
欲を言えば、せっかく古宇利島に行ったのでハートロックも行けたら文句なしでした。

I participated in snorkeling and an introductory diving experience with a friend, and we were well taken care of! The Blue Cave was breathtaking with its high transparency, and we were able to see fish up close! I did get a bit seasick, but the staff was very considerate, which made me feel at ease.

The introductory diving was also a safe experience! They explained about the fish, and the fun time flew by in no time! Thank you for taking so many photos and videos ^_^

All the staff were very kind, and the shop had a comfortable atmosphere! The shower booths were clean, and there was space to do makeup, so it was fine even if we had plans afterward!

When I visit Okinawa again, I definitely want to book activities at this shop! Thank you very much ♡

シュノーケリングと体験ダイビングで、友人と２人で参加しお世話になりました！
青の洞窟は透明度の高さに感動し、魚も近くで見ることができました！波酔いしてしまいましたが、担当スタッフの方が気遣ってくださり、安心しました。
体験ダイビングも、安心して潜ることができました！魚の説明をしていただいたり、楽しい時間があっという間に終わってしまいました…！
写真や動画も沢山撮っていただき、ありがとうございました^_^

スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で、ショップの居心地も良かったです！
シャワーブースも綺麗で、化粧もできるスペースがあり、その後予定があっても大丈夫です！

I thought the main attraction was crossing to Yubu Island by water buffalo. However, what truly moved us was the cruise while overlooking the endless mangroves. It was wonderful. Since we were on the first boat of the day, the river was calm, and the reflection of the mangroves and sky on the mirror-like water was beautiful. The boatman's explanations were also thorough.

Yubu Island is a typical tourist spot, and we were able to enjoy it in full tourist mode. It was compactly organized, so we could participate on the day of our return, which was very good.

水牛で由布島に渡る事がメインだと思って申し込んでいました。
しかし私たちが感動したのは、見渡す限りのマングローブを見ながらのクルーズでした。素晴らしかった。その日最初の船だったので、川は静かで鏡面のような水面に映るマングローブと空が美しい。船頭さんの説明も丁寧でした。
由布島はいわゆる観光地で、これはこれで観光客モードに戻って楽しめました。
コンパクトにまとめられていたので帰宅日に参加でき、大変良かったです。

We used the service from the morning of our last day until our flight home for a trip with my 80-year-old mother and my daughter in her 50s. The female driver was very pleasant and drove skillfully and calmly. She provided clear explanations about the unique plants of Okinawa, the local area, and the buildings, which were easy to understand! Even though we changed our destination on the day of the trip with a free plan, she responded immediately without any unpleasantness, allowing both my mother and daughter to visit all the places we wanted. It turned out to be a very satisfying trip. Upon arriving at the airport, we received thoughtful care from the female driver, making it a thoroughly enjoyable journey. I definitely plan to use your sightseeing taxi service again. I’ve grown to love Okinawa even more! Thank you very much! ♪

８０歳の母と５０代の娘の２人旅で、最終日の朝から帰路の飛行機の時間まで利用させていただきました。
女性ドライバーさんで、とても感じがよく、運転も穏やかな上手な運転で、沖縄ならではの植物の説明や、その土地の説明、建物等の説明も丁寧にしてくださりわかりやすかったです！フリープランで、当日になって行き先を変更したにもかわわらず、イヤな顔ひとつせず、すぐ対応してくださり、母娘とも行きたいところ全てに行け、大満足の旅となりました。
空港到着の際も、女性ドライバーさんならではのお気遣いをいただき、最後まで大満足の旅となり、また、御社の観光タクシーを必ず利用しようと思いました。
沖縄がさらに大好きになりました！

I had a reservation for the Taketomi Island Free Walk Plan, but I was able to rent a bicycle on-site. With a rental bicycle, I think you can visit all ten spots in about an hour and a half. On Iriomote Island, we first went to Yufu Island, and then the order was changed to the mangrove boat tour.

竹富島フリーウォークプランでの予約でしたが現地でレンタサイクルを借りれました。
レンタサイクルだと1時間30分あれば十番まわれるかと思います。
西表島では先に由布島に行きそのあとマングローブボートの順に変更されました。

Just going to the Churaumi Aquarium costs 5,000 yen round trip by bus (3,000 yen with a discount ticket) plus the entrance fee of 1,750 yen. Additionally, you can visit Kouri Island, Manzamo, and American Village all in one day, making it a great value. I highly recommend it. I also made friends with people from various countries while sharing rides.

更に古宇利島、万座毛、アメリカンビレッジ迄1日で周遊でき、コスパが最高にいいので、ぜひお勧めします。いろんな国々の方々との相乗りで友達も出来ました。

Very well organised. It was a good way to see three islands in a day with the option of spending more or less time walking around Taketomi. The lunch was good too. Perhaps critical information such as the time to reassemble could be shown with numbers so that it is clear to non-Japanese speakers.

It was great that we could efficiently tour the three islands. The water buffalo experience was also nice. Since I chose a bus tour plan for Taketomi Island, the stay was short, but it was just right because we started early in the morning. I thought it would be nice to explore Taketomi Island more leisurely next time.

3島ポイント絞って効率よく周遊できたのが良かった。水牛もいい体験だった。竹富島はバス観光プランにしたので滞在時間が短かったけど、朝が早かったのでちょうど良かった。次回、竹富島をゆっくり周るのもいいと思った。

The activity we had planned was canceled due to bad weather, so we suddenly signed up for a tour. However, they were very kind and accommodating, and it turned into a great memory. Thank you very much.

This was my first time doing stand-up paddleboarding, and I was initially anxious, but the staff were all smiling and very kind, which made me feel at ease and I was able to stand on the board right away. The wind was strong, but we were in a cove that wasn't too affected by the waves, making it easy to paddle. I did lose my balance and fell off the board once, but the staff quickly came to my rescue, so I wasn't scared at all. Since it was clear paddleboarding, the board was transparent and I could see various types of fish clearly. I even spotted a clownfish! In the end, I received lots of photos and drone videos, which made for wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

今回が初めてのsupで最初は不安でしたが、スタッフの方々が皆さん笑顔でとても優しく教えて下さったので、安心してすぐにボードの上で立つ事ができました。風が強かったのですが、入江になっていて波の影響をあまり受けない場所でやったので、漕ぎやすかったです。一度バランスを崩してボードから落ちてしまったのですが、スタッフの方がすぐに駆けつけて救助して下さり、全然怖くありませんでした。クリアsupだったので、ボードが透明で様々な種類の魚達がくっきり見えました。ニモ(クマノミ)も見つけることができました！最後に、写真やドローン動画をたくさん頂き、とっても良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

We participated with our family from 9 AM in late November. Due to strong winds and bad weather, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave and instead went snorkeling at Ohsaki Beach as a substitute.

The morning mangrove canoeing was very enjoyable, and the guide was friendly, allowing us to ask various questions, which added to the fun of learning.

We returned to the island terminal once and had just under three hours of free time before the afternoon activities, but it turned out well as we could leisurely stroll around the town. The guide also recommended some shops, which we checked out.

During the afternoon snorkeling, it rained occasionally, but we weren't cold in our wetsuits, and we were able to encounter two sea turtles.

We took a lot of photos, and both the kids and parents had a great time. I highly recommend it.

11月の下旬に家族で9時から参加。
強風で天気も良くなかったので、青の洞窟は行けず、振替の大崎ビーチでのシュノーケリングになりました。

午前中のマングローブカヌーはとても楽しく、ガイドさんも気さくで質問も色々できて知る楽しみもありました。

一度離島ターミナルに戻って、午後からのアクティビティまで3時間弱時間が空いてしまいましたが、ゆっくり街中をぶらぶらできたので結果OKでした。ガイドさんがおすすめのお店なども教えてくれるので行ってみたりしました。

午後からのシュノーケリングの時は時折雨も降っていましたが、ウェットスーツで寒くなかったですし、ウミガメにも2匹遭遇することができました。

写真もたくさん撮ってもらい、子供達も親も楽しめておすすめです。

I originally planned to stay at a hotel in the north, so I was able to reach my final destination while enjoying a bus tour. It's a bit disappointing that the weather turned bad along the way, but I’m glad I participated as both the tour guide and the driver were kind!

もともと北の方のホテルに泊まる予定だったので、バスツアーで遊びながら最終目的地に到達することが出来ました。途中で天気崩れたのが少し残念ですが、ツアーガイドさんや運転手の方も優しく参加して良かったです♪

Due to the strong winds, we couldn't participate in any activities in the water, but I made a reservation with the desire to enjoy the sea of Okinawa! There are two highlights I would recommend!

The first is the beautiful views from the boat. The scenery from the cruise ship while moving to the underwater watching spot (the sea, surrounding boats, airplanes, etc.) was stunning!

The second highlight is the underwater watching experience. Although the day of our visit was not ideal for seeing fish (rated 2 out of 5 for visibility), we were still able to see various fish and corals up close.

I recommend this for those who don't want to go into the sea but still want to feel connected to it!

風が強いので、海に入るアクティビティはできないが、沖縄の海を楽しみたい！という気持ちで予約しました。
おすすめポイントは2つ！
１つは海上の景色を楽しめること。
クルーズ船で海底ウォッチングする場所まで移動する間の船上からの景色(海、周りの船、飛行機等)がとても綺麗でした！
２つ目は海底ウォッチング。
体験日は魚が見えずらい日(5段階中2番目に見えない)ということでしたが、色んな魚やサンゴを間近で見ることができました。
海には入りたくないけど、海を感じたい方におすすめです！

My friend and I experienced kayaking for the first time. At first, I was worried that I would definitely fall out of the kayak, but it turned out to be easier to paddle than I expected, which made me very happy. While kayaking, we were able to see various plants along the Hija River with the guidance of our instructor, and we truly felt the beauty of nature in Okinawa! This activity was the most enjoyable part of our trip to Okinawa for both of us! I think people of all ages can enjoy it! I highly recommend it.

友人と2人で初めてカヤック体験をしました。
最初は絶対カヤックから落ちるよね、と不安でしたが、思ったよりも簡単に漕ぐことができ、とても嬉しかったです。また、カヤックに乗りながら比謝川の様々な植物をガイドさんの案内で見て周り、沖縄の自然を感じることができました！
今回の沖縄旅行の中で2人とも一番楽しめたのがこのアクティビティです！幅広い世代の方が楽しめるのではないかと思います！おすすめです。

I wanted to book a cycling tour around 3 PM with the water buffalo cart and glass boat, but when I expressed my desire to make a reservation to the rental cycle bus staff, I was met with an incredibly rude response. It felt as if they didn't want to take my reservation at all, speaking to us in a condescending manner. Since we came all this way to travel, we wanted to experience various activities, and after having a fun time with the water buffalo cart, this treatment ruined everything. The attitude and tone made it feel like they found tourists bothersome, which left a bad impression.

I was so taken aback by the service that I spoke directly to the driver, emphasizing that we came to Taketomi Island to enjoy our time and spend money. The rental cycle staff were all truly unfriendly. Are they overwhelmed by the increasing number of tourists? Do they not want customers? It's common for tourists to be unaware of certain things, so I wished for a more kind and polite response. I was told things like, "Are you really going to ride with such little time left?" and directed to another company with a short time frame, being passed around to three different companies. Even with only about an hour, I was able to return the bike with ample time and visit the Star Sand Beach I wanted to go to.

To disregard customer requests and say from the start that it’s impossible with such little time is the lowest level of service in the hospitality industry. I was truly frustrated. I hope this is not a reflection of the local or island culture, and I would like to request an improvement in customer service. The staff at Super Dream Tourism were incredibly polite and helpful, and the guide for the water buffalo cart was excellent. Therefore, the stark contrast in service was even more disappointing.

水牛車、グラスボートのコースで15時くらいからサイクリングを予約したかったのですが、レンタルサイクルコースのバスの方に予約したい旨を伝えるとものすごく感じの悪い対応をされました。予約してもらいたくないのかな？ってくらいの上から物を言う態度で私たちはせっかく旅行に来たから色々体験したいし、水牛車で楽しく過ごした後にこの応対だったので全てが台無しになりました。旅行客がうっとうしいような態度、言い方をされて気分も悪いかったです。
あまりの応対に運転手の方にも直接言いましたが、せっかく時間、お金をかけて旅行を楽しむ為に竹富島まで来てるんです。レンタルサイクルの運転手の方は皆さん本当に感じが悪いです。旅行客が増えてめんどいのか？お客さんに来てほしくないのか？観光客はわからないことが当たり前なのでもっと親切、丁寧に対応していただきたかったです。今からだと時間がないのに乗るんですか？みたいな事を言われましたし、最終の時間が短いからあっちの会社に行って！みたいなことを言われ3社をたらい回しにされました。1時間くらいしか時間がなくてもきちんと余裕のある時間を残して返却できましたし行きたかった星の砂の浜にも行く事ができました。
お客さんの要望も聞かずはなからそんな時間じゃ無理！みたいな事でせっかくの観光を台無しにするのは接客業としては最低な応対です。本当に腹が立ってしかたなかったです。それが県民性、島民性とは思いたくないので接客態度の改善をお願いしたいです。スーパードリーム観光の受け付けの方はものすごく丁寧に案内をしてくれましたし、水牛車のガイドの方も最高でした。なのであまりにも違う対応が余計にガッカリでした。

It was my first time kayaking, and I thought using the paddle would be difficult and that I would end up with sore muscles, but there was an initial lecture, and I was able to enjoy it comfortably even as a beginner. It was also great to learn various things about the nature of Okinawa.

初めてのカヤック、オールの使い方とか難しく筋肉痛になるのかと思ってましたが、はじめにレクチャーもあり初心者でも気持ちよく楽しむことができました。沖縄の自然についてもあれこれ教えていただけたのもよかったです。

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun with SUP. The SUP and Blue Cave tours are separate. In the morning, I participated in the SUP tour, then we had a break, and in the afternoon, we went on the Blue Cave tour. They teach you how to paddle carefully, so I was able to get on quickly. There wasn't much wind in Kabira Bay, and even if you fall, it's shallow, so you can get back on easily, making it perfect for beginners.

Since we had a break at the port in the morning, I bought a bento and ate it in front of the Gusukube statue. It was a bit cold inside the port, so it felt just right outside. The Blue Cave was enjoyable, but I found snorkeling to be even more fun than the cave's blue color. As we entered the cave, the types of fish changed, and I was able to see rockfish, which was exciting. However, I was disappointed that they didn't take many photos since I didn't bring my camera, thinking they would provide pictures. It's better to bring your own camera.

お天気にも恵まれてSUPも楽しくできました。
SUPと青の洞窟のツアーですが、個別に分かれているツアーです。
午前にSUPへ行くツアーに参加一旦解散して午後は青の洞窟のツアーという感じです。
SUPは丁寧に教えてくださいますのでサクッと乗れました。川平湾内はあまり風もないですし、落ちても浅いのですぐにまた乗れるので初心者にはちょうど良かったです。
午前解散が港だったので港内でお弁当買って具志堅像の前で食べました。港内が寒くて外でちょうどいい感じでした。
青の洞窟は洞窟の青さよりはシュノーケリングが楽しかったです。
洞窟に入って行く所ぐらいから魚の種類が変わってカサゴも見れて楽しかったです。
ただ、写真付きだというのでカメラを用意していかなかったらあまり撮ってくれず残念でした。
カメラ持っていった方がいいです。

There was a lot to see, but the bus ride back from Churaumi Aquarium to Naha City took three hours, and there were no bathroom breaks during that time. Even in November, the air conditioning was on, so not being able to go to the bathroom for three hours could be quite tough. Other than that, it was good.

内容が沢山でしたが、美ら海水族館から那覇市内までの帰りのバスが3時間かかり、その間トイレ休憩が全くありませんでした。11月でも冷房がついてるため、3時間トイレに行いけないのは、とても辛いかも。それ以外は良かったです

They provided hats, sandals, and life jackets for rent, so having a towel and some sun protection items makes it easy to participate with peace of mind! I borrowed a hat, and it was sufficient! Sunglasses are a must during summer or when the sun is strong! The shade was cool, so I brought a long-sleeved shirt.

It was so much fun surrounded by nature! The river sparkled and reflected off the leaves and trees, creating a very magical atmosphere. The power spot of the banyan tree was also a delightful highlight. I'm glad I experienced it.

帽子やサンダル、ライフジャケットの貸し出しがあったので、タオルと日焼け防止アイテムが少しあれば安心して参加できます‼︎私は帽子を借りましたが、充分でした‼︎夏や日差しが強い時はサングラスは◎‼︎日陰は涼しいので長袖を持参しました。
自然いっぱいで楽しかった‼︎川がキラキラして葉や木に反射してとても幻想的でした。ガジュマルのパワースポットも嬉しいポイントでした。体験して良かったです。

It was great that we could consult with the driver and move at our own pace without being rushed for time. They also guided us to a delicious restaurant for lunch and helped us with our souvenir shopping.

I wanted to ride a water buffalo cart. It was pulled slowly, and the ride was comfortable. The young water buffalo worked hard to pull us, which was really moving.

水牛車に乗ってみたかった。ゆっくり引っ張ってくれて乗り心地はよかった。若い水牛さんで、一生懸命引っ張ってくれたのが凄く感動した。

The weather was great, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I'm glad I was able to learn about the history of Okinawa! I highly recommend it!

I went on a long-awaited trip with a friend of 10 years, but the weather was rainy all day. I thought, "Well, it doesn't matter if we're in the ocean," and decided to join this activity at the last minute. The shop was very accommodating, even with my last-minute reservation (I booked the night before), and they called early in the morning to confirm, which was a great help.

Due to the weather, we went to a different location than originally planned (the Blue Cave), but it turned out to be a great decision! There were plenty of fish, and I was really excited. The female instructor was very attentive and made sure we had a comfortable experience. One of my companions got seasick while snorkeling, but she helped by pulling them with a float, so we were able to enjoy the activity until the end without worry. I think even those who aren't confident in their physical strength can enjoy it safely. Personally, I appreciated the explanations about the marine life along the way (since I love animals and plants).

On the way back, I was grateful for the recommendations for souvenirs and restaurants! (I went to buy them right after, haha.) I plan to come back to see the sea turtles, so I look forward to that next time!

10年来の友人と久々の旅行でしたが、天気は全日雨。さて何をしようか、、、海の中なら天気は関係ないかな？と思い急遽こちらに参加しました。こちらのショップさんは急な予約（前日の夜に予約しました汗）にも関わらず、朝早くに確認の電話をくださり助かりました。また、天気の都合で当初の場所（青の洞窟）とは違う場所へ行きましたが、結果オーライ！魚影も沢山あり大興奮でした。インストラクターの女性の方は、細やかな気配りをしてくださり、快適に遊ぶ事が出来ました。シュノーケリング中に同伴者が波に酔ってしまったのですが、フロートでひっぱってくださいましたので最後まで安心して楽しめました。ですので、体力に自信の無い方でも安心して楽しめるかと思います。個人的には道中、生物の説明をして頂いたのも良かったです。（動植物が好きなので）帰り道でもおすすめのお土産やご飯屋さんを教えて頂き感謝です！！（その後すぐに買いに行きました笑）また、ウミガメを見にリベンジしますので、その際は宜しくお願い致します♪

On the day of the event, it was unfortunately cloudy, and I was hesitant about participating. However, I decided to join in hopes of seeing at least a little bit of the starry sky. While it wasn't a perfect starry night, I was able to enjoy the sound of the waves on a quiet beach and had many photos taken by a kind and attentive photographer. I have a variety of poses in the pictures and am very satisfied. Next time, I want to come back for a perfect starry sky.

当日はあいにくの曇り空で参加するか迷っていましたが
少しでも星空が見えたらと思い切って参加しました。
満点の星空とまではいかなかったけど静かな浜辺で波の音を聞きながら
親切で丁寧なカメラマンの人にたくさん写真を撮って頂きました。
色々なポーズの写真があり大変満足しています。
次回は満点の星空の時にリベンジしたいです。

It was fantastic to be able to park right at the airport entrance without worrying about the luggage filled with souvenirs. I was able to head home comfortably. It's especially nice to return from hot Okinawa with cool and wonderful memories. Everyone in the family said they would use it again.

お土産でいっぱいになった荷物も、気にせずに空港入口に横づけは、最高です。
快適に帰路につけました。暑い沖縄を、涼しく良い思い出で帰れるのは、とくに良いですね。

We were originally scheduled for Sunset SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to the typhoon, we changed to kayaking in the Miyara River mangroves and snorkeling at the beach.

I was anxious about marine sports since I can't swim, but the canoe was more stable than I expected, and the fun time passed in no time.

Also, thanks to the support of the staff, the snorkeling went smoothly. We were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was an emotional experience.

サンセットSUP＋青の洞窟シュノーケリングの予定でしたが、台風の影響で宮良川マングローブカヌー＋ビーチでのシュノーケリングに変更。

泳げないのでマリンスポーツは不安でしたが、カヌーは思った以上に安定しており、あっという間に楽しい時間が過ぎていました。

また、シュノーケリングも、スタッフの皆様のサポートにより無事終了。運良くウミガメに会うこともできて、感動の体験でした。

大変お世話になりました。
