At Kabira Bay, I was able to see coral and tropical fish, and the scenery was amazing. The explanations were thorough, making it easy to understand. However, the waves were a bit high, so I couldn't make it to the sea turtle spot, which was disappointing. I would like to try again when the sea is calm.

川平湾の珊瑚や熱帯魚を見る事ができ、また、景色もサイコーでした。説明もしっかりとされるので、わかりやすかったです。ただ、波が少し高かったので、ウミガメスポットまで、行くことが出来なくて、残念でした。海が穏やかときに、再トライしたいです。

Before we even set off, the tropical fish gathered around, making for an exciting departure. The captain's explanations were very easy to understand. Even after disembarking, the captain answered all my questions without a hint of annoyance. He kindly explained things I didn't know, such as, "The fish come to the bottom of the boat to eat the algae that cling to it." I would love to go again.

出発する前から熱帯魚が寄ってきてわくわくしながらの出発になりました。
船長の説明はとても分かりやすかったです。
下船後も船長にいろいろと質問しても、嫌な顔一つされずに答えていただきました。『船底に魚が寄ってくるのは船底に付着している藻を食べるためによって来るんですよ。』というような、知らなかったことを丁寧に教えていただきました。
また、行きたいです。

I understand that the strong winds made it difficult to see the starry sky, but I would have liked to hear more details from the guide about the stars. I felt it wasn't worth the price. However, I'm glad I went!

強風で星空が見えなかったのは理解できますが、星空を案内して頂いた方のトークをもう少し詳しくききたかった。　金額に見合わないと思いました。　ですが行けて良かったです！

If you come to Ishigaki Island, you must ride the glass-bottom boat.

The captain takes you to places where you can see fish. In the end, he took us to a spot where we could see sea turtles.

Due to COVID-19 measures, they have arranged the seating to maintain distance by leaving one seat empty between passengers.

This is definitely something you should experience.

石垣島に来たのなら必ず乗りたかったグラスボート。

船長さんは、魚が見れる場所に連れていってくれます。
最後には海亀が見れるポイントまで連れていってくれました。

コロナ対策で密にならないように席を1つあけて座るようになっています。

これは絶対に乗るべきです。

I participated in the starry sky tour because Ishigaki Island has been designated as a starry sky protection area! I chose this tour because I could cancel until 4 PM if the weather was concerning.

On the day of the tour, there were a few clouds before departure, which made me a bit anxious, but I boarded a large, beautiful cruise ship, enjoyed a drink, and received a thorough explanation of the precautions from the staff, which made me forget my worries as we set sail!

We soon passed under the Southern Gate Bridge, which looked stunning lit up from the sea! As we headed into the darkness, the stars began to appear! Although there were some clouds, I could see many small stars that I couldn't see back home! I was amazed at how many stars there were, feeling like they were closer than ever!

Our guide, Suzuki, used a laser pointer to explain the stars, making it easy to understand and very interesting! After that, there was a sanshin live performance, and while listening to Okinawan folk songs, the pleasant breeze and the starry sky washed my heart clean!

The night view of Ishigaki Island from the sea was also beautiful, and all the stress from the pandemic life just vanished! Nature is wonderful!

I had the impression that larger group tours often treated customers roughly, but here, the kind staff provided careful explanations and implemented solid infection control measures, allowing me to participate with peace of mind. Thank you very much! I will definitely join again when I come back to Ishigaki Island!

石垣島は星空保護区に認定されているということで星空てぃんがーらツアーに参加しました！
天候が気になって16時までならキャンセルもできるということでこちらのツアーにしました！
参加当日は、出航前に少し雲が出ていて少し不安もあるなか、大型の素敵なクルーズ船に乗り込みお酒を頂き席へ、スタッフさんから注意事項の丁寧な説明があり不安も忘れて出航！笑
すぐに昼間通ったサザンゲートブリッジの下をくぐりました、海から見るライトアップしてるサザンゲートブリッジも素敵でした！
いよいよ暗闇へ、向かってくなか星が見えてきました！雲も少しありましたが、地元では見えないような小さな星まで沢山見えました！地元より近くに星が見えて、こんなに星が沢山あるのかと感動しました！
ガイドの鈴木さんがレザーポインターで星の説明をしてくれて分かりやすくて面白かったです！
そのあと三線ライブがあり、沖縄の民謡を聞きながら心地よい風と満天の星空、めちゃくちゃ心洗われました！
海から見る石垣島の夜景も素敵で、自粛生活のストレスが一気に吹き飛びました！
自然て素晴らしい！
大人数のツアーだと雑に扱われるショップさんが多い印象でしたが、こちらは島の優しいスタッフさんの丁寧な説明と、しっかりした感染対策で安心して参加できました。ありがとうございました！
また石垣島に来た際は参加させていただきますね！

I participated in this tour for the first time. I was worried about whether I would be able to see the stars, but I was very satisfied as I was able to see many stars. It was great not only to see the stars but also the staff's easy-to-understand explanations of the stars, their names, and how to find constellations, which were clear enough for elementary school children to understand! Even my child, who wasn't very interested in stars, listened with great curiosity. The live sanshin performance also added a nice Okinawan feel, and I enjoyed it comfortably. Additionally, when a rain cloud briefly passed and it started to rain, the staff quickly distributed raincoats, which was a nice service. Social distancing was also properly maintained, which made me feel safe. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely use this shop. Thank you very much! m(__)m

今回、こちらのツアーに初めて参加しました。
星が見えるか不安でしたが、沢山の星を見ることができ大満足でした。
星を見ることが出来たことも良かったですがスタッフの分かりやすい星の説明や名前、星座の見つけ方など小学生の子供にも分かりやすい解説が良かったです！
あまり星に興味がなかった子供も興味津々で話を聞いていました☆
三線ライブも沖縄感が出て心地よく聞く事が出来ました
又、一瞬雨雲がかかり雨が少し降った際はスタッフの方が素早くレインコートを配ってくださりサービスも良かったです。
ソーシャルディスタンスもきちんと保たれ安心でした。
また機会がある際は、また利用しようと思うショップさんでした。ありがとうございましたm(__)m

I requested to change my reservation to the following day due to not-so-great weather on the day before my participation. They responded very flexibly. Although there were a few clouds on the day itself, I was able to see many fish and turtles by focusing on the key points. However, I was unsure about the availability of parking and ended up getting lost, asking the neighbors for help. If there was no parking available, I would have appreciated guidance to a paid parking option. Overall, I am satisfied.

参加前日に予約も当日あまりお天気が良くなく、予約日を翌日に変更依頼。とても柔軟に対応くださいました。当日は雲も少しありましたが、ポイントをおさえており、たくさんのお魚や亀を見ることができました。
ただ駐車場の有無がわからず当日迷いに迷いご近所さんに聞くことに。ないならないで、有料駐車場の案内が欲しかったかな。
トータルでは満足です。

The weather was bad all day, completely overcast, and we couldn't see any stars at all. However, our guide shared stories about the stars and played the sanshin a bit more than usual, creating a nice atmosphere for the cruise. I thought it would have been amazing if the sky had been filled with stars. We also had a drink included, which made for a pleasant, tipsy mood while enjoying the cruise. The clouds were thin at times, so I had a little hope of seeing some stars, but unfortunately, we couldn't see any until the end.

It was a bit disappointing, but we can't go against the weather.

この日は１日天気が悪く、雲に覆われ星は全く見えずでした。
しかし、ガイドさんが星の話をしてくださったり、三線の生演奏を少し多め？にしてくださったりといい雰囲気でクルージングを楽しみました。
これが満点の星空だったら最高やろうなぁと思いました。
ワンドリンクもついててほろ酔い気分で、クルージングを楽しみました。
雲が薄かったので、星見えるかなと少し期待しましたが最後まで見れず。。

少し残念でしたが、天気には逆らえません。

I participated early in the morning, and the weather was unusually nice for February. Just opening the windows of the glass-bottom boat and enjoying the ride was very pleasant. I was able to see various colorful fish, but I was especially happy to see a sea turtle. When it surfaced, everyone on the boat was excited and cheering! 😊

朝一で参加させていただきましたが、2月では珍しいほどの天候の良さで
グラスボートの窓を開けて乗っているだけでもとても気持ち良かったです。
色とりどりの魚たちも見れましたが、
やはりウミガメを見れたことがとてもうれしく、
水面に顔を出してきたときは船の中みんなで騒いでました(^^♪

The shuttle service picked us up from the hotel and we set off for the port. When we left the hotel, it was cloudy and I was worried about not being able to see the stars, but I thought I would enjoy the night cruise regardless. After waiting at the port for about five minutes, the clouds started to thin out and gradually, the stars became visible.

Upon boarding, we received our favorite drinks, took our seats, and set off! It was a bit chilly since it was February, but a light jacket was sufficient. While listening to a live performance of the sanshin, we first went to see the beautifully lit bridge, which was a great photo spot. As we moved further out to sea, the clouds disappeared, revealing a starry sky that was beyond what we usually see. The guide provided a fun explanation about the constellations. We even saw shooting stars.

Although the wind picked up and clouds quickly returned, I was very satisfied because we got to see some stars. The combination of the live sanshin performance and the starry sky made for a truly memorable cruise. The hour flew by, and I definitely want to go again. Since we were swaying with the waves while looking up, it would be a good idea for those prone to motion sickness to take some medication beforehand.

ホテルまで送迎の方が迎えに来てくれて港へ出発しました。
ホテルから出た時は曇っていて星が見えるか心配でしたが、ダメでもナイトクルージングを楽しもうと思っていました。
着いて5分ほど港で待っていると雲が少なくなってきて徐々に星が見えてきました。
乗船の際に好きなドリンクをもらって席について出発！
2月なので肌寒かったですが、薄手の上着で大丈夫でした。
三線の生演奏を聴きながら、まずは写真スポットの奇麗なライトアップされている橋を見に行きました。
その後沖の方まで進むにつれて雲がなくなり普段見れないぐらいの星空を見れました。
ガイドさんが楽しく星座について解説してくれました。
流れ星も見れました。

風があり、あっという間に雲が出てきてしまいましたが、ちょっとでも見れたからとても満足でした。
三線の生演奏と星空のセットでとても思い出に残るクルージングになりました。
1時間という時間があっという間で、また行きたいと思う内容でした。
波に揺られながら上を見ているので、乗り物酔いする人は酔い止めを飲んでいくと良いですね。

I participated with a friend as a memory of our graduation trip.

When boarding, we each received a drink. I thought there would be a variety of options from alcohol to soft drinks, which there were. However, I was surprised to find that they were served in plastic bottles and cans instead of glasses! I felt it would have been even better if there were warm drinks available.

The stargazing itself was very impressive! At first, I was worried about whether we would be able to see anything from a bright location, but the view from the dark area was overwhelming. The explanations using a penlight were easy to understand, and I really enjoyed the stargazing!

Despite being mid-February, the weather was good, and it was explained that it was lucky to be able to observe so many stars at this time of year, which made for a wonderful memory!

However, it was colder than I expected. The first floor of the boat had no windbreak, and because the boat was moving quickly, we were exposed to the wind the entire time. I recommend stargazing from the second floor!

I was very satisfied with both the performance on the sanshin and the stargazing, so I think it would be an amazing tour if you just prepare for the cold!

If I have the opportunity to go to Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to participate in this tour! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

卒業旅行の思い出にと友人と2人で参加しました。

乗船する際にドリンクを1人1ついただきました。
アルコールからソフトドリンクまでと種類は豊富だと思います。ただ、グラスでいただく物かと思いきや、ペットボトルや缶での配布に驚きました笑
温かい飲み物もあれば、なお良かったと感じました。

星の観測自体は、とてもよく見えました！
最初は明るい場所からだったので見えるのか不安でしたが、暗い場所からの景観は圧倒されました。
ペンライトを使いながらの説明も分かりやすく、星の観測をとても楽しむ事が出来ました！

2月の中頃ながら天気はよく、この時期で星がたくさん観測できるのはラッキーだと説明があり、本当にいい思い出が出来ました！

ただ、予想以上に寒かったです。
船の1階には風避けがなく、船のスピードが速い分、ずっと風にさらされました。
星の観測をするなら2階で観られることをオススメします！

三線での演奏も星の観測もとても満足出来たので、寒さ対策だけすれば本当に最高のツアーになると思いました！

また、石垣島へ行く機会があれば、是非、参加したいと思えるツアーでした！感動をありがとうございました。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time from February 16 (Sunday) to February 19 (Wednesday). To my surprise, it was extremely cold throughout the entire period. Both the sunset cruise and the starry sky viewing cruise were cold and had a lot of clouds, which was very disappointing (tears). There's nothing we can do about the weather, so it can't be helped. I imagine it was difficult for the crew and the sanshin player as well. However, on the way back to the port, we were able to see a few stars through a small break in the clouds, which was a relief. Ishigaki Island is a very beautiful island, so I would like to try again!

2/16(日) 〜 2/19(水)で初めて石垣島を訪問。
同期間すべてがまさかの超寒いという結果に。
サンセットクルーズと本星空鑑賞クルーズ両方とも寒い＆雲が多く、とても残念な結果となりました（涙）
お天気ばかりはどうしようもないので致し方ないですね。
説明クルーの方も三線の方も、やりにくかっただろうなと思います。
ただ、港に帰る途中で、雲のわずかな切れ目から、数個の星が見られたのが救いでした。
石垣島はとても素敵な島でしたので、またリベンジしたいと思います！

During this time, there were talks about the cold north winds and cloudy skies, but fortunately, I was able to see many stars.
The guide's explanations were thorough and good.
However, be careful as looking up too much can really hurt your neck!

Due to the large number of people, it was difficult to secure a place to sit.
Also, depending on where you sit, it might be challenging to view the stars.

After the boat moved a bit, there was an explanation about the stars, and it was easy to understand as the guide pointed them out with a laser pointer.
However, there were times when I couldn't hear everything due to the waves and the sound of the boat.

At one point, there was a live performance of the sanshin, but it was unfortunate that the sound of the boat's engine made it hard to hear the performer's explanations and music (I understand that we had to move due to time constraints, but it was still a bit disappointing).

This time, I was able to see a relatively large number of stars, so overall, I was satisfied.

Additionally, the day before the cruise, I received detailed information about the day's precautions, and the car pick-up service was very attentive, which I appreciated.

２月に参加しました。
この時期は北風も吹いて曇りがちとのお話もありましたが、幸運にも沢山の星をみることができました。
ガイドさんの解説も丁寧で良かったです。
ただし上を見すぎるとかなり首が痛くなるので注意です！

人数が多かったこともあり、座る場所の確保に困りました。
また座る場所によっては星を眺めるのが難しいところもありそうでした。

少し船が進んでから、星の説明があり、レザーポイントで指しながらだったので、分かりやすかったです。
ただ波や船の音で、ところどころ聞こえないこともあった。

途中、三線の生演奏を聴ける時間もありましたが、船のエンジン音で演奏者の解説や音楽が聞こえにくい場面もあったことが残念でした(時間の関係上、移動しないといけないのはやむを得ないと思いますが...)

今回は比較的に星がたくさん見れたので、全体的に満足でした。

また、クルーズ前日に、当日の注意点など細かに教えてもらったり、車の送迎をしていただいたりと、全体的にとても丁寧な対応だったのが良かったです。

The sky was clear, and I could see the stars beautifully. Since we went out to the ocean, the stars were very vivid. I was able to listen to the sanshin and had a wonderful time. The shuttle service to the hotel was also convenient, which was great.

I had never seen the Milky Way, so I signed up, but the city lights were incredibly bright, like in a big city, so I didn't think I would be able to see many stars. Even in complete darkness, it's hard to see, and with the city being this bright, I wondered if it would be visible at all. It was originally cloudy, so I should have canceled.

天の川を見たことなかったので申し込みましたけど街の明かりが都会並みにすごく明るかったので星はそれほど見えるとは思えなかった。真っ暗でもなかなか見えないのにこんなに街が明るくて見えるのか。もともと曇ってて見えなかったのでキャンセルしたらよかった。

The hotel shuttle made it very easy to participate. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we couldn't see the stars, but miraculously, the clouds cleared up during the cruise and we were able to observe the starry sky. The explanations about the stars were also easy to understand thanks to the use of a pointer.

生憎、曇りで星が見えませんでしたがクルーズしている間に奇跡的に雲がなくなり星空観察できました。
星の説明もポインターでしてくれたので分かり易かったです。

The quality of the experience here is largely influenced by the weather. However, the staff are knowledgeable about each spot and will take you to places where you can see fish, coral, and sea turtles. When the wind is strong, it may be difficult to reach the spots further out. Additionally, the timing of the tides can also affect the experience, so if you want to avoid disappointment, it's a good idea to check the weather and tide charts before you go. I wasn't expecting much during a time when the weather changes frequently, but I was taken to a spot for sea turtles and was able to see two of them. The staff also provided various explanations, which was educational.

ここの良し悪しは、やはり天候に左右される部分が大きいかと思われますが、スタッフの方は各スポットを把握しているので、魚や珊瑚や海亀と見所のスポットに船を着けてくれます。風が強い時は流されてしまうので、沖の方のスポットは難しいかもしれません。また潮の満ち引きのどのタイミングかでも変わるので、がっかりしたくなければ、天候や潮見表で時間帯を調べてから行くと良いと思います。天気がコロコロと変わる時期で期待していなかったのですが、沖の方の海亀のスポットまで連れて行ってもらえ、海亀2匹に会えました。その他、色々と説明もしてくれるので勉強になりました。

グラスボートは川平湾の綺麗な魚、珊瑚が見ることができたうえ、ウミガメと出会えて子供達も大喜びでした。

This is actually my second time.
The first time was during a full moon. But I was able to see shooting stars!
This time, it was cloudy.
Although the weather wasn't favorable, the staff were very attentive, and the live performance with the sanshin was moving every time. The atmosphere was great. I would love to participate again without hesitation! Thank you!

2回目の今回は曇り。
天候には恵まれませんでしたが担当の方が丁寧で、三線の弾き語りは毎回感動です。雰囲気があって良かったです。また懲りずに参加したいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

Although it was unfortunately cloudy on the day of the tour, the colors of the sea viewed from the boat were very beautiful! I definitely recommend taking a ride to see the colors of the ocean and the various corals!! It became a very memorable tour!

当日はあいにくの曇天でしたが、ボートで見る海の色がとても綺麗でした！是非、乗って海の中の色や様々なサンゴを見て欲しいです！！とても思い出に残るツアーになりました！

I was surprised by the large colony of geoduck clams.
I had them as sashimi, and they were delicious!
The sight of the sea turtles taking a breath was adorable.
For those who don't dive or snorkel, it's a must. The locals say you can't miss Kabira.

On the day, it was cloudy and there was occasional light rain, so I think it was probably harder to see than on a clear day. There were sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't see them from our seats. It might be better to avoid looking down after eating since the boat sways.

当日は曇りでたまに雨がパラついてたのでたぶん晴天時よりは見えにくかったかなと思います。
ウミガメがいたのですが私と息子の席からは見ることが出来ず残念でした。
ずっと下を向いていて船も揺れるので食後は避けたほうがいいかも。

We were fortunate to have unusually great weather for this time of year, and I was very satisfied to see a variety of colorful tropical fish and a large group of giant clams. The clarity of the ocean is incredible.

晴れていたせいかさすがに透明度が素晴らしく、海中のサンゴや魚が良く見えました。また、戦中でのスタッフの方の説明も分かりやすく良かったです。また、機会があれば乗船したいと思います。

Since it was rainy in January, I chose the glass-bottom boat. I was taken to several spots where there were fish, and I was very satisfied. Due to the rain, it seemed that the turtles were waiting in the shallow waters, and I was able to see them.

I wish we could have stayed a little longer at the turtle spot. I'm not sure why the boat left so quickly.

Anyway, just being able to see the underwater world from the boat was very satisfying! Thank you.

1月で雨だったので、グラスボートを選択しました。何箇所か魚がいるポイントに連れて行って頂き大満足でした。雨の為、亀が浅瀬に待機していたようで見ることが出来ました。
亀がいるポイントに、もう少し長く居たかたったです。直ぐにボートが離れていったのはなぜか理由があるのかは、不明でした。
ともあれ、ボートに乗るだけで海の中が見れるのは
大満足でした！ありがとうございます。

ヴァウチャーを持参して受付に出すだけですが、割引で利用できるので余暇っと思います。オフシーズンでしたので少し景色は普段よく見る写真とは違いましたが、海の中はよく見えました。船長さんも工夫しながら見やすくしてくれましたので楽しめました。

The day after the heavy rain, we were blessed with clear skies at Kabira Bay. We participated in a glass-bottom boat tour at Kabira Bay. In the morning, it was low tide, which allowed us to see the sea floor clearly, including clownfish and blue corals. Near the open sea, we were lucky to spot a sea turtle swimming underwater. However, be careful not to look down too much, as it might make you feel unwell.

前日のザンザン振りの雨模様から一転、川平湾の当日は晴天に恵まれ
川平湾グラスボート遊覧に参加しました。
　午前中は干潮時間帯でしたが、海底までの距離も近い分、ニモ達や青サンゴ
などもクッキリ見ることができました。
　外海近くでは、水中遊泳中のウミガメさんも目撃出来、ラッキーでした。
あまり下ばかり見過ぎると、具合が悪くなる可能性もあるので、要注意です。

I had seen many stars from the top of a mountain, but it was my first time seeing them from over the ocean. From the ocean, there was nothing obstructing the view, and I was able to see so many beautiful stars! They also explained the constellations, and I had a really enjoyable time.

山の上からたくさんの星を観たことはありましたがら海の上から観たのは初めてでした。海の上からだと遮るものもなく、本当にキレイな星がたくさん見ることができました！星座の説明もしていただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
