We left early in the morning and were able to return to the hotel around 3 PM, so we made the most of our day! Since only English tours were available, we chose this one, but even though we don't understand English, it was very easy to follow thanks to the many gestures. It felt like there were fewer people since it was morning, and it wasn't as hot as we expected. After a thorough guided tour, we had about an hour of free time, during which we were able to visit a nearby cenote. It was a lot of fun!

早朝発、15時頃にはホテルに帰れたので1日を有効に過ごせました♪
英語ツアーしか空いてなかったのでこちらにしましたが、英語が分からない私達でも、身振り手振りが多いのでとても分かりやすかったです。
朝だからなのか人も少なく感じましたし、思ったよりも暑くなかったです。
じっくりガイドしていただいた後1時間ほどの自由時間もあり、その間に近くのセノーテを見学にも行けました♪とても楽しかったです！

An experience you can't have in Japan! 日本では出来ない経験！

Every experience, whether it was the zip roller or the jeep, was something you can't do in Japan! The cenote was also very beautiful, and I swam through all of it. I felt like a kid again, running around all day. The only downside was that the guide on the way there spoke mostly Spanish, and I only heard "5 pm" for the return time, which made me a bit anxious.

セノーテもとても綺麗で全て泳ぎきってしまいました。子供の頃に戻ったように一日中はしゃぎまわってしまいました。ひとつ残念だったとすれば、行きのガイドさんが英語ではなくほとんどスペイン語で帰りの時間のみ5 pmと言われただけで少し不安になる説明でした。

The hotel included local transportation, and the guide who picked us up on the day was actually a foreigner, so everything was conducted in a foreign language! Since the explanations for the Explore were all in a foreign language (English), I was a bit worried that I might miss something, but once we arrived, I had a great time!

I highly recommend the jeep for the Explore. It was so much fun driving around in the forest with the jeep. Overall, it felt like a natural jungle, with drinking spots, areas with plenty of bananas (which you can eat), and restrooms available frequently. Also, lunch was a buffet, and you could make your own hamburgers, which were the best! (Especially the buns, they were delicious.) The cable car also had amazing views and is highly recommended! (Since you take the cable car multiple times, the rope can dig into your thighs and become painful.)

What I felt the most was that we came here for our honeymoon, but I would love to bring our child when they are a bit older next time.

当日迎えに来て頂いたガイドさんは何と外国の方で全て外国語対応だった！！
エクスプロールの説明など全て外国語だったため（英語）、一部分からなかったりして
大丈夫かなあと思ったけど、現地着いたら全然楽しめました♪
エクスプロールは、一番のお勧めはジープです。森の中をジープで動き回りめちゃ楽しかったです。
全体的に自然なジャングルみたいになっていて、その中にお水飲み場があったり、バナナを沢山おいてある場所（食べられます）があったり、こまめにトイレがあったり、あと、昼食はバイキングになっているんですが、ハンバーガーが自分で作れて一番美味しい！（特にバーンズが美味しい）
ロープウエイも景色めっちゃ良くてお勧めです！！（何度もロープウエイするから、途中股にロープが食い込み痛くなります）

一番感じたことは、今回新婚旅行で遊びに来たのですが次回は子供が少し大きくなった時に連れて来たいなあと感じました。

This activity is incredibly thrilling!
In one day, we did the zip line twice, the hammock line twice, the jeep ride twice, and a raft with a short swim in the river once. Even after all that, we had an hour left!!! The zip line surrounded by nature is the best!!

The water felt quite cold. While others were in bikinis, I brought a rash guard and a thin wetsuit. The rash guard was chilly after getting wet, so the thin wetsuit was just right for February.

I was worried because we were 30 minutes late for our meeting time, but they extended our playtime and provided proper transportation. Just make sure not to be late on the way back!! They are very punctual!

I highly recommend you go check it out!

これだけやっても1時間残りました！！！自然に囲まれた空間のジップラインは最高です！！

かなり水が、冷たく感じました。外人さんはビキニですが、私はラッシュガードと薄いウェットスーツの上を持っていきました。ラッシュガードは濡れたあとずっと寒かったので、薄いウェットスーツで２月の時期はちょうど良かったです

ただ待ち合わせの時間に30分も遅れたので、心配に
なりましたが、遊ぶ時間も伸ばしてもらって、ちゃんと送迎してもらえました。ただし帰りの時間は必ず遅れないように！！きっちり時間通りですので！

是非行ってみて下さい！おすすめです！

The guide, Frank, who explained everything, is a descendant of the Maya and spoke passionately about Maya history and culture, which left a strong impression on me. I participated without any prior knowledge, but he taught us about Maya history and social background through photos and illustrations during the drive, which deepened my understanding significantly. Even knowing the background of a single stone sculpture makes a big difference in how interesting it is, so I'm glad I chose a guided tour.

During the drive, the guide continuously alternated between English and Spanish while explaining, and his vitality was impressive (since he spoke without interruption, if you zone out, you might lose track of whether he was explaining in Spanish or English, haha. However, since he alternated the same content, it could be a good study opportunity for those with basic knowledge of Spanish).

At the ruins, we were divided into Spanish and English teams for the guided tour. The accent was a bit strong and quite fast-paced, but it was full of information and interesting; the two hours flew by. The free time felt short at about an hour, but it might have been just right since it was hot.

As mentioned in the reviews, the morning bus pickup was about 15-20 minutes late. Also, although it was stated that printing the voucher was essential, I asked the hotel front desk to print it for me, but I was not asked to present it at all.

In the morning, you receive juice, a banana, and a ham and cheese sandwich in a paper bag, but this is meant for both breakfast and lunch, so it might not be enough. There are cafes outside the ruins, but going there would reduce your time to see the ruins, so if you plan to eat lunch, I recommend buying food and drinks at a shop during the restroom break on the way and eating quickly inside the ruins.

I was very satisfied!!


説明してくれたガイドのFrankさんがマヤの末裔の方で、マヤの歴史や文化について誇りを持って熱くお話しをされていたのが、すごく印象的でした。
事前知識なく参加しましたが、車中からマヤの歴史や社会の背景を写真や絵を交えながら教えてくれ、理解がとても深まりました。
石で作られた彫刻1つとってもその背景を知っているのと知らないのとでは面白さにかなり大きな違いが出てくると思うので、ガイド付きツアーにしてよかったです。

車中ではガイドさんが途切れることなく英語とスペイン語を交互に話しながら説明してくれて、バイタリティがすごかったです（途切れることなく話しているので、ぼーっとしていると今スペイン語の説明なのか英語の説明なのか分からなくなります笑 ただ、同じ内容を交互に話してくれるので、スペイン語の基礎的な知識がある方だと良い勉強にもなるかもしれません）

遺跡のところではスペイン語チームと英語チームに分かれてガイドしてくれます。訛りもあり結構早口ですが情報沢山で面白く、2時間があっという間でした。
自由時間は1時間ほどで短く感じましたが、暑かったのでちょうどよかったかもしれないです。


なお、口コミと同じく、朝のバスのピックアップは15-20分ほど遅れてきました。
また、バウチャーは印刷が必須と書かれていたので、ホテルのフロントにお願いして印刷してもらったのですが、提出を全く求められなかったです。

朝の乗車の際に、紙袋に入ったジュース、バナナ、ハムチーズサンドをもらえますが、これは朝昼兼用なので、足りないかもしれないです。遺跡の外にもカフェなどがありますが、遺跡を見る時間が減ってしまうので、行く途中のトイレ休憩の時に寄るお店で食べ物や飲み物を買うなどして、お昼を食べるとしても遺跡の中でパパッと食べるのがオススメです。

大満足でした！！

We were a bit anxious since we are not good at English, but once we got inside, we could act freely.
We played, ate, drank, and then played some more.
A variety of activities that you definitely can't experience in Japan.

We are not very knowledgeable about ruins or the Maya civilization, but we decided to participate because we wanted to see the pyramids. We read in reviews that the pickup might be late, so we felt comfortable waiting even if it took a little longer. In the end, they arrived 15 minutes late to pick us up.

The guide was surely very knowledgeable. They provided thorough explanations both on the bus and at the site. However, since we are not very good at English, we struggled to understand the fast-paced English and wished we had prepared a bit more in advance. I think those who are not confident in their English skills would enjoy the experience more if they studied a little beforehand.

It was nice and cool in the morning, and the place was not crowded! When paying at the souvenir shop, using pesos is definitely more advantageous than using dollars, unlike in Cancun. This might depend on the exchange rate at that time, though.

Also, after touring the Chichen Itza ruins, I wanted to buy a beer because I was thirsty, but it seems that alcohol cannot be consumed at that early hour. So, those who are in vacation mode in Cancun should be careful! (laughs)

遅れてくると口コミに書いてあったので、多少時間を過ぎても安心してピックアップを待てました。結局15分遅れでお迎えに来てくれました。
ガイドさんはきっととても知識が豊富なガイドさん。バス車中、現地でもとても丁寧に説明されてました。が！英語に疎い私達は早口の英語を中々理解できず事前に知識を入れておけば良かったなと思いました。
英語が苦手な方は自分で少し勉強していくともっと楽しめると思います。

朝一なので涼しくて、空いていて良かったです！
お土産屋さんでのお支払いはカンクンとは違ってドルよりペソの方が断然お得です。
その時期によっての為替の具合もあるかと思いますが…。

あと、チチェンイッツァの遺跡観光後喉が渇いたのでビールを買おうと思いましたがどうやら早い時間はお酒が飲めないようです。
カンクンでお酒モードになっている方はご注意を！笑

On the bus to the destination, there is an explanation of the exploration in English and Spanish. It's hard to hear because the bus is moving quickly. If you're not good at English or Spanish, it can be a bit anxiety-inducing, but once you arrive, just following the crowd is fine. They mention things like not removing your helmet for photos, that photos are charged, and that you can go anywhere from the large heart in the center, as well as the meeting place and time for the return trip. Overall, I was able to understand everything through gestures even if I didn't understand the words, and I had a lot of fun. By the way, for the zip line, selfie sticks that extend, like GoPros, are prohibited.

Lunch was a buffet with Western-style flavors, and you could make things like hamburgers. The meat was tender and delicious.

As for what to bring, I had marine shoes, a rash guard, a swimsuit, a GoPro, a waterproof pouch with spare batteries, and cigarettes. On the way back, there was a man in a yellow shirt in front of the exit shop who told me the bus number.

早い上にバス内の為聴き取り辛いです。
英語スペイン語が苦手な場合は不安になりますが、いざ到着してしまえば周りに合わせていれば問題なし。
ヘルメットは写真撮るから外すなとか、写真は有料とか、中心の大きなハートからどこへでも行けるとか、帰りの集合場所と時間とかだいたいそんな感じです。
全てのアトラクションにおいて言葉がわからなくても身振り手振りで理解できましたし、とても楽しめました。
ちなみにジップラインはGOPro等の伸びるタイプの自撮り棒は禁止です。
昼飯はバイキングで欧米風の味付けもありハンバーガー等が作れ、肉も柔らかいし美味しかったです。

持ち物は私の場合マリンシューズ、ラッシュガード、水着、GOPro、防水小物入れに換えのバッテリーとタバコ。
帰りは出口の売店前に黄色いシャツのおじさんがいて、バスの番号を教えてくれました。

I participated with two female friends. I learned about Explore from a celebrity's blog! However, there weren't many ways to get there on my own, so I signed up for this tour. You can be active and have fun all day long! It was an incredibly enjoyable experience that you can't easily have in Japan (°▽°)♪ The lunch buffet had a great variety and the food was quite delicious! If I have the chance, I want to participate again!

There were various adventures, and I had a blast like a child. It was great to have a place to rest in a hammock since I got tired from playing too much. Also, the food was delicious, and it was the tour I expected.

色々なアドベンチャーがあり、子供のようにはしゃいじゃいました。

I was able to spend a fulfilling day zip-lining through the sky, driving a jeep on land, exploring caves while swimming, and paddling a raft... I highly recommend it for active people!!

ジップラインで空を駆けまわったり、陸をジープで走ったり、洞窟を泳いで探検したりイカダを漕いだり・・・濃い一日を過ごすことができました。

I was thrilled by the magnificent Chichen Itza! 壮大なチチェンイッツァに大興奮！

This time, my spouse and I participated together. It seemed that all the other tour participants were from Europe, the United States, or Central and South America. There were some people who joined alone, as well as families and couples, so the bus was full. I think it’s a very popular tour.

The guide was a local from Mexico, and they provided information in both Spanish and English. The English was easy to understand and not heavily accented, and they used illustrations and photos to explain, which helped me grasp most of the information. (However, if you’re not used to English or have a negative perception of it, it might be tough.) Above all, the guide was knowledgeable, having studied Maya history at a local university, which made it very educational.

It was an early morning tour, but I had already woken up early due to jet lag, so it wasn’t too difficult (laughs). We were able to arrive at Chichen Itza around 9 AM, so there were still not many tourists, allowing us to take our time exploring. I really recommend going early in the morning! By late morning, other tour buses started arriving, and the area around the ruins became crowded with people taking photos. Moreover, there’s nothing to block the direct sunlight, so it gets really hot during the day.

We didn’t visit any other ruins, but Chichen Itza, representing the Maya, was grand and mysterious, and seeing it up close was thrilling!! I recommend it not only for ruins enthusiasts but for everyone! Thank you to the guide and the driver!

ガイドの方は現地メキシコの方でしたが、スペイン語と英語で案内をしてくださりました。訛りの強くない、聴き取りやすい英語だったこと、また絵や写真も駆使して説明してくださったので、大方理解することができました。（でも普段全く英語に触れてなかったり、苦手意識があると厳しいかも。。）そして何よりガイドの方自身が現地の大学でマヤの歴史を学んできた知識豊富な方だったので、とても勉強になりました。
朝早いツアーでしたが、時差ボケで朝暗いうちから目が覚めてしまっていたのでそんなに苦でもありませんでした（笑）
チチェンイッツァには確か朝9時頃には着くことができたので、まだ観光客も少なくのんびりじっくり見て回ることができました。行くなら朝早い時間が本当におすすめです！お昼前には続々と他のツアーバスが到着し、遺跡の周りは写真を撮る人でいっぱいになっていました。そして何より周りに直射日光を遮るものがないので日中は本当に暑いです。
私たちは他の遺跡には行きませんでしたが、マヤを代表するチチェンイッツァは壮大かつミステリアスで、間近で見れて大興奮でした！！遺跡好きはもちろん、そうでなくてもおすすめです！

I participated in a monitor tour. I think it's totally fine for those who understand English or Spanish, but for us who only understand Japanese, it was quite tough, haha.

In the early morning, we were picked up at the hotel and headed to the meeting point. Several shuttle buses gathered, and we transferred to a large tour bus to depart for Chichen Itza. There was an explanation about Chichen Itza and a calendar sale during the ride. Upon arriving at Chichen Itza, we confirmed the meeting place and time and split into English and Spanish groups for entry. The weather was nice, so it was quite hot. In addition to sunscreen, you definitely need plenty of water, a hat, and a parasol.

After entering, the guide provided a very detailed explanation, using gestures to explain things carefully. その後、集合時間まで自由行動でしたが自由行動の時間はもう少し欲しかったなと思いました
ただ、灼熱で滞在は3時間くらいが限界だと思います
私たちが帰る昼前には、多くの団体客で入口のお手洗いやゲートは人で溢れてました
私たちは早朝出発だったので、チチェン・イツァは比較的空いていて見やすかったです

The tour had the main catchphrase "Arrive first thing in the morning!" so we had a pickup at the hotel lobby at 5:00 AM. Since I checked in at the hotel around 10:30 PM the night before, the early morning tour was a bit tough. We stopped at about ten hotels in the hotel area and Centro to pick everyone up, finishing around 6:00 AM. After that, we switched to a different bus, made a restroom stop at a convenience store, and then set off for Chichen Itza!

Unfortunately, the guide mostly spoke Spanish, so I couldn't understand the explanations about the Maya civilization during the ride. We were given a lunch pack with sandwiches, fruit, snacks, and juice. (We had to decide whether to eat in the bus beforehand or after sightseeing, as there wasn't time to eat during the visit.)

It took just under two hours to arrive. Since there are many early morning tours, we were far from being the first, and there were already a lot of tourists there.

We split into two groups for sightseeing, one with an English guide and the other with a Spanish guide (I joined the English group). The English guide spoke quickly, so it might be hard to enjoy the tour without some prior knowledge of the ruins.

英語ガイドも早口なので、多少遺跡の事前勉強が無いとあまり楽しめないかもしれません。

ガイドさんは雑談を交えて話しをして下さったので楽しく参加できました。

参加したのは10月中旬ですが、かなり陽射
しも強く暑いので日傘、日焼け止め、帽子
が必須です。

帰りはバスでグッスリ休み、ホテルには15時に戻って来られたので夕方から時間を有効に使うことが出来ました。

We visited Cancun for our honeymoon! Cancun was the perfect place that fulfilled both my desire to go to a resort and my husband's wish to see a World Heritage site.

I was overwhelmed by the magnificent ruins that were unimaginable from the transparent soda-blue resort!

On the day of the tour, we had an early pickup around 5 AM, but they arrived right on time. There were only about five groups, including us, so I thought it was a very small tour. However, we later moved to a large bus and joined a tour with around 50 people from various countries! When we got on the bus, we received a simple bento, which included delicious homemade sandwiches, apple juice, and a banana. That banana was truly delicious and I still can't forget it!

During the two-hour bus ride, the guide alternated between Spanish and English to explain the tour, and my mind was working in overdrive, but it was fun to get a preview of the history of Chichen Itza that we were heading to!

Once we arrived, we split into Spanish and English teams for about an hour of guided tours, followed by around 30 minutes of free time.

In September, when we visited, it was supposed to be the rainy season, but we had sunny weather every day, and of course, it was extremely hot that day as well. However, since it was the first tour of the day, the heat was still bearable, which was really great!

As we were leaving, more and more tourists were arriving, and they seemed to be struggling with the heat even before entering, so I felt grateful for this tour.

During the tour, I was exhausted from trying to keep up with the English guide, but even with my limited understanding, the more I listened, the more romantic Chichen Itza became, and I’m really glad I visited!

ハネムーンはリゾート地に行きたいわたしと、世界遺産を見たい主人との両方の願いを叶えてくれたのが、カンクンでした。

それから2時間ほどバスに揺られる間、途中ガイドさんがスペイン語と英語を交互にツアーの説明をしてくださり、頭の中はフル回転でへとへとでしたが、これから向かうチチェンイッツァの歴史を予習することができ楽しかったです！

着いてからはスペイン語チームと英語チームに分かれそれぞれ1時間ほどガイドツアーを行い、残り30分ほど自由時間となりました。

わたしたちが訪れた9月は雨季のはずが連日かんかん照りの晴天で、もちろんこの日もつらいほどの暑さでしたが、やはり朝一番乗り！のツアーなので、まだ耐えられる暑さだったのでほんとうに良かったです！

わたしたちが帰る頃に続々と観光客が来ていましたが、入場する前から暑さにやられている様子だったので、このツアーの有り難みを感じました。

ツアー中ももちろん英語のガイドに頭の中フル回転でへとへとになりましたが、浅い理解の中でも聞けば聞くほどロマンがいっぱいのチチェンイッツァは、ほんとうに訪れてよかったです！

Our hotel was scheduled for pickup at 5:35 AM. Even after the scheduled time passed and no one arrived, the voucher mentioned to contact the tour company directly if the pickup was more than 10 minutes late, so I tried calling but couldn’t get through... I was anxious about whether they would actually come, but they arrived about 15 minutes late, which relieved my worries.

After some transfers along the way, we arrived at Chichen Itza later than planned. Since it was an early morning tour, we could sightsee during a relatively cool time (though we still ended up sweating), and we were able to return to the hotel around 3 PM, making good use of our day.

I only understood basic English, so I didn’t fully grasp the detailed explanations from the guide, but we had lightly studied Chichen Itza ourselves, so I could imagine what they might be saying. After that, we had free time, but I didn’t properly ask about the meeting time and place, which led to poor time management and I couldn’t visit everything I wanted, which I regret. I later discovered from other people's experiences that if you don’t understand English, it’s okay to explore on your own from the start, and I wish I had done that.

However, I was able to visit the places I wanted and enjoyed sightseeing overall, so I was satisfied with the experience.

It takes about an hour by boat from Cancun to the island. On the boat, there are breads and soft drinks available for self-service. At Garafon National Park, there are several tiers for the entrance fee, and with the VIP tier, you can relax in the VIP-only lounge. It’s a very hot place, but the VIP lounge is air-conditioned, making it perfect for a break. The only air-conditioned area is the VIP lounge. The sea is right there, but you cannot swim in it (you can go snorkeling). The only place you can swim is in the pool facing the sea that is set up within the park. The view of the island from the zip line is beautiful and fun, and I rode it twice. Along the way, I also strolled through the park, which had a very peaceful and nice atmosphere. The day flew by, and I thought I would sleep on the return boat, but I couldn’t fall asleep. Of course, I mean that in a good way.

I really loved the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere of this island. The tour content was also fulfilling, and I highly recommend it.

私はこの島ののどかで美しい雰囲気がとても気に入りました。

沢山の観光客がいますが、それでも広いので、各見所ではばらけますから見にくいと言うことは有りませんでした。有名なエルカスティージョの他に、球戯場・カラコル（天文台）・戦士の神殿、他にも沢山の見所が有ります。敷地は非常に広大です。９月に訪問しましたが、汗が吹き出しました。そして、日陰は少ないです。貴重な日陰には、これでもかと言わんばかりに土産物屋がズラリと並んでいます。土産物屋はUSドルが使えますが、値段は要交渉です。
かなり遠いですが、カンクンにきたからには必ず行った方がよい遺跡だと思います。

After that, we joined the other participants and switched to a large bus to set off. We received lunch boxes on the bus, which included simple items like sandwiches, bananas, and juice. Since we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel due to the early start, we ate about half of it as breakfast. 歩き回り、汗だくになってバスに戻ると、冷たいお水のペットボトルがもらえて、助かりました。

早朝出発した分、お昼までに観光出来てしまうので、そこからまたバスで戻っても３時過ぎにはホテルに帰れます。私達はその後、海に遊びに行ってきました。遺跡と海、両方１日で楽しめて、充実した１日になりました♪

朝が早いので朝食代わりにバスで食べました。

バスの中は快適でした。席も自由に座れました。
英語ガイドだったので、いろいろな国の人が参加していました。

バスの中での英語はかなりの早口で聞き取れない部分もありましたが、チェチェンイッツアで回るときの英語ガイドのスピードはゆっくり話してくれて聞き取りやすく、内容も理解できました。
チェチェンイッツアにつくと英語ガイドとスペイン語ガイドに分かれての行動になります。
ガイドさんのテンションが高くて面白かったです。またこのツアーに参加したいと思いました。

Before going, I saw a video of sliding through the jungle like Tarzan and thought I absolutely wanted to do it. In reality, it was even more amazing than what I saw in the video, and it was much larger than I expected. There were some parts that were quite tough for my age, but it was still fun!! Something of this scale would definitely be impossible in Japan. I think it would be incredibly enjoyable for friends or family in their teens to around their 30s. Small children might find it a bit difficult. I had fun even though I participated alone, but well, it's not really a place to go solo, haha. I definitely recommend it. The buffet was also great.

行く前からジャングルの上をターザンのように滑り渡るのを映像でみて、絶対やりたいとおもっていました。実際は映像で見るよりすごかったし、思った以上に広いし、私の年ではかなりきついものもありましたが、それでも楽しかった！！この規模のものは絶対日本では無理。そして、１０代から３０代くらいまでなら友人や家族で行くと最高に楽しいんじゃないかな？小さい子供はちょっと無理があります。一人で参加してた私でも楽しかったけど、まあ、一人で行くところじゃないですね、笑笑。ぜひ、おすすめします。ビュッフェも充実してましたよ。

I don't think activities like zip-lining or swimming in caves are possible in Japan. Additionally, you can experience the four main attractions in a day, and lunch is all-inclusive and all-you-can-eat. The wait time for attractions is up to 30 minutes, but we were able to enter the restaurant without any wait. It would be good to have a cover for your phone to use in the water and a towel, but they are available for purchase on-site.

Since it coincided with Easter in Mexico, it was really crowded. Even though it opened at 9 AM, we didn't finish the check-in and start until nearly 11 AM. I was really worried about whether we could manage to do the zip line and the jeep tour, but the scale of the zip line, which is the most popular attraction, was incredible. It truly felt like being abroad, and it was more dynamic than I had imagined. The crowd was well distributed, and we were able to enjoy other attractions afterward as well. The food options were abundant, and I think it's a place where you can have a lot of fun doing things that you can't do in Japan.

The attractions at Explore are ones you can't experience in Japan, allowing adults to relive their childhood and have fun. The zip line might be tough if you're afraid of heights. Even though you wear a life jacket on the river raft, I swam for about 30 minutes in water where my feet couldn't touch the bottom, and I was exhausted.

The Viking buffet was plentiful, and I ended up eating too much. There were also several delicious drink and fruit smoothie options at the rest areas, and I went back for refills multiple times. Everything is included, which is reassuring.

Photos are automatically taken everywhere and managed by helmet numbers, so you can purchase them online later, but they are expensive.

A bus came to pick us up from the hotel, and we first went to the bus transfer point, where we checked in at our destination before switching buses. It mentioned that if the hotel pickup was even a little late, they would leave you behind, and there were times when the bus didn't arrive for over 20 minutes. If you have free time in Cancun, I definitely recommend participating. It's a fun activity that you can't experience in Japan. During the tour, safety instructions are explained in English and Spanish inside the vehicle. As long as you don't miss the meeting time and place, I think you'll be fine (some groups were left behind on the way back). Even those of us who aren't confident in our language skills had a great time. If you have a waterproof case for your phone, it's convenient for taking lots of pictures in the park. The cave is rocky, so wearing a rash guard might be a good idea for injury prevention.

カンクンで自由時間があれば是非参加をオススメします。
日本では経験できないような楽しいアクティビティです。
ツアーでは車内で英語とスペイン語で注意事項などを説明されます。集合時間と場所だけ聞き逃さないようにすれば、問題なしだと思います（帰りに何組か置いてかれてました）語学に自信がない我々も楽しめました。携帯の防水ケースがあれば園内でも写真をパシャパシャ撮れて便利です。鍾乳洞がゴツゴツしてるので、怪我の予防にはラッシュガードを着た方が安心かも。

It's just so much fun!
The zip line, in particular, is incredibly exciting.
Considering safety, it's an attraction that you can't experience in Japan. There are a total of four attractions, and they're large enough for adults to enjoy a whole day.
It's all-inclusive, so you can have meals whenever you like, which is great.

I was able to have a thrilling experience that you can't enjoy in Japan, thanks to the vast land, nature, and cenotes unique to Mexico.
The explanations in the park are only in English and Spanish, so if you're not comfortable with either, you might need to reconsider. However, the precautions and guidelines are within common sense, so I think it will be manageable.
Most of the attractions were safe enough for children to participate, which was reassuring.
Although there were many people, I didn't feel like I had to wait too long, and I was able to enjoy the whole day.
