I always wanted to ride a rickshaw at least once in my life! Since I came to Tokyo with my mother, I decided to go for it and made a reservation. The weather was nice, and the rickshaw puller's stories were really enjoyable!

This was my first time riding a rickshaw. I had a wonderful time for about an hour, thanks to the various considerations shown to me. While enjoying the view of the streets, I was impressed by the rickshaw driver's wide range of conversation. Not only did he share history and background, but he also studied simple greetings in English and Chinese to entertain inbound customers. 乗る前も、写真を撮ってくださる際も、マメに消毒をしていらっしゃり、
コロナ対策もしっかりされておりました。
車より高さのある車両から道路を走る様子はオープンカーのようで（実際そうですが）、天気も良かったのでとても気持ち良かったです。
床暖房（笑）もきいており、防寒対策もいただいていたので寒さを感じずに観光を楽しめました。

The rickshaw driver let us choose our favorite course and was cheerful while entertaining my 4-year-old child who was riding with us. It was a pleasant experience to leisurely explore the downtown area in a comfortable rickshaw while listening to recommendations for shops and interesting facts about Asakusa. The children we passed all looked enviously at us, and I felt it was great to have been able to let my child experience this at least once. However, I think it was also a good decision to choose a shorter course, as children can get bored along the way (it can be dangerous if they start to fool around on the rickshaw...). I personally would have liked to ride a bit longer.
After the ride, we received seasonal stickers (it's autumn now) and discount vouchers for our next visit that can be used at branches across the country, including Kyoto, which makes me want to ride throughout the seasons. They also made sure we had a proper bathroom break before the ride, and I was especially happy that we weren't rushed.
担当の俥夫さんは好きなコースを選ばせてくれましたし、同乗した４歳の子供の相手も笑顔でしてくれました。オススメのお店や、浅草の豆知識などを聞きながら、乗り心地の良い人力車で下町をぶらり、良い気分でした。すれ違う子供たちはみんな羨ましそうに見てました、やはり一度は乗せてあげられて良かったと思いました。ただ、途中で飽きてしまうので、短いコースにしたのも正解だったと思います。（車の上でふざけ始めると危ないですから･･･）私自身はもう少し乗っていたです。
乗車後季節のシール（今は秋）と京都など全国の支店で利用できる次回優待券もいただいたので、四季を通して乗りたくなりますね。乗る前にしっかりとトイレタイムもとってくれましたし、何より急かされなかったのが嬉しかったです。

I made a reservation for a course to explore Asakusa in a yukata. On the day of the tour, I received a call from the guide before the scheduled time, and I was able to smoothly meet up with the rickshaw at the designated time.

This was our first time to ride a rickshaw, we joined the 12 minutes (was actually longer than 12 minutes) Kaminarimon course. The guide called us 10 minutes before our reservation time and met us in front the Kaminarimon, and then guided us to the rickshaw place. The rickshaw man was very friendly and professional, he explained every spot we passed by and also told us the stories of some famous spots. And of course we took many nice photos with the old Tokyo style background, the rickshaw men were also professional photographers! This was definitely one of our best experiences in Tokyo, and we strongly recommend it to you!

Actually we explain the time span of our ride 12 minutes course, but we don't count the waiting time for traffic signals, heavy traffic and so on...
Not only running, what we do as rickshaw driver has many things such as guide, town informations, photo taking (with your cameras). So even the time of the course
looks short but we pack many things with lots of memories!!
