Important activity information

• If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
• Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Junior high school students and other minors need parental consent to participate.
• Participants must be healthy individuals aged 6 to 65.
• Those with a history of epilepsy or heart disease, and those who are pregnant (including those who might be), cannot participate.
• Those with a history of cardiovascular, respiratory diseases, diabetes, etc., need a consent form from a doctor before participating.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• The scheduled course will proceed even in rainy weather unless sea conditions become unfavorable.
• A cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is due to personal reasons such as lateness or health issues.
• If the area around the Blue Cave is rough, the course will be changed to a nearby alternative point for safety.
• The tour may be canceled at the last minute due to sudden bad weather or poor sea conditions, prioritizing safety.
• A cancellation fee will still apply for cancellations due to course changes.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to natural disasters like typhoons affecting flights or worsening sea conditions.
• For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket is mandatory during snorkeling.
• Free facilities available (parking lot, simple showers, and changing rooms).
• Guest-to-staff ratio: 1 staff member for every 8 guests
• Photos taken during the tour will be provided as data.
• The staff might respond in broken English.
