The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island allowed me to experience the great outdoors. At the beach during low tide, many crabs appeared. On Yubu Island, I was able to meet a lot of water buffalo. You can even interact with tiny newborn water buffalo that you can't see in Taketomi.

We used this tour for our honeymoon as a couple. I was a bit anxious about not having a tour guide, but I decided on this tour after reading the reviews.

As expected from a tour that visits three islands, the local guide moved at a good pace! The water buffalo cart driver to Yubu Island was entertaining! For lunch, we had a bento box with Okinawan cuisine, which was filling and delicious! During the bus tour on Taketomi Island, the driver took us to a beach with star sand! Moreover, he kindly taught us how to collect the star sand, so we were able to gather more than we expected!!

Even as first-timers, we were able to explore the remote islands without getting lost! I highly recommend it!!

添乗員がいないとのことで不安でしたが、口コミを見てこのツアーに決めました。

3島も巡るツアーだけあり、現地のガイドさんがテンポよく進めてくれます！
由布島まで行く水牛車の運転手さんが面白かったです！お昼は沖縄料理が入っている幕の内弁当で、ボリュームがあり美味しかったです！
竹富島のバス観光で、運転手さんが星の砂があるビーチまで連れて行ってくれました！更に、星の砂の取り方まで丁寧に教えてくださったので、思ったよりたくさんとることができました！！

初めてでも、迷わず離島巡りができました！おすすめです！！

The night sky in Iriomote was more beautiful and moving than I had imagined. I had made a reservation the night before, but due to the weather not being great, I changed it to the following day. Thanks to that, our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, kept saying how beautiful the sky would be tonight, and it truly was stunning. While kayaking on the Urauchi River and observing the stars, the bioluminescent plankton glowed every time we paddled, allowing us to enjoy both the sky and the water. We also ventured a little into the mangrove forest. The guide provided various explanations along the way, making the experience even more interesting and enjoyable. I am grateful for the beautiful starry sky, the absence of unnecessary lights at night, and the opportunity to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote through this wonderful tour.

By the way, since I stayed at Nirakanai, I walked to the location, which took about an hour and a half. I brought a flashlight, but they are available for rent. The kayaking was on calm waters, so I hardly got wet. When getting into the kayak, you walk in the water up to your ankles, so it's best to wear something that can get wet (though they inform you about this in advance…).

前夜に予約していたのですが、天候がいまいちだったので、翌日に変更していただきました。そのおかげで、ガイドの岩本さんも今夜は綺麗に見えますよを繰り返されるほど、綺麗な夜空でした。浦内川をカヤックを漕ぎながらの星空観察で、水面には夜光虫がパドルを漕ぐたびに発光するので、上下と楽しめました。また、マングローブ林にも少しだけ入って行きました。適宜、色々な説明を加えてくださるので、さらに興味深く楽しむことが出来ました。綺麗な星空、無駄な光の無い夜、西表の自然を満喫でき、よいツアーに参加できたことに感謝します。
ちなみにニラカナイに宿泊だったため、移動は徒歩、所要時間1時間半くらい。ライトを持参しましたが、借りられます。穏やかな水面でのカヤックなので、ほぼ水には濡れません。カヤックに乗り込む際に足首くらいまで水中を歩くため足元は濡れてもよい格好がベストです。(事前に教えてくれますが…)

The guide was very knowledgeable about the sea around Iriomote Island, and all three snorkeling spots we visited were beautiful and amazing. I was truly impressed.

The snorkeling time at each point was well secured, so we could enjoy it thoroughly without feeling rushed, and by the end, I was completely exhausted! But the schedule progressed as planned.

I really enjoyed the leisurely time we spent during lunch and breaks on Hatoma Island. The bento after swimming so much was incredibly delicious.

On the way back to Uehara Port after the tour, it started pouring rain, and since I didn't bring a change of clothes, I got completely soaked...

I borrowed a shower, dried my hair, and was kindly taken to the port in time for the next ferry... I'm grateful to the kind guide and the staff at the accommodation.

I would love to join this tour again when I visit the Yaeyama Islands!

I participated in a tour that I have used multiple times before because my companion wanted to join. After finishing cycling on Taketomi Island, we returned to the port, and since I didn't know which side the ferry would dock on, I waited. When I asked an employee on the side where the Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism boat was docked, they kept telling me to line up. I asked which side to line up on, but they continued to insist that I should line up.

I noticed that the large travel agency Y was being treated politely, while we were being looked down upon with a discriminatory response that favored group profits over individual ones. Even at the beginning, when we departed from Iriomote Island for the cruise and bus, it seemed that the Y travel group was prioritized even though we were the first to leave. If they had stated from the start that groups with higher profits would be prioritized, I would have had to accept it, but the blatant discrimination was humiliating.

何度も利用しているツアーで今回も同行者が行きたいと言われて参加しました。
竹富島でのサイクリングが終わり港に戻りフェリー乗り場の左右どちらに停泊するかわからなかったので待機していると石垣島ドリーム観光の船が停泊した側の従業員に聞くと並んで下さいの連呼でした。
どちら側に並ぶが聞いたが更に並んで下さいの連呼でした。
初めから同じ行動だった大手Y旅行には丁寧に対応したりしてるのを見て団体の利益と個人の利益を差別した見下された対応でした。
初めも西表島からクルーズやバスなど全て一番初めに出発しても少し進んだらY旅行の団体を先に優先してるのは会社ぐるみの対応だったみたいでした。
初めから利益の多い団体様優先と記載していたら納得せざるを得ないですがあからさまな差別は屈辱でした。

I had never been to a remote island, so I joined a tour.

Since we took the boat and bus multiple times, my elementary school-aged child was getting a bit bored!

I wanted to go at least once, so I'm satisfied with this. Next time, I might just go to Taketomi Island.

I participated in this tour thinking it would allow me to efficiently explore Ishigaki Island for the first time. Although there was no tour guide, there were staff members at each destination, so I didn't get lost.

There were parts that felt a bit like a conveyor belt (it might not be suitable for those who want to savor one place thoroughly), but I think it allows you to cover a limited amount of time very efficiently. During the bus rides and on the water buffalo cart, there were explanations about the island and the buffalo, which were very easy to understand.

It suddenly rained heavily in the mangroves, but that became a good memory. On Yubu Island, we had lunch in the botanical garden and had about 30 minutes of free time for sightseeing. The lunch might be divisive in terms of taste, but I thought it was not bad, featuring local cuisine (perhaps because I didn't have high expectations after reading reviews).

On Taketomi Island, I chose the water buffalo cart + bus tour. I also rode a water buffalo cart on Yubu Island, but it had a different charm. We toured around the traditional houses on Taketomi Island for about 15 minutes while receiving explanations about the shisa and the architecture.

I learned a bit about each island, so when I come back to Ishigaki Island, I feel like I’ll be able to plan my own trips to the surrounding islands. My middle school and elementary school children seemed to enjoy the water buffalo cart the most!

初めての石垣島で、効率良く島巡りができるかと思い参加しました。添乗員はいませんが、船、バス、水牛車等、行く先々にスタッフがいるので迷うことはありません。
流れ作業のように感じる部分はありましたが(1箇所をじっくり堪能したい人には向かないかも)、限られた時間をとても効率良く回れると思います。バス移動時や、水牛車では、島の説明や牛の説明等があり、とても分かりやすかったです。
マングローブでは突然大雨になりましたがそれも良い思い出。
由布島では植物園内でお弁当を食べ、残りの時間30分程度の自由観光がありました。お弁当は好き嫌いが別れると思いますが、郷土料理的なおかずで、悪くはないと思います(口コミを見て余り期待していなかったからかもしれませんが)。
竹富島では水牛車+バス観光を選びました。由布島でも水牛車にのりましたが、また違った良さがあります。竹富島の民家の中をシーサーの説明や家の作り等説明をしてもらいながら15分程度回りました。
各島々のことが少し分かったので、また石垣島に来た時には自分達で離島へのプランニングができそうです。
中学生と小学生の子供たちは、何より水牛車が楽しかったようです！

The untouched nature of Iriomote Island was just as I had imagined. I was moved to see that such nature still exists in Japan. Riding the ox cart on Yufu Island and crossing the sea allowed me to feel the leisurely flow of time on a southern island.

I was able to explore various places in the great outdoors. However, since most of the activities were on a cruise or in a bullock cart, I felt a bit unsatisfied. I wished I could have been a bit more active, especially after coming all this way.

I think it's truly unique to the tour experience. Next time, I would like to participate in tours to Kuroshima and Hateruma Island.

The entire itinerary was efficient. It was great to understand the charm of Mishima in a compact way. The water buffalo was cute, and the children were very happy. It was a good experience. Everything was excellent except for the response from the man at the rental bicycle reception.

Regarding the rental bicycles, there were many participants, and I couldn't go to the front due to taking care of the children. Perhaps there was a timing issue with handing out tickets that I missed. When it was my turn, I couldn't present my ticket at their timing, and I was asked for the ticket in a frustrated manner. I was also dazed from the heat, so I didn't feel like arguing, but later I felt anger rising.

If that man, who didn't seem like a local at all, hadn't been there, my overall rating would have been a 5. Because of that man, my overall rating is a 3.

コンパクトに三島の良さがわかったのはよかつた。水牛はかわいかった。子供がとっても喜んでいた。いい体験ができた。

レンタサイクルについて。参加者が多く、子供の世話で前の方にも行けず、その間にチケットを渡すタイミングの話があったのかもしれないが、聞きそびれた。その後、自分の番になって、向こうのタイミングでチケッもが出せなかったからか、イライラした感じで、チケット出してください、と言われた。こっちも暑さで朦朧としてたから、戦う気が起きなかったが、後から怒りが湧いてきた。
全然地元民でもなさそうなあの男がいなければ、全体評価は5。

I participated in a tour because I wanted to ride a water buffalo. In Iriomote Island, I took a mangrove cruise. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo across about 300 meters of sea, enjoyed a lunch bento inside, and appreciated the bougainvillea and butterfly garden. On Taketomi Island, I also rode a water buffalo and was guided slowly and leisurely around the town. The transportation was easy, whether by boat, bus, or water buffalo. During the water buffalo ride, it was nice that the guide sang with a sanshin. This tour, surrounded by subtropical nature, is highly recommended for a full day plan as it allows you to thoroughly enjoy the islands at a relaxed pace.

There were multiple ships to board, and I had a hard time figuring it out, which made me late for the meeting time and caused inconvenience to everyone. The ship was unusually rocky (according to the captain), and I couldn't enjoy the sightseeing due to seasickness. It's a shame. I was hoping to see the Iriomote cat, but unfortunately, I didn't. This was my first trip to Ishigaki Island. The weather was cloudy. The bus was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:25 AM, so it arrived in front of the hotel by 7:20 AM. Unfortunately, other groups arrived around 7:35 AM, causing a delay in our departure.

Once we arrived at the terminal, we divided into groups for explanations. It felt like a small island, Yufu Island, was attached to Iriomote Island. We transferred to a boat immediately after arriving at Iriomote Island for a mangrove cruise, then took a bus to Yufu. Once there, we took a cart ride, followed by lunch (40 minutes) and a short walk (30 minutes). However, during the walk, I found myself rushing back to the meeting point after just going for ice cream!

From Yufu, we took the cart back, then a bus, and immediately transferred to a boat to Taketomi. We only arrived at Iriomote Island by bus.

Upon arriving at Taketomi Island, we quickly went on a glass-bottom boat (30 minutes). Once on land, we took a small bus to the cart boarding area, where our names were called for the cart ride. We took a light tour around Taketomi, and once that was done, we immediately took a small bus to the port and then a boat back to Ishigaki.

This was the general itinerary. It felt like we were constantly changing modes of transportation and just sitting around (laughs). Honestly, I found Taketomi Island quite unsatisfactory, and since there was no free time, I wouldn't recommend the glass-bottom boat and cart ride plan. There simply wasn't enough time for both. I would have preferred a later return boat, but the schedule was fixed.

What I liked: It provided an opportunity to visit places I wouldn't normally go to. I was able to see the mangrove forest.

What I wouldn't recommend: The glass-bottom boat at Taketomi Island. The shallow and deep areas alternated quite a bit, so seeing the fish felt underwhelming, like, "Is that it?" (Since it takes 30 minutes to go out and come back.)

朝7:25にホテル発ということで、バスは7:20にはホテル前に

小さいバスで牛車乗り場へ→名前呼ばれて牛車→竹富を軽く回る
→終わったら即小さいバスで船場へ→船で石垣。

こんな感じの工程です。乗り物をバンバン変えて座っている感じ（笑）
正直、竹富島とか全く物足りなくて、自由時間なかったので、
グラスボードと牛車プランはオススメしないですねー。両方は時間が
なさすぎる。帰りの船がもう少し後のがいいのだけど、時間が決まってました。

良かったところ：個人ではわざわざいかないところに行くきっかけに
なったこと。マングローブ群がみれたこと。

オススメしないこと：竹富島でグラスボード
浅瀬と深いところが結構交互にある感じなので、何度も
深いところと浅瀬を見るので、実際に魚を見た感じが
え？これだけ？って感じだった。（30分で沖まで行って戻ってくるので）

I have traveled with my mother many times, but this was her first visit to Ishigaki Island, so we participated in this tour. It was very helpful because organizing a schedule on our own with ferry transfers and the water buffalo cart has its limits! The transportation was a lot of fun, with ferries and buses on Iriomote Island, and the cruise was just great.

At the end, on Taketomi Island, she was very happy and moved by the beautiful blue sea. Thank you very much!

I thought visiting three islands in one day would be tough, but there was plenty of free time, and I was able to take a lot of photos. The weather on Iriomote Island changed suddenly, and it rained a bit, but that's common here, so I was prepared for it. The guide for the Iriomote tour was very polite and, above all, greeted us with a smile. On Yubu Island, they provided separate guides for the ox cart ride to and from, and on the way back, they entertained us with the sanshin. On Taketomi Island, we explored the island by renting bicycles. There were a few more hills than I expected, which was a bit tiring.

I couldn't find any star sand at Kaiji Beach at all. If you really want to find it, it might take more than a day. The view from Kondoi Beach is absolutely the best.

１日で３島めぐりはキツイかなと思いましたが、自由時間も余裕があり写真もかなり撮ることができました。西表は天気が急転して少し雨になりましたがここではよくあることで想定済みでした。西表ツアーのガイドさんも丁寧で何よりも笑顔で接してくました。由布島の牛車は、行きと帰りのガイドさんを別にしてくれて帰りは三線で楽しませてくれました。竹富島ではレンタサイクルで島を巡りました。想定したよりもちょっとした坂が多く地味に疲れました。
カイジ浜の星の砂は、全く見つかりせんでした。本気で見つけようとしたら１日じゃすまないかもです。コンドイビーチの景色は何よりも最高です。

Although the weather was unfortunately rainy and cloudy, I was glad to have included this tour, as there wouldn't have been much else to do. The mangrove tour involved riding a boat up the Nakama River while listening to our guide's stories, and we returned afterward. The water buffalo cart to Yufu Island was a slow but soothing experience with the hardworking buffalo. There was plenty to do on Yufu Island, including visiting the butterfly garden, so I never felt bored. It was a bit disappointing that the lunchbox was cold; perhaps it was due to the large number of people, but I would have preferred freshly made food. When we arrived at Taketomi Island, it was raining quite a bit, but we bravely cycled in our raincoats. I enjoyed spotting cute birds and eating soba. Everyone on Taketomi Island was very kind.

雨が降ったり止んだりとあいにくの天気でしたが、このツアーを入れてなかったら他にできることもなかったので良かったです。

竹富島に着いた時は雨も結構降っていたのですがレインコートでサイクリングを強行。可愛い鳥を発見したり、そばを食べたりと楽しめました。竹富島の人はみなさん優しかったです。
