I had the opportunity to tour the training facility guided by an active flight attendant. The entrance modeled after a boarding gate, two state-of-the-art theaters, and the chance to see the training sessions up close were all impressive and left me very satisfied!

現役のCAさんによるガイドで、訓練施設を見させていただきました。搭乗ゲートを模した入場口、最先端のシアター2つ、申し訳ないくらい間近で見られる訓練の様子など、完成度が高く大満足でした！

I took a double-decker, open-top bus from Tokyo Station, passing through the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, and Rainbow Bridge.
Check-in was smooth.
Since the seats are assigned, there's no need to compete for a spot.
When there are fewer customers, you can sit more freely, further avoiding close contact.
I usually live and work in the metropolitan area, but riding the bus slowly and taking in the scenery was refreshing and different.
I actually wanted to ride during the time when I could see the night view, but I enjoyed it enough during the day.
Just keep in mind that since it's open, it's good to have warm clothing and glasses.

東京駅から皇居を通り東京タワー、レインボーブリッジを通る2階建て屋根なしバスに乗りました。
チェックインはスムース。
席も決まっている為、席取り合戦にならなくても済みます。
お客様が少ないと自由咳になるので、3密を更にさけて座ることもできます。
普段首都圏に住み働いてますが、ゆっくりバスに乗って案内されて見る景色はまた違って新鮮でした。
本当は夜景の見れる時間に乗りたかったですが日中でも十分楽しめました。
ただオープンなのでかなりの防寒対策メガネなどがあると良いです

As someone who is not good at flying, I have loved the power of an airplane taking off and its ascent towards dreams since I was a child. Today, I finally had the chance to participate in an ANA tour, and I learned about the history of airplanes and how many expert teams work hard every day to keep them flying.

The attendant in charge of the tour was wonderful, and everything felt like a dream. I now have the desire to try flying on an airplane. Thank you to everyone at ANA for your hard work every day. Please continue to do your best.

飛行機に乗るのは苦手な私は飛行機が離陸する推進力、夢に向かって飛び立つ姿が子供の頃から大好きでした。
本日、やっとANAのツアーに参加出来て飛行機の歴史や、どれだけ飛行機を飛ばすのに多数のエキスパートチームの方々が日々、努力をしているか伝わって来ました。

ツアー担当のアテンダントの方も素敵で何もかも夢の様な時間でした。
飛行機✈乗ってみたい〜気持ちになりました。

There were many explanations through videos, making it easy for elementary school students to understand and engage in the tour. In the end, I was able to take a lot of photos, and I am very satisfied.

映像での説明も多いので小学生でもわかりやすくきょうみを持って見学することができました。
最後に写真をたくさん撮らせていただき、大変満足しています。

I really wanted to experience it since every time the reservations are fully booked. It was a fun event, but considering the participation fee, I expected a bit more attractive content.

毎回予約が満杯になっているので、是非とも体験したかった。
楽しい催しでしたが、参加費を考えるともう少しアトラクティブな内容を期待します。

The guidance from the flight attendant was clear and the explanations were very polite, which was great. I definitely want to participate again.

It was great to see ANA's commitment to safety and their educational system, among other new aspects. If I have the opportunity, I would like to go again. I had a wonderful time.

Lastly, I was moved to hear the live voice of the cabin attendant, who regularly makes announcements. If possible, I would love to fly with All Nippon Airways on an international trip. Unfortunately, it seems like an unrealistic thought. It's disappointing. Also, the uniform is really cool. I'm a man, but I can't help but admire it, and I apologize for that.

アナウンスしている、生の声を聞けて、感動しました。出来れば、海外旅行✈️で、全日空を、搭乗出来ればと、思います。もう無理な考え方なのです。残念です。後、制服も、格好いいです。

The tour content was great.
The guide's explanations were easy to understand, even for beginners.
There were fewer limited edition goods than I expected.

Not only did I receive explanations about the various job roles, but I also learned interesting trivia that I wouldn't have known if I hadn't participated in this tour. The 90 minutes flew by, and I had a great time. I was able to develop an interest in job roles I wasn't familiar with, so now I can enjoy looking at the airport from a different perspective when I visit. I would like to participate again and see the rescue training and maintenance training next time. I have come to like ANA even more.

各職種の業務についての説明だけでなく、このツアーに参加していなければ知ることのなかった豆知識も教えていただきとても楽しい時間で90分はあっという間でした。
知らなかった職種にも感心を持つことができたので、空港を訪れた際には今までとは違った目線で見てみる楽しみができました。
また参加して今度は救助訓練や整備の訓練のタイミングで見学してみたいです。
ますますANAが好きになりました。

I was able to tour ANA's training facility. It was a valuable experience to see a place where photography is not allowed. The guidance from the active cabin attendant was very easy to understand, and I felt a strong positive impression. I think it was a great activity that I would like to do again.

It was a very meaningful experience to see machines that I usually only see on TV with my own eyes. Additionally, it was very valuable to be able to talk with active flight attendants. I definitely want to participate again.

普段テレビでしか見たことのない機械などを自分の目で見れたことは非常に有意義な時間でした。

I wished they had displayed the helicopter, the symbol of ANA's beginnings, in a more visible location. I would have liked to share this feeling together.

ANA初心のシンボル、ヘリコプターをもっと観えるところに展示して欲しかった。出来ればこの想いを一緒に感じ取りたかった。

I was moved to experience a world that I usually cannot. I am considering creating another opportunity to participate in the tour again.

日頃体験出来ない世界を体験することが出来て感動しました。

The ANA Blue Base tour I participated in felt like a theme park for airplane enthusiasts (is it a serious training facility for people working at ANA?).

We were able to observe the training facilities for ground staff, cabin attendants, cargo staff, mechanics, and pilots through glass, and there were displays introducing each job. There were plenty of trivia, such as the differences between the uniforms of ground staff and cabin attendants, and the clever ways mechanics keep track of their tools. I learned that the maintenance manual number does not start from No. 1; when I asked why, I was told that No. 1 is reserved for the helicopter manual. I felt a sense of awe knowing that ANA started as a company with two helicopters.

That day, I saw peach cabin attendants seriously training with a mock-up, ANA cabin attendants desperately performing CPR during a lifesaving training session, and pilots undergoing intense simulator training where the machines shook violently, showcasing their high awareness of safety.

At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a fun corner with photo opportunities and inspiring videos, making it a delightful experience until the very end.

Next time, I definitely want to try the ground staff experience and the simulator experience.

　今回参加した、ANAブルーベースの見学ツアーは飛行機好きにとってのテーマパークみたいでした（ANAで働く人たちのための真面目な研修施設なのですか）。
　グランドスタッフ、CA、貨物スタッフ、整備士、パイロットの研修施設をガラス越しに見学でき、また各職種のお仕事紹介の展示がありました。グランドスタッフとCAの制服のちがいとか、整備士の工具を無くさない工夫とか、トリビアもいっぱいでした。整備士のもつ整備マニュアルのNo.が1から始まっていないので、理由をきいたらNo.1からはヘリコプターのマニュアルとのこと。ANAはヘリコプター2機から始まった会社ならではだと思い畏敬の念を覚えました。
　その日はpeachのCAさんがモックアップで真剣に研修をしている所、ANAのCAさんの救命講習で心臓マッサージを必死にやっている姿、パイロットのシミュレーターでは機械が激しく揺れるほどの操縦訓練をしており、安全に対する意識の高さも見ることができました。
　ツアーの最後にお楽しみコーナー？で写真撮影や感動的な映像を拝見して、最後まで楽しませていただきました。
　次は、ぜひグランドスタッフの体験とシミュレータの体験をしたいと思いました。

I think the small group tour was a good response to COVID-19. It was great to learn about the efforts and training of ANA staff through the tour.

It was a fun tour that made me want to see and know more. I would like to participate in this tour again in the future.

少人数での見学ツアーは、コロナ対応として良かったと思います。
ANA職員の取り組みや訓練など見学を通じて知る事が出来て良かったです。

もっと見たいもっと知りたいと思わせてくれる楽しい見学ツアーでした。

This tour provides a great explanation of the various training activities from active cabin crew members, and it's clear that they are making efforts to improve their skills every day. I definitely want to participate again. Next time, I would like to go at an earlier time. Since it was a later tour, there wasn't much training happening.

現役のCAさんの説明で各種業務の訓練内容を教えてくれ、日々スキルアップのために努力しているのが良く分かるツアーです。また是非とも参加したいです。
次回は早めの時間帯で行きたいです。
遅めのツアーでしたので、訓練してるのがあまり無かったので。

I really appreciate being able to tour the actual training facility for just 1,000 yen. I realized how difficult it is to become a pilot and how high the awareness of safety is—it's more stringent than I imagined. I've always thought everyone looked so cool, and I have great respect for them. Although photography is not allowed in the viewing area, it's nice that they have prepared some great spots for photos. One thing to note is that souvenirs cannot be purchased with cash. I was also able to stop by Anamori Inari Shrine, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, making it a great day.

実際の訓練施設を千円で見学出来るなんて、本当ありがとうございます。
機長になるのがとても大変な事だとか、安全への意識が想像以上に高くて厳しいものだとか、実感出来ました。
みなさんいつもカッコいーなんてみてましたが、尊敬です。
見学エリアは撮影出来ませんが、映えスポットを用意してくれてるところも良いですね。
注意点としては、お土産は現金不可です。
こちらに来るついでに以前から行きたかった穴守稲荷神社にも寄ることが出来て、良い一日になりました。

It took about 5 minutes to arrive from the nearest station along a flat path. There were lockers with locks at the entrance, allowing us to store our bags and explore freely. Since there were only five groups for the tour, it felt like a small group experience where we could take our time. Photography was not allowed inside the training facility, so there was a locker to store smartphones during the tour, which we locked with a four-digit code. At the simulation area with the pilots, one of the pilots waved at us, and the kids were thrilled. In the photo-taking area, because of the small group size, we were able to take plenty of pictures. Finally, in the souvenir area, shopping was smooth with credit card or QR code payments. We were able to enter an area that is usually not accessible, and both adults and children returned very satisfied.

最寄り駅からは平坦な道で5分くらいで到着しました。
入り口に鍵つきロッカーがあり、荷物を預けられるので身軽な状況で見学できました。
見学は5組だったので、少人数でたっぷり見学できた印象です。
訓練施設内の撮影は不可だったので、見学途中でスマホを預けるロッカーがあり、4桁の数字でロックしました。
パイロットの方のシュミレーションをされる所で、パイロットの方が手を振ってくれて、こどもは喜んでました。
写真撮影可能エリアでは、少人数の見学ということもあり、存分に写真を撮ることができました。
最後におみやげエリアで買い物はクレジットカードか、QRコード決済でスムーズに買い物できました。
訓練施設という普段みることができないエリアに入ることができて、大人もこどもも大満足で帰ってきました。

I was able to see real training happening up close, and it felt very transparent. The entire staff was serious yet had great smiles, which was moving.

実際にやっているホンモノの訓練が間近で見れて、とても透明感を感じました。
スタッフ全員が真剣であったり、良い笑顔であったり、感動しました。

Since there were four of us, including the pilot, we decided to participate because it's only now that our family of four (husband, wife, 3-year-old, and 1-year-old) can all ride in the helicopter for free on our laps until the kids turn 2! We opted for a 10-minute ride, but I wish we could have stayed longer, haha. Our 3-year-old son was super excited and kept saying, "Let's ride again tomorrow."

We wore headsets with microphones to chat, and my son seemed to enjoy that too, saying things like, "Next, we will turn right," and having a great time. We talked about wanting to try a night ride next time. I hope we can all ride together again while the kids are still allowed on our laps. We were blessed with good weather and beautiful scenery, making it a truly precious experience. I can't stop watching the videos, I'm still so excited!

操縦士さん含め4人乗りなので、
家族4人（夫婦＋3歳＋1歳）みんなでヘリに乗れるのは2歳まで膝上無料の今だけ！と思って参加することにしました。
10分にしましたがもっと乗っていたかったです笑
3歳の男の子は大興奮で「明日も乗ろうね」と言っていました。
マイク付きヘッドホンをつけて会話するのですが3歳の息子はそれも楽しかったようで「次は右へ曲がります」などと言って楽しんでいました。
次は夜に乗ってみたいね、と話して帰ってきました。また子供が膝上可能なうちに4人で乗れたらと思います。お天気にも恵まれて景色も良く、とても貴重な体験ができました。
ドキドキがおさまらずずっと動画を見ています笑！

The current staff member (flight attendant) provided a very detailed and helpful explanation, including their past experiences, which was extremely informative. Additionally, I found ANA's corporate spirit to be very resonant, and I felt a bit envious to be able to work in such a workplace. The only disappointment was that I couldn't observe the actual training, but aside from that, I was very satisfied. If there is another opportunity, I would definitely like to participate again. 　現役職員(客室乗務員)のナビゲーターさんが、ご自分のこれまでの経験を含め、懇切丁寧に説明いただき、大変参考になりました。
　また、ANAの社内精神も、とても共鳴できるもので、こんな職場で働けて羨ましいと少し嫉妬してしまいました。

I was so excited to finally go on the Blue Base Tour that I had wanted to attend for a long time. As soon as I entered Blue Base, I was grateful for the kind cabin attendants who answered my questions and assisted me. Unfortunately, we couldn't take photos during the tour, but I was moved to see the pilot simulator I had seen on TV actually in operation. The captain and co-pilot waved to us after finishing with the simulator, and I became even more of a fan of ANA because of their warm hospitality! Starting next year, my daughter will also become an ANA employee, and I hope she can work hard to become a part of this wonderful ANA team and be someone who can inspire others. Thank you for the enjoyable tour this time!

ずーっと行きたかったブルーベースツアーがやっと行く事が出来ワクワクしていました。
ブルーベースに入った途端優しいCAの方に色々聞いて対応して頂き感謝しております。
中でのツアーは残念ながら写真は撮れませんが、テレビで見たパイロットのシュミレーターが実際に動いていて感動しました。シュミレーターを終えた機長と副操縦士の方が私達に手を振ってくれたりと温かなANAの社員の心遣いに益々ファンになりました！
来年から娘もANAの社員となりお世話になりますが、是非この素晴らしいANAの方々の一員になれるよう頑張ってそして人を感動させる仕事が出来る人間になって貰いたいと思います。

Despite being just over an hour long, the bus tour felt like an attraction. It was very enjoyable. It was great to see Tokyo Tower from various angles, and the strong winds at Rainbow Bridge were quite an experience. You don't get to experience that often.

I wanted to visit ANA's training facility for their work, and I made a reservation, but I was unable to visit due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm so glad that I finally got a reservation for November 8th this year! The training facility was off-limits for photography, but I was able to see facilities like the flight simulator and water landing training that I had only seen on TV, which was great! The staff at ANA provided kind and thorough explanations, which was also wonderful! After the tour, I purchased several original goods displayed at the entrance, and I recommend all of them!

ANAのお仕事の訓練施設を一度見学したくて予約をしましたが、コロナ渦で見学も出来ず困っていましたがやっと今年の11月8日に予約が取れて良かったです!!訓練施設は撮影禁止でしたが、フライトシュミレーターや着水訓練施設などテレビでしか見られなかった施設が見る事が出来て良かったです!!ANAの案内スタッフも親切丁寧な説明で良かったです!!見学を終えて入口に展示されていたオリジナルグッズも何点か購入しましたがどの商品もお勧めです!!

It was great to be able to tour the training facility and feel the work firsthand. I thought it was amazing to see the flight simulator in action. If they could have played some videos during the downtime, it would have been even more exciting. Since it was a special occasion, I wish they could have played "Another Sky" at the entrance—it turned out to be a wonderful day that renewed my longing for the sky.

訓練施設を見学できて仕事が肌感覚で感じられて良かったです。フライトシミュレータが動いていたわのが見れてスゴいなと思いました。訓練がない時は映像を少し流してもらうともっと興奮したかも。折角なのでエントランスでは思い切りアナザスカイを流してもらえればなぁ～空への憧れを新たにした素敵な1日になりました。

I mainly just watched the panel explanations from a glass-enclosed corridor. I couldn't hear any voices or the atmosphere of the training. The sense of realism didn't come through just from the atmosphere of the training. The merchandise was also better at the factory tour, which was disappointing. The initial luggage locker and boarding gate raised my expectations, but the final situation was also lacking in explanation, and the rules regarding camera use were only explained after it had started.

主にパネルの説明に訓練をガラス張りの通路から眺めるだけ。訓練の雰囲気等の声も聞こえず。訓練の雰囲気だけで、臨場感が伝わらなかった。グッズも工場見学の方が品揃えは良くて残念。最初の荷物預けロッカーと搭乗ゲートは良く期待を持たされたが、一番最後のシチュエーションも説明不足でカメラの使用の可否も始まってから説明だった。
