Thanks to our guide, Mr. Yamamoto, we had a wonderful time. There were many international visitors, and we were the only Japanese, but after the overall English-guided tour, we received individual guidance in Japanese, which doubled our enjoyment. We had no time to search for transfers or dining options, and we were able to leisurely visit four popular spots, which was fantastic. It felt like being in an overseas version of Kyoto, which was also enjoyable. Additionally, Mr. Yamamoto pointed out places that I had overlooked during my last visit, which was very nice. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but it turned into a wonderful memory that was worth more than the price. Thank you very much.

ガイドの山本さんのおかげで楽しい時間を゙過ごすことができました。海外の方が多く日本人は私たちだけでしたが、全体の英語でのガイドのあと個別に日本語でもガイドしていただき２倍楽しめました。乗り換えや食事処を探す時間もなく、４カ所も人気スポットをゆっくり回ることができてとても良かっです。日本なのに海外の京都という感じでこれも楽しかったです。それからガイドの山本さんには、前回来ても目に止まらず素通りしていたポイントなどもガイドしていただき、この点もとても良かったです。はじめはちっと高いかと思いましたが、値段以上に素敵な思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

The tour guide was very dedicated and entertained us throughout, but unfortunately, the weather was bad and we couldn't see any stars. Additionally, there were few creatures due to the season, which was a bit disappointing. I hope to try again someday when the weather is nice and clear.

ツアーガイドは一所懸命で、随所に楽しませてくれましたが、なにぶん天候が悪く星は一切見えず、また、季節的に生物も少なく、ちょっと残念でした。いつか、季節のいい晴れた時にチャレンジしてみたいと思っています。

It's extremely difficult to capture whales with a smartphone or camera, so it's best to give up quickly and leave the photography to the staff. They will upload the photos for you. I'm impressed by the remarkable shots they managed to take, such as the small whale jumping and the photo of the mother whale's tail.

スマホやカメラでクジラを撮影するのは至難の業なので、さっさと諦め撮影はスタッフに任せるのが正解です。写真はアップしてもらえます。このタイミングの写真がよく撮れたなと感心する小クジラのジャンプの写真や親クジラの尾の写真など印象的なシーンの写真がアップされていて驚きです。

As explained at the remote island terminal, I managed to enjoy the experience with everyone, but the ferry from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island had unclear guidance and signage, making me anxious about when to board. Additionally, it was cold, and I couldn't hear the guide's words clearly. However, it was nice to be able to see the sights in a compact way.

あとは寒くて説明ガイドさんの言葉が入ってこなかったです。
でもコンパクトに観光できて良かったです。

The tour included the World Heritage site of Sefa Utaki, considered the highest sacred place of the Ryukyu Kingdom, and the Okinawa Natural Monument, Gyokusendo Cave, making it a great deal. Although it's a half-day tour, the fact that they also provide transportation to Naha Airport is a big plus.

琉球王国最高の聖地とされる世界遺産の斎場御嶽と沖縄天然記念物の玉泉洞が見られるお得な内容になっていました。半日ツアーですが那覇空港に送っていただけるのもポイント高いです。

The Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley were great. However, there was very little explanation from the tour guide, which made it difficult to understand during the gathering times. I think it would have been better to have a bit more overall explanation and details about the places we were going to visit.

斎場御嶽　ガンガラーの谷は良かったです。添乗員さんの説明がほとんどなく　集合の時などわかりにくかったです。もう少し全体の説明や　どんな所に行くなど説明があった方が良かったと思います。

On the day we went, they seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't eat 😢. On the broadcast on March 1st, they were eating normally 😡.

The weather was favorable, and everything went as planned. Lunch was delicious, and we were taken to the airport on time. The guide was great as well. Ishigaki has become a wonderful memory.

お天気にも恵まれ、何もかも予定どおり。昼食もおいしく時間通りに空港まで送っていただきました。

I had heard beforehand that we might see a jump once for every ten attempts, so I gave up and was busy filming the baby whale's tail slap when suddenly it jumped out from the back, causing everyone to go wild (laughs).

It miraculously jumped right when I had my phone ready, and I was able to capture its jumping姿.

I could feel the staff's desire to entertain us. Thank you very much. I hope to come back next year if I can.

事前にジャンプは10回きたら1回見られるかなとお話しされてたので、諦めて子クジラのテールスラップを撮影してたら奥からドーンと飛び出してきてみんなで大騒ぎになりました（笑）

携帯構えてるところでジャンプしてくれて奇跡的にジャンプ姿をおさめる事ができました。

スタッフさんも楽しませてあげようという想いが伝わってきました。ありがとうございました。また来年、行けたらいいな。

Takachiho Gorge, Takachiho Shrine, and Amano Iwato Shrine had beautiful scenery, and I'm glad I went. The food was also very delicious. I was a bit worried since the main language was Chinese on the site, but the guide was very impressive and it was fun. I thought it would be nice to have a tour where you can ride a boat.

高千穂峡、高千穂神社、天岩戸神社、とっても景色が良く、行って良かったです。
料理もとても美味しかったです。
中国語がメインとサイトにあったので、ちょっとだけ不安でしたが、ガイドさんがとても印象が良くて楽しかったです。
ボートに乗れるツアーがあるといいなぁと思いました。

The guide was very informative, and the travel was comfortable, so I'm really glad I participated. I was anxious about driving myself, so this was great. Thank you!

February seems to have many rainy days, but fortunately, we were blessed with good weather and got to see a perfect starry sky! I was also able to see the coconut crab, which can only be seen here, and I'm glad I participated in the tour. Thank you!

I experienced canoeing and snorkeling in the Blue Cave for the first time! With thorough instructions, even beginners can enjoy it with peace of mind. During the experience, we received detailed explanations about the mangroves and an introduction to the Blue Cave, making it a unique way to enjoy the tour!

What stood out to me the most during this tour was the extensive introduction to Ishigaki while we were on the bus! It became a great reference for my future travels, and it turned out to be a very fulfilling trip to Ishigaki! Thank you 😊

カヌーと青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングを初めて体験しました！丁寧なレクチャーで初心者でも安心して楽しむことができました。体験の中ではマングローブの説明や青の洞窟の紹介など詳しくして頂き、ツアーだからこその楽しみ方ができました！
特にこのツアーで印象に残っていることは、移動中のバスの中で石垣の紹介を沢山していただいたことです！今後の旅の参考になり、とても充実した石垣旅行になりました！ありがとうございます😊

The main Churaumi Aquarium was impressive! There were many other highlights as well. Additionally, the tour guide (bus) was attentive and made the experience feel less tiring. If I had to mention something, it took about 4 hours round trip for passenger pickups, which was a bit hard on my back, but considering the cost performance, it might be within an acceptable range.

メインの美ら海水族館には感動！その他見どころも多っかたです。加えて観光ガイド（バス）が丁寧で疲れを感じさせなかった。しいて言えば乗客のピックアップで往復で約4時間要したので腰にきましたが,コスパを思うと許容範囲かも。

We very much enjoyed our visit to Blue Base and would recommend it

I was surprised by the height of the emergency evacuation slide. I had seen it in dramas, but I thought the height from the aircraft would be even more impressive. I believe that emergency evacuation training can sometimes be accompanied by fear. However, thinking about how the training of the crew can save the lives of hundreds of people fills me with gratitude and a warm feeling of being able to fly safely.

緊急避難のスライドの高さに驚きました。
ドラマ等では見ていましたが、機体から見る高さはもっと凄いのではないかと思いました。
緊急避難訓練は恐怖も伴う事もあると思います。でも乗務員の方の訓練のお陰で、何百人の命が救われると思うと感謝の気持ちと、安心して飛行機に乗る事ができる気持ちで温かくなります。

I went to see the ski jump at Okurayama, but the lift was under maintenance, so I couldn't ride it. There weren't many other tourist spots, so I wish I could have experienced that. The outer market had a lot of shops, which surprised me. Since it was the last day, I opted for a half-day of sightseeing, but I think this kind of sightseeing can be nice too.

大倉山のジャンプ台を見に行きましたが、リフトが点検中で乗れませんでした。その他の場所は大した観光地が無かったので、そこは乗りたかったなぁと思います。
場外市場は沢山お店があり、びっくりしました。
最終日だったので、半日観光にしましたが、こんな観光も良いのかなと思います。

I participated in the same VELTRA bus tour in Miyako Island three days before this tour. At that time, it was a longer tour, but perhaps because I had a good impression from that experience, I enjoyed this one as well.

同じVELTRAさんの宮古島バスツアーにこのツアーの３日前に参加しました。その時はもっと長いツアーだったけど、その時の印象が良かったせいか、これも勿論楽しめましたけど、って所ですかね。

Initially, I had planned to take a highway bus, but there were no available seats, so I used this service for the first time. They picked me up at the station and dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient as I didn't have to worry about my luggage. I hadn't done much research beforehand, but I was guided to recommended places and shops, allowing me to experience locations I wouldn't have visited on my own, which was a lot of fun. The female driver was very chatty and even took photos for me, making for an enjoyable time.

当初高速バスの予定でしたが空席がなくこちらを初めて利用しました。
駅に迎えに来てもらい、ホテルの目の前まで送ってもらえるので、荷物を預ける必要がなく、とても楽でした。また、事前にあまり調べていませんでしたが、おすすめの場所・お店をガイドしてもらい、自分たちだけだと行かない場所や経験ができて、とても楽しかったです。
女性ドライバーさんでしたが、たくさんお話をしてくださり、写真も撮ってもらえて、楽しい時間でした。

I had planned to go to the Blue Cave, but due to the wind, we went to a different beach. The owner of the restaurant we went to afterward also said, "That beach is beautiful." ☺️✨ It was my first time snorkeling, and it had been a while since I swam, but I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. It seems that the morning group even saw manta rays! Not only during snorkeling, but also during the car ride to and from, I was impressed by how they shared recommendations for shops and plans for the next day while having fun conversations. 🚗 Thank you, Diego!

青の洞窟に行く予定でしたが、風の影響で別のビーチへ。その後行ったご飯屋さんの店主さんも、「あのビーチは綺麗だよ」と言っていました☺️✨️初めてのシュノーケリング、泳ぐのも久しぶりでしたが、安心して楽しむことができました。午前中のグループはマンタも見られたみたいです！シュノーケリングだけでなく、行き帰りの車でも、おすすめのお店や次の日のプランなど楽しくお喋りしながら教えて頂いたのが印象に残っています🚗JDことジエゴさん、ありがとうございました！！

The tour only stops at two locations, but there is a guide on the famous spots available through headphones in English, Chinese, and Korean. Without having to check the bus schedule on my own, I was able to leisurely enjoy the sights from the ski jump to Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. My partner and I are talking about how glad we are to have participated, surrounded by endless white snowfields and the Clark statue, as well as the dizzyingly high ski jump.

ツアーは二か所しか停車しませんが、車内からヘッドホンで名所の案内があります。
英語や中国語、韓国語もあるようでした。
自力でバスの時間を調べたりせずとも、ジャンプ台から羊ケ丘公園までゆったり観光できました。
どこまでも白い雪原とクラーク像や めまいがしそうなくらい高いジャンプ台に「参加して良かった」と相方と話しています。

The weather was wonderful, and the cherry blossoms were very beautiful. I've taken the open-top bus several times, but this was my first time during cherry blossom season. It was great to see the beautiful cherry blossoms up close.

天気に恵まれて桜がとてもきれいでした。
オープントップバスは、何度か乗っていますが、桜の時期は初めてです。
まじかにきれいな桜を見ることが出来てとても良かったです。

I was reminded once again that nature is truly the best. Canoeing and visiting Yufu Island was so much fun! It felt extraordinary and really cleansed my soul. I think it's perfect for resetting your mind. There's no point in just talking about it; you should experience it for yourself.

自然はやっぱり最高だなぁと改めて感じさせられました。
カヌーに由布島と、とっても楽しかったです！
非日常で、心が浄化されます。
心のリセットに最適だと思います。
ここで語ってても仕方ないので、一度体験すべきです。

I thoroughly enjoyed the trekking at Daishi Forest Mountain. Since there were only six participants, we had plenty of time in our itinerary. The guide's talk was enjoyable, and the bus ride was fun as well.

大石林山トレッキングを堪能できました。
参加者が6名しかいなかったので行程に余裕がありました。
ガイドさんのトークが楽しくバスの移動も楽しかったです。

It was my first time doing the Shiretoko Drift Ice Walk. I was told that the weather and the condition of the drift ice on that day were perfect, so the timing was great. Walking on the ice and even immersing myself in the melting parts of the drift ice sea was an experience that I can't express in words. It created wonderful memories for me. I definitely want to participate in the Shiretoko Drift Ice Walk again!

初めての、知床流氷ウォークでした。
当日の天気、流氷の状態も最高の日だと言われたのでタイミングが良かったです☺️　氷の上を歩いたり、氷の溶けている
部分に体ごと流氷の海に入ったり
とても、言葉では表現ができないほどの
体験ができて、思い出作りに最高の思い出が出来ました😊

Both the guide and the driver were kind.
Gokayama Ainokura had almost no other tourists besides us, allowing for a quiet and very moving sightseeing experience. I highly recommend visiting.
The shuttle bus to the Shirakawa-go observation deck was suspended in the morning due to an avalanche on the pathway. The guide provided detailed information on when to take the shuttle bus to ensure we could reach the observation deck in time for the return bus, which allowed us to tour efficiently.
In February, Shirakawa-go is very crowded, and those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal inside may not have enough time to visit the observation deck. I bought food that I could eat while waiting in line for the shuttle bus.
It was also nice that the bus seats were assigned. On tours without assigned seating, the auxiliary seats are often overflowing with foreign tourists, making it quite cramped.

ガイドさんドライバーさん共に優しかったです。
五箇山相倉は我々以外の観光客が殆どおらず、静かに観光できてとても感動的でした。是非行ってみて頂きたいです。
白川郷の展望台に向かうシャトルバスの通路が午前中に雪崩が起き運行中止となり、再開時刻や帰りのバスに間に合うように展望台へ向かうには何時までのシャトルバスに乗ったら良いか等、細かい情報をガイドさんがお知らせしてくれたので効率良く観光できました。
2月白川郷は大変混んでおりゆっくり店内で食事したい方は展望台に行く時間は足りない可能性があります。私は食べ歩きできる物を買って食べながらシャトルバスの列に並びました。
バスの席が決まってるのも良かっです。決まってないツアーのバスだと補助席まで外国人観光客で溢れかえっててかなりキツイです。

I participated in a tour of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. I was a bit anxious about the bus ride, which took over an hour one way, but thanks to our guide's interesting stories, the well-organized itinerary, souvenir information, and the driver's safe driving, I was able to enjoy an efficient and worry-free visit. This time, we experienced heavy snowfall and deep snow, but I would love to join again in a different season to see the changing expressions throughout the year. It was a wonderful tour. Thank you very much.

白川郷、五箇山のツアーに参加しました。片道1時間超のバス移動は少し不安でしたが、ガイドさんの興味深いお話しと見学コースの組み立て方やお土産情報、ドライバーさんの安全運転のおかげで安心して効率的な見学を楽しむことができました。今回は大雪で深い積雪の中の見学でしたが、別の季節もぜひまた参加して、四季折々の表情を見てみたいです。素晴らしいツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I participated in this bus tour, but unfortunately, the service was very poor, and I cannot recommend it.

1. Tour Guide's Response
The tour guide was Chinese and had limited Japanese skills, making communication difficult. Additionally, they seemed inexperienced with the tour's progression, and information sharing about meeting places and times was insufficient.

2. Mistake in Meeting Place Guidance
There was no announcement regarding the meeting place or itinerary changes, and we ended up waiting in the wrong location. Afterward, we headed to the correct meeting place, but the bus ended up passing by the original location where we were waiting. If there had been an explanation when I called about the delay, we wouldn't have needed to move unnecessarily. It was very challenging to rush down a crowded street with a small child in the snow and poor footing.

3. Impact of Other Participants' Delays
Other participants arrived significantly late, causing a major delay (about 2 hours). By the time we reached our destination, many shops were closed, ruining the sightseeing experience. The return home was also quite late, which was particularly tough for those with children.

4. Poor Balance Between Cost and Service
I booked this tour because it was cheaper compared to other bus tours, but even at a low price, such poor management is unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, this is a tour I cannot recommend.

I hope for improvements, but as it stands, I cannot consider using this service again.

今回、こちらのバスツアーに参加しましたが、残念ながら非常に対応が悪く、参加をおすすめできません。

1. 添乗員の対応
添乗員の方は中国人の方でしたが、日本語があまりできず、意思疎通が困難でした。加えて、ツアーの進行にも不慣れな様子で、集合場所や時間等情報共有が不十分でした。

2. 集合場所の案内ミス
集合場所や行程変更の案内がなく、私たちは誤った場所で待機することに。その後、正しい集合場所に向かいましたが、結局バスが元々私たちがいた場所を通過する形に。遅れてしまうことをお電話した際に説明があれば無駄に移動する必要はなかったのに、雪が降り足元の悪い中、小さな子どもを連れて混雑した道を急ぐ羽目となり、とても大変でした。

3. 他の参加者の遅刻による影響
他の参加者が大幅に遅れて到着したため、予定より大幅に遅延。(約2時間遅れ)目的地に着いた頃には閉まっている店も多く、せっかくの観光が台無しに。帰宅時間もかなり遅くなり、特に子連れには厳しい状況でした。

4. コストとサービスのバランスが悪い
他のバスツアーと比較して料金が安かったため予約しましたが、安いとはいえ、ここまでお粗末な運営では満足できません。残念ながら、参加をおすすめできないツアーでした。

改善を期待したいですが、今のままでは再利用は考えられません。

I enjoyed the well-timed and efficient full-day bus tour! If I could wish for something, I would have loved to visit one more spot on the hell tour at the end. I was impressed by the guide's ability to speak three languages!

欲を言えば最後の地獄巡りはもう一ヶ所ほど回れたら嬉しいかも、です。

I made a last-minute reservation, but I was very grateful to be able to secure it. I was able to visit the places I wanted and adjust the timing as needed, which was great! Since it was my first time in Okinawa and I wasn't familiar with the area, I think taking a taxi was the right choice. I would definitely like to use this service again.

直前の予約になってしまいましたが、予約をとることが出来てとても助かりました。
行きたい場所も、時間調整などをして頂きながら希望通りにまわることが出来てとても良かったです！友人と初めての沖縄で土地勘もありませんでしたのでタクシーにして正解だったなと思います。また是非利用させて頂きたいです。
