家族との素晴らしい一日でした。キャプテン・ラケルと彼女のチームは素晴らしかったです！朝にはハレアカラを背景にたくさんのクジラを見ました。帰りの途中ではイルカも一緒に泳いでくれました！チーム全体が楽しく、私たち全員と交流してくれました。これをお勧めしない理由はありません！

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

Guide "Jelly" took the two of us on a customized tour giving us lots of history of the island and also information about local activities due to his years on Lana'i. Exceptional value and great fun.

きれいに整備されたボートです。プレミアムオープンバーは誤解を招く表現です。プレミアムドリンクや高級アルコールはありませんのでご注意ください。食べ物は美味しかったです。全体的に良い時間を過ごしました。

Nice well maintained boat. Premium open bar is false advertising. There are NO premium drinks or top shelf alcohol just so you know. The food was tasty. Overall a nice time.

これは本当にすごくクールでした。海の前の着陸は最高でした。

This was seriously SO COOL. the oceanfront landing was unbeatable

乗り物は良かったです。歓迎するエリアも素敵でした。価格もリーズナブルです。
しかし、
1- 乗り物は西マウイとモロカイを巡る予定でしたが、空港から出発し、西マウイの北部をカパルアまで飛び、その後モロカイに向かいました。モロカイから戻る際も再び北側を飛びました！本来は西マウイの残り（カアナパリ、ラハイナなど）を飛ぶ予定でしたが、基本的に同じルートを飛んでいました。
2- パイロットはフライトの最初の約15分と最後の約10分間、無言でした。タワーとの通信が必要なのは理解できますが、ツアーのほぼ半分が静かでした。

全体的に、もう少し良くなったかもしれません。

Ride was good. Nice welcoming area. Reasonable price.
BUT:
1- the ride was supposed to be west Maui and Molokai. We started at the airport, ride only the northern part of west Maui up to Kapalua, then went on to Molokai. On return from Molokai, it flew back over on the north side again! It was supposed to fly over the rest of west Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina, etc.), but it basically went over the same route.
2- The pilot was silent for the first ~15 min and the last ~10 min of the flight. I understand they have to communicate with the tower. But almost half of our tour was silent.

Overall, it could have been better.

初めていったマウイで何か貴重な体験を、と思い申し込みました。
ホテル送迎で、片道2時間のドライブも山ピーさんの楽しいトークで楽しく過ごせました。途中おいしいローカルフードも買えて、山頂での夕食を堪能しました。
山頂では壮大なクレーター、360度の眺望、雲海に沈む夕日が幻想的で、日頃の些細な悩みなど吹っ飛ぶ経験が出来ました。落日後の星空がまた最高で、天の川その他もろもろの星たちを静かに眺めることができ、遠い子供のころ観た記憶も蘇る貴重な体験でした。山ピーさんが、GPS天体望遠鏡で次々と有名な恒星群や惑星を見せてくれたことにも感謝です。
とにかく必見のツアーであることは間違いないです。

初めてのシュノーケリングツアーだったので、何を期待すべきか分かりませんでしたが、ツアーを運営している人々もツアー自体と同じくらい重要だと感じました。皆さんが私たちの体験を一生の思い出にするために尽力してくれました。ボートは素晴らしく、食事は最高で、飲み物も良いアクセントになっていましたし、シュノーケリングは私たちが期待していた通りでした。この素晴らしい思い出を作ってくれてありがとう。

With this being our first snorkel tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.

ラナイの人気スポット（シップレックビーチ、ガーデンオブゴッズ、キャットサンクチュアリ）を巡る素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。多くのスポットは未舗装の道路の奥にあったので、運転ガイドが本当に多くの手間と計画を省いてくれました。ラッス、レイ、コリーとのツアーグループは非常に親切で、予期しない出来事が起こっても誰も取り残されないように特別な手配をしてくれました。一番難しかったのは、その朝チケットをどこで受け取るかを見つけることでした。私たちにとっては、パイオニアインの向かい側にある小さな灯台の近くのブースでした。

We had a wonderful time touring some popular sites on Lanai (Shipwreck Beach, Garden of Gods, Cat sanctuary). Many of the sites were off unpaved roads, so have a driving guide really saved a lot of work and planning. The tour group with Russ, Ray and Cory was very accommodating, making extra arrangements to make sure no one is left stranded, even when unplanned events arise. The hardest part was figuring out where to pick up the tickets that morning. For us it was a booth across the street from the Pioneer Inn, near a small lighthouse.

It was a wonderful experience, they provided you everything, the safety regulations are pretty clear. The food is great. Just they might need to added more alcohol to the drinks heheh also the crews are the best crews I ever had hahah they are all great, they will help you with anything. I definitely recommend to my friends when they are come visiting Maui

フェリーは良かったですし、時間通りで安全でした。島は素晴らしいです。フェリーの隣の湾では素晴らしいシュノーケリングが楽しめます。マウイで見つけたものよりも良いです（ただし、私たちは初心者なので、間違えるかもしれません）。船酔いする方は、薬を飲んでください。帰りの旅は揺れました。

The ferry was good, prompt and safe. The island is terrific. The bay next to the ferry has terrific snorkeling, better than anything we’ve been able to find in Maui (but we’re newbies, so might easily mistaken). Take a pill if you get seasick, trip back was bouncy.

First got welcomed by very nice people. Buffet opened and the food was good. The waiter offer some drinks. The show was very nice. We were able to discover dances and rituals from the Polynesian islands

始まりから終わりまで、フェリーに乗るのは楽しい体験でした。上のデッキと下のデッキに十分な座席があります。ほとんどの人が寝ていました、それほど快適です。問題はありませんでした。

From beginning to end it was a pleasure to ride the ferry. Plenty of seats upper and lower decks. Most people slept, that's how comfortable it is. No issues.

島での最高のエクスカーションでした。カスタマーサービス、ボート、クルー、食事、すべてが本当に特別な体験でした。このエクスカーションは絶対にやるべきです。ルアウにお金を使うのはやめて、こちらのエクスカーションを選んでください。

. It was the best excursion we had on the island, customer service, the boat, the crew, the food it was definitely a white glove experience. You have to do this excursion don’t waste your money on a luau do this excursion instead

死ぬまでにやりたい10の事。のリストに入ってる！
ハレアカラの星空を観たい。コロナ禍で3年振りのハワイ。そして初めてのマウイ島。真っ先に星空ツアーを申し込んだ。当日ホテル3:30にピックアップ。2名の若い日本人カップルと私たちシニア女性2人組。ガイドの山Pさんが喋る喋る！私もつられて喋る（笑笑）クリスピークリームでドーナツを買い。フードランドでポケを買い。いざハレアカラへ！ビジターセンターでトイレ休憩。高地に身体を慣らしながら頂上へ。頂上に着いた途端猛吹雪。
『大丈夫ですよ！第五ポイントまで確保してありますから必ずお見せします』自信満々の山Pさん。
1m先も見えない吹雪の中下山開始。3055mから真っ暗（真っ白？）な山道を我が庭のように走り出す。なんと‼︎!第二ポイントで雲と同じ高さからのサンセットが見える‼︎感動。そしてまた雨が降り出し、移動開始。もしかしたら山Pさんは雲を見ながら移動してたのかな？第三ポイントで素早くイスや望遠鏡やもろもろ用意して、、、、、
『いいって言うまで絶対空見ないでくださいよ』
なんて言われて、ドキドキ期待が高まる！防寒着を貸してもらい万全の体制でいざ‼︎
うわー！泣ける！吹雪だったのに！豪雨だったのに！今も強風で飛ばされそうだけど！
ぐるり360度満点の星空です。ベテランガイドの成せる技ですね！本当に参加して良かったです。何度行ってもきっと感動するでしょう。必ずまたあの星空を観に戻ると思います！山Pさんに漬け物のお土産を届けにもう一度ハレアカラへ！

久しぶりのハワイ、マウイ島で楽しみにしていたハレアカラ山頂夕日ツアーはやっぱり良かったです。特に今回は、ハワイが初めての息子も一緒でしたので、特に楽しいツアーになりました。

冒険は完全に価値があります！非常に良く組織されていて、親切でユーモアのあるクルーに加え、専門知識もあり、潜水艦は安全で清潔、快適です。サイズもちょうど良いです。
音響システムの改善を提案します。特に潜水艦の後ろの方に座っている人には、前の方からの子供たちの興奮や「うぉー」や「わー」といった会話が聞こえるときに、聞き取りにくいです。それでも、キャプテンは潜水艦を回転させて、左舷と右舷の両方が同じ景色を楽しめるようにしています！
私たちは興奮するイルカの群れに出会いました！帰り道にはジンベイザメの姿も見ました…日常では味わえない冒険です。
たくさんの魚や、素晴らしいツアーを楽しみたい方にはサプライズのサンゴ礁の観賞が待っています。

The adventure is totally worth it! Very well organized, kind and humorous crew, plus expertise, and the sub is safe, clean and comfortable. The size is just right.
Would suggest the sound system be improved, especially for those seating toward the back of the sub- when children’s excitement or conversations of “oooh’s” and “aaah’s” are happening half way from the front, it is hard to hear . Nonetheless, the captain rotates the sub to ensure both port and starboard sides get the same views!
We were treated to a visit of a pack of stirring dolphins! And on our way back, a sight of a whale shark…. Not your everyday adventure.
Lot’s of fish, and a surprise reef viewing await those who want to take this great tour.

素晴らしい半日を過ごしました。たくさんの魚やサンゴ、そしてウミガメを見ました。クルーはとても親切で、ずっと私たちと冗談を言い合っていました。食事も美味しかったです。

We spent a wonderful half day. Saw many fish, corals & one turtle. The crew was helpful & joking with us the whole time. Food was nice & tasty.

全体的に、ラナイ島への往復フェリーの旅を楽しみました。屋外の座席は限られていて、COVIDの影響で屋内に座るのは快適ではありませんでした。しかし、乗船中に歩き回ることができたのは素晴らしかったです。

Overall I enjoyed the ferry ride to and from Lanai Island. There was limited seating outdoors and I wasn’t comfortable with COVID sitting inside. It was great though, that we were able to walk around during the ride.

私のティーンエイジャーの娘と私は、この冒険が本当に素晴らしかったです。モロキニクレーターに向かうクルーズ中に、フルーツ付きのとても美味しいシナモンロールが朝食として出されました。シュノーケリングは信じられないほど素晴らしかったです！次の停留所では、ウミガメと一緒に泳ぎました。ボートに戻ると、キャプテンが美味しいチキン、ライス、サラダのランチを提供してくれました。おかわりもたくさんありました！素晴らしいポグドリンクとアイスクリームで旅を締めくくりました。貿易風の中を航海する最後の15分も楽しかったです！ 皆さん、ありがとうございました！ 5つ星です！！

This was such an amazing adventure for my teen daughter and I. We were served the most delicious cinnamon rolls with fruit for breakfast as we cruised to the Molokini crater. The snorkeling was unbelievable! At the next stop we swam with turtles. Once back on the boat the captain served up a delicious chicken, rice and salad lunch. Plenty of seconds too! Great POG drinks and ice cream to finish off the trip. The last 15 minutes of sailing through the trade winds was also a blast!
Thank you for everything guys! 5 stars!!

良い席で、内部はエアコンが効いていて、外は素敵な景色です。帰りの乗り心地は少し揺れましたが、彼らのせいではありません。

nice seats, inside is air conditioning, outside is a nice view.
it was a bit bumpy on the ride back, but not their fault.

クルーズはカアナパリビーチホテルから出発します。桟橋ではなく、実際の浜辺からです。ボートを浜に着けて、ガングプランクを下ろし、ゲストは乗り込むために登ります（クルーが事前にみんなの靴を集めてくれているので、足が濡れることになります）。
これは素晴らしいスタートの仕方です。キャプテンとクルーは楽しく、プロフェッショナルです。浜を離れるとエンジンを切り、帆を上げます。これが最高のクルーズの方法です！飲み物と食べ物が提供され、海風を感じながらリラックスし、日が沈むのを楽しむことができます。ロサンゼルスから来た素敵なカップルに出会い、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。この小さな旅行を強くお勧めします！

The cruise leaves from the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. Not from a dock but from the actual shore. They beach the boat and drop the gangplank and the guests clamber up (helped by the crew who have collected everybody’s shoes in advance because your feet will get wet)
It’s a cool way to start. The captain and crew are fun and professional. Once off the beach they cut the engine and raise the sails. Best way to cruise ever! Drinks and food are served while to take in thee sea breeze and relax as the sun goes down. I met a lovely couple from Los Angeles and had a great time. I highly recommend this little trip!

美しい場所で、清潔で、そこで働いている人々は親切でした。私たちはとても楽しい時間を過ごしました。

It’s a beautiful fairy, clean, friendly people working there. We had a lot of fun

いったん予約してキャンセルしたので、取り直しだのに、勘違いされて、だいぶ待たされました。カフルイ空港を駆けずり回り大変な思いをしました。違うお客様を迎えのバスを捕まえて連絡がつき、しばらく待たせれて、3人なのに大型バスがきつ、、ドライバーは、親切にガイドしながら送ってくれました。

この体験は素晴らしかったですが、スタッフが特別なものにしてくれました。夫は船酔いに苦しんでいましたが、スタッフはためらうことなく彼の面倒を見てくれ、特別なメガネを渡し、ジンジャーティーとジンジャーの薬を提供してくれました。その後、彼はずっと良くなりました。

This experience was great on its own, but the staff made it special - my husband suffered from seasickness and they did not hesitate to take care of him giving him special glasses to wear, ginger tea and a ginger pill - after which he felt much better.
