I thought it would be warm since the temperature was 21℃, but the wind was cold and it felt chilly. It would be good to have a jacket or something. The guide explained things clearly, which was great.

気温21℃なので暖かいと思っていましたが風邪が冷たくて寒かったです。
上着などがあるといいかと思います。
ガイドさんも分かりやすく説明してくれて良かったです。

I was glad that I could efficiently explore within a limited time. Since I could see from the second floor, I was able to get a good view of the overall atmosphere.

限られた時間の中で効率良く回れて良かったです。2階から見れるので全体の雰囲気も良く見えました。

The day before, I came to Osaka for a concert. Since I was staying for one night anyway, I decided to join this bus tour to Kyoto on the second day. There were only two Japanese people, including me, which was quite funny! On the bus, it felt like an overseas trip! The bus guide was very kind and during our free time, they shared wonderful spots with us. I enjoyed Kyoto more than enough!

前日に、コンサートの為大阪に来ました。どうせ一泊するのなら、2日目は、京都まで行こうと、こちらのバスツアーに参加日本人は、私含めて2人 笑笑笑 逆にバスの中では、海外旅行気分！バスガイドさん、とても親切で、フリータイムでは、素敵なスポットを教えて頂け、十分すぎるくらい、京都満喫しました！

I was expecting a sense of openness when I heard about the open deck, but unfortunately, the rain got in the way. Unlike regular buses, it has a cover to protect against the rain, but the air conditioning wasn't great, so it was a bit stuffy. However, I'm glad it didn't get canceled. I got off at Abeno Harukas and took the subway back to Osaka, but I was able to enjoy the view of Midosuji from the bus, which helped me get a sense of the area.

オープンデッキと聞いて開放感を期待していましたが、生憎の雨にやられました。通常のバスと違って幌をかぶせて雨は防げますが、空調が今イチなので少し蒸し暑かったですが、キャンセルにならなかったので良かったです。あべのハルカスで下車して、帰りは地下鉄で大阪まで戻りましたが、御堂筋をバスから眺めることが出来て、土地勘を得ることが出来ました。

It was very cold on April 7th. However, it was good for my wife, who has difficulty walking, to be able to stay on the bus and see things briefly. The woman's narration was also very good.

しかし、妻は脚が不自由なためバスに乗りっぱなしでざっと観られるのは良かったです。
また説明者の女性の名調子ぶりも良かったです。

The weather was nice, and the view of Osaka city from the open deck was amazing. The guide's explanations were very thorough, and I was able to learn about Osaka's landmarks, history, and culture in a short time. I want to visit Osaka again! ✨

The guide's instructions were enjoyable and thorough, which was great. There were only about three groups of customers that day, so it felt a bit subdued, but it actually made for a nice, intimate experience.

ガイドさんの案内が楽しく丁寧で良かったです。その日は確か3組ぐらいしかお客さんがいなかったから盛り上がりに、かける感じだったけどかえってこじんまりとしてよかったです。

I have visited the Osaka area before, but participating in the tour revealed many things I didn't know. I was happy to see retro buildings like the Bank of Japan.

今まで大阪の地域には、来てましたが、改めてツアーに参加すると知らないことがたくさん出てきました。日本銀行など、レトロな建物をみれてうれしかったです。

It was good, but the seat was in the very front, and the small black roof part slightly in front was a hindrance. It made it difficult to take photos and see the view, which was disappointing. Time passed in the blink of an eye, and I had a great time.

Even though I applied through Belldra, there was no indication of Belldra at the bus waiting area, so I was confused. I would like to see more signage indicating Belldra at the waiting area. The guide was very helpful, and there were no issues. It was a fun trip.

ベルドラで申し込んだのに バス待合所のところには、ベルドラと書いておらず わからなかった。もう少し待合所には ベルドラとの記載をしてほしい。
ガイドの方は、すごくよくしてくれて 問題なし。楽しく過ごせた旅でした。

This year, the cherry blossoms bloomed early, and although I thought it was still too early at the time of my reservation, it seemed as if they bloomed just in time for my trip to Tokyo, allowing me to enjoy the cherry blossoms everywhere. I was lucky!

今年は、桜の開花が早くなり、予約の時点ではまだ早過ぎると思っていたのに、私の上京に合わせたかのように、いたる所で桜をめでることが出来ました。ラッキーでした！

Since it's cherry blossom season, I was hoping to see the cherry blossoms at night, so I took the night bus, but I could only see a little. I think it's better to take the daytime bus if you want to enjoy the cherry blossoms.

I live in Kansai and took the bus to use my points, but it was nice to do some sightseeing from the bus as well.

桜のシーズンなので夜桜が見えたらなあ〜と思い、
よるびんにしましたが、少ししか見えませんでした。
桜を楽しむなら、昼便に乗った方がいいと思います。

関西在住で、ポイント消費の為に乗りましたが、
バスから観光するのも良かったです。

I boarded the Umeda route at 5 PM. The weather was great, and the guide's explanations were clear and very enjoyable. I appreciated the announcements that I could use any available seats and that it was fine to switch seats. There were also blankets, which made the ride comfortable. However, since I was coming from outside the prefecture, I found the boarding area a bit confusing. It would have been clearer if the voucher had mentioned something like "departing from platform number ⭕ at the highway bus terminal." Next time, I would like to try the Namba route as well. I also recommended it to a friend who is planning to visit Osaka next month.

17時発梅田ルート乗車。お天気にもめぐまれ、ガイドさんのお話しもわかりやすくとても楽しく乗車させていただきました。空席は自由に使ってよいですよ、とか席を移っても大丈夫ですよなどと声がけいただいたり毛布もあり快適でした。ただ県外からの予約乗車だったのですが乗り場がわかりにくくて。バウチャーに「高速バス乗場⭕番乗場口から発車」などとあればもう少しわかりやすかったかと思います。次回はなんばルートにも乗ってみたいです。来月大阪にいく予定の友人にもお薦めしました。

Our family really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide gave us clear instructions and explained every location we went. After the tour the tour guide even asked every single one of us if we got any questions. Its worth every yen. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning to go to Kyoto who doesn’t have to worry about which train/bus to take. The bus was really comfortable that you can sleep or rest when you are going to the next attraction.

I enjoyed the northern route on a double-decker bus from Osaka Station with my granddaughter. I don't know if I should call it lucky, but there were only the two of us as passengers. Even with just two guests, the guide provided a thorough explanation. The view of Osaka Castle at night and the cherry blossoms were quite impressive, and my granddaughter was delighted. Thank you to the driver and the guide.

孫娘と一緒に大阪駅発2階建てバスで北回りコースを楽しみました。ラッキーと言っていいのかお客は私ども二人だけでした。たった二人の客なのにガイドさんが丁寧に案内してくれました。夜見る大阪城と夜桜は中々のもので孫娘も喜んでいました。運転手さん、ガイドさんありがとうございました。

We were all looking forward to this first experience as a family. The ride on the North Route took about an hour, which seemed like just the right amount of sightseeing time for the kids and grandkids. The bus guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I enjoyed looking out the window as my face turned right and left. Although it was just before the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the cherry trees were still very beautiful. The sightseeing cost was also reasonable at 1,500 yen, which felt like a good deal. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides: the number of passengers was low, there were many traffic signal waits, there were no stops (even a short stop at one location would have made for better memories), and it seemed that the recognition from the outside was lower than expected.

初めての体験で家族共々楽しみにしていました。北ル－トで乗車時間は約１時間。子供や孫にはちょうどいい観光時間と思われました。バスガイドの観光説明も聞き取りやすくわかりやすい説明で自分の顔が右を向いたり左を向いたりと、楽しく窓見学できました。今回は桜満開前の時期でしたがとても桜がきれいでした。観光費用も１５００円と安価で回れるので割安感がありました。残念な事は、・乗車人数が少なかった事・信号待ちが多い事・停車する事が無かった事（短時間で１か所でも有ればより思い出として残ると思う）・外部からの目が思ったより認知度が低いと思われた事等でした。

It was my first bus tour, and I was nervous about how it would go, but the tour guide was very friendly, kind, and attentive, which was a great help.
There were some route changes, but the timing was as scheduled, and the duration of our stay was just right!
Although there were only international participants, thanks to the tour guide's thorough explanations and excellent organization, everyone was able to enjoy the trip safely without getting lost.

It became a wonderful memory, and I would like to use your services again.

初めてのバスツアー、どうなることやら？とドキドキしていましたが、添乗員のおじ様がとても気さくで優しく、丁寧で助かりました^ ^
ルート変更などありましたが、時間も予定通りでしたし、滞在時間もちょうど良かったです！
海外の方ばかりの参加でしたが、添乗員さんの丁寧な説明や段取りの良さで、皆さん迷うことなく安全に過ごすことができました。

It was a cold time in February, but the weather was nice, so the cold wasn't too harsh. However, I think those who are sensitive to the cold should dress warmly. As the guide mentioned, the open roof provided a great view. It was very convenient and enjoyable to visit the famous spots in a short amount of time, and it was great that we passed near the place I planned to visit the next day, so I could get there without getting lost. Next time, I would like to try the northern course as well.

２月の寒い時期でしたがお天気が良かったのでそれほど寒さは辛くなかったですが　寒さが苦手な人はしっかり防寒された方が良いと思います　しかしガイドさんも言ってましたが屋根が開いているおかげで見晴らしはとても良かったですよ　短時間で名所を一気に回ってくれるのでとても楽ちんで楽しかったですし　タイミング良く翌日行く予定だった場所の近くを通ってくれたので迷わずに行けて良かったです　今度は北コースも利用してみたいです

I took the southern route in the afternoon. It was a cold day with snowflakes falling, but I had prepared a blanket and a heat pack, and there was heating at my feet, so it was more comfortable than I expected. I had visited Osaka several times and had even lived there for a while, but there were many things I wouldn't have understood without explanation, such as the plateaus in the city and areas where many temples are gathered. I made a lot of new discoveries. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

午後の南ルートに乗りました。
寒い日で雪が舞っていましたが、ひざ掛けやカイロの準備もあり、足下には暖房もあったので、思っていたよりも快適でした。
大阪に何度か来ていたり、少し住んでいたこともありましたが、街中に台地があったことや寺が多く集まるエリアがあったり、説明無しではわからないこともたくさんあり、新発見が多かったです。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

I thought we would stop at the landmarks and have a guide, but we only viewed everything from the car window. I would have liked at least a brief stop to take some photos. This kind of activity is unnecessary.

名所で降りて案内してくれると思っていましたが、全て車窓から見るだけでした。せめて少し止まって写真など撮る事もして欲しい。こんなアクティビティは必要ありません。

After getting off the bus, I went to the places I visited on the bus tour, which was very helpful. It was fun.

It was really cold, but I had a lot of fun! I was satisfied because I could see various landscapes from the bus. However, the meeting place was hard to find. It would be easier if it were at the bus stop.

すごい寒かったですが、とても楽しかったです！バスから色々な景色も観れたので満足しました。ただ、待ち合わせの場所が分かりづらかったです。バス乗り場にしてもらった方が分かりやすいです。

During this season, the open deck was cold, but the female guide was very enthusiastic and warmed my heart.

I had hoped for a specific seat, and while the front was a place that could block the wind, it was unfortunately empty. I wish they had guided us to move if it was available!

この時期、オープンデッキは寒かったですが、女性ガイドさんが熱心に案内してくれて、心が暖まりました。

希望として座席が指定されておりましたが、前方は風よけ出来る場所でしたが、空席になっており残念でした。空いておる様でしたら移動誘導して欲しかった！

I had a day off while in Osaka for a live event, so I decided to give it a try. I participated alone, but I was able to have a fun day, and I am very grateful for that. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you very much!

I was able to efficiently see famous tourist spots. It was a bit cold riding on the open deck at high speed, but I was happy that there were blankets on all the seats. I could hear the guide's explanations well. The meeting place was a bit unclear on the voucher, but I was able to make it on time after calling the tour company.

効率よく有名な観光地を見ることができました。
オープンデッキで高速を走るのはやや寒かったですが、全席膝掛けが置いてあり嬉しかったです。ガイドさんの説明もよく聞こえました。
集合場所がバウチャーではわかりくかったですが、催行会社に電話して間に合いました。

It's just sitting on the bus and looking at the scenery, but it's refreshing to notice things like buildings and bridges anew.

ただバスで景色を眺めるだけですが、ぼーっと座っているだけ。ビルや橋など改めて気づくことがあり、新鮮です。

It was very good! I would like to use it again or recommend it! It would probably be tough to visit these three places in one day without a tour or taxi.
