I was starting to feel like I wouldn't be able to see any whales today... just as I was giving up, two dolphins appeared! Even just seeing the dolphins was great. But the moment I accepted that I wouldn't see any whales, a whale appeared right in front of us! The kids on the boat were so excited!! It was truly a happy and wonderful experience!

なかなかクジラに会えず、今日は見れない日なのかな…と、諦めモードになった時に2匹のイルカが！そしてイルカを見れただけでもいいよね。とクジラを諦めた瞬間にすぐ目の前に現れたのがクジラでした！一緒に船に乗っていた子供達と大興奮！！本当に嬉しい幸せな体験でした〜！

It was rainy from the morning of the day. Once we boarded and headed offshore, we were lucky to encounter a mother and calf whale early on! We couldn't see any jumps, but that's just how whales are. For safety, we had to sit on the floor outside the boat, which left our feet soaked, so I recommend wearing a longer poncho. Since you'll be returning with your makeup smudged and wet clothes, I suggest opting for a hotel pickup!

当日は朝から雨模様。乗船し沖合に出ると早い時間に母子のクジラに遭遇！ラッキー。ジャンプなどは見ることはできませんでしたが、クジラの気分次第なので致し方ありません。船外では安全のため体育座りで見学するため、足がずぶ濡れになってしまうので、長めのポンチョの着用をお勧めします。お化粧崩れ＆濡れた衣服を着たまま帰えるので、ホテル送迎付きはお勧め！

As an international tourist, the waiting area was quite crowded. There were three boats departing, so there were a considerable number of participants.

In that situation, the staff did not proactively offer assistance, so if you don't actively ask questions or take initiative, you will likely be left behind.

The departure was almost on time, and when the whales started to appear, we were guided to the second floor, which was said to have a better view. However, there were too many participants, and not everyone could go up to the second floor. The staff mentioned that they would later switch people between the first and second floors so that those on the first floor could also see from the second floor, so I trusted that and waited on the first floor.

However, the staff seemed preoccupied with taking photos for their own advertising during our time at sea, and there was hardly any explanation. The promised switch between the first and second floors never happened. Even when we could see the whales, I believe the staff's attitude and words were misleading, and I don't think they will be trusted in the future.

海外からの観光客で、待合所の中はごった返していました。船が３隻出ていたので、かなりの数の参加者でした。
そんな中、スタッフは、いちいち親切に声をかけてはくれませんので、自分で積極的に聞いたり動かないと、おそらく置いてけぼりをくらいます。
ほぼ時間通りに出航し、鯨が見え始めると、スタッフからよく見えると言う2階に案内されますが、参加人数が多過ぎて、全員は2階に上がれませんでした。
ただスタッフが、あとで1階と2階にいる人を入れ替えて、1階にいる人も2階で見えるようにしますとおっしゃっていたので、その言葉を信じて、1階でずっと待機していました。
しかし、スタッフは、自社の広告に使うためか、海上での滞在中ずっと写真撮影に夢中で、説明は殆どないし、肝心の1階と2階の入れ替えはないまま終了しました。
鯨が見えても、スタッフの態度や言葉に偽りありでは、今後信用されないと思います。

I participated on February 10. About 30 minutes after departure, we spotted a pair of two whales. Their large tails were impressive. I wanted to see them up close, but I heard there’s an agreement that prevents us from getting too close. It seems that unless the whales approach us on their own, we won't see the kind of scenes you find on video sites. We slowly followed the whales we found. Other boats kept gathering around, and there were about 7 to 8 boats nearby. The size of the boats is as shown on the site. We participated as a group of four, and since reviews mentioned that it's good to take motion sickness medication, we all took some beforehand. Everyone was fine and actually enjoyed the rocking. I guess those who get seasick struggle with the side-to-side motion when facing sideways to the waves. No matter which tourist spot you go to, there are always many visitors from neighboring countries, and this whale watching was no exception, with a lively atmosphere. On the contrary, when a whale was spotted, everyone made a big fuss to let us know, which I thought was convenient. Haha. Since it's close to Naha Airport, I think it's convenient for those arriving in the afternoon.

2月10日に参加しました。出港して30分くらいで2頭のペアのくじらが見つかりました。大きな尾びれは迫力がありました。もっと近くで見たいけど、こちらからは近づけない協定？があるとのことです。勝手に近づいてきたくじらでないと、動画サイトのような光景はないようです。見つけたくじらにゆっくりついていく感じです。ほかの船もどんどん集まってきて周りには7～8くらいの船がいました。船の大きさはサイトで見るとおりです。4人で参加しましたが口コミに酔い止めは必ず飲んでおくとよいとあったので全員で酔い止め飲んでおきました。みんな酔いませんでした。むしろ揺れを楽しんでいました。酔う人は波に対して横向きになったときの横揺れで参ってしまうのでしょうか。どこの観光地に行ってもお隣の国の方がたくさんいますが、このホエールウォッチングもまさにそれで、キャーキャーと賑やかな感じでした。逆にくじらが見つかると大騒ぎして教えてくれるので、便利だなぁと思いましたけど。笑
那覇空港から近いので到着午後の方は便利だと思います。

I participated because I wanted to have memorable experiences in Okinawa for the first time. I couldn't quite imagine what a sea walker would be like, but it was so much fun walking on the ocean floor like I was floating in space, feeding the fish, and holding sea cucumbers and starfish! I might want to try diving next time? I also thought it would have been nice to have a photo service underwater.

During whale watching, we couldn't get too close, but the boat was maneuvered so we could see them, and when we spotted the spouts and tails, it was truly moving!

I’m thinking I want to go again!

初めての沖縄で思い出になる体験をしたくて参加しました。シーウォーカーってちょっとイメージできなかったんですが、宇宙遊泳感覚で海の底を歩いてお魚に餌をやったり、なまこやヒトデを持たしてもらったり、とても楽しかったです！今度はダイビングに挑戦したいかも？水中での写真サービスがあれば嬉しかったなと思いました。
ホエールウォッチングでは近くで見ることはできなかったのですが、見えるように船を走らせてくれ、潮吹きや尾びれが見えた時は本当に感動でした！
また行きたいな！と思っています。

It was such a lucky day that it felt almost unreal. It started with the blowholes, and we were thrilled to see whales all the way to the real thing. The staff were incredibly kind, even bringing out a model of a whale to explain things to us. The shuttle service was included, and it was a great deal to have tickets to the Churaumi Aquarium as well. Definitely make sure to enjoy the good stops along the way.

見えに見えたほどラッキーな日でした。潮吹きから始まり、ほんそばまで鯨が来てくれて興奮しどうしでした。
スタッフの人達は本当に親切で、くじらの模型まで持ってきてくださり説明してくれました。
送迎もついて、しかも美ら海水族館のチケットもついてるなんてお値打ちでした。
よい止めは絶対のんでおくといいです。

It was a day with high waves, so I was worried, but we were able to encounter a whale with a great spirit and see it multiple times, which made all the participants very happy! Thanks to the staff who worked hard to find it. Thank you very much.

波の高い日だったので心配でしたが、サービス精神旺盛の鯨に出会えて何度も姿を見ることができ、参加者皆大喜びでした！スタッフの方が一生懸命探してくださったおかけです。ありがとうございました。

I participated in a whale watching tour departing from Naha on January 21 in the afternoon. After setting sail, we couldn't find any whales for about an hour and a half. I was starting to give up hope that we wouldn't see any today, but then the boat increased its speed, and when I looked at the sea, I finally saw a whale spouting water and slapping its tail. It was quite far away, so we only saw it three or four times, which was a bit disappointing. Just as the boat started heading back to the port, we saw spouts of water next to the boat, a dorsal fin, and the tail rising high. Everyone was excited, and it was a great experience. I gave it four stars this time, hoping to see a whale jump next time. Overall, it was good.

なかな鯨にあえません1時間30分くらい鯨探し
今日はもうでないのかなと諦めかけていましたら船が速度をあげふと海を見ると鯨が塩を噴いてその後尾をたたく動作ついに見れました
ただ遠かったので3回から4回みれたのですが値と残念気持ちで船は
港に向かい始めた瞬間船の横で塩が上がり背ビレが見え尾が高上がり
みんなの喚起とても良い経験ができました
今回星4つは今度鯨のジャンプを期待してで
よかったです

This time, we participated from Chatan on New Year's Eve.

The staff were very patient in searching for us. However, the whales did not appear. The sea was rough, and there was quite a bit of swaying.

We participated as a couple, and since we were used to being on a boat for long hours, we were fine, but many families joined due to the year-end, and the children seemed to be struggling quite a bit. It was sad to see.

At some point, it felt less about the whales and more about wanting to go home quickly. However, it took quite a while to return from Chatan, and it took nearly two hours.

If you are prone to seasickness, it might be better to depart from Naha? I think it would be good to ask the tour operator by phone before deciding on the departure point.

I asked a local, and they said that the end of the year and New Year’s is still a bit early. They suggested that early February to mid-March is a better time, so definitely consider going then!

We also received tickets to participate again for free. Thank you very much. This is just luck, isn't it?

今回は北谷から大晦日に参加しました。

スタッフの方はとても根気よく探してくださいましたよ。
でもクジラは現れず。海も荒れていてかなりの揺れでした。

私達は夫婦で参加、船で長時間揺れるのは慣れていましたので大丈夫でしたが、年末ということで家族での参加が多くお子さん達はかなり辛そうでした。見ていて可愛そうでしたね。

途中からはもうクジラどころではなく早く帰りたいムードでした。
ですが、北谷からだとかなり時間がかかり帰りも2時間近く掛ったかな。

船酔いしそうな方は那覇からの方が良いかも？
電話でツアーの方に聞いてから出発地を決めてもいいと思います。

地元の方に聞きました。年末年始はまだ時期が早いそうです。
2月上旬～3月中旬くらいが良いそうですのでその頃に是非！

私達ももう一度無料で参加できるチケットをいただきました。

It was the first day of the season, and I wasn't expecting much since the peak viewing times are in February and March. I thought I might see them far away and small, but to my surprise, a pair of whales put on quite a show right up close several times! It became a lifelong memory! I want to participate again!

解禁初日であり、見られるピークは2月&3月とのことで、期待はしておらず、見られても遠くに小さくかな～と思っていたのですが、なんとなんと。ペアのクジラさんが、近くで何度も暴れてくれました！！一生の思い出になりました！！また参加したいです！

Perhaps because it was during the New Year's holiday period, we formed a line before boarding the boat. It was about a 30-minute wait? Without any explanation, everyone was uncertain and murmured, "I wonder if we should line up here."

Before boarding, the voice of the man giving the explanation was quite soft, leaving us a bit anxious about whether he was saying anything important. We did see whales, but there was no explanation about them; it just felt like we "saw" them. Since we were fortunate enough to see them, I wished there had been some commentary about their ecology and differences by season. If there had been, we could have enjoyed the time even when the whales dove and were out of sight for a while...

お正月休み期間中ということもあってか、船に乗る前に
列を作り並びました。30分くらい？説明もなく、みんなが並んでいるので「ここに並ぶのかな」と皆が不安げに口々に言っていました。
乗船前には、説明してくれる男性の声も小さく、大事なことを言っているのかいないのか、少し不安でした。
クジラは見えましたが、クジラについての説明もなくただ「見た」という感じ。生態や、時期での違いなど、せっかく見ているので解説が欲しかったです。そうすれば、クジラがもぐってしまってしばらく出てこない時間も楽しめたのに・・・。

I participated in the course that started at 1 PM on January 4th. The boat rocked quite a bit, but we arrived at the whale point in about 30 to 40 minutes, and I was so excited to see the whales that I didn't have time to feel sick. The couple of whales jumped and played around, providing a great spectacle. The staff was very kind and gave clear explanations, so I had a really enjoyable time.

1／4午後1時からのコースに参加しました。
船はかなり揺れましたが、クジラポイントに着くまで30〜40分くらいで着き、クジラを見たら興奮して気持ち悪いと感じる暇がなかったです。
カップルのクジラが飛んだり跳ねたり、色々な動きをしてくれて、見応えがありました。
スタッフの方もとても親切でわかりやすい説明があったので、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。

I participated on January 3rd. I was very satisfied to see the whale up close. They searched until the last minute, and thanks to that, I was able to see it so close that I got splashed by the blow.

正月３日に参加しました。
クジラが間近で見れとても満足しました。
時間ギリギリまで探してくれて、お陰様でブローのしぶきがかかるほど近くでみれました。

I had a hard time encountering whales and was on my way home thinking today was a bust, when I received information that there were whales near the port. I was about to give up, but in the end, I was able to meet them. It was moving!

なかなかクジラに遭遇できず、今日はダメでしたということで帰路についていたところ、港の近くにクジラがいるとの情報。諦めかけていましたが、最後の最後に出会えました。感動しました！

I was grateful for the shuttle service and that solo participation was allowed. Since the season is still early and I had already had a good experience before, I came with a mindset that it would be lucky if we got to see anything. The winter sea is definitely rough, so I prepared with motion sickness medication and a raincoat. Many people got very seasick and it was unfortunate to see them vomiting. The staff responded quickly to help them. I managed to cope with the swaying by using my own method of dealing with seasickness, so I was fine. The whales didn't appear at first, but I thought it was nice to see the rainbows that appeared every time the spray shot up. Just when I thought that, we spotted a whale right before returning to port! The boat happened to be in the best position, and we got to see the beautiful back and tail fin as it surfaced! It was moving. Since I had a schedule that required me to head directly to the airport, I asked if I could leave my luggage in the car, and they kindly stopped by a station on the way. Thank you for a wonderful time.

送迎があり一人参加OKで助かりました。まだシーズンは早いですし、一度充分会えたことがありましたので、出てきてくれたらラッキーくらいの気持ちで参りました。冬の海は絶対荒れるので酔い止めと合羽の完全防備で臨みました。皆さん、ひどく酔って吐いて気の毒でした。スタッフのかたが迅速に対応して下さっていました。私は揺れに下半身だけで対応するという自己流の船酔い対策姿勢をとっていたので平気でした。クジラさんは現れず、飛沫が激しく上がるたびに現れる虹を眺めて、虹が何回も見れただけで良かったと思おうとしたら、帰港直前で発見！船がたまたまベストポジションとなり、浮上した背中と潜水の美しい尾ビレが見れました！感動しました。直接、空港に向かわないといけなスケジュールでしたので、荷物を車に預かっていただき、無理を言って通りがかりの駅に寄っていただきました。素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

I went whale watching on the morning of December 23, but we couldn't confirm any sightings and had to turn back. It was disappointing. I heard that the best chances are from February to March, so I would like to go if I have the opportunity.

12月23日午前中のホエールウォッチングでしたが確認できず引き返しました。
残念でした。一番確立が高いのは2月～3月と聞きましたんでチャンスがあれば
行きたいと思います。

When I asked the staff at the reception on the day of the event if there had been any sightings yesterday, they replied that since it was already late in the season, they hadn't seen anything. So, I wasn't expecting much. However, once the boat set sail, the boarding staff mentioned that they had a good chance of spotting something based on the morning trip. My hopes began to rise. But the boat was rocking a lot! After about 1 hour and 10 minutes, we finally arrived at the spot. At first, there was a long silence, but then someone shouted with excitement, and when I looked in that direction, there they were—whales spouting water! They showed themselves a few more times after that. The staff said there were two of them, but did they all look the same to me? While we were stopped at the point searching, I went up on deck, but the side-to-side rocking was intense, and my back started to hurt, which was a bit tough. But it was a great experience. I was also very satisfied with the parasailing I did in the morning, as I was able to soar quite high.

当日受付のスタッフさんに、昨日は出ましたか？と聞いたら、すでにシーズン終盤で北上してしまったのか、見られなかったとの答えだったので、あまり期待していませんでした。でも船が出港して、乗船スタッフの人から、午前中の便であたりをつけてあるので、見られるチャンスはあるとのこと。期待が高まりました。しかし、揺れる揺れる！およそ1時間10分。ついにポイントに到着したら、最初は長く沈黙が続いていたのですが、誰かが歓声を上げたので、その方向を見てみると、いましたいました。潮吹くクジラ。その後も何度か水面に姿を見せてくれました。スタッフさんは２頭いるといっていましたが、どれも同じように見えたのは自分だけ？ポイントで止まって探しているうちは甲板に上がってみていたのですが、横揺れがひどく、腰が痛くなり、ちょっと辛かったなぁ。でもいい体験でした。午前中に体験したパラセーリングもかなり高く舞い上がれたので、とっても満足でした。

I signed up for the tour because it promised a full refund guarantee if whales were not sighted, but the tour representative told me it was not within the refund guarantee period. In reality, I didn't see any whales and received no refund, which feels like being deceived.

クジラが見えない場合は、全額返金保証ありとあって申込みしたのにツアー担当者より返金保証期間ではないとのことでした。実際、クジラは見えず返金もなく騙され感じです。

I attended with my wife. She was worried about seasickness, but there were no particular issues. We were able to see whales multiple times, and we are satisfied. Next time, we are talking about possibly going diving.

妻と参加しました。妻は、船酔いに不安を感じていましたが、特に、問題はありませんでした。クジラも、何度も見ることができ、満足しています。今度は、ダイビングでも、などと話しています。

The whales were amazing! I was able to see them up close for a longer time than I expected, which was really great! But this is all about luck, right...?

Also, it felt a bit sad in the second half when we ended up chasing the whales with 4 to 5 other tour boats for almost an hour. My middle school daughter felt the same way.

Aside from luck, it seemed that due to the size of the boat or the weather, there was a lot of rocking, and a few people got seasick, which looked tough. It brought down the mood for those of us watching as well.

Additionally, there were more people than expected for the size of the boat, and some pushy individuals claimed the best spots from the beginning to the end, while my family, being more reserved, could only see over the shoulders of those in front of us. I wish there had been a system for taking turns or that the staff had paid more attention to this.

クジラは最高でした！
思っていたより近くで長い時間見ることができてとてもよかったです！
でもこれは運ですよね・・・。
また、他のツアーの船と4～5隻で1時間近くクジラを追い回すような形になって、後半はクジラがかわいそうな気持ちになりました。（中学生の娘も同様の気持ちだったそうです。）

運以外の点では、船のサイズのせいか天候のせいか、揺れがひどくて船酔いでダウンした方が数名いて大変そうでしたし、見ているこちらまでテンションが下がりました。
また、船のサイズのわりに人数が多くて「我先に！」っていう図々しい人たちが、見やすい場所を最初から最後まで陣取ってしまって・・・、
遠慮し～なうちの家族は、前の人たちの肩越しにしか見られませんでした。
順番で交代とか、スタッフの方に注意してほしかったです。

I'm glad the weather improved, but for someone like me who isn't used to being on a boat, the waves seemed quite high. However, despite the height of the waves, the rocking was minimal and it felt safe. The staff took great care of those who were prone to seasickness.

As for the main event, the whale watching, they seemed quite skilled at it and accurately located and communicated the position of the whales.

天気が回復して良かったけれど
船に乗り慣れていない私には波が高かった様に
思われましたが、波の高さの割には揺れも少なく
安全でした。
スタッフが良く船酔いの方の面倒見良く介抱しておられました。

本題のクジラのウオッチングにも長けていられる様で
クジラの位置を的確に捉え伝えてくれました。

I saw a jumping whale.
It seems that the bonus lens isn't necessary.
The meeting place was hard to find.
I would have appreciated it if a clear map had been attached to the email.
I was grateful that we were able to exchange for a spot that everyone could see easily.

飛んだクジラを見ました。
特典の望遠レンズ？は無くても良さそうです。
集合場所が分かりづらいです。
メールに分かりやすい地図を添付して欲しかったです。
全員に見れるように、見やすい場所の交換をしてもらえたのはありがたかったです。

I participated with a friend this time, and I was very satisfied to see whales!

First, the boat heads out to sea for about 30 minutes, and we wait for the whales to appear. Once we spot them, the boat's engine starts, and we move quickly.

During the watching session I attended, we saw whales three times!! The staff were quite friendly, and they quickly informed us of the whales' locations when they appeared.

However, one point to note is that depending on the day, the boat can be quite rocky. Many people got seasick this time. I think it's best to ensure you're in good health before participating. (They provide sick bags.)

As long as you don't get seasick, the boat goes pretty fast, making for a pleasant cruising experience with the wind.

They picked us up at our hotel in the city, so the access was excellent. They also provided transportation back to the hotel. Thank you very much!

今回友達と二人での参加、鯨を見ることができて大満足でした！

まず30分ほど沖に向かって船が走りそこで鯨が現れるのを待ちます、
姿が確認できたら船のエンジンがかかり素早く移動。

私が参加したウォッチングでは３回鯨が現れてくれました！！
スタッフの方々は、かなりフランクな感じで、鯨が現れると素早く位置を知らせて貰えます。

ただ、注意点としては日にもよるのかもしれないのですが、
船はかなり揺れます、今回は多くの方が酔ってダウンしていました。
参加する前は体調を必ず万全にして臨んだ方が良いと思います。
（エチケット袋は用意されています。）
酔いさえしなければ結構スピードを出すので風の気持ちいいクルージングです。

市内のホテルにてピックアップしていただいたのでアクセスも最高でした。
帰りも乗ったホテルまで送迎していただきました。

I participated with a group of four girls. I had heard that large cruise ships are less likely to cause seasickness, but two out of the four of us ended up feeling sick and wanted to return to land. Hearing that they were throwing up made me a little happy and boosted my spirits! I was glad to see a new side of my friends!

The whales were cute.

大型客船なので酔いにくいと聞いていましたが、４人中２人は酔ってしまい、陸に帰りたがっていました。吐いていると聞いてちょっと嬉しくなってしまい、テンションが上がりました！

I was moved! It was a different kind of real experience compared to an aquarium! The weather was also favorable, and there was hardly any rocking of the boat!

I participated in a tour departing from Naha on the morning of February 13. The weather was nice, but the sea was indeed cold. Warm clothing is a must.

At first, I only saw the spray and the tail fin breaking the surface, so I thought that was all there was to it. However, we later encountered a smaller whale that seemed to be in its adolescence. It jumped several times, which was very exciting.

The observation lasted about an hour. As we returned to port, the waves were high and the boat was rocking. I took motion sickness medication beforehand, but I still felt nauseous. There were people lying down inside the boat, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious about their condition.

But seeing the whale up close was absolutely amazing.

2/13午前那覇発のツアーに参加しました。
天気は良かったのですが、さすがに海は寒かったです。防寒対策は必須ですね。
最初潮の吹き上げや尾びれを海面上に持ち上げる仕草しか見られなかっただけので、こんなものかと思っていたのですが、その後ちょうど思春期位だろうという小さめのクジラに遭遇。
何度もジャンプしてくれて大盛り上がりでした。
観察は約１時間で終了。
帰港となったのですが、やっぱり波は高いし揺れて、酔い止めを飲んで行ったのですが気持ち悪くなってしまいました。
船内ですっかり横になっている人もいたので、船酔いする人は体調に注意です。
でも近くでみるクジラは最高でした。
