It was a half-day tour, but we enjoyed kayaking, trekking, and jumping into the waterfall! It was fulfilling, and everything was a lot of fun! We were also able to take many photos! The handmade lunch was very delicious.

半日のツアーでしたが、カヤック、トレッキング、滝つぼにドボン！充実していてすべてとても楽しめました！
写真もたくさん撮っていただけました！
お弁当が手作りでとても美味しかったです。

I was worried about my physical stamina as I entered my 50s, but in the end, I was able to keep up without any problems.

The guide was experienced and made the trekking and canoeing enjoyable by sharing stories about the nature of Iriomote Island.

At the beginning of the canoeing, they taught us how to operate the canoe, and once we were on it, it felt manageable.

Along the way, they provided detailed instructions about shallow areas and obstacles, so I was able to paddle with confidence.

During the trekking, they also informed us about slightly dangerous spots in advance, and they allowed the least fit person to lead, which made it easy to enjoy the experience. They took photos at key moments, so we created wonderful memories as a family.

I think this is a great tour for experiencing the nature of Iriomote Island. Thank you, guide!

50代に入り体力的に心配でしたが、終わってみて、問題なくついていくことができました。

ガイドの方は経験豊富で西表島の自然についてお話を交えながらトレッキングやカヌーを楽しませて下さいました。

カヌーの始めに操作の仕方を教えて下さいますし、乗った後は感覚的に何とかなるものでした。

途中も浅いところ、障害物があるところなど、細かく教えて下さるので、安心して漕ぐことが出来ました。

トレッキング中も少し危ないところなどは予め教えて下さいますし、一番体力のない人を先頭に進み、安心して楽しむことが出来ました。要所要所で写真も撮っていただいたので、家族揃って、とても良い思い出が出来ました。

西表島の自然を体感するのにとても良いツアーだと思います。ガイドさん、ありがとうございました。

The sea around Balas Island is very beautiful! They also found sea turtles for us and took great photos. I was worried because the children's life jackets seemed old and had parts coming off. I didn't feel very good, possibly because I didn't get along well with the guide.

海亀もみつけてくださり、写真も上手に撮っていただきました。
子供用のライフジャケットが古いのか、部品がとれていたので心配になりました。ガイドさんと相性が悪かったのか、あまりいい気持ちではいられませんでした。

I signed up for snorkeling, and the visibility was even better than I expected; the time flew by! I was able to see sea turtles, and the staff took photos and sent them to me, so I was satisfied to have those memories captured. When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I would love to sign up again!

シュノーケルを楽しみに申し込みましたが予想以上に透明度がすごく、あっという間の時間でした！ウミガメも見れたし、スタッフの方が写真撮って送ってくれたので思い出を写真で残すことができて満足！石垣島にもう一度くる時はまた申し込みたいなと思います！

The staff were very kind, and I enjoyed both the canoeing in the mangroves and the snorkeling at Balas Island. It was also a stroke of luck to see sea turtles in the coral reef. I didn't expect to get seasick while floating alone during snorkeling, though.

スタッフの方が非常に親切で、マングローブでのカヌー、バラス島のシュノーケリングいずれも楽しませでいただきました。珊瑚礁で海亀が見られたことも幸運でした。1人シュノーケリングで浮かんでいると、波酔いになってしまったのは想定外でしたが

The guide was wonderful, running the business as a family and creating a warm atmosphere. They took lots of photos, making for the best memories! We waited at the shop until our return boat arrived, and that time was enjoyable too. Since we were staying in Ishigaki, we went to Uehara Port first thing in the morning. It’s a busy season with many ferry passengers, so it’s better to make a reservation if you can!

It was a fun time because the staff understood the content. I didn't expect that the experience on the remote island would be so enjoyable and filled with smiles, so I am very grateful. They were also knowledgeable about photo spots and responded very quickly. Thank you for everything!

Unfortunately, Balas Island was underwater, but I was able to see beautiful coral and three sea turtles, which became a great memory. Since there were no other guests besides us, we could enjoy it at our own pace.

However, one thing I was a bit disappointed about was that after the tour, I received photos via LINE, but I had assumed that we would also receive pictures with us in them. Instead, there were only close-up photos of the sea turtles and clownfish, which was a little disappointing. I didn't remember seeing clownfish that day, so I thought, "The ones we took earlier... right? It must be those," and just accepted it.

私達の他にお客さんがいなかったので私達のペースで楽しめました。
　
ただひとつ、ツアー後写真をLINEでいただきましたが、勝手に私達も写ったものをいただけると思ってしまっていたので、ウミガメやカクレクマノミなどお魚のアップの写真のみで少し残念でした。自分たちが写っていないことと当日カクレクマノミを見た覚えがなかったのもあり、「さっき撮ったやつ...なんだよね？きっとそうだよね」と飲み込みました。

The water surface was calm, making it easy for beginners to get on the canoe quickly. The guide's explanations about the mangroves and the island's creatures were clear and kept us engaged. Swimming in the waterfall pool was also refreshing. The Yaeyama soba we had at the café run by the guide after the tour was delicious.

水面が穏やかでカヌーは初心者でもすぐに乗れるようになりました。
マングローブや島の生き物などのガイドさんの解説も分かりやすく飽きることはありませんでした。
滝つぼでの水泳も気持ちよかったです。
ツアー後にガイドさんの経営しているカフェで食べた八重山そばも美味しかったです。

Even if you're not confident in your physical strength, you can participate! The view from the top of the waterfall was exceptional. The guide also helped by teaching us about the animals and plants. The homemade Yaeyama soba for lunch was the best!

体力に自信がなくても参加できました！

The day before, I was surprised to learn that if I didn't reconfirm within a limited time, it would be a forced cancellation. During the phone call, I was told, "You know where to meet for the rental car, right? It's by the statue of the wildcat," and I was left speechless... However, when I actually met the guide, he was a seasoned professional who gave off a reassuring vibe, just like the old days!

After our greeting, he suddenly emphasized multiple times, "It's tougher than you might imagine," which I think should be mentioned in the tour details... This is essential information to know before participating in the tour. That's why I decided to write this review.

Since it was scorching hot, I recommend that parents in their 40s and 50s who are desk workers and not used to physical activity really prepare themselves for the summer heat. It's a very enjoyable tour, so I think kids will be just fine! The waterfall was breathtaking and absolutely wonderful!

Also, during low tide, you have to pull the canoe and walk quite a distance on sandy ground, so I believe it could be quite challenging if you don't check the timing. When we went, we barely managed to walk about 20 meters, so we made it back safely.

前日、限られた時間に、こちらからリコンファームしないと強制キャンセルとのことで、驚きました。電話の際も「レンタカーの集合は、やまねこの銅像のとこ、わかるでしょ？」と言われ唖然・・・。でも実際お会いすると、「納得な」感じのベテランのガイドさんで、昔ながらの頼りがいのある方でした！！
が、集合のご挨拶後いきなり「想像以上にきついですから」と何度も念押しされ、、、、それはツアー内容に書いておいほしい・・・。ツアーに参加する前に必要な情報ですよね。。。なのでここに口コミすることにしました。
炎天下ですので真夏はかなり気合いれて参加してください＠デスクワークで体動かしていない４０～５０代のお父さんお母さん。とても楽しいツアーですのでお子さんは全然大丈夫とおもいます！！滝は圧巻ですばらしかった！
なお、干潮時は、カヌーを引っ張ってかなりの距離、砂地歩くのでこの時間帯を確認しないと大変なことになると思います。私らの時はギリギリ、２０ｍほどあるく程度ですんだので、生還できました。

I participated in a day trip from Ishigaki Island. I took the designated ferry at the specified time for the outbound trip and returned on the last ferry at 17:30. The 16:30 ferry would also work, but it might be a bit rushed, so I would recommend the 17:30 one.

The tour itself was amazing!! There were even small children (around 5 years old) participating.

It was my first time paddleboarding, and since it was on a river, there was no shaking, so I wasn't scared at all, and it was really fun. I was even able to stand up partway through.

The snorkeling at Balas Island also had high visibility, and I was able to see plenty of fish with just a snorkel.

I highly recommend it.

初サップ、川なので揺れず、怖くなく、とても楽しかったです。途中から立つこともできました。

バラス島シュノーケリングも透明度が高く、シュノーケルでも十分魚が見れました。

First of all, the male guide was very enjoyable, and I was glad that he provided a thorough guide even during the busy tourist season.

The first half, canoeing and trekking to Pinai Sara Falls, was initially challenging with the canoeing, but as I got used to it, it became fun and I wanted to paddle more. The Pinai Sara Falls were surprisingly impressive, and the rice balls we ate under the falls were delicious. Thanks to the guide, my wife, who is not very athletic, was also able to enjoy it. Since there were small children participating as well, I think anyone without physical limitations can have a good time. (For the canoeing in the first half, it's better to have one strong person paddling for two.)

The second half at Yubu Island was a lovely place, and I wished we could have spent more time there, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit (I understand the time constraints).

まず、ガイドの男性の方が非常に楽しい方で、観光客で忙しい時期にも関わらず、しっかりとガイドしてくれてうれしかったです。

前半のカヌー→ピナイサーラの滝までのトレッキングは、最初はカヌーの操作に苦戦しましたが、だんだん慣れてくると楽しくてもっと乗っていたかったです。ピナイサーラの滝も思いのほか迫力があって、滝の下で食べるおにぎりも美味しかったです。ガイドさんのおかげで運動が得意ではない妻も楽しむことができました。体力的にも小さいお子さんも参加されていたので、なにか身体的な障害がない限りは楽しめるのではないかと思います。
（前半のカヌーは体力ある人が1人ついて2人乗りで漕いだほうがいいです）

後半の由布島も素敵な島で、もっとゆっくりできればよかったなと思いましたが、それでもかなり楽しめました（時間的には仕方ないと思います）

I participated in Gakki's tour. She shared many interesting stories about Iriomote Island, and she was incredibly beautiful and cute. Her sense of photography was also outstanding, with all the pictures being gorgeous! I didn't go to the cave, so I can't comment on that, but I think choosing snorkeling was definitely the right decision, as I was able to swim in the beautiful sea that I had seen in stories, and I was so excited! I even got to meet Nemo! The mangroves were so much fun... I want to stay overnight on Iriomote Island next time! Thank you very much!

It was our first time on Iriomote Island with our family of five (with a 9th grader, a 7th grader, and a 4th grader). I was a bit nervous about what to expect, but both the trekking and canoeing were just right for beginners, and we all had a great time. They provided us with hats, bags that could get dirty, and waterproof bags, which was very helpful for our family, as we were all beginners.

We swam in the waterfall pool, and the kids wanted to wear goggles (I think I'll bring goggles next time). Additionally, we received photos via LINE at the end, which became wonderful memories. We were also able to rent a shower and bath towels for an extra fee, so we could clean up before heading back to port.

We're already talking about wanting to go again on our next trip! Thank you for everything!!

家族5人で、初の西表島でした。(中3.中1.小4の息子です)
どんなものかドキドキでしたが、トレッキングもカヌーも程よい感じで初心者でも楽しめました。
帽子、汚れても良いバッグ、防水袋も貸して頂き、全てが初心者だった我が家には、とても有り難かったです。
滝壺で、泳いだのですが、子供らはゴーグルを付けたがってました。(次回はゴーグルを持って行こうと思います。)
また、最後に写真もLINEで頂けたので、思い出になりました。
別料金で、シャワーと、バスタオルを貸してもらえたので、綺麗にしてから帰港できました。
次回の旅行の時も行きたいね！と話しています。

The activity was my first since arriving on Iriomote Island the previous evening. The trekking shoes and waterproof backpacks were well-prepared, and I felt reassured by the infection control measures in place. Our guide, Hiro, shared a lot of interesting information about Iriomote Island during the car ride from the accommodation to the office, as well as during the canoeing and trekking, making it very enjoyable and easy to understand.

After lunch, due to the circumstances of a fellow participant, I joined another group, but the guide from that group, Hoshi, also ensured a fun experience while prioritizing safety. While no special equipment is particularly necessary, I think wearing a long-sleeved, long-pants rash guard would be suitable for trekking and playing in the waterfall pools. I truly remember it as a really fun experience!

前日の夕方、西表島に着いてから初めてのアクティビティでした。
トレッキング用の靴や防水リュック等装備もキチンと整備してあり、感染対策に安心感がありました。
ガイドのヒロさんは宿から事務所までの車中や、カヌーやトレッキング中に西表島のことをいろいろお話しして下さって、とても楽しくわかりやすかったです。
昼食後は同行した方のご都合で、別のグループに合流したのですが、こちらのガイドのホシさんも安全面に気を付けつつ楽しい体験をさせてくれました。
装備は特に必要ありませんが、長袖長ズボンのラッシュガードだとトレッキングや滝壷遊びに都合が良いと思います。
本当に楽しかったなぁ〜と思い出しています！

Before going, I had some concerns about the service, but the guide who accompanied us on the day was a fun person, so it was great. Everything was fulfilling and we had a lot of fun!! I want to go to Iriomote Island again.

Kayaking was relaxing and enjoyable even for beginners. The walk to the waterfall included explanations about various plants and creatures, allowing us to fully appreciate the island's nature. I don't think I could have gotten so close to the waterfall or had the experience of swimming in the plunge pool anywhere else, so I'm glad I participated. We walked quite a bit, so I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to handle the cave exploration afterward, but it turned out to be incredibly fun. The cave isn't very long, but the narrowness, darkness, and the stunning views once we emerged were all condensed into a short time, making it an amazing experience. It was suitable even for a third-grade girl, so I highly recommend trying this extraordinary experience. Wearing a rash guard to cover your feet can help protect against injuries, making it easier to walk.

カヤックはのんびりと初心者でも楽しめました。
滝までの道のりも色々な植物や生物などの説明を挟みつつ歩いてくれたので島の自然を思い切り堪能できたと思います。あんなに滝の近くまでいき、また滝つぼで泳ぐ体験はできないと思いますので参加してよかったです。結構歩いたのでこの後に洞窟探検は正直もう無理と思っていたのですが、行ってみるとこれもまたすごく楽しく洞窟はそんなに長くないのですが狭さや暗さ抜けたところの景色の素晴らしさなど短い時間に凝縮されていて最高にいい体験ができました。
小学3年の女の子でも十分に行けるものでしたので非日常的な体験、ぜひしてみてください。
足を覆うラッシュガードがあると傷から守れるので歩きやすいかとおもいます。

I participated with my 9-year-old and 6-year-old children. The guide was very experienced in outdoor activities, and we felt safe throughout the tour! He was knowledgeable about wildlife and birds, and the kids were very curious and learned a lot. They had a wonderful experience seeing things they wouldn't normally see in everyday life, and they were so lively! I would like to request this again when we go to Iriomote Island. 😊

ガイドさんはアウトドア経験が豊富で、終始安心してツアーに参加することができました！
生きものや鳥類にも詳しく、子どもたちは興味津々でいろいろなことを教えていただきました。

I was guided by the veteran Iwamoto, who has been in this field for 30 years, to the mouth of the Urauchi River by canoe. The sunset viewed from the water was absolutely stunning. After seeing a sky full of stars, we entered a mysterious narrow stream. In the darkness, I saw bats flying in front of me, heard the sounds of fish jumping, the rustling of something stepping on fallen leaves, and the hooting of an owl—everything felt eerie and mystical (there's no way I would have gone without Iwamoto). By the time we returned to the mouth of the river, it was completely dark. In that setting, as I dipped the paddle into the water to head back to the starting point, countless glow-in-the-dark insects lit up, which was also very mystical. I’ve done various activities like daytime mangrove kayaking and night jungle tours, but this was the best optional tour. Next time I come, I definitely want to do this with my kids as well!

この道30年のベテラン岩本さんに案内して頂き、カヌーで浦内川河口付近へ。水上から見るサンセットは最高でした。満点の星を見た後は、怪しげな細い流域に入ります。暗闇の中、目の前をコウモリが飛んだと思えば、あちこちで魚が跳ねる音、何かが落ち葉を踏む音、ミミズクの鳴き声、全てが不気味&神秘的です（岩本さん無しで行く気には到底なりません）。河口に戻ってくる頃には完全に暗闇です。そんな中で、スタート地点に戻ろうと水面にパドルを差し込むと、無数の夜行虫が光って、これもまたとても神秘的です。昼間のマングローブカヤック、歩きでのナイトジャングルツアーなど、色々やりましたが、オプショナルツアーとしてはこれが最高でした。次回来たら、今度は子供も入れて必ずやりたいと思います！

This was my family's first trip to Iriomote Island. I thought we might get tired in the morning and afternoon, but that wasn't the case at all; we had a great time. Our guide, Mr. Iizuka, was attentive to safety and time while introducing us to the many charms of Iriomote Island, making for a very fulfilling experience. I hope to join another tour in the future.

I traveled from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island and stayed at a glamping facility. The next day, although I had no plans, I decided to look for activities I could join, and I found this canyoning tour that was available for booking, so I reserved it immediately! (There was a campaign where if I wrote a review later, I would get a cash back for one person!)

I was picked up at the port along with other guests and we headed to the river by car. There were guests who had been participating since the morning, creating a friendly atmosphere. It was fun to hear about the creatures that inhabit Iriomote Island during the ride!

I was a bit anxious since it was my first canyoning experience, but physically, I had no problems at all! We went through some tricky spots, but I felt that as long as I followed the advice given, there was hardly any danger. There were places where you could jump in and areas where you could slide like a waterslide, which was a bit scary but turned out to be a great experience! (If you're scared, it's okay not to do it!)

They provided helmets and shoes, so I really could go hands-free!

I had a waterproof case, but I was worried, so I left my phone (camera) in the car. Some people brought GoPros, but the staff took photos at various points and sent them to us! (I wish they had taken some pictures of the scenery too.)

Since it was a river, it didn't feel sticky like swimming at the beach, and I was glad that I could use the shower at the office on the way back, so I felt refreshed before boarding the ferry!

I decided to join at the last minute, but I'm really glad I did!

石垣島から西表島に渡り、グランピング施設に宿泊、翌日はノープランだったのですが、せっかくならと翌日参加できるアクティビティを夜な夜な探したところ、こちらのキャニオニングツアーが予約可能だったので即予約！(後日体験談を書けば、1人分キャッシュバックされるキャンペーン中でした！)


他のお客さんと一緒に港でピックアップしてもらい、車で川へ向かいました。午前中から参加しているお客さんもいて、和気あいあいとした雰囲気でした。車内では西表島に生息する生き物の話などもしてもらえて楽しかったです！

初めてのキャニオニングで少し不安もありましたが、体力的には全く問題なかったです！足場の悪いところをいきますが、アドバイスされたとおりに進めば危険もほとんど無いと思いました。
飛び込みできる場所があったり、スライダーのように滑れる場所があったり、ちょっと怖かったですが良い経験になりました！(怖い人はやらなくても大丈夫でした！)

ヘルメットもシューズも貸してもらえるので、ほんとに手ぶらで大丈夫でした！

防水ケースは持っていましたが心配だったので携帯(カメラ)は車に置いていきました。
ゴープロを持って来ている方もいましたが、スタッフさんがポイントポイントでは撮って送ってくれます！(景色なども撮ってほしかったなー)

川なのでビーチで泳ぐのとは違いベタつかず、帰りに事務所でシャワーを使うことができたので、スッキリして帰りのフェリーに乗れてよかったです！

直前で参加を決めましたが、参加できてよかったです！

The mangrove kayaking, trekking to Pinai Sara Falls, diving at the waterfall basin, and lunch were all fantastic. The guide provided local information at various points along the course and gave thorough lectures on important points to be cautious about during the trekking. I was able to spend invaluable time experiencing the nature of Iriomote Island. Thank you very much! ☆

マングローブのカヤック、ピナイサーラの滝へのトレッキング、滝壺でのダイブ・昼食が最高でした。

I participated in a one-day snorkeling tour to Balas Island and Hatoma Island. The sea was incredibly beautiful, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Unfortunately, we couldn't access Hatoma Island due to COVID, but the harbor was already a lovely spot. The lunch bento was amazing, with perfectly seasoned rice balls! It was a small group tour with a wonderful guide captain. I would love to join again!!
*Make sure to use the restroom beforehand!! Or a portable toilet is a must!*

バラス島と鳩間島の一日シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。海がとにかく美しくて、検討している方はぜひ行ってほしい。残念ながら、鳩間島はコロナのため立ち入りできなかったのですが船着場がすでに素敵な島でした。お昼のお弁当は、めちゃくちゃちょうどいい塩加減のおにぎりで最高でした！素敵なガイドの船長と少人数のでのツアーでした。また参加したいです！！

I used this service for the first time.
We went to Yufu Island by water buffalo, and in the afternoon, we did mangrove kayaking and trekking to Pinai Sara Falls.

For lunch, we had handmade, heartfelt rice ball bento, which was incredibly delicious (laughs).

The guide was truly knowledgeable and shared various stories about the flora and fauna of the Yaeyama Islands during the trek.

I really felt that they love the Yaeyama region and their work.

The lecture was also wonderful, and I was able to paddle smoothly in the kayak for the first time.
At Pinai Sara Falls, they took many photos for us and even provided warm drinks, making it a very attentive experience.

It was a very heartwarming tour (even though the temperature was scorching, haha). I would definitely like to sign up again if I have the chance!

初めて利用させて頂きました。
水牛で由布島→午後はマングローブカヤックとピナイサーラの滝までトレッキングです。

お昼は手作りの心籠ったおにぎり弁当で、これがやたら美味しかったです(笑)

ガイドさんは本当に知識豊富で、トレッキング最中にもいろいろと八重山に関する動植物の話をしてくれました。

本当に八重山郡と仕事が好きなんだなぁと感じました。

レクチャーも素晴らしく、初めて乗ったカヤックもスムーズに漕ぐことができました。
ピナイサーラの滝ではたくさん写真を撮っていただき、温かい飲み物までだしてくれて、至れり尽くせりです。

Right after the announcement of the end of the rainy season, we participated as a mature couple in late June. On the day of the event, the temperature rose from the morning, and it was a perfect sunny day for canyoning with eight participants in four couples. We were the oldest, of course!

Wearing life jackets and helmets, we headed to the starting point! Even though it was summer, the first photo spot where we had to immerse ourselves up to our necks made everyone scream from the cold water. As we jumped from a high point and played on the rapid slides, everyone naturally returned to their childhood. The sun, the subtropical greenery, and the splashing water from the flow gently relaxed our hearts, which usually live in the city.

At the end, we climbed a wall and jumped about 4 meters into the river! After sinking underwater for a moment, we popped up and took a breath, safely returning to the surface! It was the best moment, feeling one with Iriomote Island.

It was such a fun experience that passed by in the blink of an eye, making us wish we could enjoy it for a longer time. Highly recommended!

梅雨明け宣言の直後、６月後半に熟年夫婦で参加しました。当日は朝から気温も上昇、快晴のキャニオリング日和で参加者はカップル４組の８人。私達が最高齢笑。
ライフジャケットとヘルメットを付けスタート地点へ！真夏の気温とはいえ最初に首まで浸かる写真スポットでは水の冷たさに一同悲鳴〜。高台から飛び込み、急流の滑り台に遊ばれと進むにつれ自然と童心に帰っている皆さん。太陽と亜熱帯の緑、飛沫を上げる流れにと南の島の豊かな自然が都会に暮らす私達の心を優しくほぐしてくれます。
最後はクライミングもどきに壁をよじ登り約4m程から川面へジャンプ！一旦水中に沈みブハッ！と顔を出し息を吸うと無事生還！西表島と一体感を味わう最高の瞬間です。
もっと長い時間を楽しみたいと思うほどあっという間に過ぎた楽しい体験でした。

At 59 years old, we heard that this activity was our last chance, so I was a bit anxious, but thanks to the staff member Hoshi, we were able to enjoy it until the end. The Yaeyama soba and purple sweet potato dumplings we had for lunch were also very delicious. I think it must have been challenging for Hoshi to carry the heavy bag filled with materials for lunch while being considerate of the participants. Thank you, Hoshi. You handled the canoe cleanup effortlessly, which was impressive. Above all, I am grateful for your help in creating the best memories with your professional-level photos. I’m really glad I participated. Thank you! I was happy to hear that I could still join even after turning 60, and I am filled with the desire to challenge myself again. Next time, I will request you, so please take care of me. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

59歳の私たちにとって、このアクティビティは最後のチャンスだと聞いていたので、大丈夫かと不安もありましたが、スタッフの星さんのおかげで最後まで楽しむことができました。
お昼に食べた八重山そばと紅芋餅もとっても美味しかったです。
昼食用の材料等の入った重たいバッグを担ぎながら、参加者への気配りは大変だったと思います。
星さん、ありがとうございました。
カヌーの片付けも軽々と行っていて、カッコ良かったです。
何より『写真がプロ級』最高の思い出作りの手助けをして頂き感謝、感謝。参加して本当に良かった。ありがとうー！
60歳過ぎても、参加しても良いと言っていただけて嬉しかったし、またチャレンジしたい気持ちでいっぱいです。

Mammoth Tour Company. Everything is messy. There are too many inefficiencies in the operations, and the quality of the guides is terrible. They advertise on their website that you can visit three places for 15,000 yen, but in reality, it's only two. I do not recommend this at all. I think it's better to go with a privately operated guide.

マンモスツアー会社。全てが雑。オペレーションも無駄が多いし、ガイドの質が悪すぎる。15000円で3つ行けるとホームページに書いておきながら実際は二つとかあり得ない。全くオススメしません。個人経営のガイドの方がいいと思います。

I participated in a mangrove canoe and Pinaisara Falls tour with my girlfriend this time!

This was my several visits to Iriomote Island, but it was her first time, so I asked the wonderful guide, Kazaguruma, who had impressed me during my last tour. The weather on the day was great, and the staff's service, as well as the lunch and snacks they provided, were all very delicious. They took great care of the participants while thoroughly explaining Iriomote Island, making it a very satisfying tour for both me and my girlfriend!

In addition to being able to fully enjoy everything, I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the office and shower facilities. I felt that the staff's service and the cleanliness of the office where we could leave our bags and take showers are essential points.

I would definitely like to ask Kazaguruma again when I visit Iriomote Island in the future. Thank you for a wonderful day!

今回彼女とマングローブカヌーとピナイサーラの滝ツアーに参加させて頂きました！

私は何度目かの西表島でしたが彼女は初めてだったので前回ツアーを担当して頂いて印象の良かった風車さんにお願いしました。
結果としては当日の天気気候も良く、スタッフの方々の対応、持ってきて頂いた昼食、軽食もとても美味しく、
参加者に気を遣って頂きながらしっかりと西表島の説明もして頂き僕も彼女も大満足なツアーとなりました！
すべてしっかりと満喫することが出来た事に加えて特に事務所やシャワー室の綺麗さが目を引きました。

やはりスタッフの方の対応と荷物を置いたりシャワーを浴びる事務所の清潔さは欠かせないポイントかなと感じました。
またこれからも西表島に行く際には是非風車さんにお願いしたいと思っております。
