As someone who loves airplanes and works in the aviation industry, I have been eagerly awaiting the resumption of this ABB tour. Since it was a weekday on April 11, the participants were all adults.
Upon arrival, I checked in, and even while waiting for the tour to start, my excitement was through the roof. There were plenty of things to do with the latest equipment, and I could learn about the history of ANA, which was very educational.
The actual tour is conducted by a current cabin attendant. I was really impressed by how she explained everything appropriately while maintaining eye contact with us, all without any notes—it was truly moving! There were some lengthy explanations, and I could tell she had studied a lot for this. I felt grateful!
After the tour, I learned so much, and I gained a newfound respect for ground staff, maintenance personnel, cabin attendants, and pilots. I realized just how much effort they put into ensuring safety in the skies. I highly recommend this tour.
Lastly, you can purchase original merchandise from this tour, and I found myself wanting everything. Please note that payments are only accepted via electronic money, and cash cannot be used.
飛行機好きで、仕事も航空関係で、だからこそ、このＡＢＢの見学ツアー再開を待ち望んでおりました。
4月11日平日だったので、参加者は大人ばかりでした。
現地について、チェックインして、ツアー開始までの待っている間でさえテンション上がりっぱなし。最新の設備で時間潰せたり、ANAの歴史が見られたり、勉強になることたくさんでした。
実際のツアーは現役CAさんが担当してくださいます。すごいなーと感心したのは、まったくカンペなしで私達とアイコンタクト取りながら適切に説明してくださって、まさに感動！すごく長いお話のくだりもあったり、とても勉強してくださったんだろうなと思います。ありがと！って感じでした。
ツアーを見て、いろんなことを勉強させていただいて、ＧＦさん、整備士さん、CAさん、パイロットさんへの見方は尊敬に値するし、空の安全を守るためにどれだけ努力してくださっているんだなと改めてわかりました。
ほんとオススメのツアーです。
最後にこのツアーのオリジナルグッズが買えるのですが、どれも欲しくなります。お支払いは電子マネーなどオンリーで現金は使えないのでご注意ください。

I went with my foreign partner. The verbal explanations were in Japanese, but I was able to borrow printed materials in English. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Since I'm not good with directions, I made sure to arrive at the station with plenty of time to spare. It's quite a walk from the monorail station.

The facility was very clean, and I had a good impression the moment I entered. During the 90 minutes, I received various explanations. It was nice to see things that are usually not visible, like a slide floating in the pool.

It makes me wonder, is it really safe to fly? As someone who boards with a bit of skepticism, I appreciate that the cabin crew has undergone such extensive training. This is a training facility for All Nippon Airways staff to further enhance their passion for work. Although visitors can only catch a glimpse of the activities, it was clear that employees from various job roles are honing their skills here. In the afternoon of that day, I also participated in a tour of the aircraft factory and returned home on an All Nippon Airways flight. ■ Impressions from Actual Experience
1. The vast space is arranged with practical training facilities, which can only be viewed from a designated visitor corridor separated by glass walls. For example, the flight simulator and training facilities for emergency water landings (such as pools and boats) can only be "viewed from a distance," and there are no videos or photos depicting the training in action.
2. The facility's "theme" seems to introduce the "six job categories related to aircraft service (flight attendants, aircraft maintenance engineers, ground handling, pilots, etc.)" through videos and displays of uniforms and tools. However, not all six categories are represented (in my case, only two job types were shown in the videos). Additionally, there are no paper brochures or supplementary materials available. In other words, for the reasons mentioned in point 3, the design effectively prevents any "memory or record."
3. Similar to "The Restaurant with Many Orders," right after the tour starts, participants are persistently encouraged to take photos in a space displaying the "Blue Base logo." At this time, the guide checks the participants' camera equipment. The next area leads to individual lockers where participants are instructed to store their "cameras, etc.," and are informed that no photography is allowed in the following viewing spaces.

Therefore, I recommend masking unnecessary information (the most notable being the photo) with a post-it note before presenting it, and to limit the "presentation" to showing it without handing it over to the receptionist (or placing it on a tray).
■ Other "Advice for Future Participants" and Summary
- In short, this is a "tour (facility visit) that is not worth participating in." Moreover, there are too many "unintelligible orders." If you're going to spend 1,000 yen and your time, I recommend exploring other companies, including those from different industries. I did not find it to be worth rushing to make a reservation.
- However, for enthusiasts who wish to showcase their knowledge or for those who have never flown on an airplane, there may be "some value."

即ち、次（3.）の 理由もあり、いわば『記憶・記録させない』造りになっています。
3. 『注文の多い料理店』よろしく、ツアー・スタート直後に誘導される「Blue Base のロゴ」を掲げた
スペースで、このロゴの写真撮影をするよう執拗に勧められます。この時、案内者は参加者のカメラ等
撮影機材の所有状況をチェックしています。
そして、次に誘導されるスペースには、各自にロッカーが準備されていて、このロッカーに「カメラ等」
を収めるよう、また これより先の見学スペースでは一切の撮影ができない旨が告げられます。
4. 撮影禁止区域の見学を終え、「カメラ等」をロッカーから取り出した後は、「記念撮影エリア」になります。
ビジネスクラスの座席（配置間隔が不自然）や、操縦席のモックアップ等が置かれていますが、記念に
撮影する程のモノではありません。ここでは 時間が浪費された印象です。
そして最後に誘導される なぜか長方形の「360度シアター」では、高高度を飛行中の 機内からの景色
（アニメーション）が映し出されますが、窓の外には一羽の鳥が並走（並飛翔）している、というなんとも
不思議（非科学的）な映像で、何を訴求したいのか、訳が分からないものでした。
5. 話は前後しますが、「受付」の際に 「身分証」の提示 が求められることについて、不安・疑問に思われて
いる方も多いと思います。昨今、いわゆる優良大企業と言われているところでも「個人情報の漏洩」は現に
に起こっているからです。
このことについてANAに問合せたところ、
『① 施設への入館方法は、特にこれを定める法律はなく [監督官庁の行政指導等を含む]、
ANAの裁量範囲として、身分証の提示を求めている。
② [具体的には] 提示された身分証により「氏名」を照合している。』
旨の回答を得ました。 注) [ ]内は投稿者の補足
したがって、「氏名」以外の不要な情報（その筆頭は顔写真）は予めポストイット等によりマスキングして
提示すること、また「提示」に留め 受付者に手渡さない（またはトレーに乗せない）ことをお勧めします。
■ その他「これから参加する人へのアドバイス」兼 まとめ
・一言で表すなら『参加する価値が無いツアー（施設見学）』です。
ましてや『（理解できない）注文』が多すぎます。
せっかくの 1,000円と時間を使うなら、異業種を含む他社をお勧めします。
先を争って予約を取るような価値があるとは、私には思われませんでした。
・ただし、ご自身の知識を誇示されたいマニアの方々、飛行機に一度も乗ったことのない方々
には「一定の価値は ある」でしょう。

I could see that the employees of ANA consistently provide better service to customers and thoroughly manage safety during my visit. While running on the Rainbow Bridge, there was a strong wind that messed up my hair, but since it was a hot day, it felt nice. The 50 minutes went by in no time.

I have participated in the ANA Blue Hangar Tour several times, but this training facility has always been a dream of mine. I was impressed by the visit to the training facilities for ground staff, cabin crew, flight crew, and maintenance personnel, especially the flight simulators, which are equipped for various aircraft types, demonstrating their constant efforts to improve safety. However, it was unfortunate that I took home the locker key that was handed to me at check-in without any confirmation from the staff on my way out. I wish there had been a brief reminder.

From check-in, the service was so attentive that it felt like I was really at an airport. All the staff greeted us with smiles, which made it very relaxing to tour the facility. Since it was around lunchtime, I thought there wouldn't be any training sessions, but I was very happy to see several training activities taking place. I was particularly surprised to see both pilot simulators in use for training. The guide was an active flight attendant who taught us a lot. We also got to take some photos at the end. チェックインから丁寧な対応でまるで本当の空港にいるみたいな感じでした。スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔で対応して頂きとてもリラックスして見学できました。ちょうどお昼にかかる時間帯だったので訓練はしていないだろうなぁと思いましたが幾つかの訓練をしているのが見学出来てとても嬉しかったです。なかでもパイロットのシュミレーターが2台とも訓練していたのに驚きました。案内してくれた方は現役のCAさんで色々と教えてくれました。写真も撮ってもらい最後でした。ここでANAのみなさんがしっかりと訓練しているおかげで私達が安心して飛行機に乗れるんだなぁと感心しました。是非みなさん見学する事をおすすめします。

My impression as soon as I entered the "Kirei" was that the infection control measures and cleaning were thoroughly done, and everything was sparkling clean.
The tour was guided by someone who works as a flight attendant. With their polite explanations and cheerful pace, my third-grade son was able to enjoy the visit as well. I experienced the Rainbow Bridge course that departs at 4:30 PM! Just before arrival, I was on the verge of freezing, but I became so engrossed in the photo opportunities along the way that I forgot about the cold. Unlike the old image of the sightseeing bus as just a Tokyo tour, we took an open bus to see Tokyo Tower and the Rainbow Bridge.
It was the season when the cherry blossoms were starting to bloom. It was a very warm day, but as we got on the expressway towards the Rainbow Bridge, the clouds started to look ominous, and then it began to rain.
They lent us raincoats at the beginning, but with the strong winds and rain, it felt like a little attraction, and it became a fun memory!
I want to experience a different course next time!

★Morning Blue Course → Bought a lunch bento at Marunouchi Building → Thought about where to get off while riding the first Red Course → Moved seats without getting off the Red Course → For the second time, got off at the place I had thought of during the first ride and enjoyed a late lunch while taking in the scenery → Returned to Marunouchi on the Red Course… it was very nice★ The Green Course is close to my home, and I've been there many times, but since the frequency is low, I avoided taking it this time. (I made a reservation based on the cherry blossom forecast, but only early-blooming cherry blossoms were out… this is natural, so it doesn't affect my evaluation.)
I misunderstood that I could only ride from the Marunouchi ticket center with just the voucher, so I had some questions and called in advance. They answered my questions politely. The staff who were waiting when I arrived also provided accurate advice for my questions, thank you very much. It was very helpful. The guides varied by person. Some provided commentary in Japanese and English in addition to the earphone announcements (like "If you turn at this intersection, you can see the Tokyo Skytree right in front of you") and would announce the next bus stop, while others had almost no guidance and were quite silent. It seems there are no set rules. When I asked questions, some would summarize the key points, while others loved to talk and wouldn't stop… I was a bit confused by the constant chatter since I wanted to enjoy the scenery. Since there were many foreigners, I wonder if it was easier for us Japanese to talk? But overall, I was satisfied. Although I live in Tokyo, I thought I could go anytime, yet I rarely visit places like this, so I highly recommend it. I had a refreshing time enjoying the beautiful views and smiles of spring. ★朝のブルーコース→ 丸ビルでお弁当ランチ購入→１度目赤コースを乗車しながら降りたいところを考える→赤コース降りないで席移動→２度目は、１度目に考えた場所で降車して景色を観ながら遅めのランチ→赤コースで丸の内へ戻る…とても良かったです★緑コースは家から近く何度も行ったところですし、緑は本数が少なくて時間が合わす乗車を回避しました。（開花予報で予約しましたが、桜は早咲きのみ…これは自然のことなので、評価には入ってません）
バウチャーだけでは、丸の内のチケットセンターのみの乗車しか出来ないのかと勘違いして、疑問がわき、事前に電話で問い合わせしました。丁寧に答えてくださいました。着いた時に待っててくださったスタッフの方も質問に的確にアドバイスくださり、ありがとうございました。とても助かりました。ガイドさんは人によって違いました。イヤホンのアナウンスとは別に日本語と英語でガイドしてくださったり（この交差点を曲がると目の前にスカイツリーが観えますとか）次は○○バス停ですと声掛けしてくださる方と、ほぼガイドなし、シーンとしている方で様々で、決まりはないようです。質問した時には まとめて要所を答えてくださる方と、お話が好きで止まらない方…景色を観たいので、話が止まらないのは少々困惑しました。外国の方々が多いので日本人の私たちは話しやすかったのかしら？でも総合的に満足でした。東京在住ですが、いつでも行けると思い、そうは言っても実はなかなか行かないところを周ってくださるのでオススメです。展望良く笑顔の多い春の時間を過ごせ、リフレッシュできました。コロナ明けのthe東京 改めて満喫させてもらいました。また秋の紅葉コース行ってみたいなって友人と話しました。お世話になりました！
