• 二日酔い、または当日飲酒をした方は参加できません。

• 首、背中、関節に問題がある方には参加できません。
• 耳鼻のトラブルがある方は参加可能の診断書が必要です。
• 参加者の人数が6名に満たない場合、ツアーは催行されないことがあります。
• 6歳以上のお子様が参加できます。
• 65歳未満の方が参加できます。

• 参加者が12歳以下の場合は、保護者同伴でお願いします。
• 病歴確認チェックで該当する項目がある方は、医師の診断書が必要です。

• ツアースケジュールは天候、交通状況等により変更、中止になる場合があります。
• 送迎時、他のお客様と同乗となります。
• 貴重品・お荷物の管理はお客様ご自身でお願いします。
• お客さまの服装や体力、体調、また他のお客さまの迷惑となる場合は、ガイドの判断により当日でもご遠慮いただくことがあります。
• 参加されるお客様の健康状態、快適性、安全性を考慮し、ツアー内容を変更またはキャンセルする場合があります。
• 浮き輪やライフジャケットの着用が義務付けられております。
• ご自身で現地まで運転される場合、駐車料金が各自の負担となります。
• お客様の過失や故意により、器材への損傷が発生した場合は、修理費用の実費を負担いただく場合がございます。
• 現地集合の場合、開始時間の30分前に集合場所にお越しください。
• 当日の予約状況により送迎の受付が難しい場合があります。
• 現地道路事情により、ご宿泊ホテルへ車両がお迎えにあがれない場合は最寄りの指定ホテルをご案内します。
• 送迎対象外となるホテルにお泊りの場合は、近くの送迎対象ホテルへの集合をお願いすることがあります。
• 繁忙期は送迎を希望されても、現地集合にて予約を受け付けさせていただくこともございます。予めご了承ください。

• There is no landing on the island. The activity is conducted by stopping the boat at a location with a water depth of 3-4 meters.
• There are two toilets and two hot water showers available for free on the boat. *Please note that the showers are not private.
• At the meeting place, Naha Miejo Port, there are toilets, a changing room with a shower (charged, hot water for 3 minutes is 100 yen), and lockers (200 yen).

• The minimum number of participants for this plan is 6. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants by the day before, we may cancel or change some of the tour content. In such cases, we will definitely contact you by the day before.
• When snorkeling, it is necessary to wear a life jacket. You cannot participate in the tour without wearing a life jacket.
• In the case of pick-up, the details of the location and time will be communicated to you the day before. Please make sure to confirm this information. If you are not present at the pick-up time, the bus will depart, and you will need to make your own way to the destination. If you miss the bus and it results in a cancellation, a full cancellation fee will be charged.
