I used the service for two days this time. It was comfortable because I had the same driver. Since I was also working, I appreciated how flexible they were in adjusting the schedule and accommodating my requests for stops along the way. Although time was tight, I am grateful that they delivered me on time. It turned out to be a wonderful trip! Thank you very much!

今回2日間利用しました。同じ運転手さんで過ごしやすかったです。仕事も兼ねてだったので、スケジュールを変更してもらったり、途中で寄るところを指定して行っていただいたり臨機応変に対応してくださりとても有り難かったです。時間もギリギリだったのですがきちんと時刻通りに送り届けていただけて感謝してます。とてもいい旅になりました!ありがとうございました！

We had a fantastic activity that was perfect for my parents in their 60s, and the whole family was very satisfied! We got to experience the beautiful scenery and ocean of Miyako Island, and at the end, we received wonderful videos and photos as a gift, which everyone loved. The guide was also very clear and attentive in their explanations, making it a memorable experience.

60代の両親を連れていけるアクティビティで、家族全員大満足でした！宮古島の綺麗な景色と海を体感できて、最後に素敵な動画・写真もプレゼントしてもらい、みんな喜んでいました。ガイドの方もわかりやすく丁寧に教えてくださり、楽しい思い出になりました。

I had planned to go to the Churaumi Aquarium, but I thought it might be better to change to another place due to time constraints, and they kindly accepted the change. There were small children with us, but they took care to ensure it wasn't a burden. They took us to scenic spots along the route and even took photos for us, providing excellent service. They brought us to breathtaking viewpoints that only locals would know, making it a truly valuable experience.

The driver was really wonderful, and I am filled with gratitude.

美ら海水族館に行く予定でしたが時間的に別の場所にした方がいいかなと思い、急遽変更しましたが快く引き受けてくださいました。小さい子供がいましたが、気にかけてくださり、負担がかからないようにしてくれました。ルートの中に景色が良い場所があれば連れて行ってくださり写真をとってくれたり至れり尽くせりでした。地元の人しかしらないような絶景ポイントに連れて行ってくれたり、大変価値ある時間でした。
本当に素敵な運転手さんでした、感謝でいっぱいです。

Since I stayed at a hotel near San Marina (Sheraton), I was picked up at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay. It was about a 10-minute walk. There was a lot of traffic due to Golden Week, but considering that I could have driven a rental car myself, it was really helpful to have such an easy way to get around. You can eat and drink on the bus, so I was able to enjoy snacks while spending time efficiently. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go with kids in a digest format. Each stop was brief, but it was great to hit all the key points. The bus guide provided information on how to get around and detailed tips in advance, which allowed us to be efficient. It was also fun to listen to stories about Okinawa the whole time.

サンマリーナ周辺ホテル（シェラトン）に宿泊だったため、リザンシーパークホテル谷茶ベイでピックアップしてもらいました。歩いて10分くらいでした。ゴールデンウィークのため渋滞が多かったですが、これをレンタカーで自分で運転と考えたら本当に楽に移動させてもらえて助かりました。バスの中では飲食出来るので、軽食を食べたりしながら無駄な時間なく過ごすことができました。子連れ向きの行きたかったところをダイジェストでまわれました。1つ1つの時間は短めですが、押さえたいポイントが全て回れたのは良かったです。バスガイドさんがあらかじめ周り方や細かい情報も教えてくださるので、効率的に回ることができました。ずっと沖縄のお話しを聞いているのも楽しかったです。

We participated as a family, including elementary school children.
In the canoeing activity, we were taught how to paddle and navigate the course, allowing even the kids to paddle smoothly and explore the mangrove river with confidence.
During the lunch break, which lasted about an hour and a half, it would be effective to plan whether to spend time at the hotel or around the terminal, including lunch.
We swam reasonably well while snorkeling, and even those who couldn't swim much, including a child who started to tire, were able to hold onto floats and reach the Blue Cave while enjoying the colorful fish. It seemed to be a day with high water clarity, and we were able to see many fish, including clownfish, which was fantastic.
The staff were all polite and efficient, and they provided information about the highlights and dining options in Ishigaki Island, which was very pleasant.
The children, who love living creatures, were very satisfied with experiencing the nature of Ishigaki Island firsthand.
The service of taking photos at key points with a waterproof camera and sending them to participants later was also great.

小学生の子ども含む家族で参加しました。
カヌーは、漕ぎ方やコース取りを教えてもらい、子どもでもすいすい漕ぐことが出来て、安心してマングローブの川を探検出来ました。
昼休憩は、1時間半位あったので、ホテルで過ごすか、ターミナル周辺で過ごすか、ランチ含め想定しておけると、有効に過ごせると思います。
シュノーケルは、それなりに泳ぎましたが、あまり泳げない人も、途中でバテ始めた子どもも浮きに掴まらせていただいて、色とりどりの魚を眺めながら青の洞窟まで辿り着く事ができました。海の透明度が高い日だったようで、クマノミはじめたくさんの魚が見られて最高でした。
スタッフの方は皆さん丁寧でテキパキされていて、石垣島の見どころや食事どころも教えていただき、とても感じがよかったです。
生き物好きな子ども達は、石垣島の自然を肌で体験し、大満足でした。
要所要所で防水カメラで写真を撮って、後から参加者に送ってくださるサービスも良かったです。

I reserved a bodyboard, but I was advised that the waves were small and it would be better to go surfing, so I was a bit nervous about the sudden change. However, it turned out to be enjoyable! But since it was a beginner-friendly day, the waves hardly broke, and I was only able to ride a few with some help. Next time, I hope for bigger waves. Thank you again!

ボディーボードを予約しましたが、波が小さくサーフィンにした方が良いのとアドバイスで、いきなりの変更でドキドキ♡
大丈夫かなと思っていたら、案外行けそうな感じで楽しめました。
でも初心者日和で波がほぼ割れず、何本か押していただいて乗れた位でした。
次回はもっとビッグウェーブを期待しつつ帰りました。またよろしくお願いします。

This was my fourth time in Okinawa Main Island, and I was able to explore the northern and central parts. I am grateful for the driver's little anecdotes, sightseeing information, and all the other enjoyable experiences. I would like to meet the same person on my next trip to Okinawa Main Island.

沖縄本島は４回目でしたが、北部中部を周っていただきました。運転士さんのちょっとした小話や観光案内、その他諸々の楽しい体験をさせていただき感謝です。次の沖縄本島旅行の際にも同じ方にお会いしたいと思いました。

We were able to see various creatures like crabs, gobies, and mongooses, and each time we received explanations, which made the elementary school children very satisfied. We also thoroughly enjoyed passing under the mangroves.

カニ、ハゼ、マングース等いろんな生き物に会え、その度に説明していただけ小学生の子供たちも大満足。
マングローブの下をくぐるのも大変楽しめました。

I had a great time on my first mangrove kayak tour! The explanations from the tour instructor were interesting!

We went canoeing! Since we were able to paddle slowly, we could also take our time to look at the water! I was torn between stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing, but I think choosing canoeing was the right decision! We were able to see fish like Nemo, as well as many other fish and coral, which made for great memories! The people on stand-up paddleboards looked like they were having fun too, so honestly, I think you can enjoy either option! The sunlight was very strong, so sunscreen is a must! The staff were very kind, lending waterproof cases for phones and taking pictures for us! I definitely want to go again when I visit Miyako Island! It was a wonderful experience that made me feel this way!

ゆっくり漕ぐことができたので水の中もゆっくり見ることができました！サップと悩んだのですがカヌーして正解だと思いました！
ニモみたいな魚、他にも沢山の魚、サンゴを見ることが出来たので思い出になりました！
サップに乗ってる人達も楽しそうだったので正直どっちに乗っても楽しめると思います！
日光はとても強かったので日焼け止めは必須です！
携帯の防水ケースの貸し出しをしていたり、写真を撮ってくれたりでスタッフの方々はとても親切な方々でした！
また宮古島にきた際は行きたい！そう思わせてもらえる優雅な時間でした!

I gave it four stars because the weather was bad. I was worried because it was raining, but the event went on. The boat swaying with the waves felt like an attraction, and the children participating were happy about it. It was about a 10-minute ride, but it seemed some people got seasick. The guide was kind, and with one guide for the three of us who signed up, we received thorough explanations. They were also good at taking photos. Feeding the fish was my first time, and it was interesting and captivating. I felt like I would like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

雨が降っていたので、心配したけど、開催。
船が波で揺れるのがアトラクションみたいで、他に参加していた子供だとも喜んでいました。
10分程度の移動ですか、中には船酔いした方もいたようです。
ガイドさんも親切で、申し込んだ3人にガイドさん1人で、色々と丁寧に教えてもらいました。
写真撮影も上手。
魚の餌やりは、初めてで、面白くて、夢中になりました。
また機会があれば参加したいと感じました。

I was worried about the weather on the day of the experience, but I received a call in advance to carefully adjust the time and meeting details. Thanks to the thorough guidance before the experience, I was able to participate with peace of mind on the day!

During the experience, there were times when it rained, but the staff took us to a place where we could shelter from the rain, and they even thought about situations where the drone couldn't be flown, with other staff members taking photos from the cliffs. The service was exceptional. Additionally, since it was a clear SUP rather than a regular one, it made it easy to see the fish, creating wonderful memories.

Although my sister and my one-year-old son, who were traveling with me in Miyako Island, couldn't participate in this experience, the staff played with my son to ensure he had fun while my sister and her husband were experiencing it. I realized that the staff truly prioritized the enjoyment of the guests, even providing services that weren't typically included.

After the experience, I received the drone footage and photos, which became wonderful memories that I can look back on anytime! Thank you very much!

当日天気が微妙でどうなるか心配してましたが、事前に電話をいただき時間や集合時間など丁寧に調整いただきました。体験前からここまで丁寧に案内していただいて当日も安心して臨めました！
当日体験をしてる最中、雨が降ってしまった時間もありましたが担当の方が雨宿りできる場所に連れてってくださったり、ドローンが飛ばせないケースも考えて担当のスタッフ以外の方々が崖から撮影してくださったり至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。また、通常のSUPではなくクリアSUPだったため体験中、魚を見やすくとても素敵な思い出となりました。
また、一緒に宮古島を旅していた姉と一歳の息子はこの体験はできませんでしたが私と姉の旦那さんが体験している間、スタッフの方が息子が楽しめるように一緒に遊んでくれたり、通常のサービスには含まれていないことだとは思いますが、ゲストが楽しめることを一番に考えてくださってるスタッフの方々なんだなと実感しました。
体験後は撮影したドローンや写真をいただき、いつでも振り返られる素敵な思い出となりました！
本当にありがとうございました！

On the day of the tour, there was a heavy rain forecast from the day before, so I thought it would surely be canceled. However, miraculously, it stopped just 30 minutes before we started!

The location was not revealed until the day before, but since Miyako Island is small, I think any beach would be relatively close. That day, we were at Ingyamarine Garden.

Even though the rain had stopped, it was still cloudy, so we couldn't see much underwater from the clear kayak, but the water was very clear, and we could see fish just by looking down! The staff also provided detailed information about spots with tropical fish.

Additionally, the staff took many photos for us, so we were happy to have lots of pictures that we wouldn't have been able to take ourselves. At the end of the tour, we received an edited video and photos mixed together, taken with a drone, and I was amazed by the high quality!

I would love to try again on a sunny day.

ツアー当日は前日から大雨予報で、きっとこれは中止だろうと思っていましたが、開始30分前に奇跡的にやんで決行！

開催場所は前日までわかりませんが、宮古島は小さい島なのでどこのビーチでも割と近いと思います。
その日はインギャーマリンガーデンでした。

雨はやんでいても曇天ということもあり、クリアカヤックからはそこまで水中は見えませんでしたが、海の透明度が高く上から除くだけで魚が見えました！
熱帯魚がいるスポットもスタッフさんが細かく教えてくださいます。

また、スタッフさんが写真もたくさん撮ってくださるので、自分たちだけでは撮れない写真がたくさん残せて嬉しかったです。
ツアーの最後にはドローンで撮影した動画と写真を混ぜて編集したものまで頂けて、そのクオリティの高さにびっくりしました！

晴れた日にまたリベンジしてみたいなと思います。

I went with my 2-year-old daughter. The boat runs to a point, and when it stops, the bottom of the boat lowers. The windows of the boat were sparkling, and we could see many beautiful fish in the light blue sea, just like snorkeling! My daughter was thrilled to see so many colorful fish.

There were fish that looked like Dory and many other colorful fish, giving us a strong sense of Okinawa.

The facility called Genki Village is also a very enjoyable place for families, as we could see sea turtles, tortoises, and goats for free. Additionally, when we boarded the boat, we passed through the dolphin area, and thanks to the trainer's kindness, we got to see dolphins jumping up close, which made my daughter very excited.

All the staff were refreshing in their responses, and our family was very satisfied. Thank you!

2歳の娘と乗りました。ポイントまで船が走り、そこで止まると船の底が下がる仕組みです。船の窓はピカピカで、シュノーケリングと同じくらいに水色の海できれいなお魚がたくさん見れました！娘もたくさんの色とりどりのお魚に大感動。
ドリーのようなお魚、他にも黄色のお魚など色とりどりで沖縄感満載でした。

げんき村という施設自体も、無料でウミガメやリクガメ、ヤギなどが見れて子連れにはとても楽しい場所です。
また船に乗る際はイルカのエリアを通るため、トレーナーさんのご好意でイルカのジャンプを間近で披露してくれてこれまた娘は大興奮でした。

スタッフのみなさんも爽やかな受け答えで家族ともども大満足です。ありがとうございました。

Last year, when I participated in a snorkeling tour, I received very attentive service from PiPi, so I decided to repeat it this time. I was surprised that the kayak guide was the same Mahiro as last year.

The kayaking had to be cut short due to sudden bad weather, but I appreciated the concern for everyone's health. It was disappointing not to see the sunrise, but I would like to participate again next time.

As for snorkeling, the weather changed dramatically from the morning to a very nice day. I was truly amazed at how quickly the weather can change in Ishigaki Island. The guide, Misaki, worked hard to find sea turtles, and I was moved to see the cute sea turtles. I was a bit worn out towards the end, possibly due to the fatigue from the previous day and the early wake-up, but I felt reassured because they checked on my condition multiple times during the tour.

Additionally, they provided various information about restaurants and other places, which was very helpful as I was able to visit some of them.

When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would like to use PiPi again. Thank you!

昨年シュノーケリングのツアーに参加した時にPiPiさんですごく丁寧に対応していただけたので、今回リピートすることにしましたが、カヤックのガイドさんが昨年と同じマヒロさんでびっくりしました。
カヤックは天候が突然崩れ途中で切り上げることになりましたが、参加者のみなさんの体調を気遣っていただきありがたかったです。サンライズが見れず残念でしたが、次の機会にまた参加してみたいです。
シュノーケリングは、朝の天気から一転、とても良い天気になりました。本当に石垣島の天気は変わりやすくてびっくりです。ガイドさんのミサキさんが頑張ってウミガメを見つけてくれて、かわいいウミガメを見ることが出来て感動しました。前日の疲れと朝の早起きが影響してか、終わりの方は少しバテてしまいましたが、途中何度も体調確認していただけたので安心して参加出来ました。あとご飯屋さんとかいろんな情報を教えてくれて、実際に行ったりも出来たのでとても助かりました。
また石垣島に来る時は、PiPiさんを利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

The clear kayak experience, where you can see to the bottom of the ocean, was very mystical, and I had a lot of fun with this first-time experience. Unfortunately, we were caught in the rain along the way, but the instructors were very flexible and accommodating, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves thoroughly. Additionally, at the end, they filmed us with a drone and even created a video, making it a perfect 100-point tour! If I have the opportunity to visit Miyako Island again, I definitely want to try other activities like stand-up paddleboarding!

海の底まで見えるクリアカヤック体験はとても神秘的で、初めての経験ができてすごく楽しかったです。途中であいにくの雨に見舞われてしまいましたが、インストラクターの方々が柔軟に対応してくださったのでとても楽しむことが出来ました。また、最後にはドローンでの撮影もしていただき、動画まで作っていただき大満足100点満点のツアーでした！また宮古島を訪れる機会があった際には、サップ等の別のアクティビティも是非体験してみたいと思いました！

Before the kayak tour, I was a bit anxious due to the rain and thunder, but watching the movement of the clouds reassured me that it would be a manageable tour. It was my first time kayaking on the ocean, but the waves were calm, and I had a lot of fun. Along the way, it was enjoyable to climb onto the rocks and see small fish and crabs.

After a break, we moved to the snorkeling point and snorkeled to the Blue Cave. I was surprised by how many fish there were. I have diving experience, but even beginners can hold onto a float and be pulled to the point, allowing us to leisurely observe the fish. Additionally, our guide, Ko-chan, had experience as a diving guide, which made me feel confident. My husband felt unwell during snorkeling and had to give up, which caused some trouble. I hesitated about whether to get out, but I was glad I participated even alone. Thank you very much.

カヤックツアーの前に雨や雷が鳴り、少し不安でしたが、雲の動きを見て無理のないツアーで安心できました。海の上のカヤックは初めてでしたが、波も穏やかでとても楽しかったです。途中、岩場に上がり小魚やカニなど見るのも楽しかったです。

休憩後、シュノーケルポイントに移動し、青の洞窟までシュノーケル。とても魚が多いのでびっくり。自分はダイビング経験があるのですが、初心者でも浮き輪につかまり、ポイントまで引っ張ってくれるので、魚をのんびりと見ることができます。また、ガイドのこうちゃんさんがダイビングのガイドをされていたということで信頼できました。主人がシュノーケルの時に体調が悪くなり断念してしまい、迷惑をかけてしましました。上がろうかどうか迷いましたが、一人でも参加してよかったです。どうもありがとうございました。

It's understandable to spend time picking up guests from the hotels, but staying for 35 minutes at the souvenir shop and Okashi Goten is questionable. Shoppers are left with too much time on their hands, and even including bathroom breaks, it feels excessively long. Due to traffic congestion, we returned to the prefectural office after 8:30 PM. Foreign guests tend to be very lax about the meeting times, so the tour guide should enforce stricter guidelines.

ホテルを回ってピックアップに時間をかけるのはしょうがないとしてお土産店、御菓子御殿で35分も滞在するのはいかがなものでしょう。買い物客も時間を持て余してトイレ休憩を含めてもあまりにも長いです。渋滞混雑して県庁前に戻ったのは20時30分を過ぎていました。外国人の方は集合時間についてもとてもルーズなので、添乗員さんは厳しく指導するべきです。

Traveling between Iriomote Island and Yubu Island by water buffalo cart was relaxing and very soothing. I wish I had more time on Taketomi Island, and it was disappointing that the shops were closed on their regular day off. Next time, I plan to visit Taketomi Island and take my time.

西表島↔由布島を水牛車での移動がゆったりしてとても癒やされました。
できれば、竹富島では時間がもっと欲しかったこととお店が定休日だったのが残念でした。
今度は竹富島だけゆっくり訪れようと思いました。

I was able to fully enjoy both the mangroves and the sea. Although I only had one full day to stay, I think it was a great plan to enjoy the natural beauty of Ishigaki Island. The staff were kind and shared various recommendations for shops and spots in Ishigaki. I would like to try another plan when I visit Ishigaki Island again.

マングローブと海の両方を満喫できました。丸一日滞在できる日が1日しかありませんでしたが、石垣島の大自然を楽しむにはとてもよいプランだと思います。スタッフの方も親切で石垣のおすすめのお店やスポットを色々教えてくださいました。また石垣島に行く際には別のプランも体験してみたいです。

It seems it rained early in the morning, but by around 7:30 when we left the hotel, it had cleared up. The waves were a bit high from Ishigaki Port to Iriomote Island, so a few people experienced seasickness. The weather was good on Iriomote Island, making the mangrove cruise on the Nakama River and the water buffalo crossing to Yubu Island quite enjoyable. It will still get hotter from here, so precautions are necessary.

早朝雨が降ったようですが、ホテルをでる7:30頃は晴れてきました。石垣港から西表島までは若干波が高かったので、船酔いされた人も数名おられました。西表島では天候が良かったので、仲間川のマングローブクルーズや由布島の水牛の島渡は気持ちが良かったです。のこれからまだ暑くなるので、対策が必要です。

I used the service for the first time. It was a free plan combined with work, and I communicated the places I wanted to go, and they took me there. Since I'm a bit shy, I didn't talk much with the driver, but they seemed to understand and didn't engage me too much, which made the journey comfortable. I was very grateful that they managed to take me to a shop where I could eat shaved ice and to a recommended restaurant, even though there wasn't much time. Thank you very much.

初めて利用しました。仕事も兼ねたフリープランで、行きたいところを伝えて連れて行っていただきました。
人見知りもあるのでドライバーさんとそんなにお話ししませんでしたが、察してか、すごく話しかけても来なかったので道中過ごしやすかったです。
途中にあるお店でかき氷食べたり、おすすめしてくださったお店へ連れて行ってもらえたりと時間があまりなかった中で工面していただけてとても有り難かったです。

The tour of Iriomote Island was a valuable experience. The mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island was very informative, with the guide explaining the types of trees, climate, and characteristics of the island in an easy-to-understand manner, making it enjoyable to learn. Additionally, during the bus ride to Yubu Island, the driver provided guidance in the short travel time, giving us a deeper understanding of Iriomote Island. On the water buffalo cart, the boatman shared stories and sang "Asadoya Yunta" with the sanshin, which was a lot of fun. Since the plan for Taketomi Island was flexible, we were able to explore at a leisurely pace. It was truly a fulfilling tour.

貴重な西表島の観光です。西表島のマングローブ遊覧は、とっても分かりやすく木の種類や気候、島の持つ特性などをガイドくださり、楽しく知ることが出来また、由布島へ渡る際の移動バスにも運転手の方が短い移動時間の中案内をしてくださり、西表島のことをより深く知る機会となりました。水牛車では、船頭さんのお話と三線、安里屋ユンタを歌ってくださりとっても楽しく、竹富島はフリープランだったのでゆっくり周れました。本当に充実した観光となりました。

The staff took a lot of photos for us, and they also edited them into a digital album along with the drone footage, creating wonderful memories.

The instructor is very kind and teaches well, so it's reassuring even for beginners. You might need a change of clothes since you get a little wet. You can also use the shower for free. They take beautiful photos and send them to you right away.

I applied because I wanted to canoe with my son in the beautiful, calm sea. The staff were very kind, and I fell in love with Miyako Island! There are also places to eat nearby, so we could relax after we finished. I hope to have the opportunity again!

Churaumi Aquarium takes some time to get to from Naha, so I decided to join a tour. Although there are time constraints, you can still enjoy a thorough visit. After that, we visited several tourist spots, making it a great option for those who want to see a lot in a short time. The guide was a young person from Korea, but their Japanese was excellent, and they were very friendly, which made the experience even better.

美ら海水族館は那覇から時間がかかることもありツアー参加にしました。時間制約はあるもののしっかり見学楽しめます。そこからいくつかの観光地を回りますが短い時間ながらさっとみたい方にオススメです。
ガイドの方は韓国の若い方でしたが日本語も上手く親しみ深く非常に良かったです。

During a heavy rainstorm with thunder, I contacted for consultation about the departure time from the hotel, and they insisted that the event would go on as planned, stating it would be held rain or shine. They mentioned that I should have understood the precautions and that the cancellation fee would apply as per the regulations, insisting that there were no issues at the location.

As a parent with a small child, my concerns for safety grew, and I was left astonished by their heartless words. I do not recommend making a reservation. It is truly disappointing, especially considering that there were local people who provided excellent hospitality.

Given that we are dealing with nature, some rain is to be expected. The hotel insisted multiple times that the weather varies by location and that everything was fine at the site, but their insistence without checking the hotel's location only increased my distrust.

現地集合でホテルから出発する時間に大雨に雷が鳴り響く中、相談の連絡を入れると、開催します、雨天決行です、注意事項を理解して予約いただいているはず、キャンセル料は規定通り、現地は問題ないとの一点張り。

小さな子どもを抱えてたら安全面の心配がます中、心ない言葉に怒りを通り越して呆れます。ご予約はオススメしません。本当に最高のおもてなしをしていただいた現地の方もいる中、本当に残念でたまりません。

自然相手なので、多少の雨は想像がつきます。ホテルは現地近くで天気が場所により変わる、現地は大丈夫と何度もゴリ押しされましたが、こちらのホテルの場所も確認せずのゴリ押しの主張で、不信感がますばかりでした。

During my first visit to Ishigaki Island, I searched for activities and discovered a great plan.

Morning: Canoeing in the mangroves
Afternoon: Snorkeling in the Blue Cave

As expected from the nature-rich Ishigaki Island, both the mangroves and the Blue Cave were breathtakingly beautiful, allowing me to experience a special and extraordinary moment that I usually can't.

Last year, I also booked activities in Miyako Island, but with three activities (stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, snorkeling), it was quite packed. However, this plan offered a comfortable pace.

The guide was very clear in their explanations and kindly taught those in our group who were new to the activities. For us who had some experience, the level was just right, and we were guided through the activities together, making for a very satisfying day.

I would like to repeat this plan when I visit again.

今回、初めての石垣島でアクティビティを検索していたら、良さげなプランを発見しました。

午前　マングローブでカヌー
午後　青の洞窟でシュノーケリング

さすが自然豊かな石垣島。
マングローブも青の洞窟も圧巻の美しさで、普段味わえない特別な非日常を体験できました。

昨年に宮古島でもアクティビティを申し込んだのですが、3つ(サップ、カヌー、シュノーケル)で結構余裕が無かったのですが、今回のプランはゆとりがあるプランでした。

ガイドの方が非常に分かりやすく、同じグループの初めての方にも優しく教えており、経験している私たちには程よいレベル感で一緒にアクティビティを誘導してもらったおかげで、非常に満足感のある一日になりました。

また旅行に伺う際には、こちらのプランをリピートしたいと思います。

Initially, I had requested to leave everything up to you except for Pineapple Park in my email.

On the day of the trip, when the driver arrived at the hotel and it was time to depart, he said, "It's quite far to Pineapple Park. Just the travel time will take a while. If you want to see a beautiful sea, usually people go south from here. What do you want to do? Very few go north."

I felt a bit disappointed because I had clearly communicated that I wanted to leave everything else up to you except for Pineapple Park.

During the car ride, perhaps due to the mask he was wearing, I couldn't understand what he was saying, and it was hard to hear. Additionally, the discussions about the U.S. military bases in Okinawa and the history of invasion were somewhat heavy and tiring. I understand that the people of Okinawa have gone through a lot in history, and I believe these are very important topics, but we came to enjoy sightseeing, not to study history. I wished for a bit more variety in the conversation.

Also, since it was my first time using a sightseeing taxi, I found the communication regarding the sightseeing spots unclear. Once we arrived at the attractions, I was confused about whether I could move freely, if we would be together, and when lunch would be. I wasn't given any information, which made me feel quite lost and concerned. It was a bit exhausting.

I would have appreciated more information about the schedule. I don't think I will use this service again.

最初にパイナップルパーク以外はお任せでお願いします。とメールしていました。

当日　運転手の方が　ホテルに来られ　さあ出発　という時に「パイナップルパークまで行くのは遠いですよ。移動だけでも時間はかかります。きれいな海を見たいと言われるなら　ここからだと　ふつうは南の方に行く方が多いですがどどうしますか？北側に行かれる方はほぼいません。」といわれ

最初の予約の時にパイナップルパーク以外はおまかせでと伝えているのにも関わらずその様な事を聞いてしまったので　少し残念な気分になりました。

車中の話も　マスクをされている影響かもしれませんが　何を言っているのわからず聞こえにくかった。　あと　沖縄の基地の話　アメリカ軍の話　侵略の歴史の話など　少し暗い話ばかりで　疲れました。　沖縄の方々は歴史のなかで色々ある事は理解しています　とても　大事なお話だとは思いますが　私たちは観光を楽しみにしてきました。歴史の勉強をしに来たわけではないので
もう少し　違うお話をしてほしかった。

あと　初めて観光タクシーを利用するので　観光地についてから対応がわかりにくかった　観光地についたら　こちらが自由に動いたらいいのか　ご一緒するのか　お昼ご飯のタイミングはいつなのか　何にも言っていただけなかったのでとても戸惑いましたし　気を使った。少し疲れました。

もう少し　タイムスケジュールなどを教えてほしかった　次は使わないと思う
