Okinawa Main Island
Since I went to Okinawa, I wanted to have an experience that was unique to Okinawa, so I signed up for Shuri weaving. The staff were very polite and provided excellent guidance, allowing me to complete my project successfully.
At first, I was a bit clumsy and had to use my voice to keep the rhythm, which confused me, but I quickly got the hang of it.
The finished piece can be taken home as is, so I've been using it since I got back home. I would love to do it again.
沖縄に行ったからには、何か沖縄らしい体験をしたいと思い、首里織を申し込みました。スタッフの方が、とても丁寧に、指導して下さり、ちゃんと完成することが出来ました。
初めはたどだどしく、声でリズムを取らないと頭が混乱しましたが、すぐに慣れました。
できた作品はそのままお持ち帰りできるので、さっそく家に帰ってから使っています。
またやりたいです。

This was my first time snorkeling; got to see a whale shark (jinbei) and made it back alive because Tom’s instructions were clear and helpful. Tom is also an avid sea life photographer; his photos are better than anything I could have taken.
This was my first time using the service. I was able to get explanations about the stars, and I was very satisfied with the many wonderful photos taken. I would like to request it again when I come back!
