Two days before the tour, I was surprised to be told, "The guide is unwell and we're looking for another guide. Since we can't provide transportation, please make your own way to the bus stop if you have a rental car." It seems that the six-person tour was adjusted to include the two of us, making it eight. With more people, the time for restroom breaks and walking can be limited, so I think the other participants felt a bit of a wild card situation. The good thing was that the guide was very experienced and shared fascinating information about Yakushima, completely changing my previous image of the island. It was as informative as attending a seminar.

We canceled our visit to Shiratani Unsuikyo because it was flooded due to rain, and we were told we would have to turn back if we went. However, it cleared up in the afternoon, so I went individually to "Mossy Forest" and returned. The course was restricted due to landslides and fallen trees, and you can't know the local conditions until you go, so definitely make sure to get a map at the entrance. There was a fallen tree that suddenly appeared; I was able to crawl under it on the way there, but when I turned back, it had been cut down with a chainsaw or something. The response to trail issues is quick. If you have a guide, there's no need to worry.

ツアーの前々日に「ガイドが体調不良で他のガイドを探している。送迎できないのでレンタカーあるなら自力でバス乗り場まで来て」と言われ面食らった。恐らく6名のツアーに私達2名が振り分けられ8名になったようだ。人数多いとトイレの時間などで歩行時間が削られて厳しくなるので、同行ツアーの人にはワイルドカード感が半端なかったと思う。よかった事はガイドの方がベテランの方で、屋久島の事を興味深く教えてくれて、いままでの私の屋久島のイメージが覆された事。セミナーを受けたくらい勉強になった。白谷雲水峡は雨のため増水し、行っても途中で引き返すことになると言われたのでキャンセルした。午後から晴れたので個人で「苔むす森」まで行って帰ってきたが、土砂崩れや倒木でコースが制限されたり現地の状況は行ってみないと分からないので、必ず地図は入り口でもらいましょう（突然発生した倒木があり、行きはくぐって通り抜けたが、引き返したときにはチェーンソー？か何かで切られていた、登山道の対応は早い）。ガイド居れば心配ないですけどね。

The tour guide was from overseas, bright, kind, and sincerely answered our questions, making for an enjoyable trip. I was surprised to see many other bus tour groups at the meeting place, but I was able to find our guide without spending too much time. There were many international guests on the tour, but the guide seemed to communicate smoothly with people from all countries. The bus ride was comfortable, and I ended up dozing off during the journey. We walked a lot at the sightseeing spots and got quite tired, but it was a fulfilling time.

It was a great tour that allowed us to visit both Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, and it even included admission to the Gassho-zukuri Minka-en. However, on the Sunday of the long weekend, we got caught in traffic heading to Shirakawa-go in our car. In the end, we took a different route and managed to bypass the traffic due to the priority entry for tour buses, but we were stuck in a nearly unmoving state for about an hour. As a result, the tour ended about 25 minutes later than scheduled, which made our return trip on the limited express train from Takayama Station very tight. Given the geographical relationship, it might not have been possible, but I would have preferred to visit Shirakawa-go first.

五箇山と白川郷の両方に行け、合掌造り民家園の入場券も付いてるお得なツアーでした。
しかし3連休真ん中の日曜日、白川郷に向かうマイカーの渋滞に巻き込まれ、最後は別の道を通り観光バスの優先入場によりごぼう抜き出来ましたが、1時間ほどほとんど動かない状態となりました。その影響でツアー終了時間が25分ほど後ろにずらされたため、高山駅で帰りの特急乗車がギリギリの時間になりました。
位置関係から無理なのかもしれませんが、先に白川郷に行ってほしかったです。

We used this service for a 2-night, 3-day sightseeing trip with our family of five. Unexpected heavy rain from the morning. However, I left everything to the driver, and it turned into a fun trip. For lunch, I had requested yudofu in advance and went to a place that was recommended, and it was just the best. The staff there were amazing too. My mother seemed so happy that she was almost in tears. It was tough at Kiyomizu-dera in the heavy rain, but Mr. Katayama kept saying he was sorry for the weather and asked us not to dislike Kyoto and to come back again. Choosing taxi sightseeing was definitely the right decision for this trip. Thank you for the day, Mr. Katayama.

Since I wasn't familiar with the area, I decided to rely on the bus tour. The meeting point at Nagoya Station was easy to find, located just a short distance from the Shinkansen exit, which made it smooth. There were three guides holding flags for the same tour, so it was a bit difficult to identify which guide was mine.

During the November holiday, both Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go were quite crowded, but since I hadn't done much research beforehand, I was lucky to gather information about popular shops and photo spots from the people around me.

In the afternoon, around 4 PM, it became quite cool in Shirakawa-go, and as it got darker, I felt that the two-hour sightseeing time was perfectly calculated. In Shirakawa-go, a local resident runs a dango shop, and there were places not listed on the map we received on the bus. Although they mainly served mitarashi dango, it was enjoyable to experience the different flavors, whether salty or sweet. On the return bus to Nagoya Station, everyone was fast asleep. After a restroom break, we arrived in Nagoya in two and a half hours, just in time for dinner. I had a comfortable day, thanks to the bus tour.

午後は4時ごろかは白川郷ではかなり涼しくなり、薄暗くなったので、観光時間2時間のセットは計算されたベストな時間に思いました。白川郷では住人の方が団子屋を営んでいて、バスで頂いたMAPにないお店も。みたらし団子ばかりですが、しょっぱかったり、甘めだったり、違いを楽しむのもまた良かったです。名古屋駅までの帰りのバスでは皆さん爆睡。トイレ休憩1回して、2時間半で名古屋に到着、すぐに夕飯。バスに身を委ねて快適な一日を過ごせました。

We had two hours for sightseeing in Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and we thoroughly enjoyed both food tasting and sightseeing. In Shirakawa-go, there were koi and rainbow trout in the waterways, which excited the children. The water was truly beautiful. In early November, we were blessed with good weather, and it was the perfect time to see the autumn leaves starting to turn red, allowing us to take deep breaths of the delicious air.

We brought a stroller, but both the bus driver and the guide were very kind and helped us load it onto the bus. On the bus, a Chinese female guide provided explanations in Chinese and Japanese, and also accommodated English and Korean through a translation tool. She was very kind and a wonderful person. Since it was a holiday weekend in November, I think half of the passengers were Japanese. Everyone was punctual, and the manners were good, making for a comfortable tour!

観光時間も2時間ずつと、高山、白川郷、それぞれあり、食べ歩きも観光もたっぷり満喫できました。白川郷では水路に鯉や虹鱒がおり、子供も興奮。本当に水も綺麗でした。11月初旬、天候にも恵まれ、紅葉が赤く色付き始めのタイミングで、美味しい空気も沢山深呼吸して味わえました。
ベビーカーを持って行きましたが、バスの運転手さんもガイドさんも親切に対応頂き、バスに積んでもらえました。バスでは中国人の女性のガイドさんが、中国語、日本語の説明をし、翻訳ツールで英語、韓国語も対応。親切でとっても良い方でした。11月連休だったので、バスでは日本人が半分を締めていたと思います。皆さん時間厳守、マナーも良く快適なツアーでした！

During the three-day weekend in November, I visited Kyoto, which was experiencing overtourism. My mother and I did a lot of research on how to navigate the crowded tourist spots. Both private cars and public transportation were extremely congested, and taxis were hard to catch, so we decided to book a private sightseeing taxi. We were finally able to secure one through Veltra a month in advance. Although it was a three-hour rental, we were extremely satisfied. Our driver was a seasoned professional who was very knowledgeable about Kyoto, well-versed in its history, and skilled at storytelling. He also knew great places to eat, allowing us to smoothly visit all the sights we wanted! Even in crowded Kyoto, we were able to enjoy Ryozenji Temple, Imamiya Shrine, and Kodaiji Temple to the fullest, and I’m really glad we used the sightseeing taxi. It became a wonderful memory. I participated in Course B in late October. The tour guide checked the sea conditions in advance and arranged the route so that we could see the glass-bottom boat under good conditions. Overall, it was great to efficiently visit multiple tourist spots, but it was impossible to explore Yachimun no Sato and Fukugi Namiki at a leisurely pace within the allotted time. I think it might be better to cut one location other than the Churaumi Aquarium to allow for a more relaxed visit. Although it was a tour without a guide, the tour leader shared various stories about Okinawa throughout the trip, which made the travel time enjoyable. I believe this tour is great for those who want to see a lot, even if it feels a bit busy.

10月下旬にBコースに参加しました。
添乗員さんが当日の海の状況をあらかじめ確認してくれていて、グラスボトムボートが良い条件でみられるようにルートをアレンジしてくれました。
全体的には効率的に複数の観光地を回れて良かったですが、やちむんの里やフクギ並木は設定されていた時間でゆっくり回るのは無理でした。
美ら海水族館以外の場所を1か所削ってもう少しゆっくり見られるようにしても良いかと思いました。
ガイドさんのいないツアーでしたが、添乗員さんが終始色々と沖縄についての話をしてくれて、移動中も充実していたのは良かったです。
少し忙しくても色々見たい人には良いツアーなのではないかと思います。

I was able to cover the main tourist spots compactly and enjoy a full day. I thought it was a great experience for my first trip to Okinawa. The time allocation was just right, and I was able to spend the day without feeling rushed. I boarded in Naha, but there were several designated pick-up and drop-off locations (hotels) along the way, and we got off at a hotel in between. It was helpful that we could get around without renting a car. Additionally, the guide's explanations were detailed, and I gained a lot of interesting tidbits. Thank you very much.

The male tour guide had a very kind way of speaking and remained calm no matter what happened, which left a very good impression. More than half of the tour participants were from overseas, and as mentioned in other reviews, some people were late returning to the meeting point, casually laughing and walking back to the bus, and even brought soft serve ice cream back despite the no food or drink rule on the bus. I participated in the plan that included admission tickets to Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch. The bears up close were very large and impressive, but when I showed them apples, they performed many tricks and caught the apples with their mouths, which was incredibly cute! ですが天気も良く1日であちこち観光出来ましたので大満足です。

First of all, the jungle night tour was incredibly fun as it allowed us to explore a jungle that we could never have ventured into on our own! We were able to see snakes and coconut crabs as well. Since there were small children participating, it’s a tour you can join with peace of mind. As for the starry sky, we participated during a nearly full moon, so the moon was too bright and we couldn't see the stars very clearly. The guide told us that during the new moon, the stars are really beautiful, so I want to try again during the new moon! Just before the tour ended, the guide shared photos taken during the tour via AirDrop and other methods. It was a lot of fun, and I definitely want to participate again when I come back to Ishigaki!
