Important activity information

• Infants aged 0–2 may ride the bus free of charge if seated on an adult’s lap and not occupying a seat. If a separate seat is required, please purchase a child ticket.
• Children aged 6 and above are charged the same rate as adults.
• This tour is primarily conducted in Chinese.

• Prohibited Items at the Venue
  Reclining chairs, tents, parasols, large picnic sheets, tables, chairs, pets, bicycles/skateboards, bottles and cans, generators, lighting equipment, fireworks, items prohibited by law, and any objects that may obstruct others’ view.
• Bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is prohibited. Please use the food stalls inside the venue. Food and drinks purchased at the venue may be brought into the beach area. For safety reasons, items served with bamboo skewers are not allowed in the beach area.

• No refunds will be issued in cases of late arrival or no-shows (cancellations without notice).
• Please note that the return time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions.
• This tour does not provide a separate notice for the meeting time and location. Please arrive at 16:00 at Prefectural Office (Kencho-mae) on the day of the tour.
  Look for a guide holding an Easygo flag or wearing an Easygo vest, check in with them, and present your reservation name or reservation number.
  If you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
• If urgent contact is required on the day of the tour (such as late arrival or failure to board the bus at the meeting time), our customer service staff will contact the phone number registered at the time of booking. Please ensure that you can be reached.
  If we are unable to reach you and it affects the tour operation, your reservation will be considered automatically canceled and no refund will be provided.
• This tour includes a general admission ticket to the Ryukyu Kaiensai Festival, allowing free access to the beach area or grass area.
  Children aged 0–5 do not require an admission ticket but must be accompanied by an adult.
• You may be asked to present your passport for age verification upon entry.
• Strollers are not allowed in the paid viewing area. Please leave them on the bus or at the entrance of the Kaiensai venue.
• When using umbrellas, please follow the on-site announcements and staff instructions to ensure they do not obstruct others’ views or get blown away by the wind.
• Photography using tripods is prohibited.
• If you disturb others’ viewing or fail to follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue and no refund will be provided.
• The event will be held rain or shine. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to severe weather or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Please note that we cannot provide compensation for any additional travel expenses incurred due to the cancellation or postponement of the Kaiensai event.
• No refunds will be issued for early departure or cancellation during the event. Refunds are also not available if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, such as flight cancellations.
• Our company and the event venue are not responsible for any losses due to theft, accidents, disputes, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue.
• Kaiensai admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or damage. Resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited.
• The operation of drones or aerial filming drones is strictly prohibited at the venue and surrounding areas. Violators will be reported to the police.
• Bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.
