I participated after watching a certain TV program. Even though it was a French full course, the salad that was served was not delicious, and although they mentioned it was made using a unique method, I could only think of it as an unappetizing lettuce salad. The meat and dessert were tasty, but if asked whether I would go again just for this meal, I would probably say no. However, it was an experience that I wouldn't have in my daily life.

I felt like I was taken to places I couldn't go on my own. The food on the bus was delicious, and it was nice that the portions weren't too large. We received detailed explanations about the scenery, and with the roof open, there was a sense of freedom. The views from high up on the highway provided many wonderful experiences, and my friend who accompanied me was also grateful. I didn't realize that the meeting point and the drop-off point were different, so I think it would have been better if that had been emphasized a bit more, especially considering the train schedule for the return trip.
自分ではいけない場所に連れて行ってもらえた気分でした。バスの中のお料理が美味しく、量も多くなくて良かったです。景色について細かい説明をいただいたり、屋根がオープンになって解放感があり、高速道路では高所からの眺めなど、素敵な体験がたくさんできて、同行した友人にも感謝されました。集合場所と解散場所が違っていることに気づいていなかったので、そ戸が違うということは、少し強調していただいた方が良かったかと思いました。帰りの電車の時間もあるので。

I was able to catch a glimpse of just a small part of the work and specifications that support airplane operations, such as trainees actually riding on life boats, escape slides, and engines. I struggled a bit to make a reservation, as there were no tours available on the day I was aiming for or they were fully booked, but I’m glad I went.

A few minutes' walk from the nearest station. The door of the locker where you can store your luggage next to the entrance has the name of the airport on it, which was exciting right from the start. I also got to see the history of ANA and training scenes. The full flight simulator where pilots train was operational and looked impressive. This is definitely a spot that airplane enthusiasts should check out.

We participated as a family of four. It was a great experience to see and touch the actual airplane that was used. The guide was very easy to understand and clear. I gained an appreciation for the commitment to safe operations, the diligent training, and the excellent teamwork, which made me like ANA even more.

Since it was summer vacation, I brought my child who is interested in becoming a CA to participate. It was a very fulfilling experience as we were able to see a training site that is usually not accessible. However, since all 15 spots were filled, those at the back couldn't see the exhibits until the explanations were finished. Additionally, when training was taking place, it was difficult to understand what was being discussed at that moment, and we only grasped the information after it had passed. It was also challenging to move to the front of the line, so I think it would have been better if we had been encouraged to line up in two rows. The staff were kind, polite, and provided clear explanations.
夏休みなので、CAに興味のある子供を連れて参加させていただきました。
普段見られない研修現場を拝見することができ、とても充実した体験になりました。
しかし、定員15名全員いたので、一列に並ばれると、後ろの方は説明が終わってからでないと展示物が見られず、また訓練をしている所も、何について言っているのかその場で分からず、説明が終わって通り過ぎてから理解する形になりました。
並んでいる順を差し置いて前に行く事もしづらい状況でしたので、二列に並ぶ様声かけていただければとてもよかったかと思います。
スタッフの方は親切で丁寧、分かりやすい説明でした。

However, I felt it was a bit disappointing that, although there were 15 of us touring the facility, not everyone could see at certain stations. It would have been nice if there had been some consideration, like encouraging everyone to squeeze in so that all could see. Additionally, at the end of the tour, there was a photo opportunity, but I wished they had called out to all participants. One person was engaged in conversation for too long, and I couldn't take a photo with my companion.

I happened to find out about this tour and made a reservation without reading the description on Veltra properly, thinking I would be able to visit on a day when the training facility was not in use.
I was surprised when I visited. The ANA employees kindly showed us how they were actually training from a distance. I love airplanes and have used many foreign airlines, but no other company offers a tour like this!
There were detailed explanations and exhibits about each job role from the guide, which was very educational. If I had gone when I was a child, my career path might have changed...?!
The fact that the training facility can be open to the public indicates that it’s a company without secrets, which has increased my trust in ANA.

When I visited, there happened to be people undergoing training, and I was able to observe the actual training scenes, which helped me imagine the experience. The guide was very kind and adjusted the pace to suit us, making it very easy to understand and enjoyable.

I was excited to touch the control switches in the cockpit, even though it wasn't real. I was moved to see the new flight attendants studying on tablets and the new mechanics working hard during their training. Although photography was prohibited, I was also impressed by the serious training of the staff and those who appeared to be the captain in emergency response situations. Thank you for such a valuable experience.
憧れのコックピット、本物では無いですが操作スイッチに触れる事が出来興奮しました。
新人の客室乗務員さんがタブレット学習をされてたり新人整備士さんが一生懸命研修されており感動致しました。
撮影は禁止でしたが、非常時の対応を機長と思われる方達もスタッフも真剣に研修されている姿も感動致しました。

Receiving a personalized ticket and a locker key with a location tag at the reception was fun even before the tour began. There are also models of airplanes, but the actual tour focuses more on the details of the work done by the staff in various areas of ANA and the training facilities, rather than just the airplanes themselves. Current cabin attendants explain the facilities and frequently ask if there are any questions, making it easy to inquire. It seems we slightly went over time, but I had a bit of a greedy feeling wishing I could have taken more time to look at the panels or see the training facilities from the ground to appreciate their size, so I give it four stars. There are also a few merchandise items for sale that are introduced during the tour.

The training session observed through the glass from above was not worth paying for. Additionally, the explanations from the current cabin attendants lacked specificity and were not interesting. Even when I asked questions, they often said they would confirm and get back to me later, so I thought it would have been more enjoyable with some interesting stories. However, since the tour guide is not a professional in this field, it can't be helped. The hangar tour is more valuable.
