Since there were 8 participants, we toured in a jumbo taxi and were able to spend the day in a friendly atmosphere. The guide was very kind and took us to places that are not included in the usual tourist routes. I was feeling unwell, but I was helped by being picked up right in front of the guesthouse. I was able to circle Yakushima in one day and see monkeys and deer, visit waterfalls, the banyan tree, Inakahama Beach, and the Jomon Sugi. Considering the meals included at this price, the cost performance is so good that I was worried if it was worth it. The meals were like a lunch set from a restaurant that also had a souvenir shop. Guests participating in the tour ate together at two tables. It wasn't a very casual atmosphere for chatting with each other, so it felt a bit uneasy.

体調不良だったのですが、民宿前までピックアップに来てもらい、助かりました。1日で屋久島を1周できて猿や鹿も見れて、滝やガジュマル、いなか浜、紀元杉を周り、食事付きでこの価格ですから、元がとれるのか心配になるくらいコスパが良いです。食事はお土産やさんを併設したレストランのランチセットみたいなもの。ツアーに参加した客が2つのテーブルで一緒に食べる。お互い雑談するような雰囲気ではなかったので、少し落ち着かなかったかな。

I participated in the morning of my last day of stay. I was very satisfied to be able to see points that I couldn't visit on my own, slowly and carefully. The service provided by the driver and guide was wonderful. They shared a wealth of knowledge and experiences about the mountains, plants, and the island's history, and took many photos at each stop. I arrived at Yakushima Airport around noon and participated in the afternoon tour. The itinerary mentioned a 50-minute walk through the Jomon Sugi and Yakusugi Land. So, I assumed that the Yakusugi Land tour would be the 50-minute course up to the Buddha Sugi. However, during the ride, the driver mentioned, "We will have about a 40-minute walk at Yakusugi Land," which gave me a bit of a bad feeling... Unfortunately, that feeling turned out to be accurate, as we only had a 30-minute walking course, and it ended in no time.

Looking at reviews, it seems that it can depend on the driver (and guide) for the day. That day, there were already four people who had been on a full-day tour since the morning, and three additional people, including myself, boarded from the airport, so the driver might have been tired. Well, it was inexpensive, and I was able to make decent use of my arrival day, but it was quite disappointing.

紀元杉と、ヤスクギランド50分程度の散策、という能書きでした。
なので、ヤクスギランドは仏陀杉までの50分コースなのだろうと思っていました。

その予感は的中し、なんと、30分コースの散策のみであっという間に終了してしまいました。

その日は朝から1日コースに参加されてる方が既に4人いて、空港から私を含め3人追加で乗り込んだ感じで、お疲れだったのかもしれません。
まあ安いし、到着日をまあまあ有効に使えましたが、かなり残念でした。

The guide was very nice, and we had a fun day. Since there were four participants this time, we traveled by taxi. I honestly thought it would be tough for three people to sit in the back seat all day, so I gave it four stars, but I was satisfied with the content of the tour. I think it would be difficult to visit everything on our own in one day, and the price was reasonable, so it was helpful to have someone take us around to various places.

The bus guide was very entertaining, sharing the charm of Yakushima in a fun and engaging way throughout the day. Even while driving on regular roads, I was able to hear stories about the island that matched the scenery, making the experience more fulfilling than I expected.

During our trip on the World Heritage-listed Nishiibu Road, we encountered someone who had dropped their rental car into a ditch... It seems there are difficult spots that are hard to navigate unless you're a local, so I think it's safer and more recommended than driving around in a rental car.

To circle the island and have lunch included at this price is an incredible deal!!

Since you're just riding on the bus, it doesn't require much physical effort, and I believe people of all ages, from children to the elderly, can enjoy it widely.

If I had to mention one thing... since we often drive on winding roads, it might be reassuring for those who get motion sickness to have some motion sickness medication.

You can experience the charm of the island and enjoy all the highlights in just one day! I highly recommend it for those who want to indulge!

普通の道を走行中でも、景色に合わせて島のお話が聞けるので予想以上に充実しました。

世界遺産である西部林道の途中、溝にレンタカーを落としてしまった人と遭遇。。。
地元の慣れた人でないと通るのが難しい難所などもあるようで、レンタカーで回るよりも安全でおススメだと思います。

島を一周して、昼食までついてこのお値段は破格です‼

バスに乗っているだけなので体力もほとんど使いませんし、お子様からご高齢の方まで幅広く楽しめると思います。

強いて言えば…入り組んだ道を走ることが多いので、乗り物酔いをされる方は酔い止めがあれば安心かもしれません。

島の魅力をたった1日で美味しいところ取りができます！
