ベルトラさんの海外のツアーに参加して今回は海外の友達にいいかなと思い参加しましたががっかりです。
これはガイドさんの問題でなくベルトラさんの品質管理の問題だと思います。お客が欧米人ならその場で文句が出ていたと思いますしはぐれて帰ってこないなどの事故が起こっていたかと思います。
ツアーの品質改善に取り組んでほしいと思います。

It was a tour focused on observation. ANA Blue Base is a comprehensive training facility. It covers ground services, ground handling services, cabin crew (flight attendants), aircraft maintenance, and flight crew (pilots).
