Please attach a dedicated tag to your luggage. Tags are available at the hotel, but even hotels without tags can accommodate this service.

You can pick up your luggage at the "Before U Go" counter at Naha Airport between 3:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on the same day. Please present the transaction number provided in the email from "Airporter" at that time.

- We cannot accept accommodations that do not have staff at the front desk, such as vacation rentals or BnBs, or accommodations that do not have luggage storage services.
- Weight limit: Each piece of luggage must not exceed 30kg.
- Content limit: Items with a value of no more than 100,000JPY.
- We offer delivery services for luggage (checked or carry-on size), cardboard boxes, purses, and snowboards.
