It was the best season for cherry blossom viewing, so the roads were congested and our departure was delayed, but I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms from a different perspective on the second floor of the bus. The weather was nice, so the sunlight was quite hot.

お花見ベストシーズンだったので道路が混み合って出発が遅れましたが
バスの2階からいつもとは違う目線で桜を楽しむ事ができました。
お天気が良かったので日差しが暑かったです。

It was raining, and I wore the poncho I brought. I sat in the second row from the front. The rain gradually got stronger, and the view of the cherry blossoms was disappointing. Finally, when we were heading back, the roof came out. I wish we had had a roof from the beginning on a rainy day. The guide's sightseeing explanations were good. It would have been perfect if it had been sunny.

雨が降っていて、持参したポンチョを着て、1番前から２番目に乗りました。雨が段々強くなり桜も視界が悪く残念でした。
後半帰る時にやっと屋根が出て来ました。
雨の日は最初から屋根有りでお願いしたかったです。
ガイドさんの観光説明は良かったです。
晴れていたら最高でした。

I rode an open bus for the first time. The view of the cherry blossoms from up high was great. The view from the open bus is the best.

I was concerned about the weather and temperature, but it was clear and unseasonably warm, making it comfortable. Passing directly under Tokyo Tower and crossing the Rainbow Bridge was truly impressive. I've been to Tokyo many times, but I was captivated by the city from a different perspective.

お天気や気温が気になっていましたが、快晴とこの時期にしては高温だった為、快適でした。
東京タワーの真下を通ったり、レインボーブリッジを通る時は、大迫力でした。
東京には何度も行ってますが、違った目線で見る都会に魅了されました。

I used this service to guide my overseas friends around Tokyo. We had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time visiting places like the Imperial Palace and Asakusa.

However, the Tokyo Tower at the end was quite crowded that day, and due to the weather, the view wasn't very good, which was disappointing. There are many tall buildings around, so the scenery was a bit different from what I had expected. In the future, it might be a good idea to consider alternative spots depending on the crowd situation.

The guide from the Hato Bus provided very clear explanations about Japan, and I learned a lot of new things myself. Overall, we had a great time.

海外の友人を東京案内するのに利用しました。
皇居や浅草までは非常に楽しく、充実した時間を過ごせました。

ただ、最後の東京タワーは当日かなり混雑しており、天候の影響もあって眺望があまり良くなかった点が残念でした。周囲に高い建物が多いこともあり、期待していた景色とは少し違いました。
今後は混雑状況によっては、別のスポットを検討してくれると良いのかもしれません。

はとバスのガイドの方の日本の説明はとても分かりやすく、私自身も新たに知ることが多く、全体としては楽しい時間を過ごせました

While it is indeed written that "the event will proceed even in the rain" and "bring rain gear," there are limits to this. It's unbelievable that they wouldn't close the roof despite the heavy rain. Because of the rain, I could only look down, and even though the guide was showing us the cherry blossom spots, I couldn't see anything. I felt like I was just paying to get soaked while riding the bus. They were selling cheap raincoats for those without rain gear, but they were flimsy plastic. I don't think they would protect anyone from the rain. It was also sad for the children. I understand the organizers' point that "if the roof is closed, you can't see the cherry blossoms," but since there are windows, I think it would be better to look out from there. It's better than not being able to see anything at all while looking down.

確かに「雨でも決行」や「雨具用意」とは書いてありますが限度があります
ひどい雨にもかかわらず屋根があるのに閉めないなんてありえない
雨のせいで下を向くしかなくガイドさんが桜の名所を案内してるのに見ることができません
お金を払って雨に打たれてバスに乗ってるだけでした
雨具を持ってない人向けのカッパも売ってましたがペラペラのビニール
あれでは雨から守れないと思います
子供もいて可哀想でした
運営側の「屋根があると桜が見えない」というのもわかりますが窓があるのでそこから見ればいいと思いますよ
下を向いて全く見えないよりマシです

Unfortunately, it rained, and I was able to purchase a 100 yen raincoat, but when I looked up, the rain hit my face, and I could hardly see the cherry blossoms. I heard that the bus is designed to have a closed roof, but due to company policy, it wasn't allowed. I think if the roof had been closed, we could have enjoyed the cherry blossoms more comfortably. There were about 40 passengers, but due to the cold and the rain coming in through the gaps in the raincoats, most of us got off along the way. I sincerely hope that the announcement includes a note stating that the roof may be closed in case of rain.

運悪く雨天となり100円のカッパを購入できましたが　上を向くと雨が顔にあたり桜はほぼ見れませんでした　バスは屋根が閉まる仕様との事ですが会社の方針でダメとの事　屋根が閉まれば落ち着いて桜も楽しめたのではと思います
40名程の乗車でしたがあまりの寒さとカッパの隙間からも入る雨に殆どが途中降車でした
案内の一文に雨天では屋根が閉まる場合もありますといれての運行を切に願います

The weather was nice, and it was a refreshing day for cherry blossom viewing, so I enjoyed it. However, the guide's talk was drowned out by the surrounding noise, making it very difficult to hear, which was disappointing.

お天気も良く、風も爽やかなお花見日和だったので楽しめましたが、ガイドさんのお話は周りの音に消されてとても聞き取りにくく、残念でした。

I used it for the first time. The weather was nice, with blue skies and cherry blossoms above, making for a fun bus tour. There was traffic, so we could enjoy the sights slowly. The meeting place and drop-off location were difficult for newcomers, and I got lost.

For us who are over 70 years old, it was wonderful to enjoy the surroundings of the Imperial Palace without the hassle of walking around! We took the 10:00 bus course and got off in Asakusa. We enjoyed walking along the Sumida River and through the lively streets of Asakusa, as well as a delicious lunch. The cherry blossoms were not yet in full bloom, but we were able to fully enjoy the feeling of hanami (flower viewing).

７０歳を過ぎた私達には
歩いては回るのは大変な皇居の回り等々を
楽して楽しむことが出来最高‼︎
10：00のコースのバスに乗車し浅草で下車。
隅田川沿いや賑やかな浅草の街歩き、
美味しいランチも楽しみました。
桜は満開まではもう少しでしたが、十分お花見気分を味わうことができました。

The weather was cloudy and cold, and the cherry blossoms were either in full bloom or had already started to leaf out. Because it was cloudy, I couldn't take my time to enjoy the sakura. I just passed by in the car, and I only saw the famous spots from a distance, so it felt more like a sightseeing tour of Tokyo rather than a cherry blossom viewing experience.

さくらをゆっくり見ることができなかった。車で通り過ぎるだけ、名所も遠くから見るだけだったので、お花見ツアーと言うか、東京観光って感じでした

I participated on April 1st, but the cherry blossoms were already past their peak. I enjoyed the tour as the guide shared various insights about Tokyo, but I think it would be better to join at the end of March next time.

4月１日に参加しましたが、桜は、もうすでに葉桜。
ガイドさんのお話で、東京を色々案内していただいたので、たのしめましたが、次回は、３月の末に参加が良いと思いました。

I was concerned about the cherry blossom blooming status and the weather, but both were perfect on the day of the event. It was great to see the cherry blossoms from a high vantage point on the bus without having to walk through the crowds of spectators in the city center. The guide's explanations were detailed and informative! Passing under the elevated tracks was thrilling and fun. We got off the bus in Asakusa and visited Senso-ji Temple without going through the crowded Nakamise street, and then we enjoyed the view of the Tokyo Skytree and cherry blossoms leisurely at Sumida Park.

桜の開花状況と天気が気になりましたが当日は両方に恵まれて最高でした。
都心の桜を見物客の混雑の中を歩かずにバスの上の高い目線から見られて良かったです。
ガイドさんの説明も詳しくて良かった！
高架下をくぐるのもスリリングで面白い。
浅草でバスを降りて浅草寺を横から仲見世の混雑を通らずにお参りして、隅田川公園でスカイツリーと桜をゆっくり楽しみました。

I participated with my mother and daughter, making it three generations. The bus had no roof, so it felt a bit chilly, but it was great to see the cherry blossoms up close. Overall, they were about 30% in bloom, but the guide's explanations were bright and enjoyable. We got off in Asakusa, had a meal, and then walked to Ueno Park.

母、娘、私の３世代で参加。バスは屋根が無いので少し肌寒く感じましたが桜を間近に見られて良かったです。全体的には３分咲き程度でしたが、ガイドさんの説明も明るく楽しかったです。
浅草で降りて、食事をしてから上野公園まで歩きました。

The cherry blossoms were a bit early, but the view from the second floor, which is usually not seen, was exciting, and I thought a bus tour was nice for a change. The guide was very enjoyable and provided a great tour.

桜はちょっと早めでしたが、普段は見られない2階からの眺めはテンションがあがるし、たまにはバスツアーも良いと思いました。ガイドさんがとても楽しく案内してくれました。

The rain was a natural occurrence, so it couldn't be helped, but I regretted participating just to avoid the cancellation fee. The glass fogged up, and I couldn't see the scenery or the flowers from inside the bus, plus it was cold, so there was nothing good about it at all. Even at the initial meeting point, it said to wait until the staff guided us, but even after the time passed, no staff showed up, which left a bad impression of poor organization. Since we paid the same fee as on a sunny day, I hope they consider a plan that can be enjoyed even in the rain.

雨は自然のことだから仕方なかったけど、キャンセル料がかかるからと無理に参加したけど後悔でした。
ガラスがくもってしまってバスの中からも景色も花も見えないし、寒いしで何一ついいことありませんでした。
はじめの集合場所だって係員が案内するまでお待ちくださいって書いてあったけど、時間すぎても係員はこないし、手際が悪い印象。
晴れの日と同じ料金を払っているので、雨の場合でも楽しめるプランを考えてほしいです。

Sitting in a bus seat while touring Tokyo is incredibly comfortable. However, taking pictures of cherry blossoms while wearing a seatbelt is quite challenging... The nearby cherry blossoms are blocked by the window frame, so you can only capture the distant ones within the frame. Therefore, I recommend enjoying the cherry blossoms from the window rather than focusing on photography. ♬

バスの座席に座ったまま東京巡りが出来るのは快適そのもの。
ただし、シートベルトをしたまま桜の写真を撮るのはなんとも難しい。。。
近くの桜は窓枠にさえぎられるため、遥かかなたの桜を窓枠におさめるしかない。
ということで、撮影より車窓からの桜を楽しむことをオススメします♬

The wind was a bit chilly, and we could hardly see any cherry blossoms, but it was enjoyable to tour around Tokyo from the roof of a double-decker bus, which is not something you can do very often.

少し風は冷たく桜はほとんど見る事はできませんでしたが、2階建てバスの屋根からなかなか見ることのできない東京都内を周遊できて楽しかったです。

I wanted to get off the open bus quickly because it was raining and cold. The VIP waiting room was hard to find and far away. It wasn't enjoyable at all, not even a little. What a shame. 😢

It was great to see various famous spots like the Imperial Palace, the National Diet Building, and Yasukuni Shrine. The tour lasted just under an hour, making it a nice sightseeing experience.

The guide also shared a lot of information, which was wonderful.

皇居や国会議事堂、靖国神社など色々な名所と見ることができてよかった。
時間も1時間弱で、いい観光になりました。

ガイドさんも色々教えてくれて、良かったです。

It was a beautiful day, and the hour flew by in no time. I boarded the bus after taking measures against the cold, and the warmth blowing from the floor by the window was very comfortable. Thank you for explaining the history in a fun and easy-to-understand way, from the past to the present. The view was outstanding, especially since there was no ceiling. It was an interesting experience to have tunnels and signals passing just above our heads, full of thrills. I would love to try a different course if I have the opportunity again.

お天気の良い日で、あっという間の１時間でした。寒さ対策をしてバスに乗り込みましたが、窓際の足元から暖房が吹き出ていて心地良かったです。
歴史から現在の姿まで楽しくわかりやすくお話をしてくださりありがとうございました。
天井がないだけあって見晴らしは抜群。
トンネルや信号が頭上すれすれを通っていくのは面白い体験でスリル満点でした。
また、機会があれば違うコースを体験させていただきたいです。

It was drizzling, but we were able to enjoy ourselves without getting wet. When we entered and exited the water, it was thrilling, and the kids were excited about an experience they rarely get to have.

小雨の中でしたが濡れることもなく楽しめました。水に入る時、上がる時は迫力があり子どもも滅多にできない体験に興奮していました。

It was my first experience. When crossing the Rainbow Bridge, the wind was a bit cold, but the weather was very nice, and everything felt like a dream. However, I couldn't hear the guide's audio at all. Please raise the volume a little more. The person sitting next to me was a local from Tokyo, so they explained various things to me.

お隣に座った方が 東京が地元の方だったので その方にいろいろ説明をしてもらいました。

It was a cold day for the ride, but I felt that experiencing the cold was one of its charms. The best part was the female guide, who was very polite, easy to understand, had a pleasant voice, and even made us laugh. The staff at the reception were also courteous, and I felt that everyone was kind. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to take the ride.

寒い日の乗車でしたが、寒さを体感出来るのも魅力のひとつとも思わせてもらえました。
1番良かったのがとても丁寧で分かりやすく、笑いもあり聞きやすい声の女性のガイドさんでした。受付の方も丁寧でスタッフの方々が優しい人ばかりだと感じました。

I had the experience with six relatives in San Francisco. Everyone was impressed and said it was wonderful. Also, the guide's announcements were polite and enjoyable.

The weather was clear and warm. They took care of our luggage at the office. The tour guides were all very kind. The guide was great at telling stories! I was in the front row when we dove, so I got excited and shouted when I saw the splashes hitting the windshield. Depending on the wind direction, you might get a little wet. It was an hour that flew by.

天気晴れ。気温も暖かい。事務所で荷物預かってくれました。添乗員の方もみんな親切でした。ガイドさんの話も上手！ダイブする時最前列だったのでフロントガラスに当たる水しぶきを見て興奮して叫んでしまいました。風向きによっては少しぬれるようですよ。あっという間の1時間でした。

My two girls had a lovely time. We were handed with the ride detail in English. Though the instruction during the ride is mostly in Japanese, we enjoyed the tour. The instructor was very interactive.

I live in Tokyo, but I had never visited the tourist spots, so it was refreshing. More than anything, the open air felt great, and we all screamed with excitement! My parents and my sister's family, who went with me, were also thrilled, so I would like to join a different course next time!

都内に住んでいますが、観光地を巡ったことがないので、新鮮でしたし、何より屋根がないのがとても気持ち良くて、家族みんなで絶叫しました！一緒に行った両親や姉家族も大喜びでしたので、また違うコースに参加したいと思います！

The view from a high position was refreshing, and I was able to rediscover Tokyo's landmarks and streets. Without a roof, the 360-degree visibility was great, and there was a thrill when passing under the railway bridge. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and enjoyable. Next time, I would like to try a different course.

高い位置からの眺めは新鮮で、東京の名所や街を再発見できました。
屋根がないため、360度見通しも良く、鉄道橋下を通過する時はスリルもありました。
ガイドさんの案内も分かり易く楽しかったです。
次は、違うコースを乗ってみたいと思います。

I brought my same-day reservation number, but the bus staff told me that I couldn't board with that reservation. They instructed me to go to the office in front and handle the procedures there. At the office, I was mocked with questions like, "What is this company? Which company is this?" In the end, I had to fill out paperwork again, and it took about 10 minutes to issue my seat. Since I arrived early, I managed to avoid any major issues, but I was disappointed that the email from your company, which I received a few days prior to my trip, did not mention the procedures to follow on-site. I wonder if it was my fault for thinking that I could board with just the order confirmation and the OK email number. Oh, and it was really hot that day.

当日予約ナンバーを持って行きましたがバスの乗員にこの予約では乗れません。前にある事務所に行って手続きをして下さいと言われ行きました、事務所では何？この会社どこの会社なんて馬鹿にされました。結局又、書類に書き込みあらためて席次発券10分位かかりました。早めに行ったので事なきを得ましたが、その旨を数日前に届いた乗車が近づきましたの、御社のメールに現場での手続きの事が書いてありません。注文、okメールナンバーの写しがあれば乗れると思ったこちらが悪いのか。や～その日は暑かった。
