We participated as a family of four.
The weather was great, and drone filming was allowed!
While there were moments when it was a bit challenging to line up all four of us for the filming on the SUP, it was easy to ride, and we thoroughly enjoyed the views of the underwater scenery through the clear SUP.
The location was wonderful, with calm waters, high transparency, and dynamic coral reefs.
Right after we finished, they sent us all the images taken with the drone and smartphones, and they even edited a short video with music.
Thank you for creating such a wonderful video in a short time.
We made the best memories!

天候良し！でドローン撮影OK！
SUPは、撮影のため４人並んだりする時に、やや思うようにいかない事もありましたが、簡単に乗れて、クリアSUPから海の中の景色を存分に楽しめました。
穏やかで、透明度が高く、珊瑚礁もダイナミックで、場所がとてもよかったです。
終わるとすぐにドローンやスマホで撮ったすべての画像を送っていただき、
音楽付きのショート動画も編集されていました。
短い時間に素晴らしい動画を作ってくださり、ありがとうございました。
最高の思い出が出来ました。

The service that edits videos shot with a drone was very good. The staff were also very kind and responded carefully. Additionally, they took a lot of photos, so I have many great memories. However, I was disappointed that the number of fish was fewer than I had expected. Furthermore, the boat was covered in scratches, making it difficult to see underwater, so it might not be suitable for those who want to show fish to their children. Overall, I was satisfied with the staff's service, but I would appreciate a few improvements.

ドローンで撮影した動画を編集してもらえるサービスがとても良かったです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。また、写真をたくさん撮影してくれたので、良い思い出がたくさん残りました。しかし、魚の数は期待していたよりも少なかったのが残念でした。さらに、ボートが傷だらけで、水中の様子がほとんど見えなかったため、子供に魚を見せたいと考えている方には少し不向きかもしれません。全体的には、スタッフの対応やサービスに満足しましたが、もう少し改善があれば嬉しいです。

The sea was beautiful, and I had a great time being guided to spots where there were fish. The drone footage and photos were surprisingly beautiful, with great quality, making for wonderful memories.

Since it's a transparent kayak, it's easy to see underwater, and I highly recommend it.

海も綺麗で魚がいるスポットに案内してくれるので、とても楽しめました。
ドローン撮影の動画も、写真もびっくりするくらい綺麗で画質もよくいい思い出になりました。

透明カヤックなので海の中も見やすくおすすめです。

The itinerary was packed, and it felt a bit overwhelming to cover everything in one day. The heat also made me feel a bit fatigued in the second half. While time constraints can't be helped, I felt that taking it slow and exploring the islands would be more enjoyable.

盛りだくさんの内容で一日でまわるのはちょっとという感じでした。暑さもあって後半はバテ気味に
時間の制約があれば仕方ありませんが、ゆっくり離島はまわる方が楽しいだろうと感じました。

Unfortunately, I couldn't see any turtles, but snorkeling while feeding fish in the clear and beautiful sea was a wonderful experience. The staff was also kind and good. I think I'll try for a turtle revenge next time.

The sea kayaking experience was very enjoyable. The instructor (Kana?) was also a very friendly and cheerful person. I usually don't exercise much, but I was able to enjoy it for about an hour until the end. I was very satisfied to see beautiful fish in the clear water.

シーカヤック体験、とても楽しかったです。
インストラクターのお姉さん（かなさん？）もとても気さくな明るい方でした。
普段運動をほとんどしない私でしたが、約1時間、最後まで楽しむことができました。
透き通った水の中に美しい魚も見ることができて、大満足でした。

I chose three types of marine sports. On the shuttle bus to the location, we selected the activities we would participate in from a variety of marine sports. The transfers between activities were mainly done by small boats or larger ships, and while some of us experienced seasickness, we received attentive care.

マリンスポーツを3種目選択しました。行きの送迎バス内で、数多くのマリンスポーツの中から自分たちが行う種目の選択を行いました。各種目間の移動は主に、小さなボートあるいは大きめの船にて移動することとなり、自分たちの中で船酔いを起こす人が居ましたが、丁寧にご対応いただけました。

It was very convenient since I didn't have a license. I was glad to be able to visit places that are hard to reach without a car through the tour. I will definitely use it again.

免許がなかったため、とても便利でした。
車がないと回れない場所をツアーで回れたのが良かったです。ぜひまた利用させていただきます。

I wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island, so I used this bus tour since I didn't have a car. Most of the stops other than the Churaumi Aquarium were just for bathroom breaks. The same goes for Kouri Island… it was disappointing that we spent almost all our time just at the restroom. However, I was glad that I could visit the Churaumi Aquarium, which was my main goal.

By the way, there is a path leading to the beach at the back of the Churaumi Aquarium, and the sea there was the most beautiful. It seemed to be a lesser-known spot, so there were hardly any people, which was nice. It's a recommended place to enjoy the stunning sea view.

Also, eating was prohibited on the bus, including snacks. We were allowed to drink beverages for hydration. I felt like snacking since it felt like a field trip, but I guess it’s necessary to keep the bus clean. Thank you.

美ら海水族館と古宇利島に行きたくて、車がないためこちらのバスツアーを利用しました。
美ら海水族館以外の停車場所は、ほぼトイレ休憩のための時間でした。古宇利島もしかり…トイレだけでほぼ終わり残念でした。
しかし、一番の目的だった美ら海水族館には行けたのでよかったです。
ちなみに、美ら海水族館の奥の方に海辺に行ける道があり、そこの海が一番綺麗でした。あまり知られてない場所なのか、人がほぼいなくてよかったです。美しい海を眺めるのにオススメの場所です。
あと、
バス内はお菓子等も含め、食事禁止でした。水分補給のための飲料は飲んでよかったです。つい遠足気分で食べたくなりましたが、バス内を綺麗に保つためには必要なのかな。

I had a clear kayak experience at Imugya Marine Garden in early September. The sea, fish, and coral were incredibly beautiful, making it the best kayaking experience! Since the bay is calm, there was no worry about waves, and even though we were feeling a bit drained from the summer heat, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I think people of all ages, from children to energetic adults, can have a great time.

As for the flow of the experience, they contact you the day before to inform you of the best weather and conditions for the activity. On the day, you gather for check-in, put on a life jacket, practice paddling a bit, and then head out on the kayak. In the first half, you move out to sea while searching for beautiful corals and fish with explanations from the instructor. After that, you take turns with drone photography, and in the second half, you can freely explore the area from offshore to within the marine garden.

Personally, I thought the following two points were excellent:
1. The drone photography and videography were amazing. It’s guaranteed to create unforgettable memories.
2. The experience plan is flexible, allowing for guided exploration of the marine environment in the first half and free exploration in the second half.

Definitely a great way to create wonderful memories in Miyako Island!

9月初めにイムギャーマリンガーデンにてクリアカヤック体験させてもらいました。
海も魚も珊瑚もものすごく綺麗で、最高のカヤック体験ができます！
湾内のため波も穏やかで体力の心配もなく、夏バテ中の私たちでもしっかり楽しめました。
子どもからパワフルなメンズまで幅広く楽しめると思います。

体験の流れですが、
当日ベストな天候・状態であろう体験場所を前日に連絡してもらうスタイルです。
当日集合すると受付し、その後ライフジャケットを着て、少し漕ぐ練習をしてからいざカヤックへ。
前半はインストラクターさん解説付きの綺麗なサンゴや魚を探しつつ沖合まで移動。
その後ドローン撮影を順番にしてもらいながら、後半は沖合〜マリンガーデン内を自由に散策できました。

個人的には下記2点が大変良かったと思います。
①ドローンでの写真/動画撮影がすごい。最高の思い出間違いなし。
②前半は一緒に生物環境のことをガイドもらいつつ後半は自由に散策できる、融通の利く体験プラン。

宮古島の最高な思い出づくりにぜひ！

It was a great tour that allowed us to efficiently visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. Our stay on Taketomi Island was about an hour, but we were able to stop by Koidon Beach, the star sand, and a café by bicycle, making it a very satisfying tour for our family of four. The lunch box was also delicious.

効率的に西表島→由布島→竹富島を巡ることができ、とても良いツアーでした。
竹富島の滞在は、1時間くらいでしたが自転車で
コイドンビーチ、星の砂、カフェまで寄れて、家族4人大満足のツアーでした。
お弁当も美味しかったです。

The guide was very kind and taught me a lot. It was the best! I learned a lot about plants and insects with the guidance.

親切にガイドしていただきいろいろ教えてもらえました。最高でした！植物や虫などたくさんガイドしてもらって勉強になりました。

There were several families and groups participating, and it felt like there was one staff member for every two families. They patiently taught us how to attach the fins.

Our family, with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old, was snorkeling for the first time, and the explanation on how to wear the masks was very thorough. Even my timid eldest son felt reassured and decided to try the goggle type instead of the full-face mask we brought. My younger son found it a bit difficult, so he used the full-face type we brought.

Once we were in the sea, there were floatation rings to hold onto when we got tired, which made snorkeling very comfortable. Additionally, the guide who accompanied our family kindly encouraged the children, allowing them to swim with confidence. The underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful, making us feel like we were in an aquarium. It was the best! The children were so moved by the underwater world they saw while snorkeling that they ranked it as their top memory from our trip to Ishigaki Island.

After arriving at the Phantom Island, I got a bit seasick while snorkeling and couldn't move much, but the guide took care of the children and played with them, helping them search for shells, which was a huge relief.

We also had many wonderful photos taken, and I immediately printed and displayed them! They even filmed us swimming from below, which is my favorite part (^^).

On the way back on the boat, we were given recommendations for delicious places to eat taco rice, hamburgers, and soba, and when we actually went, they were incredibly tasty!!

I would love to participate in this tour again; it was truly exceptional. Thank you!

何組か参加している家族やグループがありましたが、2家族に1人くらいの感じでスタッフさんが付いてくれて、フィンの付け方から丁寧に教えてくれました。

我が家は5歳と8歳の子連れで初シュノーケリングでしたが、マスクの付け方の説明もとても丁寧で臆病な長男も、持参したフルフェイスのマスクではなく、ゴーグルタイプのでやってみる！と安心して挑戦できました。次男はまだ難しかったので持参のフルフェイスタイプを使用しました。

海に出てからは、疲れたときなど掴まれる浮き輪があったので、安心してシュノーケルできました。
また、私たち家族についてくれたガイドさんがやさしく声をかけてくれたので、子どもたちも頑張って泳げました。
海の中はとってもキレイで、水族館の中にいるような気分。最高でした！子どもたちも、石垣島旅行の思い出の1番にあげるくらい、シュノーケルで見た海の世界が感動的だったようです。

幻の島に着いてからは、私が少しシュノーケル中に酔ってしまい、あまり動けなかったのですが、担当のガイドさんが子どもと一緒に遊んでくれ、貝探しをして楽しませてくれたりと、本当に助かりました。

ステキな写真も沢山撮ってもらい、さっそくプリントして飾っています！
ムービーも撮っていただき、泳いでいる様子を下から撮っていただいたものがお気に入りです(^^)


帰りの船では、タコライス、ハンバーガー、そばの美味しいお店を教えてもらい、実際に行ったら最高に美味しかったです！！

またこちらのツアーにお世話になりたいと思うほど、至れり尽せりでした。

Since I couldn't drive, I used the bus for transportation, and it was a good deal as the round trip between the airport and the island terminal cost over 1,000 yen.

車に乗れないのでバス移動だったのですが空港と離島ターミナル往復でも1000円以上となるのでお得でした。

It was my first time, but you explained it clearly, so I was able to stand! It was so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

We participated as a family. I felt a bit seasick on the boat to Iriomote Island. First, we took a sightseeing boat where we listened to explanations while viewing the mangroves, and during the ride on a water buffalo to Yubu Island, there was a performance of traditional music on the sanshin. On the next stop, Taketomi Island, we chose to rent bicycles, but we got lost with just the map and ended up using Google Maps. We found star sand, took a break with pineapple smoothies, and before we knew it, the tour was over. It was great to visit three islands in such a condensed way on this tour.

家族で参加しました。西表島行きの船で は酔いそうでした。まず遊覧船で説明を聞きながらマングローブを見て、水牛で由布島に渡ってる時には三線で唄の披露もありました。次の竹富島ではレンタサイクルを選択しましたが、地図だけでは迷子になり、途中からGoogleマップを使いました。星の砂を見つけたり、パイナップルスムージーで休憩したり、あっという間に終了してしまいました。こういうツアーだとギュッと凝縮された形で3島も巡れて良かったです。

I was looking for a good pass to visit Churaumi Aquarium, Okinawa World, and Pineapple Park when I came across the FunPass. I purchased it late at night on August 29 for use on August 31 and September 1, and my reservation was confirmed immediately. I was a bit worried since there were no reviews yet and it was a pass from a Taiwanese travel agency, but by the morning of August 30, I received a 12-digit serial number from the tour operator, Anwei Travel Agency. I was able to communicate with the staff at Anwei Travel Agency in Japanese. Once I entered this serial number into the Okinawa FunPass app, I was all set. My husband and I participated together, and since the FunPass allows multiple serial numbers to be entered, I downloaded the app and entered both of our serial numbers.

1. August 31 - Okinawa World
I prepared the QR code from the FunPass and scanned it at the machine next to the staffed ticket counter, which printed out a paper ticket. I showed this to the staff at the gate to enter.

2. August 31 - Meal Benefits
The dining options listed in the FunPass were all located in areas like Chatan and Naha, which we weren't visiting, so we exchanged it for beer at Okinawa World. I was able to make the exchange immediately after showing the QR code at the register.

3. September 1 - Churaumi Aquarium
I prepared the QR code from the FunPass again and showed it to the staff at the gate, allowing us to enter right away. There was no need to exchange for a paper ticket at the airport or in town, and we didn't have to wait in line at the ticket counter, making our entry very smooth.

4. September 1 - Pineapple Park
Here, I prepared the QR code from the FunPass and had a paper ticket issued at the staffed ticket counter. We were able to enter smoothly again.

5. September 1 - Ice Cream Benefits
The benefit for Yanbaru Gelato Italian Ice Cream was very appealing. Since our hotel was the Aramahaina Condo Hotel in Nago, it was convenient that Yanbaru Gelato was located in the attached Hanasaki Marche. We had two servings, but one was quite large, so we shared it, and for the other, we requested a takeout container with a lid so we could enjoy it in our hotel room. Both were incredibly delicious!

美ら海水族館、おきなわワールド、パイナップルパークに行くのにお得なパスが無いか、と探していたところ、こちらのFunPassに出会いました。
8/31・9/1で使用するのに、8/29夜遅くに購入し即予約確定。口コミもまだ無く、台湾の旅行会社のパスとのことで若干心配でしたが、8/30午前には催行会社の安威旅行社から12桁のシリアルナンバーが送られてきました。安威旅行社の方とのやりとりも日本語でできました。このシリアルナンバーを沖縄ファンパスのアプリに読み込めば事前準備完了です。夫と2名で参加しましたが、ファンパスは複数名のシリアルナンバーを取り込みOKとのことなので、私のみアプリをダウンロードして2人分のシリアルナンバーをアプリに読み込んで利用しました。

①8/31 おきなわワールド
FunPass内のQRコードを準備し、有人チケットカウンターの横に設置してある機械で読み込むと、紙のチケットが出てきました。これをゲートのスタッフに見せて入場しました。

②8/31 食事の特典
FunPassのリストにある食事処は、北谷や那覇など、今回私たちが行かないエリアのお店ばかりだったので、おきなわワールドでビールと交換しました。レジでQRコードを提示したらすぐに交換できました。

③9/1 美ら海水族館
こちらもFunPass内のQRコードを準備し、ゲートのスタッフに提示したらすぐに入場できました。事前に空港や街のお店で紙のチケットにする必要もなく、美ら海水族館でチケットカウンターに並ぶこともなく、非常にスムーズに入れました。

④9/1 パイナップルパーク
こちらではFunPass内のQRコードを準備し、有人チケットカウンターで紙のチケットを発行してもらいました。こちらもスムーズに入れました。

⑤9/1 アイスの特典
やんばるジェラート イタリアンアイスクリームの特典は非常に魅力的でした。宿泊ホテルが名護のアラマハイナコンドホテルだったので、併設されているハナサキマルシェ内に、やんばるジェラートが入っており便利でした。夫と2人分だったのですが、1つが結構ボリューミーだったのでシェアして食べて、もう1つはホテルのお部屋で食べれるよう蓋つきの持ち帰り用のアイスにして貰いました。どちらもとっても美味しかったです！

My first kayaking experience was fun! I learned a lot from the explanations about various plants and interesting facts! I was lucky to see a wild mongoose today✌️ It's quite hot during the summer, so don't forget to take measures against sunburn and heatstroke! Also, there was a leak from the paddle, so my clothes got wet every time I paddled! Since you'll be sweating, it's a good idea to have a change of clothes!

今日は野生のマングースも見れてラッキー✌️
夏場はかなり暑いので、日焼け対策、熱中症対策は忘れずに！

I was suddenly combined with a diving activity on the same day, resulting in a wait time of an hour and a half. My afternoon activities were canceled. It was the worst experience.

The instructor was professional, and I appreciate the transportation service, but if I have to wait an inexplicable hour and a half because of the diving activity, I wish I had been informed earlier. If I had known beforehand, I would have canceled...

I will never make a reservation again.

当日いきなりダイビングと一緒にされ待ち時間一時間半発生。午後のアクティビティキャンセル。最悪です。
インストラクターの方はしっかりされてますし、送迎もあり感謝してますが
ダイビングと一緒にされ謎の一時間半待つなんてこと起きるなら早く言って欲しい。
前から知ってたらキャンセルしてたのに、、、、

I have experienced mangrove kayak tours abroad, but I wanted to try it in Okinawa as well, so I applied for it. Along the way, I was able to see a mongoose, which was enjoyable. Thank you very much.

I participated in a tour to see sea turtles with friends as a memory for my last days in my 40s. It had been about 20 years since I last went into the ocean, and I was filled with anxiety rather than excitement. However, thanks to the instructors' thorough explanations and their considerate encouragement for those who couldn't swim, I truly had a fun and valuable time, creating the best memories! Although it was a short half-day tour, we were well-informed about the spots to see the sea turtles, and we were able to see them properly!

40代最後の思い出に友達とウミガメに会えるツアーに参加しました。海に入るのも20年ぶりくらいで楽しみより不安で一杯でしたが、インストラクターの人達の丁寧な説明、泳げない人への気配り優しい声かけで本当に楽しく貴重な時間を過ごせてサイコーの思い出になりました！
半日という短い時間でしたがちゃんとウミガメに会えるポイントも分かっていてしっかりウミガメにも会えました！

I received support for snorkeling, and thanks to Doraemon, I was able to see the turtles while being guided closely. I also managed to stand up on the wakeboard. Everyone was really nice.

シュノーケリングでサポートしていただき、ドラえもんさんには付きっきりで引っ張っていただきカメを見ることができました。ウェイクボード？も何とか立てました。皆さんいい感じの方ばかりでした。

The two female staff members were kind, and I had a great time. They offered to take pictures and helped my husband, who can't swim, by pulling him along. Thank you so much. I'm glad I participated.

The person who taught us was very polite, and the water was beautiful, making it a lot of fun.

At first, I was a bit anxious about whether I would be able to do it properly, but they taught us thoroughly before we got on, so I was able to ride without any problems.

Towards the end, we had about 30 minutes of free time where we could take photos at our favorite spots, which made for a very fulfilling experience.

Additionally, drone filming was included for free, and we received an impressive video at the end.

I would love to experience this again when I visit Miyako Island.

教えてくれた方も丁寧な方でしたし、水も綺麗でとても楽しかったです。

最初はちゃんとなれるか不安な所もありましたが、乗る前にしっかり教えてくれて問題なくのれました。

最後の方は30分くらい自由時間があり

I packed too many places to visit for the time I had, which led to a lot of last-minute adjustments on the day. However, they were flexible and accommodating, and I was satisfied that I could visit the places I wanted. Also, the recommended souvenir shop (like a direct sales store) where I bought fruits was very delicious, and it made me feel happy even after returning home.

行きたい場所を時間のわりに詰めすぎて、当日相談の部分が多くなってしまったが、臨機応変に対応してくれ、行きたいところが行けて満足。また、紹介してくれたオススメのお土産店？(産直のようなところ)で買った果物などがとても美味しくて帰ってからも幸せな気持ちになれた。

I participated with a large group of 22 friends from university, and the guide was very attentive, which allowed us to enjoy the experience. The guide's stories were also interesting!

大学の友達22人という大人数で参加しましたが、ガイドの方にしっかりと対応していただき、楽しむことができました。ガイドの方のお話も面白かったです！

I believe it was related to the tide, but we first went snorkeling at the coral reef and then headed to the Phantom Island. The staff were very kind, and I am especially grateful to the captain for even filming a video of Nemo for us.

At Phantom Island, it's essential to wear sandals or marine shoes to avoid injuries, but if you place your hands on the white sandy beach, pieces of coral can prick your hands and hurt, so if you have marine gloves, it's a good idea to wear them for safety. If you're aiming for Instagram-worthy photos, you can take off the gloves just for that moment.

Finally, when we returned to the port, the captain's docking skills were incredible and left me in awe. To land perfectly at that speed is truly impressive!

おそらく潮位の関係だと思いますが、最初にサンゴ礁でシュノーケル、その後に幻の島へ行きました。
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、特に船長さんにはニモの動画まで撮っていただき大変感謝しています。
幻の島では怪我をしないようにサンダルやマリンシューズが必須ですが、白い砂浜に手をつくとサンゴのかけたものが手に刺さって痛いので、マリングローブがある方はつけておくと安心です。インスタ映えを狙うならその時だけグローブを外す感じで。
最後、港に帰着するときの船長の着岸が神業で感動しました。あの速度で一発で決めるなんてさすがですね・・。

The entire itinerary is quite packed, and the scenery visible from the bus is also very nice. It's perfect for those who don't want to rent a car or drive for a day trip to the northern area. However, the time at the aquarium is a bit tight. The buffet restaurant outside the aquarium has average food, but the view is particularly good. If you choose to eat at the restaurant, you might not have enough time to visit the dolphin exhibit, the water buffalo exhibit, and the sea turtle exhibit. The meeting point is at the bus parking lot, which takes about 10 to 20 minutes to walk to from the aquarium. Therefore, for those who want to thoroughly explore the aquarium, it's recommended to bring some snacks or drinks, or there are places selling hot dogs and other snacks at the aquarium exit.

The last stop, American Village, allows you to break away from the group. The allotted time is not enough if you want to explore properly. The sunset at American Village is also beautiful, and I highly recommend checking it out. On Saturday nights, there’s a 3-minute fireworks show as well.

就是水族馆的时间还蛮紧张的，水族馆外面的自助餐厅味道一般但是风景特别好，就是如果在餐厅吃饭的话，最后的海豚馆水牛馆和海龟馆就会来不及逛，集合点是バス停车场，从水族馆走过去需要十几二十分钟，所以想好好游览水族馆的人建议就自己带点吃的或者水族馆出口有一点卖热狗之类小吃的地方
最后一站美国村可以自行脱团，预留的时间如果想好好逛是不够的，美国村的日落夕阳也很好看蛮建议大家去看一下，周六晚上还有3分钟的烟花表演
