After a brief briefing on land, suit up in your wetsuit and head to the beach. We start from a shallow shoreline, making it easy and stress-free for beginners.

Shallow Water Briefing & Practice
In waist-deep water, your instructor will carefully guide you through mask and snorkel usage, as well as swimming techniques. Take this time to practice proper breathing and mask clearing.

Our tours focus on detailed fish-watching and a relaxed, soothing pace. We do our absolute best to ensure you fully enjoy your first glimpse into the underwater world!

Fully equipped shower and changing rooms are available for a comfortable post-dive cleanup.
(From late July to late August, we can also use the nearby Isso Beach facilities and wrap up directly on-site.)

- Participants must be between 5 and 70 years old.
- Groups with children under 10 or seniors 66 and older must select the "Private Tour" option on the selection screen.

Good health is required for diving and snorkeling.
・Seniors (60+) and anyone with health concerns must complete the "Diver Medical" PDF below and bring a signed copy. (A doctor's note may be required based on your answers).
・Please answer honestly for your safety.
If you have concerns, let us know in the remarks when booking. Completing your booking confirms your agreement. ダイバーメディカル_参加者チェックシート_.pdf - Children under 13 (Elementary students): Must participate with a parent or guardian.
- Minors under 18: Require a parent/guardian signature on the application form. (We can send the form as a PDF after booking so you can get it signed before your trip).

・Flip-flops / Beach sandals
・Towel
・Swimsuit
*As a wetsuit is required, you may wear underwear instead of a swimsuit as long as you don't mind it getting wet.
*For a smoother start, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and arriving in your flip-flops. (Don't forget to bring a towel and a change of dry underwear!) - If you have poor eyesight, we recommend wearing soft contact lenses if possible. Prescription masks are also available, but please let us know your vision strength in advance if you need one.

If you are joining a summer snorkeling tour, bringing the following items (if you have them) can make your swim more comfortable:
・Long leggings / Spats
・Long-sleeve rash guard
・Board shorts / Swim trunks

・Pick-up Area: Nagata (clockwise) through Isso, Miyanoura, Koseda, to Anbo. Select "Pick-up Requested" when booking.
・Note: Pick-up in Nagata, Airport, or Koseda–Anbo may be limited depending on daily bookings.
・If outside the area/unavailable: Please come directly to the "Isso Beach Parking Lot" by rental car, or take the local route bus to the Miyanoura area, where we can pick you up. - 【International Guests】
Instruction is basically conducted in Japanese. If you do not understand Japanese, please contact us before booking. (English instruction may be available depending on booking status.) - 【Cancellation Due to Weather】
The activity will still run in light rain. However, please note that it may be canceled if winds are strong and sea conditions are rough, even on a sunny day. - 【Full Refund】
Cancellation fees will not apply, and a full refund will be issued in the following cases:
If the staff decides to cancel the tour due to weather or unsafe natural conditions.
