Southern Okinawa Cultural Bus Tour with Optional Naha Airport Drop-Off

Important activity information

• Children under the age of 3 may take part in the tour for free, as long as they sit on your lap. If open seats are available, they may use those seats freely.
• Participation by junior high school students alone is not allowed.
• For those considering using a wheelchair, it is a condition of participation that you be accompanied by someone who can assist you. *We do not provide wheelchair rentals. When bringing your own, only foldable ones are allowed, and they will be stored lying down in the trunk.
• ※ If two guests aged 0–3 accompany one adult, a ¥2,800 bus fee applies to one. Please book via the options if applicable.
• Pets are not allowed on the bus tour.

• High school students and above are charged as adults, while elementary and junior high school students and children aged 4 and above are charged as children.

• The pick-up locations are "Loisir Hotel Naha", "Okinawa Prefectural Office (Kencho-mae)", and "Nansei Kanko Hotel (Makishi Station Bus Stop)". Please select your desired location from the "Pick-up Location" in the reservation information input screen.

• Please be at your chosen pick-up location 10 minutes before the stated pick-up time.
• Due to traffic conditions, the pick-up times, schedule and drop-off times may be subject to change.
• <Until 9/30> A tour conductor will not be on board, but a bus guide will assist you.
  
  <After 10/1> There will be no bus guide on board, only the driver. *Depending on the season, a bus guide may be on board.
• Due to traffic conditions, the order and time of drop-offs may be subject to change.
• Depending on the number of participants, auxiliary seats may have to be used.
• You may store your suitcase on the bus, however please keep an eye on personal items at all times. Please understand that urgent luggage withdrawal from the storage area cannot be done.
• For those who are going to the LCC terminal at Naha Airport, please make sure you have enough time to transfer from terminal to terminal.
• Entrance fee for Sefa Utaki Sacred Grove, Habu musuem park, meals and drinks are not included in the tour fee.
• The tour assistant tour will only speak Japanese, but will do his/her utmost to make sure non-Japanese speaking guests understand the meeting times.

• You can leave the tour at each stop, but please note that this will be considered as abandoning the tour and we cannot provide refunds or other accommodations.
• Sefa Utaki is revered as a sacred place by the local community. Therefore, there may be times when admission is restricted or entry is prohibited without notice. In such cases, we may guide you to spend 180 minutes at either Cape Chinen or the next itinerary. Please understand this in advance.
• Regarding seating, it is generally open seating, but we may assign seats in advance during busy times. Please note that participants who booked in an odd number may be seated separately.
• We will pass through the boarding and alighting points where no customers are scheduled to get on or off.

• The departure time may be delayed due to road conditions or other unforeseen factors.
• Stops without passengers will be skipped.
• During the bus journey, please follow the schedule and instructions provided by the bus crew and guide.
• Changes to boarding or drop-off locations cannot be made on the day of departure. If you change your boarding location without prior notice, you will not be able to join the tour.
• Please be mindful of theft, loss, forgotten items, or mix-ups with other passengers' belongings at departure, rest stops, sightseeing spots, and arrival points. Loading and unloading luggage by bus staff is a courtesy service, and we cannot take responsibility for its management. Please manage your belongings yourself. In case of damage, loss, or theft, neither our company nor the bus company can be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
• Travel costs may be adjusted in the event of changes to transportation services or fare revisions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Large items such as carry-on bags, wheelchairs, and strollers will be stored in the bus trunk.
• Loading and unloading of luggage during facility visits is not possible. Please ask the staff for assistance when boarding or alighting.

• Multilingual Audio Guidance Introduced!
  A GPS-based system has been implemented, providing automatic audio guidance about sightseeing spots as the bus passes designated points along the route. The guidance is available in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean. In addition, a Japanese guide will be on board to provide explanations, ensuring that not only international visitors but also Japanese guests can enjoy the tour with peace of mind.
• Okinawa World Cultural Kingdom is free to explore at your own pace. Please be mindful of your time management.
• High school students and older are charged the adult rate, while elementary, middle school students, and children aged 4 and above are charged the child rate.
