Tokyo Sightseeing Tours

Could see many places around Tokyo. Only thing is they don't allow to get off the bus.

Good trip if no raining. But with rain it's not good. That's all. The recording should be synchronised. The descriptions in English should be more discriptive.

I booked this night drive from the US for a group of 11 people. Upon booking, I received a confirmation email that showed the directions to get to the location, which was very clear, as well as an explanation that the to... moreur guide was Japanese but there was going to be a GPS Multilingual Guide System for non-Japanese speaking people.
I assumed when we checked in, we would be given that device, or at least directions on how to obtain them, but they just told us to get in line for the ride. The tour started, and the tour guide was talking in Japanese. I asked about the multilingual system, and she scrambled to get them but realized there weren't enough. so we had to share a few of them. That wouldn't be a problem if the earphones actually worked. both of them only had audio in one side and nothing in the other. So I was explaining everything I heard for my son, and my husband did the same for our daughter.
Aside from that, it wasn't really a full translation of the tour. The tour guide was talking pretty much the entire time, but during the 1 hour trip the system only explained 4 or 5 locations that maybe took 1 minute each! We enjoyed the ride but felt pretty that we could've learned way more.

Guide was great. Very nice tour. Only feedback is that I would have preferred less time at Tokyo Tower and more in Asakusa.

We had a lovely rainy day on a warm and dry bus. Nice spots to give a good view of Tokyo with a nice lunch. Comfy yellow bus with big windows.

The Shinjuku station pickup spot could be noted a little more clearly. ... moreDirections take you to the Hato bus office so we went very early and caught someone. It wasn’t clear that they would be there the whole time or locked up so just know there is a 1 and 2 bus stop just for Hato on the street directly across from the Starbucks that is outside from the office (not across the street, but just a straight walk out towards the street). The pole sign will call out their different packages and they will be there to ensure you’re on the right bus.

My wife and I came to Tokyo to run the marathon and had limited time available to sightsee. This tour hit so many items on our hit list and the conductors were so knowledgeable about the history of the places. The only... more downside is that we wish we had more time to explore some of the places like the temples and the imperial gardens, but I understand with all the places we needed to get in that just wasn't possible. The only thing I might change is the cruise part since there just wasn't much to see on the cruise and the tour guides couldn't really talk much during the trip because there were other passengers not from our group. I would have preferred to get additional time at either of the temples. However it was still enjoyable and if we return to Tokyo we would definitely consider doing this tour again.
