This was my first time participating. I had previously attended a free hangar tour, but while that focused mainly on the aircraft, this one seemed to center around the people working there. As expected for a paid experience, I thought it was more exclusive and content-rich than the hangar tour. However, since it is a real facility, the experience can vary depending on the timing of your visit. (This time, I was very lucky to see various training activities.)

One slight disappointment was that the souvenir was just a single sticker (I heard it used to be a stylus) and that there was no capsule toy shop. (I really wanted the airplane parts animals...)

I attended alone, but there were many others in a similar situation, so I didn't have to worry about that. The staff who guided us were also very considerate. I would like to try a different tour next time.

以前に無料の格納庫見学は参加したことがあったのですが、あちらは機体の見学メインなのに対し、こちらは働く人メインという印象でした。
さすが有料というだけあって、格納庫見学よりもより限定的で内容の濃いものだったと思います。
ただ、本当の関連施設なので、参加のタイミング次第で面白くもつまらなくもなるのかなと…。(今回は色々訓練している様子が見られてとてもラッキーでした)
ちょっと残念だったのは、お土産がステッカー1枚だけだったこと(以前はタッチペンだったらしい)と、ショップのガチャガチャが無かったことです。(飛行機部品アニマルズ、欲しかった…)

おひとりさま参加でしたが、他にも同じような方が多かったのでそこは心配ありません。案内をしてくださったスタッフの方も細やかに気遣って下さるので。
今度は別のツアーも参加してみたいです。

I often use airplanes without thinking much about it, but seeing the various professionals, from behind the scenes to the front stage, who undergo rigorous training every day to ensure a safe and comfortable journey in the sky gives me a new perspective. Next time I fly, I feel like I will appreciate how many people work together from the moment I arrive at the airport until I disembark.

While there are areas where photography is not allowed, the attendants are current cabin crew members, and if you prepare questions in advance, they will share various insights about the aviation industry that you might not know. Depending on the timing, you might even see emergency evacuation training taking place over a pool. Occasionally, it seems that group companies also use the training facilities, with visits from Beach and Solaseed Air.

Before this facility was built, it seems that the work environment was quite siloed by job roles, but now, even though the training areas are separated into booths, it feels closer to other professions, creating a sense of Team ANA.

There is a small merchandise corner at the entrance, featuring items like blue flight tags and gloves that are exclusive to ANA Group employees, so it's worth checking out. The facility is new, clean, and massive. You can truly feel the essence of ANA here.

日頃に何げなく利用している飛行機ですが、裏方から表舞台までイロイロな職種の人達が安全、快適に空の旅が出来るように日々厳しい訓練をされている姿が高い位置からですが見れて次回に乗る時に空港到着から降機するまでに何人の方々が連携して飛行機が飛んでいるのかを改めて見る目線が変わる様な気がします。
館内は写真NG区域もありますがアテンドしてくれる方は現役のＣＡであり質問などは事前に用意して行けば知らなかっ航空業界の話しやらイロイロしてくれます。訓練はタイミングにより緊急脱出訓練がプールの上で行われるのが見れたりします。たまにグループ会社も訓練に利用するみたいでビーチやソラシドエアが来るみたいです。
この施設が出来るまでは担当職種毎に縦割り的な職場環境だったみたいですが、訓練施設はブースに別れているが他の職種が身近に感じられチームANAが感じられる様になったらしいです
入口に少しだけグッズの販売コーナがありますが、青いフライトタグや軍手などANAグループ社員で参加しな買えない限定グッズなどもあり要チェックですね、
施設は新しく綺麗で巨大です
流石にANAを感じられます。

It had been about five months since my last visit, and there were some changes, such as the souvenirs being switched from touch pens to stickers, and the removal of the locker service for cameras and other items. The factory night view was more beautiful than I had imagined. It's different from the cityscape at night, and I could also feel the unique smells of the industrial area and the heat from the natural gas.

Since it was a small boat, it moved at quite a good speed, so I think a light jacket would be nice as autumn approaches. The captain was a pleasant gentleman, which made the experience enjoyable. However, one point to note is that since I was sitting outside rather than inside the boat, the sound of the waves and the engine made it a bit difficult to hear the captain's explanations. I felt that it would be nice if the speaker volume could be turned up a little. I understand that for customers who enjoy chatting, a louder volume might be bothersome, so I realize it's a bit tricky.

From the moment we departed on the tour, the setup reminded me of an airport, filling me with excitement. Although it was an evening tour, we were able to see trainees sliding down the escape chute and participating in AED training. There were about 15 people on the tour, and they answered everyone's questions thoroughly, which led to many surprising moments. At the end, there were displays of the cockpit, passenger seats, galley, carts, apron, check-in counters, towing vehicles, and airplane tires, where we could take photos while pretending to be in those roles.

ツアーに出発のところから、空港を思わすような作りになっていて、ワクワクでいっぱいになりました。
夕方のツアーでしたが訓練生が脱出シューターから滑り出るところやAED訓練をしているところがみることができました。
15人くらいのツアーでしたが、皆さんの質問に丁寧に答えてもらえるので、そーなんだ！と驚く事が多かったです。
最後コックピット、客室のシートやギャレイ、カートやエプロン、チェックインカウンター、トーイングカー、飛行機のタイヤなど展示があり、そこでなりきって写真も撮れます。

On the night of the supermoon, I participated in my long-awaited factory night view cruise. The captain's stories were enjoyable, and the flexible course allowed us to move slowly and stop at great photo spots, so I was able to take fantastic pictures. It was a very worthwhile cruise. The night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. I would love to participate again in a different season.

Not only did they provide a manual-style presentation, but an active flight attendant guided us, allowing us to hear about their true feelings, memories from training, and unique insights that only that flight attendant could share. It was very educational.

It seems that it was such a good experience that it sparked an interest in the aviation industry for the children as well. I was very happy about that.

現役CAさんが案内してくれるので、実際の心境とか、訓練時の思い出とか、そのCAさんにしか話せないことを聞けて、とても勉強になりました。
また、私が参加したときはLCCのPeachのCAさんの訓練のタイミングなのもあり、他社も利用するほどの優れた訓練施設であることも伺えました。

タイトルはANAのスローガンとのことでしたが、
このスローガンのすべての言葉をABBは網羅していると思います。
様々な想定で訓練を重ねていることへの安心。
入り口で写真を撮っていたら、訓練帰りのパイロットさんがシールをくれた、あたたかさ(ラッキーでした！)。
子どもが駆け寄って質問しても、目線を合わせて優しく回答してる明るさ。
はつらつと回答する元気のよさ。

子どもにとっても、航空業界に興味が湧くほどいい経験だったようです。
とっても嬉しかったです。

I attended with my middle school daughter, who is interested in becoming a cabin attendant. The current cabin attendants provided thorough and easy-to-understand explanations, and they personally answered questions, making it a meaningful visit. Personally, I felt that I wanted to see things a bit closer. Also, I completely forgot that the souvenirs exclusive to the blue base could only be purchased with electronic money or credit cards, so I missed out on buying them, which was disappointing.
