- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- There is no age restriction.
- We are able to prepare kimonos for individuals 150 cm tall and over. For children ages 7 and under, we prepare the smaller kimono used for the Shichigosan (7,5,3) Coming of Age celebrations.
Required items to bring & attire
- If you decide to not make use of the provided under clothing, please wear an open round-necked T-shirt when you come.
- If you do not wear our rental tabi (socks for kimono), you can buy your own pair at our shop for JPY 1,000.
Additional notes
- We will ask you to compensate for damages to a kimono such as holes or tears.
- In case you do not return the kimono, we will charge you the price of the kimono.
- Be sure to return the kimono by 17:30, when the rental plan ends.
- In case you cannot return to our shop by 17:30 due to traffic jam etc, contact us by the number written on the voucher.
- Please input your gender, height, foot size at the time of reservation.
- This activity is entirely held in Japanese.
