Reviewed by: Cherica, 2016/05/30Kaori-san was very friendly, helpful and can speak English very well. We had a great time learning how to make not only Okonomiyaki, but also dashi stock, miso soup, picked cucumbers and onigiri. She also taught us about japanese table manners and umami taste, leaving us with useful information for our time in Japan, all the while keeping the class interactive and fun. We definitely enjoyed our time with Kaori-san, and would love to go back again if the chance arises.
I definitely highly recommend taking this class if you're in Kyoto!
