Pick-up is available along the main prefectural roads in the Miyanoura, Anbo, and Onoaida areas of Yakushima.
For accommodations in the Anbo area that are far from the main road, guests will be guided by staff to the nearest bus stop.
For accommodations outside the pick-up area—or even within the area but including the following—guests are kindly asked to travel on their own (e.g., by rental car) to the designated meeting point:
Cottage Kukai, Ocean View Guesthouse Yakushima, Yakushima Shizuku-no-Mori, etc.

The deadline cannot be extended, even for last-minute bookings. If you apply for a tour within 3 days of your booking date, our rental gear will not be available. If unreachable or if payment and form submission are not confirmed by 15:00 the day before the tour, the reservation will be canceled.

Guests will be transported from the nearest designated meeting point (between Miyanoura and Onoaida) to the Arakawa Trailhead.

(Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Those under 20 need parental consent.) - The tour will proceed rain or shine, except in severe weather conditions. Cancellation fees apply for cancellations or no-shows made for personal reasons.
