Check-in & Changing
After check-in and changing, transfer to the SUP point by car 2–10 min depending on conditions.
*Free parking is available at the shop. Pickup in Chatan is also provided.

Briefing & Land Lesson
Upon arrival, the instructor will give a safety briefing and explain how to use the board and paddle, as well as tips to avoid danger.
You’ll also practice balancing on land before entering the water.
SUP Experience on the Water
Start by sitting on the board to get used to paddling.
Once comfortable, try standing up and enjoy cruising!
The instructor will be nearby at all times and tailor the session to your level and the sea conditions.
Photo Time
Photos may be taken with a waterproof camera if timing allows.
Photo data will be provided free of charge.
Course Ends
Hot showers and changing rooms are available after the session.

- Those who are pregnant, under medical restrictions, or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to join this course.
If you have any health concerns, please feel free to consult with us in advance. - Participants must be between 5 and 59 years old.
Additional notes
- We are unable to compensate for travel expenses if the tour is canceled after your arrival due to weather or other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- Changing rooms are available at the shop, but we recommend wearing your swimsuit in advance for a smoother check-in.
- SUP participants are required to wear a life jacket or wetsuit with buoyancy, so even those who cannot swim can join safely.
- The guide will assist using a translation app.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
