You can smoothly visit the three islands. As mentioned in the reviews, the bus driver on Ishigaki Island was enjoyable to talk to, and I was able to see a baby water buffalo on the Yufu water buffalo cart. I recommend renting a bicycle on Taketomi Island. I think walking along the coast can be a bit tiring.

I participated in this tour because I wanted to explore the island smoothly during my honeymoon.

I was worried about whether there would be something I could eat for lunch, but it was very delicious, and I finished it in no time! The champuru was the best I had on this trip.

The drivers of the bus, boat, and water buffalo were all very entertaining, and I really felt that joining this tour was a great decision.

We chose to bike around Taketomi Island, but even with our confidence in reading maps, we got lost, so it might be better to head back a little earlier. We were able to ride around the sea and the Nishi Sanzan Bridge, and we also enjoyed a mango smoothie in the center, so choosing to bike was definitely the right choice!

Cycling after 20 to 30 years was fun, but it was disappointing that the roads were confusing and I couldn't get to Star Sand Beach. I also didn't have enough time at the café to enjoy sweets, only having juice instead, which was a letdown.

The weather was great, and the timing (October) was just right, so I really enjoyed it. You can choose between canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding, so definitely give it a try. During the sightseeing on Yubu Island, we landed while listening to Okinawan music on a water buffalo. Since this is an experience that can only be had on Yubu Island in the whole country, it was a valuable experience. I also got to take a lot of Instagram-worthy photos, which made me very satisfied. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

Since I was pregnant, I decided to use this service this time. I thought it would be a waste to just see the mangroves and Yufu Island in Iriomote Island and then go home. However, since lunch is included, I believe it's definitely more cost-effective to go on a tour rather than buying the ferry tickets myself, so I'm glad I was able to use it.

Due to the weather, I couldn't go to Barasu Island, but the canoe and water buffalo cart tour was very satisfying!

It's reassuring that they pick you up at Uehara Port for participation.

The staff were bright and friendly, making it enjoyable to participate in the tour even alone!

I was guided by Ayu for the canoeing, and she adjusted to each person's pace, so even beginners can feel safe! She also took wonderful photos, and after the tour, I received the data. It became a lovely memory even as a solo participant.

I was guided by Macchan on Yubu Island. During the transfer, he shared a lot of interesting facts about Iriomote Island, which was very educational!

I wanted to experience the night on Iriomote Island, so I stayed there for one night and participated in a night tour. Just before the tour, there was a heavy rain. The rain stopped before we entered the mountains, and I headed up wearing the borrowed shoes. I discovered a coconut crab, a snake, and a cricket. After that, the sky cleared up, and while driving, we spotted an owl on the power lines and observed it. We were able to stargaze on a bridge. The starry sky was beautiful and moving, but I felt a bit disappointed because the night tour involved a short round trip and we were behind another group, so I missed seeing some of the things that had escaped. However, I am grateful for the experience, as this is probably what a night on Iriomote Island is really like.

I had a great time.
At first, I was worried because it was cloudy and a little rainy, but the jungle was full of life even in the rain, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
After a while, the rain stopped, and the stars were beautifully visible. However, I was told that on clear days, even more stars can be seen, so I look forward to my next visit!
The guide was very knowledgeable, and I could feel that they were doing their best to find creatures for us (we actually encountered some).

The most memorable part was Kote-kun! He stopped right where the customers could safely get off. But he was distracted by his crush, Koume-chan, and kept turning around while pulling the cart. So cute! He should muster up the courage and confess (laughs). I wonder if he's working energetically today. I want to go see him again. I also got to listen to the sanshin, and the lunch in Yufuin was delicious. Since then, I've become hooked on the oil miso and even bought some as souvenirs, which made my bag heavy (laughs). Since I had an elderly companion, we took the bus around Taketomi. It was a bit of a hectic trip, but I was able to truly experience Okinawa.

Before departure, you receive an explanation and your ticket at the counter inside the island terminal. The tickets are collected each time, so be careful not to lose them. The explanation was thorough, leaving no room for confusion.

The ferry has free seating, and of course, the window seats fill up first. Everything runs on time, so as long as you make it, you won't be left behind, but arriving early will get you better seats.

During the sightseeing tour of Iriomote Island, I learned various things about the island while enjoying fun stories. I was lucky enough to see a crested serpent eagle. It's said that the Iriomote wildcat is nocturnal and rarely seen. Personally, I enjoyed the mangrove tour as well, but the bus tour to Yubu Island after the sightseeing was also fun. The driver's stories were entertaining.

On Yubu Island, we moved around on water buffaloes. There were fast and slow ones, so which one you ride is a matter of luck. The front seat offers a great view of the buffalo, but be careful as there might be splashes during their bathroom breaks. フェリーは自由席。やはり窓側から埋まります。時間ぴったりに全て旅の計画は進むので間に合えば置いていかれることはない、けど早い方がいい席は取れます。

西表島の遊覧では楽しい話とともに西表島の様々なことが知れます。運良くカンムリワシ見れました。イリオモテヤマネコは夜行性で見れることはほぼないそう。私的にはマングローブツアーも楽しかったですが、遊覧降りてから由布島までのバス観光もたのしかったです。運転手さんの話がおもしろい。

由布島では水牛にのって移動。早い子、遅い子様々でどの子に乗れるかは運次第。1番前の席は見渡せ、牛がしっかり見えますが、排泄シーンでは水が飛ぶことがあるので注意。
由布島では唯一触れ合える水牛のルイくんと写真撮れます。無料の小さな写真と有料の立派な写真が買えたり。この島で昼食、お弁当見たいなごはんで美味しかったです。その後はすこし自由時間をとり、また水牛にのり、バスに乗り、船に乗り。

竹富島では申し込んだプランでフリータイム。
フリーウォークのプランでしたが、集落の入り口までは歩いて10分ほど。そんなに遠くないです。
西桟橋までならフリーウォークで十分楽しめました。星の砂の浜だと厳しいかもしれませんが、桟橋でもとってもきれいな海を見れました。

その後は好きな時間のフェリーにのり、離島ターミナルへ。とっても楽しい1日でした。

Personally, I found the time allocation just right. To conclude, the Nakama River cruise, which I had the least expectations for, turned out to be the best. The guide was wonderful, and we stopped to look for wild birds, sometimes even turning back. Additionally, the bus ride from Nakama River to Yufu Island was great, with the driver's talk about daily life and shopping on Iriomote Island being enjoyable. When we spotted a crested serpent eagle along the way, the bus stopped so we could take a good look, which was very satisfying. I think both the mangrove cruise and the bus ride were a hit thanks to the people involved. However, I had high expectations for the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, and after riding it twice, I was disappointed both times. It was much smaller than I had imagined, and the talk was quite standard. The much-anticipated sanshin performance was also formal and didn't resonate with me. The water buffalo cart experience I had on Taketomi Island last time was much more satisfying. Overall, since this was my first time in Iriomote Island, I think it was a good tour. 個人的には程よい時間配分でちょうどよかったです。結論から言うと、一番期待していなかった仲間川クルーズが一番よかった。船頭さんの案内が素晴らしくマングローブは勿論、野鳥を探しては停まったり時には戻ったりしていただけました。また、仲間川から由布島までのバスも運転手さんのトークが最高で西表島の日常や買い物事情など楽しかったです。そして道中、カンムリワシを発見した時はバスを停車させてじっくり見させてもらえ大満足。マングローブクルーズもバスも人次第なので大当たりだったと思います。しかし、由布島へ渡る水牛車は大きな期待をしていただけに往復2回乗りますが、どちらもがっかりでした。想像していたスケールよりもかなり小さく、トークも定型的でした。期待の三線演奏もこれまた形式的で演奏が心に響くことはありませんでした。前回体験した竹富島の水牛車の方が内容はずっと満足出来るものでした。
今回は初めての西表島だったので総合的にはよいツアーだったと思います。次はアクティビティに参加したいです。

It was a fulfilling day visiting three islands on a day trip. On Taketomi Island, it was convenient to choose the return ferry time. I was able to get around efficiently with a rental bicycle. However, be careful as some rental shops do not offer shuttle service to the ferry. Also, since there are many sandy areas, a bicycle with wider tires might be easier to ride.

The weather was favorable on the day of the tour, so I was satisfied to cross to Yufu Island on a water buffalo under the blue sky, just as I had envisioned. We participated as a family of four with our 6-year-old and 10-year-old children. Unfortunately, the trip to Barasu Island was canceled, but we were able to tour Yufu Island as an alternative. The explanations about the mangroves we explored by canoe and about Iriomote Island during the car ride were very thorough and easy for the kids to understand. We were all pleased with Matt's guidance. It was our first time on Iriomote Island, and we would love to go back, especially to Barasu Island next time.

Due to strong winds associated with the approaching typhoon, the snorkeling at Barasu Island was canceled, and we only experienced the mangrove tour. My first time on Iriomote Island was a wonderful night tour! The guide, Hayata, had an astonishing amount of knowledge and didn't miss any small creatures while guiding us. I was especially impressed by the scorpion that was about 1.5 millimeters long, and seeing the Yaeyama habu was amazing! We even saw a coconut crab preying on another crab in the trees, and I couldn't contain my excitement with the jungle world right in front of me... I definitely want to do this again when I come to Iriomote Island!

It was a wonderful night tour!
We were able to see many creatures such as coconut crabs, Sakishima habu snakes, crabs, and hermit crabs.
We were blessed with good weather and were able to observe a sky full of stars in a nearby open park.
Lying on the grass while listening to the sound of the waves and watching the starry sky will be an unforgettable experience.
By the way, I heard there is a culture of eating coconut crabs, so I decided to try it the next night, and surprisingly, it was delicious!

It was a great tour that allowed us to efficiently visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. Our stay on Taketomi Island was about an hour, but we were able to stop by Koidon Beach, the star sand, and a café by bicycle, making it a very satisfying tour for our family of four. The lunch box was also delicious.

We had a wonderful time with the whole family, including our 8 and 10-year-old children, guided by Hayata!

In the morning, we enjoyed canoeing through the mangroves, where we could paddle while also entering the river to cool off and observe gobies, crabs, and mangrove seeds up close. Even the kids could paddle well, and they enjoyed it just like the adults.

For lunch, we were given recommendations for a place to eat.

In the afternoon, we took a boat a little offshore to a coral island called Barasu Island and snorkeled around the area. We were able to see both fish and coral perfectly! We even spotted a sea turtle while moving on the boat, and the staff kindly stopped the boat for a sea turtle observation time, even going into the water to take videos and share them with us! It was our first time snorkeling, but we all enjoyed it without any worries!

I highly recommend this activity!

午前中のマングローブのカヌーでは、マングローブのジャンルの中でカヌーを漕ぎつつ、川にも入り涼を取りながら、ハゼやカニ、マングローブの種などを間近に観ることが出来ました。
