There was a long line even to enter, and the inside was quite crowded. Since time was limited, I just took a quick look around and that was it. It's located away from the city center, and while you can get there by bus, I only recommend it to those who can plan their schedule with some flexibility. This was my third time in Okinawa, and I thought about visiting the famous Churaumi Aquarium at least once, but now I'm feeling like once more would be enough.

入場までも並び、館内もかなりの混雑。
時間が限られていたこともあり、ざーっと見ただけで終わってしまいました。
中心部から離れており、バスでは行けますが、余裕を持ったスケジュールが組める人にのみお勧めします。
沖縄は3回目で、一度くらい、かの有名な美ら海水族館へと思いましたが、もう一度でいいかなと言う感じです。

I was very healed by the scent of the moon peach and the enjoyable conversation with the instructor! It was truly a happy time! Since I participated alone, I was really hesitant about signing up, but I'm glad I experienced it.

It's close to the airport, making it a convenient stop on the way back. Since there's an Aeon store attached, you can also buy souvenirs. It's indoors, so we were able to enjoy it even on rainy days.

空港から近く、帰りに寄れる場所です。
イオンが併設しているので、お土産も買えます。
屋内なので雨の日でも楽しめました。

Since it was forecasted to rain, the day trip tour by bus was excellent. I was able to visit various places and I am very satisfied! The time management was also good, and I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

I participated with my sibling in our 20s. When you think of Okinawa, you imagine the beach, but we discovered a different side of Okinawa. Paddling the kayak was more challenging than I expected, but it became a great experience.

20代の兄妹2人で参加しました。沖縄と言えばビーチを想像しますが、また違った沖縄を発見出来ました。カヤックを漕ぐのは思った以上に大変でしたが、とてもいい経験になりました。

I learned about the bald cypress from the instructor. They also shared interesting facts about the banyan tree and mangroves. If you're curious, be sure to ask about it when you're there!

インストラクターさんにはげの木を教えてもらいました。他にもガジュマルやマングローブなどの豆知識を教えてもらいました。気になる人現地で聞いてみてください！

We requested transportation for a total of five people, including my in-laws and our family, for both the outbound and return trips. Since we were traveling with a 0-year-old baby, we also requested a child seat. The child seat was the Smart Angel brand, which is an original brand from Nishimatsuya.

I wasn't quite sure how to adjust the seatbelt, but when I asked the driver, he was able to help me with the adjustments. The reclining feature isn't very effective, and the support cushion isn't very sturdy, so it might not be suitable for babies who can't sit up yet. If you're traveling with a baby who hasn't developed good head and back control, you should be cautious.

I brought a belt cover because I was concerned that the shoulder strap might be uncomfortable for the baby. The child seat was installed in the third row, but since it was an Alphard, there was plenty of space in the third row, which was great.

義両親と自分たち家族の計5人の旅行で、行き帰り両方お願いしました。
0歳の赤ちゃん連れだったので、チャイルドシートもつけていただきました。
チャイルドシートは西松屋オリジナルブランドのSmart Angelのものです。
ベルトの調整の仕方がいまいちわからなかったので、運転手さんに聞いたら調整していただけました(^^)
リクライニングはあまりできないのと、サポートクッションがそこまでがっしりしていないので、腰が座っていない赤ちゃんには向いていないものかもしれません。腰座り前の赤ちゃん連れの場合は要注意です。
肩ベルトは舐めそうだったので、ベルトカバーを持参して着けさせていただきました。
チャイルドシートは3列目に設置してあるのですが、アルファードなので3列目もしっかり余裕があって良かったです。

I used a private taxi for 8 hours during a trip with a female friend.

Our driver was a Russian woman, and she was incredibly kind and polite in her Japanese service. I felt completely at ease from start to finish, with no worries at all. The conversations in the car were also a lot of fun!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning, but she had researched "recommended spots for rainy days" in advance, which really touched my heart. At the Kouri Island Bridge, she drove slowly while assessing the congestion, allowing us to take beautiful commemorative photos and videos, always matching our pace.

When we arrived at Heart Rock, she held an umbrella for us, was considerate of our footing, and even took photos for us. It was truly exceptional service.

Additionally, when I suddenly needed to use the restroom on the highway, she didn't show any annoyance and went out of her way to exit the highway and stop at a nearby convenience store, which was a real lifesaver. The taxi we rode in had Hello Kitty printed on the door, and since my friend loves Hello Kitty, she noticed and even took a commemorative photo with us, which made my friend very happy.

Thanks to our driver, despite the rainy weather, we created the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. I'm really glad we chose Okinawa Koto Transportation. When I come back to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request the same driver again. Thank you so much!

友人との女性2人旅で、8時間の貸切タクシーを利用させていただきました。

​担当してくださったのはロシア人の女性ドライバーさんでしたが、日本語での接客も非常に親切・丁寧で、最初から最後まで何の不安もなく安心して過ごせました。車内での会話もとても楽しかったです！

​当日の午前中はあいにくの大雨だったのですが、なんと事前に「雨の日におすすめのスポット」を調べておいてくださり、そのお心遣いに感動しました。古宇利島大橋では混雑状況を見極めながら、記念写真や動画が綺麗に撮れるようにゆっくり走行してくださるなど、終始こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださいました。

ハートロックに到着した際も、日傘を差してくれたり、足元を気遣ってくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりと本当に至れり尽くせりでした。

​また、移動中の高速道路で私が急にトイレに行きたくなってしまった際も、嫌な顔ひとつせず、わざわざ高速を降りて近くのコンビニに寄ってくださり、本当に救われました。
乗車した車両のドアにキティちゃんがプリントされていたのですが、たまたま友人がキティちゃん大好きだったため、それを察して一緒に記念写真まで撮っていただき、友人も大喜びでした。

​ドライバーさんのおかげで、雨の日だったにもかかわらず、最高の沖縄旅行の思い出ができました。沖東交通さんにお願いして本当に良かったです。また沖縄に来る際は、ぜひ同じドライバーさんにお願いしたいです。本当にありがとうございました！

The guide took us, so even as a beginner in diving, I felt safe going underwater. The weather was a bit cloudy, but I was happy to see the beautiful blue.

ガイドさんが連れて行ってくれるのでダイビング初心者でも安心して潜れました。
お天気は少し曇ってたけど綺麗な青が見れて嬉しかったです。

It was a tour that focused on the Churaumi Aquarium and visited several sightseeing spots. Since it was my first tour and I had a guide for the whole day, I was able to enjoy sightseeing safely. The journey was by bus, so I could enjoy the scenery and check out souvenirs to buy, making good use of my time. On the way back, there was traffic, but I got tired and fell asleep, so I returned safely.

美ら海水族館メインで観光スポットを数カ所巡るツアーでした。
初ツアーで1日の案内して頂けたので安全に観光出来ました。
バスの中での旅でしたので景色を楽しんだり購入するお土産の確認したり時間を有意義に使えました。
帰りは渋滞でしたが疲れて寝てしまい安全に帰れました。

The changes in air pressure made it difficult to equalize my ears, and I felt a bit floaty while trying to walk underwater, which was a refreshing experience I don't usually have in my daily life. The water was clear, and the guide safely led us, allowing me to enjoy the experience without any worries.

気圧変化で耳抜きしたり水中で上手く歩けなくてフワフワしたり日常では経験しない新鮮な体験でした。
水中はクリアでガイドさんが安全に案内してくれて不安なく楽しめました。

The weather was great, and the experience flew by in a fun way. The staff were skilled at getting everyone excited and were very kind, carefully teaching us how to use the equipment and the important points to note. During snorkeling, it was a valuable experience to swim with the fish while feeding them. In the marine sports, I was able to choose my speed and enjoy myself to the fullest. Additionally, since we put on wetsuits as soon as we got on the boat, I was grateful that I didn't have to worry about sunburn. Thank you very much! ☺︎

お天気にも恵まれ、楽しくてあっという間でした。スタッフさんは盛り上げ上手で親切で、器具の使い方や注意点を丁寧に教えてくださりました。シュノーケリングでは、餌やりをしながら魚と一緒に泳げて貴重な経験でした。マリンスポーツでは、スピードを選べて思いっきり楽しめました。また、船に乗ってすぐウエットスーツを着用するので、日焼けを気にせずに参加できたのはありがたかったです。ありがとうございました☺︎

This was my second surfing experience in a different area, and although I didn't make much progress, I had a great time. The waves were small that day, and I was able to practice standing on the board with the help of my instructor by timing my pushes with the little waves. It was sufficient for a beginner. At one point, I ran out of energy and took a break on the board, but the beautiful sea made me feel good. Normally, I would carry the heavy board myself, but I was grateful for the help from the young people from Korea who were in the same lesson when I needed to bring it up from the water. They also took a lot of photos, which created wonderful memories of Okinawa. I accidentally forgot the name of the person who assisted me, but they provided necessary advice to each individual. I definitely want to participate again!

別の地域でサーフィン体験をしたことがあり2度目でしたがあまり進歩はないものの楽しい時間でした。波はあまりない日で小さな波にタイミングを合わせてボードを押してもらい、立つ練習ができました。初心者には充分です。途中で体力がなくなってボードの上で休憩した時も海がきれいで気分よかったです。自分が使う重いボードを運ぶことも本来自分ですることですが、海から上げる時など、同じレッスンに参加されていた韓国の若者たちが手伝ってくれて感謝でした。写真もたくさん撮っていただき沖縄のいい思い出になりました。担当してくださった方のお名前をうっかり忘れてしまいましたが、一人一人に必要なアドバイスをしてくれました。またぜひ参加したいと思います！

The teacher was very kind and taught us in a way that even beginners could enjoy it with peace of mind! I was able to learn "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," and I had the valuable experience of being taught phrases from other songs as well. I was also very satisfied with the memories created from the video and photo shoots while wearing the rental costumes!

優しく先生が教えてくださり、初心者でも安心して楽しめました！きらきら星を習得できたので、他の曲のフレーズを教えていただけたりと貴重な体験ができました。

I'm glad I was able to visit popular spots that are difficult to reach without a car in a compact one-day trip. Additionally, I was lucky to book at a great price during the Black Friday sale.

The Churaumi Aquarium is spacious with many attractions, and it took a lot of time just to travel back and forth from the bus parking lot. Even while eating the lunch I brought, I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the exhibits.

Similarly, the American Village also had a distant bus parking lot, and I only had time to walk around and see the exterior of the buildings, which was disappointing as I couldn't go into the shops and relax.

The guide warned us, "If you miss the meeting time at each spot, you'll have to make your own way to the next sightseeing location," which made the participants gather quickly, causing the tour schedule to move ahead significantly. I would have appreciated it if we could have extended our stay at the American Village to the originally planned time.

車がないと行きにくい人気スポットを１日でコンパクトに回れて良かったです。
更に今回はブラックフライデーセールでお得価格で予約できてラッキーでした。
美ら海水族館は広くて見所が多く、バス駐車場からの往復移動にも時間がかかり、持参した昼食を食べながらの見学でも時間が足りませんでした。
アメリカンビレッジも同様にバス駐車場が遠く、建物外観を一通り見て回るくらいでお店に入ってゆっくりする時間がなく残念でした。
ガイドさんから「各スポットの集合時間に間に合わなかった人は自力で次の観光地点まで移動してください」と脅されていたこともあり参加者の集合が早くツアースケジュールがかなり前倒しで進んでいたので、最後のアメリカンビレッジ滞在を本来の予定時間まで延ばしてもらえるとありがたかったです。

I tried canoeing for the first time! The operation was not difficult at all, and I thought it would be enjoyable for everyone from kids to grandparents. If you're thinking about trying it in Okinawa, you definitely should! The staff's stories were also interesting, so the time flew by! It became a wonderful memory, so I highly recommend it to everyone!

操作とか全然難しくなくて、子供からおじいちゃんおばあちゃんまで楽しめそうだなと思いました。
沖縄に来てやってみようかなと思っている方いたら絶対やった方がいいです！

The staff and equipment were great, and I was happy that I could easily put on the wetsuit. The transportation and the boat, as well as the consideration for participants, scored high points.

If I had to point out a weak point, it would be that since there were mostly inbound guests, it can't be helped, but the wetsuits and life jackets were too buoyant, making it feel like I wasn't swimming, and I thought some people might get seasick. The season was May, and it happened to be a bit cool, so the sea was slightly cold, but the visibility was excellent.

スタッフさんも機材も良くて、ウエットスーツがすらっと着れてよかったです。
送迎も船も、参加者への気遣いも高得点です。
あえてのウィークポイントは、インバウンド客ばかりだからいたしかたないんでしょうが、ウェットスーツ＆救命胴衣は、浮きすぎて泳いだ気がしないし海酔いする人もいるだろうなあ、と思った。
季節が5月でたまたま涼しかったので海は少し冷た目でしたが、透明度抜群でした。

I was able to participate in this tour, which was canceled last March due to not reaching the minimum number of participants. Since I usually don't drive at all, it was quite difficult for me to get to the northern area of Okinawa on my own, so it was a long-awaited opportunity for me. On the day of the tour, despite it being the rainy season, we were fortunate to have beautiful weather and had a great day.

The lunch at Kunigami Port Shokudo was delicious, and I was moved by the magnificent views at Cape Hedo. At ASMUI, I felt a spiritual atmosphere. The scenery of Okinawa during the bus ride was also lovely. I flew back to Tokyo on a flight after 8 PM from Naha Airport, and although I was worried about delays due to traffic since it was Sunday evening, I was lucky to arrive a little earlier than planned at Omoromachi Station on the monorail. The tour guide initially seemed quiet and a bit brusque, but their responses at key moments were solid, and my impression improved as the tour went on. Regarding the guide, since it was a Hip Hop Bus using a mobile app, I felt that this style of role-sharing was quite acceptable.

昨年3月に申し込みをしたものの、催行人数に達せず中止となったこのツアーに、今回は参加することが出来ました。普段は車の運転を全くしないため、自力で沖縄本島北部のエリアに行くことがなかなか難しく、念願がかなっての参加でした。当日は梅雨時にもかかわらず幸いの好天に恵まれ、良い１日を過ごすことが出来ました。
国頭港食堂のお昼は美味しく、辺戸岬では雄大な景気に感動し、ASMUIではスピリチュアルな空気を感じました。バス道中の沖縄の景色も良かったです。当日は那覇空港20時過ぎの飛行機で東京に帰ったのですが、日曜日の夕刻だったので渋滞での遅延も心配したものの、幸い予定よりも少し早くモノレールのおもろまち駅前に到着しました。添乗員の方は、最初は無口でつっけんどんな印象でしたが、節目節目での対応はしっかりとしており、途中からは良い印象になりました。ガイドについては携帯専用アプリによるHip Hop Busですので、役割分担としてこうしたスタイルもありかなと感じました。

While on a business trip, I wanted to do something Okinawan, so I signed up for a half-day snorkeling course. I was a bit anxious since I was participating alone and can't swim, but they carefully taught me how to use the life jacket and necessary equipment, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind as a beginner. Just getting into the water from the boat required a bit of courage, as it was quite deep.

The visibility was so clear that I could see all the way to the ocean floor just by putting my face in the water! The breathtaking scenery was truly moving. For the first 15 minutes, my mind was racing with thoughts like, "Wow, it's deep!" "I'm scared!" "It's so beautiful!" "Wait, how do I breathe again?!" "There are so many fish!" But with the instructor nearby, I felt reassured. Once I got used to it, I was able to let go of the float.

I learned that fish are attracted to the float, so I was able to see them up close. The instructor helped me spot three sea turtles by saying, "Here they are!" 🐢 It was so much fun, and the time flew by. I never expected to have such an emotional experience at over 40 years old.

If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to participate. Thank you very much!

出張のついでに沖縄っぽいことがしたいと思い、シュノーケル半日コースを申込みました。一人で参加だったうえに泳げないので若干の不安はあったものの、ライフジャケットや必要な機材の使い方も丁寧に教えてくださったので初心者でも安心して楽しめました。※ボートから海に入るときだけちょっと勇気がいります。まぁまぁ深かったです。

水面からちょっと顔をつけるだけで海の底までハッキリ見えるほどの透明度！びっくりするほどの絶景で本当に感動しました。
※最初の15分は「深っ！」「怖っ！」「めっちゃキレイ！」「あれ？どーやって息するんやっけ？！」「めっちゃ魚おる！」と静かな海で脳内は大忙しでしたが、近くにインストラクターさんがいるので安心です。慣れると浮輪から手を離せるようになります。

魚も浮輪をみると寄ってくるそうで、間近で見ることができました。インストラクターさんが先にウミガメを探してここー！と教えてくれるのでウミガメも3匹拝めました🐢本当に楽しくてあっという間でした。40歳をすぎてこんなに感動できる体験があるとは思ってませんでした。

Since I didn't rent a car, I decided to sign up for this tour. Although I encountered traffic on the way back, I was glad that I didn't have to drive myself, which made it less tiring. The staff who accompanied us took photos, and the driver was very pleasant, which made the experience really enjoyable.

レンタカーを借りなかったので、こちらのツアーに申し込みさせてもらいました。帰り道は渋滞にあいましたが、自分で運転することを考えたら疲れずに済んで良かったです。同行したスタッフの方が写真を撮ってくれたり、運転手さんも感じのいい方で、とても良かったです。

There was quite a bit of wind, and it was pretty challenging to go upstream, but even as a beginner, I was able to keep up well! Along the way, we talked about various creatures and plants, and the hour flew by. I also got to take a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. Thank you very much!!

Since this was my first time using the service, I was a bit anxious, but an older man was flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our destination. The Alphard was clean inside, which was great.

今回初めて利用したので少し不安だったんですが、少し年配の男の人で行く場所を変更しても臨機応変に対応してもらえました。アルファードで車内も綺麗で良かったです。

I used the shuttle service from a resort in northern Okinawa to Naha Airport. The driver was very courteous, and I was able to travel to the airport comfortably and without stress. I would like to use this service again the next time I visit Okinawa.

沖縄北部のリゾートから那覇空港までの送迎で利用させて頂きました。

I have used this service every time I travel to Okinawa a few times a year. Even when I arrived earlier than scheduled, they waited in the lobby, and I was able to depart immediately and travel comfortably to my destination. I would like to use this service again next time.

It was my first time snorkeling, but the staff were kind and made me feel safe. There were many beautiful fish. I didn't get to see any sea turtles that day, but if I have the chance, I would like to participate again.

魚もたくさんいて、とてもキレイでした。
この日は、ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、機会があれば、また参加したいです。

I requested a car transfer from my accommodation in Chatan to Naha Airport. However, due to the weather in Okinawa, which had entered the rainy season that day, it had been raining continuously since the morning. By the time the transfer was scheduled, there was torrential rain in the Kanto region. Even while driving on the highway, the rain was really heavy.

Despite this, the driver was determined to proceed, and during the ride, I thought to myself, "Only someone who is used to driving in Okinawa could manage to drive in this rain." I truly appreciated the driver's safe driving in such strong rain!

北谷の宿泊先から那覇空港へ向かうため、車の送迎をお願いしました。
ただその日が梅雨入りしてる沖縄の天候の影響で朝から常に雨が降り続けていて送迎の出発時間になると関東方面ではゲリラ豪雨レベルで雨が降っていました。高速道路等を進んでる瞬間も本当に雨が強かったです。
それでもドライバーの方が確実に進んでくださり、そのため送迎車に乗ってる間は「沖縄内での運転に慣れてるタイプの人じゃないとこの雨の中に進む事は無理だな。｣と思いました。
本当に強い雨の中、安全運転で進んでくださり助かりました！

Since it was our first time heading to Okinawa as a family, we requested a transfer from Naha Airport to Chatan. Because we were using a child seat, our 3-year-old daughter fell asleep right away after getting in the car. Thanks to the careful driving, she was able to sleep well! Also, perhaps because it was a sunny day, we took a route that allowed us to see the ocean during the drive, which was enjoyable! It was truly a wonderful service for our outbound transfer!

沖縄に家族で向かうのは初めてなので今回は那覇空港から送迎を北谷方面へお願いしました。
チャイルドシート利用だったのもあり、乗車してすぐに3歳の娘が寝付いてしまったのですが、丁寧な運転のおかげで娘がよく寝てくれてました！
また晴天だった為か、移動の経路として海が見える経路を利用してくださり海が見られて楽しかったです！
本当に往路の送迎としてありがたいものでした！

Just before my trip, the rainy season started, and I was worried about the continuous rain forecast for Okinawa. However, thanks to this bus tour, I had a very fulfilling day.

We visited the Churaumi Aquarium and a pineapple farm, and along the way, we bought souvenirs and enjoyed delicious food. Although we couldn't see the blue sky, the ocean in Okinawa was still clear and blue even in the rain, which was truly moving.

I was very happy to visit Emerald Beach again, a place I had wanted to return to since my last visit eight years ago. The guide's stories and songs were soothing, and the bus was very comfortable. On the way back, I listened to the song "Shimanchu nu Takara" sung by the guide.

I highly recommend this tour for those without a rental car. It was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day!

旅行直前に梅雨に入ってしまい、連日雨予報の沖縄、楽しめるか心配でしたが
こちらのバスツアーのおかげでとても充実した1日になりました。
美ら海水族館や、パイナップル園などはもちろん、途中途中でお土産を買ったり美味しいものを買って食べたり。青空は見えませんでしたが沖縄の海は雨でも透き通っていて青くて、感動しました。
8年前に訪れてまた行きたいなと思っていたエメラルドビーチにまた行けて私はとても嬉しかったです。ガイドさんのお話もお歌も癒されましたし居心地のいいバスでした。帰りの飛行機はガイドさんが歌われた島人の宝を聞いて帰りましたよ。
レンタカーの無い方はおすすめです。とても快適です。
