- 対象年齢は4歳建議參加年齡為4至75歲，但若體力足夠，亦有可能接受超出範圍的參加者，請事先聯繫確認。
- 基於安全考量，符合以下情況者恕不接受參加：
懷孕者
飲酒或宿醉者
配戴心律調節器或有心臟疾病者
有呼吸系統疾病者（不含輕微氣喘）
有精神疾病者（如癲癇、失智症、發展障礙、恐慌症）
有心血管疾病者
有腦血管疾病者
行動不便者
體重超過100公斤者
僅有聽覺或視覺障礙者單獨參加（需有照護者或翻譯陪同並事前諮詢）
有其他慢性疾病、發燒或受傷者（症狀輕微者請務必事先告知）

- 如因個人因素取消，或未事先通知而變更人數，將依規定收取取消費用，敬請見諒。
若因船班停航無法前往西表島，或因颱風及惡劣天氣導致行程取消，則不收取取消費用。 - 即使下雨仍會照常舉行，但若判斷現場安全無法確保，可能會取消或變更行程。
- 為確保安全，活動全程（包含浮潛時）皆須穿著救生衣，敬請配合。
- 若因天候不佳導致行程取消，將提供紅樹林獨木舟或瀑布健行等替代行程，由當日最佳地點安排。
