A. There are ticket offices at the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower to buy tickets for the Summit. However, opening times of the ticket offices vary and we cannot guarantee that they'll be open when you'll be there so we strongly recommend you book tickets in advance.

- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Additional notes
- The skip-the-line access may still be subject to queues due to security checks and elevator capacity. To ensure swift entry, do not bring prohibited items like sharp objects, aerosols, glass, padlocks and alcohol.
- Entrance to the tower is free for children age 3 and younger, but proof of age may be required if the child’s age is in question.
- Please arrive at the check-in location at least 15 minutes before the designated start time. Tickets are only valid for a day and are non-refundable, even when unused by late guests.
- The exact activity start time will be given to you after your booking is confirmed.
- Ticket redemption opens 30 minutes before the start time and closes 5 minutes before the tour. You cannot pick up your tickets ahead of this period because entry to the tower will only be granted to groups with an authorized guide.
- This activity operates regardless of weather.
- Gratuity is not included in the price.
