受付
受付、着替えを済ませてからポイントに向かいます。ショップからポイントまでは、当店の車で2〜3分（コンデションにより10分）の予定です。本コースの所要時間は約2～3時間となります。※お車でお越しの方は、ショップ敷地内にある無料駐車場をご利用ください。送迎サービスをご利用の方は、北谷町内のご指定の場所へスタッフがお迎えに伺います。
説明＆陸上レッスン
海に到着後インストラクターがブリーフィング（説明）を行います。ボードやサーフポイント、キックからテイクオフの動作、危険回避の方法など丁寧にご案内しますので、何かわからないことがありましたらその都度ご質問ください。陸上でのしっかりとした反復練習が、海での成功につながります♪
海でのボディーボードスタート♪
実際にボディーボードとフィンを装着して入水します。最初は波のない安全なエリアでキックの練習を行い、その後腹這いの状態で波に乗りながら感覚をつかみます。慣れてきたら自分でキックして波に乗ってみましょう！常にインストラクターがサポートを行いますので、安心して楽しんでいただけます。

タイミングが合えば水中カメラで撮影もします。写真のデータは無料です。
コース終了
温水シャワーや更衣室がございますので、帰りのお仕度にご利用ください。
