I thought I wouldn't be able to see the starry sky due to the cloudy forecast, but miraculously, there was a moment when the clouds cleared. It was a dream of mine to see the starry sky on Iriomote Island, so I was very happy.
The brightness from just the moonlight was mystical.
It was a very precious experience, not only to see the starry sky but also to interact with the creatures and plants of Iriomote Island.
I was able to take photos with everyone who participated!

I was very satisfied with my trip to the three islands: Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island, as I was able to do everything I wanted. I read on other sites that the food wasn't good, but I found it quite tasty. The guide on the cruise in Iriomote Island was entertaining, and I was able to take cute photos with the water buffalo on Yubu Island. I also rode a water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but the conversations with the guide, the shamisen music, and the scenery were completely different, making each experience enjoyable. Since I had planned my route in advance with a rental bicycle, I was able to efficiently explore the entire island.

I participated with determination despite the severe cold wave, but unexpectedly, the weather was favorable. I was able to enjoy the sunset over Lake Shikotsu and the Ice Festival before and after the lights were turned on. I also got to experience roasting marshmallows, which became a fun memory.
It was a tour that included a postcard gift, but the gift turned out to be a sample of Hi-Chew. I wonder if they forgot or if the postcards weren't popular? We gathered at 8 AM in Naha City and headed to Ginoza, where the Hanshin camp is taking place. There is no parking available around the venue, but there are no issues with a chartered bus.
Since two people who weren't really Hanshin fans got bored along the way, we were quickly guided to nearby tourist spots, which was very convenient for avoiding the crowded shops and going shopping in various places.
The driver was very kind, and it's much more reasonable than booking a hire car directly, so I highly recommend it.

It seemed like the main focus of the tour was the Churaumi Aquarium, but since my family has been there several times, we decided to visit Pineapple Park and the Okashi Goten for our own purposes. I wished we could have spent a bit more time for tastings and souvenir shopping, but I understood that it was a bus tour, so I accepted that and was very satisfied. The Churaumi Aquarium was crowded, so we separated from the group and enjoyed a buffet at the Orion Hotel, which was also a lot of fun. Finally, we were dropped off at the Okashi Goten, took a taxi to Hoshino Resort's Banta Cafe to enjoy the sunset, and then enjoyed the Lantern Festival before returning to Naha on our own. I would like to use this service again.
美ら海水族館がメインのツアーのようでしたが我が家は何度か行った事があるのでパイナップルパークとお菓子御殿で離団目的で行きました。試飲やお土産購入でもう少しゆっくりしたかったですが、そこはバスツアーだし仕方ないと割り切りつつ大満足でした。美ら海水族館は混雑しているので離団しオリオンホテルでビュッフェを楽しみゆっくりしてこれもまた楽しかった。最後はお菓子御殿で離団させていただき、タクシーで星野リゾートバンタカフェでサンセットを楽しみその後ランタンフェスティバルを楽しみ個人で那覇に戻りました。また利用したいです。

I have participated in the Blue Hanger Tour several times, but this was my first time attending this one. I was moved to see the training being conducted across all job types and the daily efforts made for safety. There are also exclusive goods available here, which is one of the things I look forward to.

It was a cold day with snow falling, but I was able to see a group of king penguins on their walk. I've been to the zoo several times, but this was the first time I got to see the penguins' walk, and it was so moving that it made me forget about the cold.

To be honest, it wasn't very enjoyable. It was my first time at Lake Toya, but after going once, I felt like that was enough. I personally had high hopes for the Ice Festival, but it was more subdued than I expected. Since it didn't look very beautiful at the time I went, it might have been better to join a tour that takes place during darker hours.
I thought the fee for the Ice Festival was included in the tour price, but it turned out to be a pay-on-site situation (even for those who paid in advance, they needed to show a voucher on-site). I overlooked that detail, so I was glad to understand it after hearing the explanation in the vehicle. However, I noticed some fellow passengers (Japanese) from the same bus entering without going through the ticket booth. Since I learned that payment was required in advance, I suspect that other tour booking sites besides Veltra probably don't collect the Ice Festival fee beforehand either, and I felt uncomfortable seeing that passenger enter without paying.
In this day and age, there are foreigners everywhere you go. Please don't take too seriously the reviews mentioning that the bus was noisy; that's just a matter of chance. I think it should be fine for those who don't mind crowds. However, it's safer to avoid weekends and holidays.
The guide was fluent in multiple languages and provided thorough explanations. Thank you to the driver and the guide for your hard work in the cold and snowy weather.

時間帯的にあまり綺麗に見えなかったので、暗い時間に行われているツアーの方が良かったかも。
氷濤まつりの代金がツアー代金に含まれてるのかと思いきや、現地払い(先払いの人も、現地でパウチャーを見せる必要があるとのこと)でした。
そこを見落としてたので車内で説明を聞いて分かって良かったのですが、明らかにチケット売り場を通さずに入場していく同じバスの同乗客(日本人)を見かけました。
先払いというのを知ったのでVeltraさん以外のツアー予約サイトでもおそらく氷濤まつりの代金は事前に取ってないと思いますが、その客は無銭入場ではないかと感じ、見てて不愉快でした。
このご時世なのでどこ行っても外国人だらけです。他の方の口コミにあるバスの中がうるさいとかは、ガチャ要素なのであまり信じないで下さい。
人混みが嫌いでない人なら大丈夫かと思います。なお、週末と祝日は避けた方が無難です。
ガイドさんは複数の言語を流暢にこなしていて、説明も丁寧でした。
運転手さん、ガイドさん、寒くて吹雪いてる中大変お疲れ様でした。

I am grateful to the tour guide and the restaurant staff. We also enjoyed the weather at Yanbaru National Park and Cape Hedo. It was a well-planned tour.

Since it was a tour, there were time limits at each location, which made it a bit busy, but I was prepared for that from the reviews I had read, so it didn't bother me too much. First of all, thank you to the three guides for your assistance! I was able to enjoy the excitement of being in nature! You picked me up at the hotel on time, and the return transfer was smooth as well. The content of the tour was honestly a bit underwhelming compared to my expectations! While we were shown some interesting places, it was relatively cold, and I didn't encounter many living creatures. Additionally, it was cloudy, so there were no stars at all. To enhance satisfaction, I think it would be better to limit the tours based on temperature and weather conditions. Thank you!

First and foremost, I felt reassured. They safely took us from Sapporo to the frozen snowy roads of Lake Shikotsu. It was a mountain path that I definitely couldn't have navigated on my own. Then, when I suddenly saw the vast Lake Shikotsu, it was breathtaking. While feeling the cold wind from Lake Shikotsu, a world of ice awaited us. The ice mountains, caves, and ice pillars, along with beautifully lit sculptures, were truly moving. It became a wonderful page in my Hokkaido travel experience. Thank you very much.

I felt安心 knowing there was a tour guide with us. The local winds were stronger than I imagined, but it wasn't too bad once we left the lake. I wanted to visit the souvenir shops lined up in the woods, but with only an hour and a half to stay, I barely had time for sightseeing and a restroom break. I thought it was a shame that we couldn't depart at 1 or 2 PM instead of 3 PM, as we could have enjoyed some tea and bought souvenirs then. I really appreciated the help since I couldn't have driven there myself. Thank you for the wonderful plan. If there’s a tour for Lake Toya, I would love to join!

Unfortunately, the blue cave snorkeling was canceled due to the weather, and we had to change to a snorkeling plan in Osaki, but both the morning mangrove canoeing & SUP and the afternoon snorkeling were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable! The instructor was kind and easy to talk to, which was very helpful! I was healed by the nature of Okinawa, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day!
青の洞窟シュノーケリングは残念ながら天候により中止になってしまい大崎でのシュノーケリングのプランに変更となってしまいましたが、午前中のマングローブカヌー＆SUP、そして午後のシュノーケリング両方とも大満喫できて最高でした！！インストラクターの方も親切で話しやすくて助かりました！
沖縄の自然に癒されて充実の一日になりました！

The person who attended to us spoke warmly, and we were able to enjoy the tour. I observed the actual training of ground staff, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel, and I could feel ANA's warmth and reassurance in their sincere dedication to even the smallest details. Finally, there were mock-ups of the business class seats, boarding bridge operations, and cockpit, and we had a great time taking photos, which left us very satisfied!
アテンドしてくださった方の話し方に温かみがあり、楽しくツアーを体験できました。
地上係員、CA、整備士さんの実際の訓練の様子を拝見しましたが、小さな事にも誠実なこだわりを持って、真摯に取り組む姿に、ANAのあったか、あんしんを感じることができました。最後に、ビジネスクラスのシートやボーディングブリッジ操作、コックピットなどのモックアップがあり、楽しく撮影会も出来て大満足でした！
It was a fun and quick experience, but we walked quite a bit, so I'm glad I wore comfortable shoes!
楽しくてあっという間の時間ではありますが、結構歩きますので、歩きやすい靴で行ってよかったです！

Although Iriomote Island tends to be cloudy in winter, we were able to enjoy a precious moment of starlight and moonlight⭐.
Seeing everyone chatting and searching for creatures around us made me feel excited too.
We also enjoyed finding coral fragments, interestingly patterned shells, and even spiders, which brought back a sense of childhood wonder!
