City tour had poor quality audio even after I asked for another set of earphones. Only a very limited area is part of the city tour, mainly due to heavy traffic at that time.

A. Yes, there are elevators that can go from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor (summit) and vice-versa.
If your tour includes the access to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, your Eiffel Tower ticket allows you to take the lift from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and back.
If your tour includes the access to the 2nd floor and the summit of the Eiffel Tower, your Eiffel Tower ticket allows you to take the lift from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and back, and from the 2nd floor to the summit and back.
There's a lift that goes exclusively to the 1st floor restaurant for people with a restaurant reservation.

A. There are ticket offices at the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower to buy tickets for the Summit. However, opening times of the ticket offices vary and we cannot guarantee that they'll be open when you'll be there so we strongly recommend you book tickets in advance.

- The activity schedule is subject to change (i.e. visiting the Eiffel Tower before the Seine River cruise). The embarkation point is at Port de la Bourbonnais in front of the Eiffel Tower. The cruise departs every hour until 21:30.
