- This ticket is available only for foreigners holding a passport or residence card from a country other than Japan.
*Please note that you may be asked to present it when boarding. - Reservations can be made for up to 5 people who travel together. It is not possible to distribute the ticket individually after purchase. If you need to distribute tickets, please make separate reservations.
- There is no children's price available.
- Up to one child under the age of 6 can travel for free with the accompany of one adult. If a seat is required, the child will be charged separately.

- When using an airport access ticket (Meitetsu train), you must collect a magnetic ticket. Please exchange it at the ticket counter at the station.
- When using an airport access ticket (bus), please present the ticket screen to the bus driver upon disembarking from the bus.
- If you are taking an express bus that requires a reservation (some route buses), you must first reserve a seat at the ticket counter at the bus terminal. If you are taking a bus that does not require a seat reservation, please present your e-ticket screen to the driver when you disembark from the bus.
- If you are taking a bus that requires reservations, please note that you cannot make reservations online or by phone. Kindly reserve a seat at the ticket counter located at the bus terminal.
- If you wish to board a bus that departs before or after the ticket window opens, or if you are at a bus station without a ticket window, you may only board if there are available seats. When boarding the bus, please present your e-ticket screen to the driver and choose an available seat.
- A communication device such as a smartphone or tablet is required. Please ensure that you are in an environment with a stable internet connection when using it. If you do not possess one, you will not be able to use the service.
- If you use the service after the selected participation date at the time of booking, you will not be able to check the voucher from your Veltra My Page.
Before the participation date, please tap "Scan or Click to Use" on the voucher, save the displayed digital ticket URL, and present the digital ticket from the URL on the day of use. - If you wish to cancel after the selected participation date, please contact Veltra.
