The whole experience was great from start to finish! The guides and driver were kind, hospitable, very funny and knowledgeable about the history of the area and most importantly, zip lining! The course lines get increasingly longer as you progress, so I felt very comfortable with zip lining by the time I was going for longer distances and higher heights. The views of the waterfalls were breathtaking and the absolute best way to see these beautiful sites. This was a 10/10 for me!

We really enjoyed our 21st Anniversary and Big Island Convertible Car Rental was a huge part of it. Aaron and his wife was so accommodating and showed us where to go on the big island. The buggy was nice and comfy for me because I am a plus size beauty. I was able to get in and out with ease and we really enjoyed the ride around the big island.

We had such a great time on the zipline tour and would definitely do it again. The guides made us feel safe and instructed us on everything, especially since it was our first time. From our check in contact with Jeremy, our driver, to our trail guides, the guys were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The UTVs and all other equipment are top rate and inspire confidence. I have off road experience but we got my wife experienced and she did the initial 4 wheelin. She was thrillin and grinning. I have the video to prove it. We took in a lot of spectacular views and scenery. Cruising through the different climate zones was interesting and fun. There were a few, almost “oh shhhh” moments, that made the trip thrilling.
Our guys went out of their way to find us fresh tree ripened fruit. We sampled and took home some Strawberry Guavas and Pineapple Guavas. So delicious.
We were a family group of 5. The oldest is 72 and the youngest is 10 years old.
We agreed, we would all do this tour again. Thanks again Kohala UTV.

They were all so much fun.
We had a blast from the very start. Our tour was a small one with us and one other couple. We went on the first tour of the morning and it was beautiful. This isn’t a quick ride, you actually get a lot of time and amazing views to see.
Your not moving slow and are allowed to put some pressure on the gas. Make sure you follow their instructions and stay with the group and you will have the best time. We stopped at a waterfall and had some water and snack, our grandkids pulled out their lunchables and had the best picnic. I can’t thank our guides enough for the most amazing experience and for finding us some sugarcane to show our grandkids and let them try it.
We rode all over, learned some awesome history and played with sleeping grass. ( I can’t remember the actual name) the kids were shown a game where they throw this little fuzzy thing and play tag. We laughed so hard and got muddy.
Best time ever. This is a must do! Please make sure you show your appreciation at the end. They don’t ask for tips but they sure deserve them.

Take the 'Plunge, have a go. An efficient team, supportive, knowledgeable and local. We, 4 of us, all enjoyed the experience, always felt safe. Overall, very satisfied with the value of this trip. I have ziplined in Mexico and in Belize City, and this trip was very comparable in terms of value, excitement, and thrill.
The Hawaii zipline consisted of 7 lines, the first few were relatively short. Although short, breathtaking views. The last three were much longer, more scenic, and best of all, amazing view of a BEAUTIFUL waterfall! The day I went was very gloomy and did have some slight visibility issues due to fog, but the experience was amazing.
This was more expensive than my foreign ziplines, but as I mentioned, it was a great value for the experience relative to the other ziplines I have done.
Thinking back on what I could have paid for other Big Island adventures, no regrets on this trip and would ABSOLUTELY do this one again.
Lastly, the staff were great! Very expeditious, always safety first, and very friendly.

We had a total of 8 in our group, and did this tour on 5/9/17. The guides were very helpful and did a god job in making you feel comfortable on the lines especially for us first timers. The views were undescribable. Make sure to really just enjoy the ride and not fuss too much with your camera or phone because you will miss all the beautiful scenery. It can take away from the experience. You get to see a lot of banana trees and even try some right off the tree. It was by far one of the best things we did while visiting. A must do activity!
