First of all I would like to coment how easy it was to book this trip. Even so I made a mistake on the date, Fairwind Cruises had no problem what so ever to correct MY mistake and honor my booking for the right day and time. No hassels what so ever. when do you ever hear about that!!!
The day of our trip we arrived at Kaehou Bay and where greeted and welcomed in the most proffessional manner.Everybody was fitted with sanitized snorkel gear once boarded.Safty intructions where clear and to the point.Refreshments and snacks where plenty.
Staff was helpfull and informative. One of the guys even retieved a $100 dollar bill for a passenger that flew into the water. I hope he got a good tip, lol
The boat took us to Captain Cook Monument where there was incedible snorkling.
The ship had also a highdive and a huge slide. Kids had a ball.
One the way back to the bay delicious mai tais where served.(no host bar)
What an afternoon...............

Kayaking was fun -Cave was not quite what I had expected (much smaller, but impressive all the same) and I didn't think about the fact that I could not see while snorkeling due to not being able to wear glasses. Otherwise, tour guides were great and this was a very enjoyable way to spend time in the sun.

本当に驚きました…ボートのサイズは良かったですが、少し揺れるので、もし乗り物酔いしやすい方は何か対策が必要です。スナックはフルーツとクラッカーのミックスで、フルーツはとても美味しかったです。水やジュース以外の飲み物は、確か1杯50セントです。ボートにはダイビングプラットフォームとスライドがあり、とても楽しかったです。処方箋のゴーグルや浮き具も必要な方には用意されています。最も素晴らしい点の一つは、サンゴ礁から2フィートから7フィートのところまでの部分があり、とても美しかったことです。時には魚と一緒に泳いでいる感覚でした。素晴らしい場所で、今度は彼氏と一緒に戻ってこなければなりません。
Wow is really all I can say... the boat was a good size a little rocky so if you get motion sickness you will definatley need to something. The snacks were fruit & a cracker mix, the fruit was very good. The drinks besides water & juice are I believe 50 cents a piece. The Boat had a diving platform & slide, so that was pretty fun. They do have prescription goggles if you need those & flotation devices if you need those as well. One of the best things is there are parts that are anywhere from 2 to 7ish feet from the reef it was so beautiful & at times I was literally swimming with the fish. Awsome place I'll have to go back now with my boyfriend.

Although we really enjoyed the beautiful setting and being on the water it would have been much more enjoyable if they had provided fins. The water was a little choppy and we weren't able to snorkle as long as we wanted because we were just too tired after all the paddling. Also, we weren't able to enter the sea cave because of the waves. I was hoping to see dolphins or turtles but I guess it wasn't our lucky day. The staff were very nice and helpful but I think there are better sites for snorkling.

Two Virginians loved this excursion! We're so glad that we rode on a tandem kayak so we could switch on paddling. You need to be somewhat physically fit so you can keep up with everyone. We were soo lucky to see an off-season whale, as well as a pod of dolphins. I know it's up to mother nature to see these incredible creatures, but i would have still enjoyed the tour without seeing them. Highly recommended.

We range from 10 yrs old to 38 years old, a family of 6. All of us upgraded onboard to the 1200 ft, except me and my 10 yr old. It gives you that much more line, but only a little more height. It was a great experience!! Our initially planned time had to be canceled because the winds were too high. However, we were able to reschedule for the following day. In the end, we were the only ones on the boat. Peyton and Dustin were great!! They made sure we were comfortable with the equipment and added to our enjoyment. We would recommend this experience to anyone. Beautiful view -- gotta love flying!

素晴らしい時間でした。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーで、素晴らしい体験ができるようにサポートしてくれました。カヤックは良いペースで進みました。シュノーケリングは素晴らしかったです！魚やサンゴと一緒に水中にいるのは必見です！近くで遊んでいるイルカを見るのも本当に素敵です。洞窟は少し期待外れでした。深さが30フィートしかないため、あまり入ることができませんでした。もし極限の体験を求めているなら、崖からのジャンプを試してみてください。間違いなくスリルがあり、安全です。全体的に良い体験でした。ハワイでの朝を過ごす素晴らしい方法です。
This was a great time. The staff was helpful and friendly in making sure you had a great time. Kayaking was a good and steady pace. Snorkeling was amazing! Being underwater with the fish and coral is a must see! Seeing dolphins playing close by is really neat too.
Cave was a bit disappointing, being only 30 feet deep, you coulnd't really go in them.
If you are up for the extreme, try the cliff jump, its definately a thrill and safe.
All in all, a good experience; great way to spend a morning in Hawaii.

This was a great experience for all. The natural beauty was stunning, and the staff was just as great. I wish the water was calm enough to go into sea caves, but the kayak tour did not suffer because of it. Sense of adventure and willingness to put in physical effort is required, but well worth it. Our group did end up with cuts and bruises.

わたしたちは、送迎なしのコースで、父は240フィート 私は120フィート 母は見学者として参加しました。送迎はなしにしたので、どこに事務所があるのか、前の日にレンタカーで下調べに行っておきました。それが良かったです。事務所が分かりにくいのです。カイルア桟橋の向かいにドカーンと事務所があるわけでも看板があるわけでもなく、ちっちゃな青いプレートで、この奥！見たいに書いてあります。その看板のある小さなお店が寄集まってる奥に事務所があります。そこの店員はすごく感じが良くて安心しました。写真も20ドルで頼むことにしました。写真はとってもよく映してくれてたので満足でしたが、ただフイルムを渡されるだけで現像は自分でやります。 キャプテンはサービス満点ってかんじとはちょっと違いましたが、腕はよさそうで、パラセイリングは満足でした！景色もきれいだし、ボートに乗ってる間も楽しかったです。
ただ、グレードアップをかなり勧められます。船の上で。よく分からないのに「イエス」って言っちゃうと、240フィート、二人乗り！なんてオプションをつけられちゃいますよ！

This was the first time that me and my wife had ever kayaked, the tour guides show you how to do everything from balancing your kayak to getting in and out of your kayak in the open ocean. We seen a pod of dolphins on the way out of the bay, that was great, then we followed the shore line. at one point we were able to paddle into a small cave with a blow hole, and then several members of the tour jumped off the cliff over the cave. It was a bit too high for us so we watched. But we were able to paddle out before the rest with one guide and when we were just around the corner the same pod of dolphins swam under and by us. Several of the dolphins were within touching distance of our kayak. My wife was so in awe she could barely get the camera out! The snacks were yummy and the guides wonderful!. １０／０９に家族で参加してきました。
ハワイ島の海はオアフ島より綺麗なのですが、ハワイ島のホワイト・サンドやケアウホウよりも更に綺麗な海で、入らずにはいられません。船もカタマランなので揺れることも無く、滑り台やジャンプ台など、子供たちは何十回と飛び込んでいましたし、真水のシャワーがあるのもよかっです。
場所はシェラトンに宿泊していたので、歩いて３分といったところです。お薦めします。

今回2回目のハワイで、ケアラケクワ湾の主ノーケリングに参加しました。残念ながら当日はハワイでは非常にめずらしい曇り空でした。当日は曇りで、きれいな海が見られるのか心配でしたがきれいな海を楽しむ事ができました。
ちなみに私は非常に乗り物酔いがはげしく唯一それが心配でしが、船酔いもなく無事に過ごすことができました。
今まで何度か日本国内やハワイでのシュノーケリングに参加したことがありましたが今回が一番きれいで楽しめました。記念の旅行だったので良い思い出ができよかったです。
是非、次の機会にも参加したいと思います。

フェアウィンドカタマランクルーズのアクティビティを本当に楽しみました。クルーはフレンドリーでとても親切でしたし、シュノーケリングの場所は絶対に美しく、海の生き物でいっぱいでした。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。このアクティビティをぜひお勧めします。ビッグアイランドを再訪する際には、間違いなくこのアクティビティを繰り返します。
We absolutely enjoyed the Fair Wind Catamaran Cruise activity. The crew was friendly and very accomodating, the snorkeling location was absolutely beautiful and was filled with sea life and the experience overall was wonderful. Definitely recommend this activity. Will definitely repeat this activity when we visit the Big Island again.

スタッフは素晴らしかったです。アウトドアアクティビティも良かったです。母も私たちがした中で一番良いことだと思っていました。スナックはもっと健康的であるべきでした。特に価格を考えると、パイナップルのようなものを増やして、チップスはやめた方が良いです。
The staff was great. Good outdoor activity; even mm mother thought it was the best thing we did. Snacks should have been healthier, especially considering the price; more things like the pineapple, lose the chips.
